Hello, i purchased an iphone 5s silver with Snapdeal on 10th Dec with Order ID: [protected] and they promised me to deliver the product on or before 14th. i even made full payment so that they can deliver it at the earliest.But the product didn't reach on the said date 14th Dec. i was really pissed off. the next day i received a mail stating we will reschedule your delivery on 21st. i was suppose to gift it to some1 on their special day. Now whats the purpose of delivering the product after the special day. You guys screwed my day and my effort, money and surprise went in vein. Its a unnecessary stress to me following up with these people. i could have rather bought it from some showroom rather.

I called up the customer care no. [protected] on 15th requesting to cancel my order and refund the money ASAP. But the person with whom i spoke took my request but didn't close it and again i called up on the 17th and spoke to mohini and Rupsa to check the status and to my surprise the order was not cancelled and they asked me to return the product on delivery and they will initiate refund from their end immediately and i will receive my money by 21st without fail. So, i had to wait till 21st. 4 more days...

To have a check on the refund i called up customer care on 20th and spoke to Manmeet singh and he said that the refund request was not taken yet and he would process it ASAP and promised that the amount will be refunded to my account today i.e. 21st. but my money is still lying with them and i received a mail stating your amount will be credited in next 4to5 working days in my account.

Such a pathetic service i never had in my life with any online service. Snapdeal didn't keep their commitment on delivery and as well as on refund and the customer care agents also didn't close my request on the day i first called. This shows their inability to handle customer. Whats the purpose of spending so much money on advertisements when you can't keep your words.

Such a disgusting experience i had for the 1st time. Now its my money which is held up with them and i have to run being this idiots everyday. i would never recommend anyone to buy in Snap deal... Flipkart and Amazon are far far better than Snapdeal. Even their delivery date are less compared to Snapdeal. i have attached the screenshot of my order for further reference.

Think before you order anything in SNAPDEAL... Its a SNATCH DEAL.. They will snatch everything from you and leave you helpless.

Hello Team, i haven't received my money yet. its been more than 15days and i have been following everyday. How much more time do you guys require to return back my money back. You all are useless goose. You take your own sweet time in the name of System/Policy and all idiotic stuffs which you create and customer has to suffer. What about the time and the pain taken by me to follow up with your people. You keep saying the same idiotic reply every time... it will get credited in 3-4 days and they you say due to demonatisation it will take 7-9 days... My money is still not credit... I demand Rs.15 lakh rupees for the Stress and Pain i went through all these days and time taken to followup with you people to get my money.

I'm just keep writing mails everyday and nothing happens. What a disgusting service by this online shoppers. It been more than 20days and nothing happened. The refund amount is still not credited in my account. I demand 20lakhs for spending my time and energy following up with you guys everyday. I dont understand the exact reason... You people dont keep up your word and keep repeating the same template... Now all your deadlines are done... What is that you have next to say.. Will it be some technical reason or your bank is bankrupt to repay me back. You brainless machines... Fed up with your service... your way of handling customer... irritating the customer with your standard template... ooooooooooooff... I'm done ... and it time for you to repay for all that has happened due to you idiotic... stupied goossse... who are fit for nothing...
Received call on 24th Dec, Saturday regarding my complaint in snap deal and you wont believe i had the worst worst worst and worst explanation from this well trained robotic executives. All they had to said was that due to demonetization the bank will take 7 to 9 days to refund my money. Now, i don't understand, i made a cancellation request on 15th and after several followup from my end they took an initiative to refund me on 20th and after which i got a autoreply mail saying the amount will be credited in 3 to 4 working days excld sat/sun and now they say it will take more than day.
This executive from refund me had asked me to wait for 2 more days to get my money. Why should i. What i'm punished for snapdeal not delivering the product which i wanted on-time. i'm really and pissed off with these kind of services and they keep repeating the same thing "Your amount will be credited in 7-9 working days". Why do need such executives who can keep repeating only this. Rather have a recording played each time we try to call you brainless machines. This executive even didn't have the courtesy to close loop the call, he just disconnected the when i was talking. Such a same on you guys... SNAP DEAL you have pissed-off me and you keep rubbing me on the wrong place.
Today (26th Dec) i again got a call from another brainless machine.. saying the same phrase again and again "Your amount will be credited in 7-9 working days". i don't understand, why do you people call me when you know you cannot give me a solution. if it is a company policy then why the hell you guys write a mail to me stating the amount will be credited in 3-4 working days. you guys will not understand my pain unless you go through it. i demand 10Lakh Rupees for the mental stress and agony i had to go through in these 10days because of the carelessness from your executive. if you guys want to take it further then i'm ready to take it up legally also. i have records of all the conversation i had with your executive and documented everything here.

      I would like to complain about Snapdeal's callous behavior towards their customers. I ordered a Redmi Prime (order # [protected]) and was received by my wife on 4th December as I was travelling. Upon my return, I opened the packet on 13th December, the same day I requested for a return as the phone had a broken screen. Its been 10 days that I am following up with their executives and helpdesk to facilitate the return, however, due to Snapdeal's ruthless and unprofessional attitude, product is still lying with me. I have written numerous mails to them but not received any correspondence back to assure the return of the faulty product.

      Although, I have been given a false impression that my product will be picked up, but no one has reached me for the same.

      I have spent INR 12000 in ordering a phone which is of no use to me as it is non-functional. This is quite frustrating and disappointing to see how a customer is mis-treated and given wrong information.

        A game was announced in which top ten winners was supposed to get smartphones. The results was supposed to be announced on 19th, Dec, 2016.

        Many people along with me have wasted our time in playing that game and tweeting our score with hashtag #Le2OnSnapdeal. They never cared to announce the results. The only reply we get from them are "sorry for delay" and "we will update you soon". We all Feel cheated. Isn't this a Crime?

