This is to inform that i have received the wrong product from your snap deal. I have ordered muscle infusion black whey protein in your website but i have received muscle infusion which available for rupress 3880 in other websites after that immediately i request for the return of product on the same day after few minutes still the courier is yet pick the product i'm totally frustrated with snapdeal. Please do the needful.

I had initiated a refund for jeans . because i received different color product. no one visited at my place to collect the product only i was getting massage that we try to collect . Now they canceled Return request, Customer care is saying that you will have to keep this product . there is no option .

      This is Anuj kumar Arya from Allahabad, i have ordered a product on Dated 4/12/2016 having Order Id- [protected] and still i am not received my product and today is 21/12/2016.I follow your team by telephonically many times since 12 days, regarding this issue but every time your team gives me a fake Commitment and promise about soon delivery & ensures me that my Problem will resolve shortly but today 17 days passed and still i am not found any hopeful response from your side when i ask about him about my shipment and its Tracking record they denied to provide any accurate and exact status of it.I have already registered my complaint to your customer care many times but still you not taken any action about this .

      I would like to inform you again that you have already crossed your delivered time limit 2 times (1st-9th.12.2016 to 15th.12.2016 & 2nd -17.12.2016 to 21.12.2016)

      Now this is too much !!! Its my request you all to please don't do this type of fake activity like this and don't commit fake like this if there is any possibility then please refund my money into my account otherwise i will take an strict action against you in Consumer Forum.

      Snapdeal now this is heights of lying! I have a record of each and every call I have made with Snapdeal. Everything you have told me is on record with me. I will for sure move to consumer court and being a blogger, your harassment will be out in the social media world as well.

          It all started when I purchased a DELL Laptop from Snapdeal during the Diwali sale. It was mentioned that MS Office was preloaded in the laptop but what was provided was a trial pack. There was no original invoice provided by the vendor with the service tag No. mentioned, this is required by DELL service center to process the 2 years extended warranty. I had to pay Rs. 5000 extra to DELL for this. Snapdeal compensated me by paying Rs. 3000 as SD cash.
          This is where I got trapped, on 13th Dec 2016 I placed an order for a Philips LED TV as I thought, I would utilise the Rs. 3000/-.
          Seems this Philips TV was despatched from Kolkata on 15th Dec 2016 and was finally Delivered to Navi Mumbai where I stay on 20th Dec 2016. Upon opening the TV it was found that the screen was completely smashed. This was due to the very poor packing used by them. Just the original cardboard carton was used with a thin sheet of white antishock packing. I was checking the Bluedart website for package details and it took them 4 days from Kolkata to Navi Mumbai which means that the product was shipped by a truck. No wonder that the screen was smashed as in transit it had to get damaged 100% with the flimsy packaging done by them.
          Contacted Snapdeal and they said they would pick up the broken TV and replace it. The replacement would arrive by 3rd or 4th of Jan 2017. When I told (call on 21st Dec)them that I wanted a new TV before christmas they said that same cannot be done. Snapdeal also refused to give refund for the product, saying that there are no refunds on electronic products. Now they had taken my money on 13th Dec itself and I still dont have a TV.
          This is very irritating as we wanted a TV before Christmas and had placed the order well in advance on 13th DEC 2016 and paid for the same.
          I cannot buy a TV from a shop in Navi Mumbai as my money is not being refunded by snapdeal, who are insisting on sending another TV to me by 4th Jan this time from Delhi.

            Product booked in 5th Dec(Order ID: [protected]) on Snapdeal, and as Snapdeal committed to deliver between 16th Dec ...where I, myself followed with Snapdeal's courier partner Gati couple of times, what I got to know that, there is a major false communication done from both the parties. From Gati and from Snapdeal. Till today, my product is not delivered neither I got any concrete information whether the product would be delivered. I am a regular online buyer of Amazon, Ebay, Flipkart. I have never come across this kind of horrified, most unprofessional approach.
            Everytime, when I call Snapdeal customer care number, everytime, they use to tell me that the product is on transit. But when I personally checked with the courier guy, I have come to know that the product is lying in Kolkata godwon.

