Hi,
My name is Santosh. I have ordered a Mee Mee baby walker from sanp deal for Rs1975. Since the product description says it has lock system. What I received was not Lock system one. And the seat is not fitting properly. My kid is falling down all the time.
I have placed a request for return. Earlier they said sent mail saying they will come and pick up. After that I received, I have to ship, they will refund the shipping charges. This logistics guy said it will cost 1000rs to ship the item.
I have tried 100 times to the customer care number, it connected only once or twise. I informed them about the shipping charges. Then they said they will send pick up guy. Waited for 4 days, after that they sent mail saying they cant pick. I have shipped that for rs450 and uploaded the receipt as they instructed.
After that I didnt get any response from them. They dont have even the direct mail id to reach or phone number.
I am regretting fully now, I felt like slapping those fellows who are maintaining this company.

They are doing fraud and playing around customers.

I am seeing many people are suffering from snapdeal. I am also one of them. We should file a strong case against them.
For all complaints they are sending one forward message. But no action from them.
