        Earlier we used to write to help @snapdeal.com and our queries were done with... . Now it is like this that snaodeal is not at all paying heed to its daily customers.. .. . How much we write there is no response... Everytime im ordering a product the courier guys are messing up from inside... ...Like this product... . They are saying delivery attempted when in real nothing of that sort happens.. .. .. . If delivery was attempted how can it not reach me wen im waiting at home for this product... . Not even a phone call... These GATI courier guys are like very big fat liars... . I tried everything for all the earkier products but to no avail... No response from snapdeal... This is the product i ordered now... . Again for this product they are saying product delivered but nothing of that sort happened yesterday...

          Hi,

          My name is Santosh. I have ordered a Mee Mee baby walker from sanp deal for Rs1975. Since the product description says it has lock system. What I received was not Lock system one. And the seat is not fitting properly. My kid is falling down all the time.

          I have placed a request for return. Earlier they said sent mail saying they will come and pick up. After that I received, I have to ship, they will refund the shipping charges. This logistics guy said it will cost 1000rs to ship the item.

          I have tried 100 times to the customer care number, it connected only once or twise. I informed them about the shipping charges. Then they said they will send pick up guy. Waited for 4 days, after that they sent mail saying they cant pick. I have shipped that for rs450 and uploaded the receipt as they instructed.

          After that I didnt get any response from them. They dont have even the direct mail id to reach or phone number.

          I am regretting fully now, I felt like slapping those fellows who are maintaining this company.

              Today(09 dec 2016), I have received a sms to my registered mobile stating that "We attempted the delivery of your product [protected] but could not deliver to you". The sms was quite embarrassing for me as neither any sms nor any phone call I have received so far from the courier for delivery of the item till now. Moreover today at 11:00 pm, I received a phone call from snapdeal by which the attending personnel assured me to deliver the item within 24 to 48 hrs.

              Again at 5:30PM, I could see the order msg that "customer could not be reached". My phone number is working, i am present at home, Neither i have recieved any call nor any courier person arrived at my place.

              I have, however, sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com asking for their reply as to when and where the delivery was attempted but failed.

                So when the delivry boy came and he gave me the box it seems it is empty i opened infront of him and there was nothng in d box which was not expected from the snapdeal and then he called to nitesh who was delivery responsible person he said call to customer service i called what ridiculous response i got they will take 7 days as i order the prodect on 2/12/16 and on 6/12/16 i received a massage that i will receive my order between 8dec16 to 12dec16 which was again a dissatisfaction for me and finally when received there was ab[censored]ly empty box i want a restrict action for dis bad service and they should compensate for this inconvenient. Hopefully i get revert for the same.

                      I have order a shirt on 20th November from Snapdeal and I received it on 25th November due to fitting issues I apply for replacement of the product. Snapdeal told me that there will pick up my product in 24 to 48 hrs but no reply from them. Then I myself visited Delhivery office and tried to returned but they didn't accept and told me that office is closed. Actually office closing Time is 7pm and I visited 6:30pm. And on 28th November I received a message from Snapdeal saying that your replacement request has been closed then I kept continue follow up but there agent just told me that we will pick up the product in 24 to 48 hrs but not came to pick up then again on 3rd December I received message from Snapdeal that your replacement request is closed then I kept follow up to Snapdeal regarding my complaint but they failed to solve my problem.

                        I have received the ordered product. Upon trail of the product i found the size is not fitting me. I orequested for replacement of the product on your website. My ticket no. Is 37642281 dt. 9th dec.2016. I got the response from your end. Again after a rethought i again requested a replecment of 3xl size, ie a change in size earlier rquested.

                          I've placed a prepaid order on 2nd December 2016.
                          As usual it's been notified that my consignment was shipped and would be delivered between 5-8 December.
                          Since the tracking on Vulcan_olp wasn't working, I contacted the help center and got the details like AWB no.
                          Afterwards the awb no. was showing invalid on courier's website.
                          And now on 9th of December, neither I nor snapdeal have any idea where my order is.


