I paid Snapdeal 18, 000 rupees and purchased a Bose speaker on 16th December, 2016. It was included in next day delivery, but I did not receive the product. When I called Snapdeal, they said that they don’t have information of the courier partner and can’t give me any details. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for the product. On Sunday morning(18th December, 2016), I received the product around 12 in the afternoon.. With sheer excitement, when I opened the product, there was nothing but pieces of broken tiles. On that very moment I called up Snapdeal and first spoke to a girl named Poonam who said that as per company policy I need to wait for 24 hours to get this sorted. I was not in a condition to wait and asked for a supervisor. When supervisor Mahesh came on the line, instead of addressing my concern, he started behaving extremely rude and very aggressive. When I opposed he disconnected the call on my face.