            But, Snapdeal, didn't update me when it would be delivered ...Till today, my product is NOT delivered by Snapdeal.

              Snapdeal will cheat customers after getting their money. It is just fun for them. I ordered for JBL T200 head phone but I got a head phone which is not even worth 50Rs. Requested for return/replacement only to know that I need to courier the package. After getting our they can order us anything as they like. Now the item I returned failed in quality check it seems...only God knows what snapdeal think of its customers.The item can be even get stolen by courier guys. But ultimately it is us customers who have to pay.

                    So, from 14th Dec. till 21 Dec.( estimated delivery) the item hasn't reached the nearest hub and now that I have waited till the last day which was estimated for delivery and wanted to speak to the customer care, I couldn't get anyone over the call to speak to, it was repeating the same stuff which was there in the website and app. This made me very disappointing since I was expecting in time delivery, if not at on time delivery. Futhermore, there was no specific mail ID given for consumer related problems or for such kind of order placement delays. Now that it took around 10 days, I hope that I would be getting my order safe and such kind of delays should never be committed by a B2C company like Snapdeal.

                      Nescafe twin set with free mugs vide order no [protected] had been placed with Snapdeal which had been delivered in damaged condition. It was reported on 20.11.2016 and Snapdeal opened a sub order no. [protected]. It was agsin delivered in broken condition on 24.12.2016. This was notified to Snapdeal vide email at [protected]@snapdeal.com on that day itself with photographs. It kept on lingering in the matter despite constant follow up on my part. Today on 21.12.2016 it made a false statement that the replacement had been delivered on 2nd December 2016. It has failed to furnish any proof of the alleged delivery. My question is if it had delivered on 2nd December then why it kept sitting over the matter for 19 days. The false statement is being made to dupe me. It has neither replaced the goods nor refunded the price. On the other hand it had caused me undue loss.

                        Dear sir,
                        With reference to my snapdeal order no [protected] dated 12 dec 2016 which is prepaid order, which suppose to be delivered by 14 dec 2016 as per snapdeal gold benefits. When i contacted to snapdeal through email as product was not delivered by even 15 dec 2016, i got a response that the date is revised to 20 dec 2016 without giving any reason. When i tried to reply to that mail it was shown delivery failed.
                        Today is 21 dec 2016 and timing is 2200 hrs but till now also this order is not deliver even in snapdeal website also there is no tracking record available where is this item actually available rite now. While trying to contact to customer care through email there is no response even after sending 3 remainder through mail. Snapdeal customer care is so horrible that continuously trying even after 3 days i am not able to connect them as their ivr system is such f*king which i can't explain in words. Finally on 20 dec 2016 i got connected with customer care executive through telephone. As per customer care executive and snapdeal senior supervisor, item reached bangalore on 19 dec 2016 and it suppose to be deliver by 20 dec 2016 so i suppose to wait till 21 dec 2016.
                        On 21 dec 2016, when i again contacted them (Customer care executive plus supervisor) they repeat the same language to wait for another 24 hrs. When i asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount immediately then they said amount will refunded only after that item will received back by seller. Shocking news is that this order come via snapdeal logistic only (Third party is not involved in it shipping) but still snapdeal not known where is that product and why logistic are not able to deliver it moreover as per customer care executive they don't have any channel to do contact with bangalore office.
                        In 2014, i purchased memory card from snapdeal and after that i never purchased anything again as i know how poor service these people provides to their cusotmers. This time i got a message from freecharge regarding the offer and connectivity with snapdeal freecharge thats why i ordered this product because of freecharge and moreover i thought may be snapdeal become faster in this time period but i was wrong snapdeal never ever changed. Snapdeal is famous for lazy logistic, lethargic service, horrible customer care etc etc but still i am not able to understand why freecharge took this step to combine with snapdeal. Hey freecharges, you guys are doing very well in yours own field and why you also want to spoil your reputation too along with snapdeal. Please wake up freecharge otherwise i am also going to use yours services also as other alternate (Paytm, mobikwik, jiomoney etc etc) are also available in market like flipkrt, amazon.
                        I am writing this email to you mr ceo to bring a matter of failure (Poor services) in your knowledge as i am really very disappointed with the services i got everytime! U can check my other order no [protected] dated 18 dec 2016, which are coming from bangalore only but still its not deliver when i asked to customer care regarding the same, they told me delivery time period is from 22 to 26 dec 2016 so we can't deliver it before that time period, disgusting service provider.
                        I ordered whirlpool 190 ltrs (Order no [protected]) from snapdeal but because of their this type of behaviour i cancelled it and again i ordered it from flipkart order no od[protected] dated 18 dec 2016 at 1825 hrs and i got this product on 19 dec 2016 at 0800 hrs early in the morning and that also its under normal delivery without paying even a single coin for fast delivery. This is called service thats why flipkart and amazon are awesome as they are able to deliver their product in 12 hrs not like snapdeal who are not able to deliver even the local product in 3 days, i think ebay is also much much better than snapdeal.
                        Last but not the least:
                        (1) if you are not able to provide the service in time then please stop cheating to their customers.
                        (2) wake up mr ceo else snapdeal will also behave like kingfisher airlines.
                        (3) freecharge please stop doing business with such type of fraud company. This time i am sufferer because of you guys only.
                        (4) please learn things from flipkart and amazon how to do business and wats the customer satisfaction.

