        I bought a leather jacket from snapdeal which cost rs 1995 and i have returned the product due to unfitted size but i was not refunded after i talked to one of their customer care executive he says it is refunded in the free charge account of the email i'd [protected]@gmail but my email i'd is debbarmaliton @gmail.com please take a necessary steps so that it is re refunded in the right account.

          Placed on 2nd of december has no trace since then. Filed complaints but they didn't take any action against. It was 5-8 december to deliver within but it didn't happen. They asked 48 hours more to deliver but again after 48 hours i got an sms informing that delivery dates had been rescheduled to 10-14 december. Again today they sent an sms informing that there will be late delivery.
          I want to ask whether there is any significance of 'snapdeal-fulfilled' and 'snapdeal gold'???
          In case of refund they say that refund will be initiated only after the product reaches back to seller. But can anyone tell me what percentage of surity it has to reach back while neither you nor the designated courier have any trace of my consignment?
          I'm continuously complaining about since last 7 days but no appropriate action is visible. I'm just fed of listening 'sorry sir' again and again.
          Pathetic experience.

          i'm just fed of listening that my product will be delivered in next 24-48 hours. delayed by more than 8 days, snapdeal is playing with it's own credibility. i was told that my consignment has already reached the destination city on 14th of december and will be delivered on 15th of december. but no idea when will it actually be delivered. in addition there is no such system that i can pick it up from courier center.
          even the courier is your own vulcan.
          it seems that i'll have to move to consumer forum against you guys. pathetic.
          I have cancelled a book word power made easy by lewis norman on 8th dec amounting INR 143, but didn't receive the refund amount yet.The order id is [protected].Please initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                This complaint is with reference to my order id [protected]. I received a message and email on 14/12/16 around at 9 am from snapdeal saying that the order is delivered successfully. I am writing this email at 3.45pm. Till now, i have not received my product. When i called customer care, they said, it will take 6 days for resolution..!! I waned the product for the immediate usage and they are saying to wait for 6 days for resolution. I need my product as soon as possible.

                  I have ordered (bearing id [protected]) redmi note 3 mobile on nov 7, 2016 and received the same on nov 15, 2016. but i found that the same is faulty/defective because it was not charging. i raised the concern for replacement and sent back the mobile to you. the mobile was sent through speed post service of india post.

                  Further, the replacement request (ticket id[protected] was declined by snapdeal stating that “it does not pass the quality check”. the same was not communicated to me, and came to know this when called you on[protected]. i have raised my concern through ticket id 36093349. this ticket id is same of replacement request.

                  Later, i was assured from snapdeal side that i will get back the mobile phone back in working condition (probably the replaced one). the same was a verbal communication over phone with no written communication from your side. i tried to confirm the same through customer care but no response.

                  Now, its dec 14, 2016 but not received the product (mobile) back for which i have paid. this simply means that no action from their side.

                    Sub: subject: complaint about non refund/delivery of ordered item even after repeated requests and reminders over phone-complaint-for refund-regarding

                    With reference to the above cited subject and reference it pains me a lot to complain about the reluctant and negligent act of the snap-deal.

                    It is to say that vide order id no referred above i purchased two hanging lights from bhhoomjee traders on cash on delivery mode. i received the two items on 28th and paid the cash rs. 2206/-. but i found one of them in a broken condition. immediately i brought it to the notice of the concerned over phone who assured that the same will be collected back and replaced. but to my surprise after my repeated requests a representative came and insisted for return of the pack in its original condition including both the lights including the broken one. upon persuasion with the officer concern over phone i was assured that both the items will be re-delivered at the earliest. when there is no response upon contacting over phone again i was informed that replacement of both is not possible due to shortage of items and one will be redelivered and refund will made for one. accordingly refund processed for one on furnishing my required bank details. but to my utter surprise neither the second item was re-delivered as promised nor any refund for the remaining rs.1103/- so far even after lapse of more 25 days. so far the second.

