Too late delivery
I placed a order with snapdeal on 6/12/2016 and was provided with a tracking number[protected].
It's been one week today and my hands are still empty.
I have not recieved my order yet. If you people are not capable of delivering the orders on time then why should you promise that. Please look into the matter asap and see that my oreder is delivered within 24 hours.

    Dont purchase any item from snapdeal as they are not reliable. They are cheaters

    I have booked dell inspiron 15 3542 laptop (4th gen intel core i3- 4gb ram vide po no [protected] on 19th nov and the material was delivered on 28th nov. When we opened the box we found that the laptop was used and the adapter was damaged. We informed them immediately for refund and they booked the return pick up vide no 37112561 on 29th nov. Till now they have not picked up the consignment and they have not refunded the amount. Whenever we call them they tell in 2 to 3 days it will be picked up

      I have ordered 1 mircrophone and a jack with order ids as :[protected] and [protected] respectively. Next day i changed my mind and thought of purchasing something better as per my requirements and cancelled the order before even the order got dispatched.

      The status of my order shows as refunded where as i haven't got the refund yet. Whenever i call snapdeal customer service they say it will be done shortly. Its been 8days from i cancelled the order.

      Actually this complaint is basically because this is not the first time this is happening. This is a common trend now days. All my friends and family also faced the same issue. They say there has been some bank formalities then they ask for mini statement.

      So one time there may be one issue but everytime it can't be right?
      Last time i was victim of this policy i thought there might be some issue with the bank and i co-operated with them to the maximum. But every time it can't be the reason.

      Kindly look into the matter.

        I had placed an order for redmi note3 32gb from your company on 5th dec, 2016.
        I had received my order but the mobile is defective. Its finger print sensor & calling scanner is not working properly. I am totally dissatisfied with the product. So, i want refund of money.               I have order yoga mat on 21st nov2016 and paid the amountof through debit card. And recived message stating "your order is confirmed and will deliver before 29th nov
              On 30th nov i got message oder is running a little late it will reach you on or before 5th dec
              On 2nd dec i recived two messages one was your order will be delivered today by nitesh more. And another was we regret to inform you that your address is out of our courier partners service area
              Though i have checked pincode number and it shows item is available on given pincode
              However i have cancel the order on 2nd dec (No option)
              On 8th dec i have received mail stating that you will receive refund within 3-4 days.
              But i haven't received the amount yet.
              I know i will get my amount back. But highly disappointed with your service.
              I am regular customer of snapdeal.

                Worst experience ever with snapdeal!

                I am continuously calling to snapdeal since last 4 days regarding the refund of 499 rs. But the executives use to ask me to wait for 1 hr or 2 hr or 24 hr. It's been more than 72 hrs, and I didn’t get any message, mail or notification regarding my refund(money).I am completely disappointed and wishing never to shop with snapdeal ever in my life. Huh! my money is gone I think.
                They are thief/fraud. They have stolen my money.

                  I have ordered 43 inch tv and paid for the same but i got 38inch tv out of the 43 inch tv box and now this snapdeal is not listening to the complaint i have registered for the tc warranty with the serial key of the tv from where they can detect the tv is not the 43 inch i ordered but still no help from the snapdeal customer care. Fraud committed with me got charged extra and not delivered what was ordered and paid for.

                              I ordered Red MI note 3 32gb mobile from snapdeal.com with order ID : [protected]

                              While i received mobile and try to connect charger mobile can't charge up even can't connect charger. so i just file refund for this order on 8 december.

                              Next when i check my refund status was changed by snapdeal.com and it was something service engineer sheduled for my ordered item so i just call to snapdeal.com and inquire about my refund status so they replied that first service engineer will visit your place and check ordered item quality and report to snapdeal and then your refund will be processed and all process will be within 24 hours. so they asked me to wait for service engineer call.

                              But after finish their given time i didn't get any update from them even whenever i tried to connect customer they just repeat their 24 hours time again and again.

                              Really it's worst ever experience to online shopping with snapdeal.com because if i can't get refund on time then i need to pay regular emi to bank because i paid through credit card EMI. so if they don't process my request within their promised time then credit card will generate bill and i need to pay regular EMI.

                              When i call customer care today and request them to connect me with their seniors then they replied that our all are executives are so busy and they don't have time to talk with you.

                              I've all recorded call with snapdeal.com they are just ignoring my request and not processing my refund. please help me to resolve issue.

                              Today 13th december, 2016 i got message from snapdeal that Red Mi Note 3 32gb Replacement confirmed. So i visit Website and shocked that they are sending me Silver color in replacement of Gold color mobile. so i call to snapdeal and ask them for gold color, they replied that gold color is out of stock.

                              So i cancelled order and refund me amount, but customer care executive reply me that you can not cancel the order. you need to refuse order once it'll reach to your door. since i call them on same time when i got message even bill was not generate when i asked them to cancel order.

                              So it's final things that snapdeal only want to make fool to their customer, they are just want to spoil my money my time and my happiness.

                              Please don't buy from snapdeal if you don't want to face such type of problems. Just group of failures they are not serious ever about their customer.

                              Please help me to solve out my life's last order with snapdeal if anyone can.

                              I'll keep posting my experience with snapdeal everyday...

                              I've already sent you mail on [protected]@snapdeal.com about my issue and about your irresponsible behavior since i didn't get any respond from you.

                              So finally i've share my problem here and on next i got call from snapdeal.

                              Actually i asked them for refund when i found issue but they reject refund and replied me that we can only replace your order, even i was selected refund.

                              Whatever finally they picked reverse my mobile and promised that they will replace this faulty 4g mobile. so i am waiting for refresh peace.

                              Let's see what i have now next...

                                We ordered on 7th november, delivered 9th dec. Due to mobile not compatible with 4g, we requested for change to next model. Item picked up from home on 14th nov. We received message that replacement request declined on 22nd nov, item will be resent back to address. Neither we got money refund, nor mobile returned back to us till date. Even calling to customer care number not helped, as per customer care our case been closed, but how??? We did not got our mobile..

                                    I purchased 2 perfumes on Snapdeal.com. One being Versace Crystal Noir and the other Burberry Body Gold special edition. I am so disgusted as both these products are absolutely fake. Both the bottles don't have a CLG code printed on them, the finishing of the packaging is terrible and the smell doesn't last for more than an hour. I bought these 2 products on offer and paid 6k online. I can easily return the products and and get my refund but that's not going to stop this from happening in the future. I wish to take serious action and have this justified. Kindly help me on the same.

                                      I ordered Sony MDR-XB70AP/B In Ear Earphones with Mic (Black) from Snapdeal.com, Order ID: [protected] (1 Item). The order is fine until and unless one of my friend told me that I should also be getting a carry pouch inside the box. I looked into the box again but there was not carry pouch. I need a carry pouch as it is mentioned on the website or lese I need to get my order returned back as the order is incomplete.

                                      Also the delayed caused in lodging this complain is that I was not aware if there should be a pouch also included inside the box.
