      I placed my order on 11th december and did the payment through my debit card since snapdeal was giving snapdeal gold on prepaid mode which promises express delivery of products.It has been 8 days now and their is no sign of my product yet.What is the point of this snapdeal gold when you cannot deliver a product on time?You guys always come running like a dog when I purchase something with COD but you are not delivering my product now since you have already got your payment.What a pathetic website are you running?Also to mention that I purchased another product on 5th dec(order id:[protected]) that I have cancelled now since you delayed it for 13 days.I am still waiting for my refund to be processed.I request you guys to deliver my order as soon as possible.I am not going to order a single item from your website from now onwards.

          This is regarding order number [protected], Bathla Ironing Table X-Press ACE (Price= 2914) was delivered on 28th Nov 2016 and I requested to return the product as it was defective.The product was picked up by VulcanXpress private limited on 5 Dec 2016 and the tracking number was AWB R[protected]. I have been calling Snapdeal customer care regularly to inform them regarding the pickup of the product and I had sent the reverse pick up acknowledgement slip issued by the courier service as an attachment on 6th Dec 2016 at [protected]@snapdeal.com but none of customer care executives are helping me out regarding the same.My phone calls were kept on hold for more than 40 min almost every day and the customer care executives keep promising that they will resolve the problem but they are not at all bothered about others grievances.

Till today snapdeal is not able to update its database regarding the pick up and they have closed the return request although the product was already picked up well in time. Its extremely disappointing and mere wastage of time and money calling everyday at snapdeal customer care ([protected]) that such a reputed online shopping site has a poor service and staff who are not even updated about the mails and the status of the delivered products. My phone calls were kept on hold for more than 40 min almost every day and the customer care executives keep promising that they will resolve the problem but they are not at all bothered about others grievances.
          I have even received an SMS from VulcanXpress Limited that they have picked up the product but whats the current status of the product, snapdeal is not at all able to track it. Though the product was picked up well in time by the courier service, snapdeal didn't update the status of the product inspite of several reminders by me to the customer care executives by calling everyday. If snapdeal can't even track its orders timely, why does it say that it follows 15-day easy returns policy??? Its been more than 15 days I have been following this case. The poor services offered by snapdeal have mentally harassed me as the customer services wing is customer torture and dissatisfaction wing.

          Snapdeal is a complete fraud site and cheating me, they have blocked by money and not responding to my mails and phone calls.

            I have sent back via your pickup guy the broken handset, now snapdeal says replacement declined and reason is that some items are missing, note that your pick guy must verify what needs to be picked, you cannot tell me that something is missing. As of now I see ear buds for headphone are still left behind, so please pick them and replace the handset.
            Just FYI, its not a matter of money for me, I would make sure to spend a lot to get this corrected from you guys.

              I purchased Redmi note 3 on 7 September 2016 at the starting it's showed a great performance . I was very satisfied . It was better after the update . But From past one week I have encountered strange problem in my Device . It charge form 0 to 100 percent in 4 hours 15 minutes . And then the battey backup only last for 5 hours before it could easily last for about 18 hours minimum . It is a very big problem for me . Many times it's battey gets drained . I want me device to be replaced as it is in one year's warranty period.

                  I Shekhar Yadav had placed a order for sandisk cruzer blade and micro SD card on 09 Dec 2016 vide Order ID:[protected] but due to some technical problem, order was not completed and the amount was deducted for Rs 689/- which was done through Andhra Bank Internet Banking. But after completing 1 week, still the amount of Rs 689/- is not revert back to my account yet. On 14 Dec I spoke to your customer care executive Mr Ankush and he told me that a mail will be sent to you within 24 hours and if required you will be asked to submit your bank statement but the mail from your side is not received yet. Your executive Mr Ankush has given me Complain number also which was 37815728 but after that nothing has happened. I contacted my bank but they told they have sent a confirmation to you in this regard but your reply is still not received. Please let me know the problem in this regard and please revert back my money.

                  The same order was placed by me again on 10 Dec 2016 for Rs 784/- and payment was done through SBI debit card and it was delivered to me on 15 Dec 2016.
                  It is therefore requested that an immediate action should be taken in this fail transaction ( Order ID:[protected] dated 09 Dec 2016 for 689/- ) and a confirmation mail be sent to me at the earliest.

                    I ordered amway nutrilite daily 120 tablets placed on 28 Oct, 2016. I received different product of lower cost. I informed the company for the same immediately. After long email and phone conversation they picked up the item through JVExpress via awb number SD48720004. Again conversation started firstly they refused saying the returned item did not pass quality check and at last they said that the product which I received was not sent by snapdeal. I sent a mail and talked them too regarding return of the product which was picked up by their courier partner, so that I can take police action against any fraud. But I am very sorry to mention here that no reply or item got by me so far. Now I am planning to file a case against snapdeal in consumer court.

                      Hi,

                      I ordered 2nos of Orient 1200 mm Orina Ceiling Fan Brown fans on 25.11.2016 and both got delivered on 30.11.2016 late evening, when we opened the parcel found both the fans were received in damaged condition due to worst packing (actually no packing done, only it was wrapped with polythene cover).

                      Immediately we raised replacement request for both on 01.12.2016 and the courier person came on 02.12.2016 picked up only one fan (Suborder Id: [protected]) and when we asked about the other one, he informed us that fan (Suborder Id: [protected]) will be taken back later by another courier person as he got order to collect only one.

                      After sometime on 02.12.2016, i got an sms from Snap deal saying we tried contacting multiple times but couldn't able to reach and your request for return is closed, immediately i updated in the mobile app clearly that no one contacted me for collecting the fan ordered in Suborder Id: [protected] and my parents are available in home for whole day and even i was very well in reachable limits. (Apart from the above one fan was picked up on same day and how come for the another one i am not reachable which was totally not acceptable.)