                    The recorded telephonic conversations clearly reflect how often i requested for the needful. but in-vain. every time by giving one lay excuse or the other the matter is postponed without any action. they say that theywill contact me either by e-mail or phone. but no such thin happened as i never received any call (except asking to rate snap deal) or mail. it clearly reflects the attitude and negligence on the part of one the premier on line e-commerce portal. without any fault on my part (except buying goods on snapdeal.com on being impressed with advertisements) i am made to suffer and causing agony.

                    In view of the above i request the concerned to look in to the matter and resolve the issue by refunding remaining rs. 1103/- at the earliest. i assure you that will never venture to buy any item from snap deal resulting into writing of mails like the present one and repeatedly bothering deaf eared representatives over phone.

                      Inspite of getting calls from the snapdeal team. I had also mentioned the pickup address to be my home address then how come they r always going to my ofc for pick up. I have told that the package is big and I cannot take it to ofc for return. First u'll send wrong product and then so much issue for return. Yesterday they told pickup will happen from ur home address within 2 days. So today Im at home but the guys again went to my ofc for pick up.Its not possible to stay at home daily for this thing. Worst service of snapdeal.
                      Last week I received it and that day opened the parcel and found a wrong product I initiated return from my home address on saturday and mentioned the time also. Both saturday and sunday they kept on going to my ofc address and said we will arrange ur pick up from home but nobody came and I kept waiting for them. After yesterdays call from cust care today Im at home and again the courier guy went to my ofc, When i clearly told on phone that the packae is big i cannot take it back to ofc so plz arrange the pick up from my home address and i mentioned the address also. I have never seen such a worst service of any eCommerce website.

                            On 19th nov.16 i bought a reliance zte s194 black (all sim cdma) from www.Snapdeal.Com. As usual after some days i received the mobile. But the mobile was not work properly.. The issue is that it is all cdma supported mobile..But when i insert my mts cdma sim it work not properly. All in coming call received but when i try to outgoing it call ended.. But at this situation when i switch off and then swith on my mobile. After switching on the i make only the first one outgoing call ..But when any incoming call come then the mobile could not process any outgoing call. I complained on snapdeal customer care.They said to e i have to go the reliance service centre which is 60 k.M. Away from my house. Then i went to reliance servie centre.They say we are only check through reliance cdma sim so they cheked it via reliance sim...Because they say it is reliance mobile ...So we only check via ourr sim. But in the mobile clearly write all sim cdma supported.. But they cannot checked via mts sim.. But my problem is only with mts sim..Reliance care checked only by reliance sim and it work properly..But mts sim work not properly.. They suggest me to go snapdeal.Com.. Then i came back home.From my house to reliance care i spend 112 rupees.Then contact with snapdeal. After may times i request snapdeal they harassed me too much..At last snapdeal said to me to despatched the mobile via courier..Then i packed it then via dtdc courier i send the mobile for sending the mobile i gave to courier charge rs/-361. Then i upload courier receipt.. To snapdeal.Com.. But today snapdeal message me that quality checked failed. Returned item will be sent back to you . Further i contact snapdeal customer care but they did not say any authentic cause.. Now i totally hopeless harassed... I earnestly request you to help me.. I want my total money..Please help me..Please..Please please.. If national consumer complaint forum cannot solv my problem then i go to media and then court to file a case against snapdeal..Please help me as soon as possible.. Julfikar hossain khan.                               This is to inform you that this order i have received as a gift but it is defaulted piece. its a gift thats why its already completed 7 days as i have open late by trusting snapdeal and now unable to return order.
                              How can i return my order. ? I am also okay with exchange with proper product. this JBL speaker doesnt get charged so this is no use of it.

                              We have spent 2100 but its defaulted so i want to return it or exchange it.