                          I have placed an order on 11/12/16 and i got mail that snapdeal shipped the item on 12/12/16 and estimated delivery date was 16 dec - 21 dec but both dates are over . i have sent three mails to customer care of snapdeal but all in vein. dont buy anything from snapdeal very poor customer care and very very poor courier partner. amazon and flpkart doing well

                            I have order xiaomi redmi note 3 from snapdeal on 01 dec 2016 and estimated date was between 6to 8 dec but not delivered i already call him they revised my date again and again but they not give me response i called him many times but they always give me 48 hrs but after that product not delivered and no update on tracking system till 21 dec 2016 so i want to refund my money back as soon as possible .very very poor service by snapdeal

                                My name pappu shaw, i purchase a mobile from snap deal of ASUS Brand which exact delivery they commited on 21.12.16 but they fail to do so. I purchase the mobile as a gift for my friend birthday but snapdeal spoil my program by not delivering in exact date. So i raise a complain agt snapdeal & I request to the valuable customer not to place any order in Snap deal because they fail to commit what they mention on the site

                                  Hello, i purchased an iphone 5s silver with Snapdeal on 10th Dec with Order ID: [protected] and they promised me to deliver the product on or before 14th. i even made full payment so that they can deliver it at the earliest.But the product didn't reach on the said date 14th Dec. i was really pissed off. the next day i received a mail stating we will reschedule your delivery on 21st. i was suppose to gift it to some1 on their special day. Now whats the purpose of delivering the product after the special day. You guys screwed my day and my effort, money and surprise went in vein. Its a unnecessary stress to me following up with these people. i could have rather bought it from some showroom rather.

                                  I called up the customer care no. [protected] on 15th requesting to cancel my order and refund the money ASAP. But the person with whom i spoke took my request but didn't close it and again i called up on the 17th and spoke to mohini and Rupsa to check the status and to my surprise the order was not cancelled and they asked me to return the product on delivery and they will initiate refund from their end immediately and i will receive my money by 21st without fail. So, i had to wait till 21st. 4 more days...

                                  To have a check on the refund i called up customer care on 20th and spoke to Manmeet singh and he said that the refund request was not taken yet and he would process it ASAP and promised that the amount will be refunded to my account today i.e. 21st. but my money is still lying with them and i received a mail stating your amount will be credited in next 4to5 working days in my account.

