Well, your pickup guy came at my house and he said that he couldn't take the order because I didn't entered the complaint as " Missing part".
Well guess what, your online return thig does not even give the option for me to select that. Once again I will say to you that I ordered the combo of the mouse and the keyboard and have not received the full combo and only the keyboard has been given to me and now you fraud online sellers are not even taking it back and trying to get the seven day return policy to get over and then you will say that we can't return the order as the time has elapsed. I got my dad as an online sales fraud consultant so please don't make me to go to my dad for this issue and please give me what I ordered in the first place as I still want the product and I loved your service.
You people also don't have an Email ID on which I can communicate to you and I have to come on such platforms and convey my grief to you. I would appreciate your help once you do that. Please do the needful.. Message me on my Email Id which you will get from the online order that I have shared with you and I'm sure that you can pull out what tomfoolery you guys have done with this order. Thanks.
Can you please help me with this and you people don't have any chat support and also the number which is there on the website is not letting me to get into any agent and that is very frustrating. Please call me back on [protected].