                                I order khantil multicoloured satin dress material and i did not get what i ordered so i wanted to refund.i dont want replacement i only need refund so I clicked something wrong now it shows return request closed so what to do.                                   Snapdeal not accepting for REverse Pickup though they provided us the faulty machine which is not at all our fault

                                  BUT snapdeal is not refunding our money nor accepting the request to reverse pickup for replacement

                                  on placing the request to reverse pick up i received following message from snapdeal

                                  Sorry, we're unable to pick your item up. Please courier it to our warehouse. For smooth return, please pack your item with all original packing, invoice, MRP sticker and tags.

                                  First of all, this is not customer responsibilty to courier the received faulty product to warehouse. this is duty of snapdeal people to collect the product from customers home...Secondly no customer service support on their toll free no, only recorded IVR going on. No Executive to contact with.. Thirdly why customer has to bear the tension of courier the faulty product back to snapdeal, BS...zero customer support...torturing the customer...playing with their lives...putting their lives into danger

                                  ONLY I AM CALLING SNAPDEAL AND SENDING MAILS NOT GETTING ANY INPUT FROM SNAPDEAL UNTIL AND UNLESS I CALL THEM OR REMIND THEM

                                  how many hours do you need to refund my courier charges...are u working in a company or in a tea stall that you need time
                                  you promised that snapdeal will give courier charges to me in 24 hrs but now its been more than 4 days
                                  i think snapdeal should attend maths class to know difference between between 1 days and 4 days

                                  if i will not get my courier chargesRs2316.90 and, either the machine or refund of that machine in next 24hrs then dont blame me that i have taken legal step against snapdeal

                                    On 28th November, i ordered a mobile phone which cost 11390/- by using my SBI debit card& after sometimes i cancelled it.As per your rules the deducted money will be credited within 4 businesses day I.e 2 December .on 2 December i didn't got money and then you told to send mini statement and i twice send you the statement . Then on 5th December u told me to contact with bank branch with reference number as u given to me and they told we didn't know any thing about your transaction and you contact with them. yesterday i talk with your supervisor and not getting any satisfactory result and he told me to wait more 7-9 days .

                                    why you giving fake assurance from last 15 days, and also I am 3 times going to the bank branch regarding this matter.

                                      dear sir i had orderd "hi-bird singham sspeed 26inch cycle" as i recieved i found it is poorly damaged the handel and wheel connecting rod id our of center and bend and also the soccer is also damaged and oil leaked.

                                      i had filed the return request and also they had approved and also mail me that they are going to refund my money, but till now no refund recieved also i had tried to contact many time but they are ignoring and also courier partner is not picking up the product as his service is not available in this area., ,

                                      please take strict action.

                                      i had also told then to send the damaged part so that i can also make it from here but still decesion is pending...

                                        I ordered Red MI note 3 32gb mobile from snapdeal.com with order ID : [protected]

                                        While i received mobile and try to connect charger mobile can't charge up even can't connect charger. so i just file refund for this order on 8 december.

                                        After continue calling to customer care and bagging again again they are sending me silver color.

                                        Today 13th december, 2016 i got message from snapdeal that Red Mi Note 3 32gb Replacement confirmed. So i visit Website and shocked that they are sending me Silver color in replacement of Gold color mobile. so i call to snapdeal and ask them for gold color, they replied that gold color is out of stock.

                                        So i cancelled order and refund me amount, but customer care executive reply me that you can not cancel the order. you need to refuse order once it'll reach to your door. since i call them on same time when i got message even bill was not generate when i asked them to cancel order.

                                        So it's final things that snapdeal only want to make fool to their customer, they are just want to spoil my money my time and my happiness.

                                        Please don't buy from snapdeal if you don't want to face such type of problems. Just group of failures they are not serious ever about their customer.

                                        Please help me to solve out my life's last order with snapdeal if anyone can.

                                        After call 3-4 time to customer care my replacement different color against redmi note 3 32gb gold cancelled and assured me that they are refunding me in 2-4 working days.

                                        But i didn't get any confirmation message or email for to refund process for my order so just uncomfortable about my money.

                                        Let's see i am waiting for my refund if it's happen that will be great for me.