                      Then i was told return pick up rescheduled courier person will contact shortly, after that no one contacted me and not visited by home for collection and all of sudden i got an sms on 08.12.2016 saying your Return request closed "It seems you no longer want return the product" which was total shock for me, as i raised return for an damage product and without even contacting me the return request was closed.

                      After the above sms we have contacted the customer care several times on 08.12.2016, 12.12.2016, 13.12.2016, 14.12.2016 & 16.12.2016 in all the above discussions the entire thing was explained to everyone in detail saying "no one contacted me either on 2nd nor on 08th" and it was updated wrongly by courier person. Every time we are assured the issue was escalated to higher official and necessary action will be taken with 24 hours, irrespective of continuous followup's so far no action taken up anyone in this regard.

                      We are totally disappointed with the damaged product first and second with the time consumed & still consuming for following for returning the damaged product and finally the useless customer care department which never go through the complaint record and straight away answers the return was closed making us to explain the above entire things in detail for every call.

                      Most sad part is even after doing such an long exercise so far no proper action initiated on return request and also we feel no action taken on the courier person who updated all wrong information and end of the day we the customers are suffers after paying money in full and received an damaged product and being dragged.

                      Hope necessary action will be taken immediately on taking Return of the Damaged product.

                            Dear Sir/mam i am Mohit kr. Sinha from Kodarma district, Jharkhand, i recently purchased a Micromax Q386 smartphone through snapdeal In which it was promised (as mentioned on snapdeal site at purchasing time) by snapdeal that
                            1. It is a 4G/LTE enabled smartphone but in reality it is a 3G Supported phone.
                            2.It is a gorilla glass protected but not in reality

                            i contacted their c.care regarding this they told me to test phone 4g compatibility by inserting a 4g sim and then informing to them and then they promised that my product will be picked up by them through courier but when I later informed them that it was not a 4G enabled phone then they are saying that there is no reverse pick up facility in my area so i have to return the product by 3rd party courier to snapdeal, interestingly many customers are enjoying the same facility in my area! Main question is that if i will deliver it through any courier then what is the possiblity that you will not say that
                            "We have not received your product yet"
                            or
                            Safety of my product will be 100% assured in any 3rd party !
                            Snapdeal only thinks about its profit not of customer concern, in one way you are frauding with customers on site by displaying wrong information of product and at other side you are forcing customer to take risk on their product by such a tactics which should be your own responsiblity to pick up prouct from customer which is clearly mentioned at snapdeal site!
                            I have screenshots of their wrong information about product and interesting fact is that they use special control on pages by which we can't take a screenshot from our PCs/laptops as i tried.
                            I therby sincerly requesting you to resolve my request which is completly a game of snapdeal to deceive me!

                              Sir, i this is regarding my order id: [protected], placed on: tue, 06 dec, 2016. On 9th dec i got update message that my order has reached agra and will be delivered within 1-2days. After a week on 16thdec morning i got message that my parcel docket num [protected] is out for delivery and will be delivered today by uma shankar singh. I kept waiting whole day but no one turn up. Later in evening i got message that delivery unsuccessful due to reason - consignee not available, they will re attempt in 24hrs. No information, no contact num has been provided yet. I just can't understand what they intend by keeping my parcel for seven days holding it for a week still no update information from anywhere. I am requesting you not to send at least my ordered items via jawa courier. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

                                Napdeal's customer care adviser wrongly update mentioned in old ticket id in their system regarding pickup and refund. Continuously follow-ups for last one month thru phone call (Every call time approx 40-55 minutes) and email with customer care team but every time they give me false promise and wrong update regarding pickup and refund.
                                And also disconnected the phone 4-5 times,

                                  I ordered a Cooling Pad for Laptop from Snapdeal on 8th december which got cancelled automatically from your side two days after the order. I don't know why this happened but it happened to me a lot of time before too, I don't know what is the reason of it, maybe I am living in a remote place or your delivery guy can't find my address. I get delivery from you almost Everytime I order it order it and pay online, but this automatic cancellation happens whenever I give a COD order I don't know why or what is your reason for it. But any ways I re-ordered the same order again by COD on 13th december but it still got cancelled on the day was to get delivered i.e yesterday (16th december) and I even got message from you guys the timing of the delivery as 9am -1pm. But unfortunately, I am not gonna place any order from Snapdeal for sometime. Sorry. I got this disappointment from before too.

                                      I've ordered a shirt on 7th of December for which I paid online. Though I cancelled my order within half an hour. The refund is yet not reached my bank account. It's about 10 days. I've complaint to the customer care of snapdeal several times. They ask every necessary detail regarding it and they also asked my bank statement detail from 7th December to the day I registered my complaint yet the issue is not resolved. I want you to take strict action against it.

                                        I have order item on 9 Dec 2016 and got delivery on 13Dec2016
                                        But i have recieved the order which i have not ordered.
                                        On the same date i have raised return request to snapdeal and immediately i have received reply that we will pick your item within 2-3days
                                        But last 3days i.e on 14th 15th and 16th i was getting same message that item will be picked up today by NUVO-ALL-RP.
                                        But Noonee has come to pick up.
                                        and on 16th again i got the message that we tried to pick up on 16th but were unsuccessful. please set a convenient date/time .In case we do no receive a response from you within next 48 hours we will close your return request.
                                        This is cheating and this is not fair practice.
                                        I hope that snapdeal take necessary action by returning my money or delivering right product
