So, from 14th Dec. till 21 Dec.( estimated delivery) the item hasn't reached the nearest hub and now that I have waited till the last day which was estimated for delivery and wanted to speak to the customer care, I couldn't get anyone over the call to speak to, it was repeating the same stuff which was there in the website and app. This made me very disappointing since I was expecting in time delivery, if not at on time delivery. Futhermore, there was no specific mail ID given for consumer related problems or for such kind of order placement delays. Now that it took around 10 days, I hope that I would be getting my order safe and such kind of delays should never be committed by a B2C company like Snapdeal.
