I have ordered the one power bank from snapdeal website on date 10th dec 2016 for rs. 749. I am regurly checking track status of website & till date i have not received item but tracking status showing that it is received, now how snapdeal can change status delivred as i have not get item.

I have not received item, but status shown on website is received.

How is this possible to whom you have handover the item.

I want real status about my product.

    I have ordered a phone redmi note 3 (Order ID: [protected]) on 6th dec 2016 and the delivery date was on 13th dec 2016, from 13th it got extended to 19th dec 2016 and till te i have not recieved my phone and not even a single update of dispatch from the company and not from the courier company, the product has not yet delivered i am fed up with this people no use of calling in the customer care no help from their side please help me i have made the payment through my credit card they are taking me for granted. please help me out.

    Today morning I received a message that it is delay in delievery and now I will get my phone on or before 24.12.2016 each day i have been told that it is delayed and everyday I have been waiting for my phone what the hell is wrong with snapdeal. Yesterday I called the custonmer care and they told me that there is some problem with the courier company so because of that the deleivery is delayed, the executive told me to wait for more 48 hrs and if incase i will not get the product within 48 hrs he asked me to cancel the order, i have waited for so long time and now this people are telling me to cancel the order. what the hell should i cancel the order. Now the delievery date is on 24.12.2016 i have given my office address and i am not there in office o 24th so now what to do. 24th falls on saturday i clearly mentioned i wil not be available on saturdays. still they have given the date on saturday bloody idiot people, I want my phone before 23rd dec. i am not in mumbai after 24th.kindly help plz sir.

            I ordered some items in snapdeal. really really really bad thing u guys done is giving courier with FedEx.

            we are ordering and using online service for reach the items on home, not at middle of road or any City location.

            Please maintain Scheduled delivery date.
            My item delivery date is in between 13 Dec to 19 Dec.
            But Snapdeal send a mail on 19 Dec, Your Item will be delivery between 23 Dec.(4 days delayed email..!!!)

                This is rashmi poduval and i have been customer of snapdeal for quite long now. More or less my snapdeal experience had been satisfying till now but recently i have been really furious. Would like to bring it to your notice.

                This is regarding my order id [protected] and sub order id [protected]
                I had ordered the justin analogue clock on 5 th dec 2016 which i received on 11 th december 2016 in a really damaged form, the outer box had a hole in it and clock was broken into pieces. Without any delay i had filed a return request within 5 mins of delivery. I got an email and sms that the product will be picked up the same day but noone came for the pickup, it was a sunday and i was at home with two other family members the whole day. To my surprise i got a message later that pickup failed because i was unavailable which was indeed false!! I rescheduled the pickup request. I got an email stating it will be done in next 48 hours but, since then i see new estimated pickup dates on the snapdeal app everyday first it showed pickup will be done on 15 th, then 16 th, then 17 th, then 18 th then 19 th and now its showing 21 ts (I have screenshots for the same) but no pickup has been done yet.. This is not only confusing but also very frustrating.. I suspected some foulplay and decided to make a complaint.. Visited site's help centre and there was no option to write to them, only few quieries and their answerscalled on tollfree no n noone was pickin have been cited.. Which was useless info for me.. Finally i found an old correspondence n mailed to them.. I received a reply that we don't handle correspondence on this email anymore but this time we will b happy to help and have forwarded ur complaint.. Next two days again nothing happened.. I got furious and decided to write abt it in the product review.. But they did not let my review get published only.. On saturday i received a mail stating product pickup will be done in 1-2 days.. N it's monday but still nothing.. I m stuck with the damaged product and i am not sure if i would be receiving my refund at all coz overall it appears like they are just not bothered!

                  I paid Snapdeal 18, 000 rupees and purchased a Bose speaker on 16th December, 2016. It was included in next day delivery, but I did not receive the product. When I called Snapdeal, they said that they don’t have information of the courier partner and can’t give me any details. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for the product. On Sunday morning(18th December, 2016), I received the product around 12 in the afternoon.. With sheer excitement, when I opened the product, there was nothing but pieces of broken tiles. On that very moment I called up Snapdeal and first spoke to a girl named Poonam who said that as per company policy I need to wait for 24 hours to get this sorted. I was not in a condition to wait and asked for a supervisor. When supervisor Mahesh came on the line, instead of addressing my concern, he started behaving extremely rude and very aggressive. When I opposed he disconnected the call on my face.