          I had ordered a PUMA wallet from snapdeal on Diwaali sale (Order no.[protected] and suborder no is [protected]) on the price of 341 (297.82 rate + 43.18 CST) which was a defective piece and not genuine product by PUMA had to return back .
          Its is delivered on 19 october 2016..
          The product is picked up by NUVO EX logistics pvt. Ltd on 27 oct 2016. ISLAM AHMED was the person who was picked up the item. The pickup id is AWB: SND3265140. Despite of returning back the item I did not get any revert from snapdeal team about the status.
          I continuously complaint (complaint id is :[protected] snapdeal on the CC number or on the helpbox. Then I recived the calls for delivering the same product again.
          • It is a behuda service by snapdeal.
          • Peoples I suggest you not to buy from snapdeal.
          • It’s a low class website deals in local products
          • I want refund of my payment in my account ASAP

              As a return they just give me Rs-100 freecharge gift voucher.This is not main freecharge balance.So again I have to buy another snapdeal product.Also one of the executive told me that i can use it as mobile recharge.But i tried lot.All the time it is unsucessful.

                    I received the message. I was shocked and immediately checked my credit limit to confirm whether the transaction really processed. Yes, it is done. The message has been received from dm - hdfcbk. Even the amount is small, but it clearly shows the security breach in hdfc credit cards.

                        I had ordered a flip cover from snapdeal (Order no.[protected]) which was a defective piece and had to return back . Paritosh was the person who was suppose to pick up the item (send by shadowfax) but he had send Wahid patel . The item was returned on Thursday (15-Dec-2016) . Despite of returning back the item I continuously received failure message saying that the return was unsuccessful . I spoke to both Paritosh and Wahid regarding this and was informed that it was their mistake and will soon update the status regarding the received item . But its not yet done and I have received the final status that the return is cancelled due to my unavailability and irresponsiveness.

                              I've ordered a product from snapdeal...Orderedid is [protected]. Its been 10 days now they didn't gave me my product! Expected delivery date was 20 december 2016...i already paid the amountThough I'm sending them mails every week, they replied for 2-3 Times, later they kept ignoring and don't even bother to reply nor they gave any updates! I'm ready to teach them a lesson no matter what ever I've to do! bot just my 1349 rupees they eat, but many more customers like me got trapped in their shopping!                                     I don’t understand what kind of Khushiyaan you are guaranteeing. I think it is the happiness which you get after cheating the customer by stealing their money.

                                    Recently I had bought an Electric Grill from Snapdeal, which was one of my biggest mistake for not going with benchmark setting shopping sites like flipkart & amazon.

                                    Oder (Order ID: [protected]) was placed on 30th October and was delivered on 2nd November, due to some problems with the product delivered a return request was raised on 5th November which is well in range of product replacement window.

                                    PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT :

                                    Grill was not working properly and it was quite visible from the very first use. Red light is supposed to turn on when the item is cooked. However in this case red light was turned on simultaneously with the green light. Due to this Grill was not heating properly and food/item was not cooked even after adjusting the temperature several times.

                                    NO RESPONSE FROM SNAPDEAL:

                                    I waited for very long and at last contacted Snapdeals robotic customer care service which is of no good. As it is just an useless self caring process, where you can not find a way to speak with human and tell them your problem. After multiple failed attempts to connect with customer care through the call center line I finally published the issue on Snapdeals FB page.

                                    SNAPDEAL’s ACTION:

                                    I got a call from Snapdeal as a result of my complaint posted on their FB wall. And I was shocked to hear the reasoning from the customer care team. I was told due to some discrepancies on my account return can not be complete. And not just that I was told that my account is being suspended and I can not use it in future.

                                    HEIGHTS OF SHAMELESSNES AND FRAUD

                                    1.MY RETURN WAS NOT PROCESSED DUE TO SOME DISCREPANCIES (REASONS UNKOWN)
                                    2.MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON
                                    3.THERE WAS NO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT. AS I HAVE BEEN USING THE SAME ACCOUNT FROM YEARS
                                    4.I NEVER BULK ODERED ANY PRODUCT
                                    5.AUTHENTIC PAYMENT MODE WAS USED.

                                    QUESTION FOR YOU(Losers)

                                    1.WHY DID YOU ACCEPT MY ORDER IF THERE WAS SOMETHING FISHY ON MY ACCOUNT?
                                    2.WHY DID YOU ACCEPT THE PAYMENT?
                                    3.WHY DID YOU DELIVER THE PRODUCT?
                                    4.WAS IT ALL ABOUT SELLING THE FAULTY PRODUCT OR CLEARING YOUR STOCK?

                                    2-3k wont make any difference to anyone. I may still get warranty from Prestige itself. But you losers have lost your customer who is never gonna land on your [censored] website ever again.

                                    Hello I am Sujata.The same thing happened to me. I returned one product to Snapdeal and some days later they notified me that the product can't be returned and for Internal Checking my account is suspened whereas I was a regular customer of Snapdeal they betrayed me and did not return or refund the item. This is not fare.

                                        I have ordered a 4 burner from snapdeal on 4th December 2016. The payment was deducted but the transaction was unsuccessful. I have been following up with the customer care team since then. Someone told me that it will be refunded in 24 hours, the other told me that it will take 48 hours, the other one said it will take 72 hours, after that someone told me it takes around 7-9 business days. And after 20 days of follow up I got a call from snapdeal that we cannot help you this is your bank issue. I don't understand that why all other executive told me that the payment will be refunded. I was so in need of my money. They are just making me fool. I will never order anything from snapdeal again. It has the worst customer care service where nobody is able to solve the issue. Every executive have different opinions regarding the query and no one is ready to solve the matter.