                          The seller was snapdeal fulfilled and order was eligible for snapdeal gold.
                          I'm unable to understand what these two phrases mean because as you guys say there is nothing like anything special or more careful handling etc.

                          already written to that address. i've been provided a reschedule of 10-15 december but still no idea where my consignment is. will it be delivered after 2-3 months.?? i've been told that there is a technical glitch in courier's system i.e. vulcan's. but for how long it will take to resolve...?

                            I had purchased a sandal from the snapdeal and due to the size issue, had to return the item and get the refund for the same.

                            On 15-Nov-2016, snapdeal updated me that the refund has been initiated successfully through the same mode as i made the payment and asked me to wait for few days to reflect that into my account.

                            After waiting for fews days, the money never got credited into my account and opened a complaint with snapdeal about the issue of refund not being made to my account although snapdeal mentioned the successful processing of refund.

                            I was asked to furnish the band statement to prove the money never got creatdited which i promptly did. The have give me the transaction reference number and asked me to check with my bank and my bank told there is no such transfer happend to my account.

                            I have asked snapdeal to furnish the document to the claim of successfuly refund they made and the snapdeal is not ready to give any details from their side except the transaction number.

                            Now they are saying the onus in on me to get this checked from my bank to solve this issue and snapdeal will not help on this matter.

                            What should i do to get my refund from snapdeal? They have not given any proof to the claim that they have successfully made the refund.

                              Snapdeal deceive me. I have purchased an new Epson printer from Snapdeal with order id :[protected].

                              I unbox it and tried to register that product to Epson India but while checking I noticed that product is already registered . I called Epson india and confirmed that that product already registered in the month of October 2016 19th . I got deliver this product today which is 8 December 2016. Mean it is clearly shows that Snapdeal sold unused product as they resold that product again . I have paid full amount and my EMI has been started .
                              When I called snapdeal They simply said that do you want to return or replace. How simple it.
                              I want an brand new product but I will not return this product without giving me new product and I want all details why you resold this product.

And I asked him why you resold it they said we will refund you .as we will pickup item check and then refund .                                 Fake advertisements by Snapdeal

                                I had ordered for an unboxed Microsoft Lumia for Rs 4999/- They make a clear distinction explaining what unboxed is and what refurbished is. There was no mention of the phone being refurbished but when I received it I find it is a refurbished unit and the invoice clearly shows it. Snapdeal has no email id for complaints and their 24/7 customer care is another bogus as it just leads to one recorded message to another with no customer care executive. SO BEWARE OF BELIEVING THAT SNAP DEAL SAYS AS UNBOXED.

                                  Ordered Mi Max from Snapdeal, was facing a minor issue with screentouch and also I felt screen size is little large. Of course just loking at d configurations on paper and the actual product with the configurations is different thing. So I returned my product but snapdeal rejected it mentioning no return for electronics product. Guys its a mobile worth Rs. 15000/- and bought from the money of my hard-work. How can I let it waste because of your pathetic policy.

                                  I don't even want refund of the money. I am ready to by other mobile/products from your site only. Still you are not co-operating. This is really disgusting. I would like to have a helping hand from you which will obviously be useful for the promotion as well and will lead to customer satisfaction.

                                      I had ordered a Complan nutrigro badam kheer on 02/10/16( Order no-[protected]) n the product was delivered to me on 08/10/16. As 5he product deliver had expired on 09/16, I requested a return n refund. The product was picked up on 09/10/16 and I was told there will be a quality check.

                                      On 15/10/16 I was informed that my product has failed quality check and it is completely perfect and thus, they are returning me the product and the refund is cancelled. I called them on 16/10/16 and at leat 5 times since then asking them to resolve the issue. Last call was on 29/10/16. I had continously requested them to see to that, that the product was expired and it would have been extremely hazardous if I would have fed that to a 3 yr old child.

                                      As 5 here was no proper action taken regarding the same and waiting for more than a month for the seller to take action. I am filing this complaint.