                      Snapdeal has one of the worst customer service department.I have raised multiple tickets regarding my refund for a product worth Rs 4095. They charged me twice so the total refund I have to get is Rs 8190.(I cancelled my order as I got charged again rs 4095+4095=Rs8190). No one cares to address the customers issues. 8k is not a small amount in these demonetization conditions and I'm facing many problems because of the delay in the refund. I raised around 5 tickets till now and none of them has been addressed as of now. If you can't solve this issue atleast close this company so that other people don't face problems like me.

                        My order was a hotpot which was placed on 2 dec 2016 delivery date was 9 dec 2016 but the delivery was unsuccessful and delivery was delayed to 12 dec 2016 but i didn't get delivery on that day also and i wait for some days so that i will get my order but i didn't get and person call me from ecom express and said that they have lost my order and i have done the payment of my order before delivery from my freecharge wallet and that person told me that he will give the money back but still now i am waiting for money but i didn't get the money back.

                        On 13th Oct 2016, I ordered for a black ankle formal shoe and I lost Rs 599 from my csb account.But later snapdeal messaged me that the order was cancelled and will refund my money back but till now I didn't get my money refunded!Please take this complaint into consideration and do something as early as possible!

                          Today a bluedart courier man called me and talked about the address and delivery and i told him to deliver the order but i kept waiting and he did not deliver . I also called him but he is not answering the phone.
                          When he called today i explained him the address but he was not listening .
                          Kindly tell him to deliver the order at our door step please. Because he was saying that when i will reach your address you come to the end of lane street. I said that when you come to our address it is very easy to come in the street and our house but he did not start his journey from the courier facility to deliver the order.

                            The service of snapdeal is good before last item which was booked by me.
                            They promise to give installation and demo but after 5 day of delivery, no. one did come to installed it.i did coordinated to snapdeal but they don't take necessary action.

                            This is worst experience ever had it. As i ordered skull candy headphone from snap deal, after few month it got defect in one side of head phone. I personally met customer care, but i got feedback that its not original product, from that day i have not ordered anything from snap deal, also i requested to my friends not to use the same site.

                              I’ve placed an order from Snapdeal on 2nd December. but till now Snapdeal hasn’t delivered the product. day by day snapdeal gives me excuses and duration were extended every time i call them. they have no synchronization between teams. very poor service of Snapdeal. I have registered a complaint against Snapdeal on 7th December. Snapdeal told the item ordered will be delivered within 48 hours. but no resolution from Snapdeal till date. after 14 days they are giving me wrong commitments. I totally harressed from Snapdeal. I have paid the payment through Credit Card. now I am not able to cancel or re-order. I’m surrounded by problems from Snapdeal. I was cheated by snapdeal and i am mentally harassed by them.

                                after paying money they play with user(not provide product on time, flash commitment). interesting thing is they update in system user not at address (during pickup 1 -2 they mention. it happen normally with out visiting address)

                                even helpline mail id not provide any response.

                                In simple word worth less company who make money via interest(delaying and not replace product on time)

                                  Myself ordered omron hem-7121 order id-[protected] blood pressure monitor at the rate of rs 1612 on 10.12.2016. Blue dart courier service asked me to take the item from 3 km away from shipping address. Moreover he demanded rs 1812 whereas during given order the cost of the item was rs 1612.

                                    I purchased a Polo Black shoe through snapdeal the size is not comfortable so I request for replace it with comfort size but two times request through costumer care both time replied its that the items pick-up within 48 hrs but 12 days passed no one come for pick-up consignment. Today came a call via Econ. express that you drop your consignment in the office I request to him to collect from my home which is ensured by snapdeal he is not agreed and say that He will cancel my request .
