I received my hp notebook on 9th dec, but it was damaged and not switching on, I placed my request for replacement on the same day and cust. ex. said that the boy will arrive at your address within 2-3 days and today is 13th dec. still no executive arrived at my address. I am highly disappointed. I purchased anything first time online and highly disappointed and I swear i will not purchase anything from snapdeal now....

This is very frustrating.

It's been one week today and my hands are still empty.