                                  Such a pathetic service i never had in my life with any online service. Snapdeal didn't keep their commitment on delivery and as well as on refund and the customer care agents also didn't close my request on the day i first called. This shows their inability to handle customer. Whats the purpose of spending so much money on advertisements when you can't keep your words.

                                  Such a disgusting experience i had for the 1st time. Now its my money which is held up with them and i have to run being this idiots everyday. i would never recommend anyone to buy in Snap deal... Flipkart and Amazon are far far better than Snapdeal. Even their delivery date are less compared to Snapdeal. i have attached the screenshot of my order for further reference.

                                  Think before you order anything in SNAPDEAL... Its a SNATCH DEAL.. They will snatch everything from you and leave you helpless.

How much more time do you guys require to return back my money back. You all are useless goose. You take your own sweet time in the name of System/Policy and all idiotic stuffs which you create and customer has to suffer. You keep saying the same idiotic reply every time... it will get credited in 3-4 days and they you say due to demonatisation it will take 7-9 days... My money is still not credit... The refund amount is still not credited in my account. I demand 20lakhs for spending my time and energy following up with you guys everyday. I dont understand the exact reason... You people dont keep up your word and keep repeating the same template... Now all your deadlines are done... What is that you have next to say.. Will it be some technical reason or your bank is bankrupt to repay me back. You brainless machines... Fed up with your service... your way of handling customer... irritating the customer with your standard template... ooooooooooooff... I'm done ... and it time for you to repay for all that has happened due to you idiotic... stupied goossse... who are fit for nothing...
                                  Received call on 24th Dec, Saturday regarding my complaint in snap deal and you wont believe i had the worst worst worst and worst explanation from this well trained robotic executives. All they had to said was that due to demonetization the bank will take 7 to 9 days to refund my money. Now, i don't understand, i made a cancellation request on 15th and after several followup from my end they took an initiative to refund me on 20th and after which i got a autoreply mail saying the amount will be credited in 3 to 4 working days excld sat/sun and now they say it will take more than day.
                                  This executive from refund me had asked me to wait for 2 more days to get my money. Why should i. What i'm punished for snapdeal not delivering the product which i wanted on-time. i'm really and pissed off with these kind of services and they keep repeating the same thing "Your amount will be credited in 7-9 working days". Why do need such executives who can keep repeating only this. Rather have a recording played each time we try to call you brainless machines. This executive even didn't have the courtesy to close loop the call, he just disconnected the when i was talking. Such a same on you guys... SNAP DEAL you have pissed-off me and you keep rubbing me on the wrong place.
                                  Today (26th Dec) i again got a call from another brainless machine.. saying the same phrase again and again "Your amount will be credited in 7-9 working days". i don't understand, why do you people call me when you know you cannot give me a solution. if it is a company policy then why the hell you guys write a mail to me stating the amount will be credited in 3-4 working days. you guys will not understand my pain unless you go through it. i demand 10Lakh Rupees for the mental stress and agony i had to go through in these 10days because of the carelessness from your executive. if you guys want to take it further then i'm ready to take it up legally also. i have records of all the conversation i had with your executive and documented everything here.

                                      I would like to complain about Snapdeal's callous behavior towards their customers. I ordered a Redmi Prime (order # [protected]) and was received by my wife on 4th December as I was travelling. Upon my return, I opened the packet on 13th December, the same day I requested for a return as the phone had a broken screen. Its been 10 days that I am following up with their executives and helpdesk to facilitate the return, however, due to Snapdeal's ruthless and unprofessional attitude, product is still lying with me. I have written numerous mails to them but not received any correspondence back to assure the return of the faulty product.

                                      Although, I have been given a false impression that my product will be picked up, but no one has reached me for the same.

                                      I have spent INR 12000 in ordering a phone which is of no use to me as it is non-functional. This is quite frustrating and disappointing to see how a customer is mis-treated and given wrong information.
