I would like to complain about Snapdeal's callous behavior towards their customers. I ordered a Redmi Prime (order # [protected]) and was received by my wife on 4th December as I was travelling. Upon my return, I opened the packet on 13th December, the same day I requested for a return as the phone had a broken screen. Its been 10 days that I am following up with their executives and helpdesk to facilitate the return, however, due to Snapdeal's ruthless and unprofessional attitude, product is still lying with me. I have written numerous mails to them but not received any correspondence back to assure the return of the faulty product.
Although, I have been given a false impression that my product will be picked up, but no one has reached me for the same.
I have spent INR 12000 in ordering a phone which is of no use to me as it is non-functional. This is quite frustrating and disappointing to see how a customer is mis-treated and given wrong information.

This executive from refund me had asked me to wait for 2 more days to get my money. Why should i. What i'm punished for snapdeal not delivering the product which i wanted on-time. i'm really and pissed off with these kind of services and they keep repeating the same thing "Your amount will be credited in 7-9 working days". Why do need such executives who can keep repeating only this. Rather have a recording played each time we try to call you brainless machines. This executive even didn't have the courtesy to close loop the call, he just disconnected the when i was talking. Such a same on you guys... SNAP DEAL you have pissed-off me and you keep rubbing me on the wrong place.
Today (26th Dec) i again got a call from another brainless machine.. saying the same phrase again and again "Your amount will be credited in 7-9 working days". i don't understand, why do you people call me when you know you cannot give me a solution. if it is a company policy then why the hell you guys write a mail to me stating the amount will be credited in 3-4 working days. you guys will not understand my pain unless you go through it. i demand 10Lakh Rupees for the mental stress and agony i had to go through in these 10days because of the carelessness from your executive. if you guys want to take it further then i'm ready to take it up legally also. i have records of all the conversation i had with your executive and documented everything here.
