Purchased an expensive item on snapdeal on 5th dec and it showed next day delivery on 6-dec. On 6-dec 8:00am the tracking status shows "courier is transporting to a hub near you". No updates after that. Clicking on the "track courier" shows a useless page from vulcan (I guess snapdeal's own courier company) which shows item has "reached dc". No timestamp, no location info, no local contact number, nothing. What is "dc"? How is this tracking...

Refund related issue

I had ordered moto g turbo and its back cover and made the payment wid my debit card but i cancelled order within 30 minutes due to various reasons. And i got message saying your money will be refunded in 4 business days.
But i didn't get the refund.
And when i contacted customer care they told me to wait for some more time. And few of customer care executives gave false and irrevalent information. Its a pure mental harassment....
