Dear sir,
I had placed an order for redmi note3 32gb from your company on 5th dec, 2016.
I had received my order but the mobile is defective. Its finger print sensor & calling scanner is not working properly. I am totally dissatisfied with the product. So, i want refund of money. I also lodged complaint at snapdeal. Company engineer also come to my home today but he is unable to solve the problem.
