Ordered Mi Max from Snapdeal, was facing a minor issue with screentouch and also I felt screen size is little large. Of course just loking at d configurations on paper and the actual product with the configurations is different thing. So I returned my product but snapdeal rejected it mentioning no return for electronics product. Guys its a mobile worth Rs. 15000/- and bought from the money of my hard-work. How can I let it waste because of your pathetic policy.

I don't even want refund of the money. I am ready to by other mobile/products from your site only. Still you are not co-operating. This is really disgusting. I would like to have a helping hand from you which will obviously be useful for the promotion as well and will lead to customer satisfaction.

      I had ordered a Complan nutrigro badam kheer on 02/10/16( Order no-[protected]) n the product was delivered to me on 08/10/16. As 5he product deliver had expired on 09/16, I requested a return n refund. The product was picked up on 09/10/16 and I was told there will be a quality check.

      On 15/10/16 I was informed that my product has failed quality check and it is completely perfect and thus, they are returning me the product and the refund is cancelled. I called them on 16/10/16 and at leat 5 times since then asking them to resolve the issue. Last call was on 29/10/16. I had continously requested them to see to that, that the product was expired and it would have been extremely hazardous if I would have fed that to a 3 yr old child.

      As 5 here was no proper action taken regarding the same and waiting for more than a month for the seller to take action. I am filing this complaint.

          I booked red me note 3 order id- [protected] for rs 12000/- on 16/11/2016 and postman tried to deilver my package in tempered condition on 21/11/2016 so refused to accept and filed for refund request. Tracking details clearly showos that items delivered back to bnglore centre on 01/12/2016 but snapdeal updated on 05/12/2016 that items delivered sucessfully to customers on 01dec 2016. Also money not refunded till time very very bad service .

          Friends never purchase on snapdeal in prepaid order. Once snapdeal get money in advance then it will not wants to retunrn money, customer care representative makes every time fool when you call they will say that your refund will be initiated within 24 hrs. Dont be oneself fool like me. They have not refunded my money since 21 nov 2016.

              I ordered a micro oven on 18 NOV 2016 and received on 24 NOV 2016. installation persons came to the home and opened the seal of the product then checked the product but it is not working they return back and I ordered for replacement of the product on 02 DEC 2016. snap deal executives called me and sent the service engineer to my home that time we are not there in the home and even there is no power on whole day. he returns back then I got a message from snap deal saying that "we understand that you no more want a service engineer visit for your item" its happened on 3 DEC 2016. from that day on words, i have not got any response from snap deal executives even I called so many times and requested through emails too.

                  I had ordered Western Basics Brown DressOrder ID: [protected] (1 Item) made the payment wid my debit cardon Nov 22nd 2016.It should be delivered by 29th nov but it was not delivered and my order was cancelled on 30th Nov due to various reasons(today also i don't know why they cancelled my order). And i got message saying your money will be refunded in 4 business days but in my account it was showing refunded successfully.But i didn't get the refund.
                  And when i contacted customer care 3times they told me to wait for some more time. Its was really mental harassment.I thought snapdeal was a good they are proving my thought is wrong...!!!
                  If this complaint helps me its good, if not i will forget the idea o[censored]sing snapdeal.

                    I have bought a linksys router from snapdeal.com but unfortunately the router is not compatible to me so i decided to send it back to snapdeal so i contract thier customer care so they give me the instruction how to send the product to their company but till today the have not received the item and moreover i have send the item for three times but still the same result and they are also telling me to send the item again and again but the company rule is that if the item is old more then 40 days then they will not receive the item so sir if i would continue to send it every time then it will cross 40 days and they will not receive my goods and i will not get my money back, so sir pleas help me to get my money back.                       I have purchase two product from snap deal and I got the call from Courier company that you parcel will be delivered tomorrow. They have send me the sms along with the name of the person and his number who will be delivering the parcel. I got the call from the Krishna Kamite [protected] and told me to collect the parcel from a place which was 2 km away from my residence. I told him to delivered the parcel at my residence and he said you come and don't have time to search for the address. I said I have paid the delivery charges and its your duty to deliver the parcel at my door step. He was not ready to deliver at my door step and said you are staying in chawl and I don't have time to search for the address.

                      This was very irresponsible answer from snapdeal and associates company. Snapdeal has not mentioned any where that if any person is staying in chawl is not eligible to get the doorstep delivery. I will held snapdeal responsible for this. They don't have system where the parcel is not delivered they have to call the customer and get the reason. This courier company act as if they are the owner of the company and mention any manipulate reason for not delivering.

                      I had called your customer service number and spoke with your customer service executive and she has told me to deliver the parcel today by 4.00 pm at my doorstep. Still the parcel is not delivered and I got the message that courier company has attempt to delivered but was unable to delivered. They have nit made any attempt for delivery and how come you can send this message. You are misleading the Customer and you are not fullfilling the promise you make to customer. I have lost trust on Snap deal. I am had paid the advance payment and you have cheated me.

Again I got the message from the snapdeal stating that "there was delay in delivery and your parcel will be delivered by 13th Dec 2016." The name of the person who will deliver will be Krishna Kamite [protected]. I have complaint against this man you is not ready to deliver the parcel at my doorstep and again you are sending me same message with same person name. Snapdeal is not taking customer complaints seriously. I know after 13 th Dec I will get the message that we have attempt to deliver the parcel was unable to deliver. I will not cancel my order untill snapdeal is not seriously considering my complaint. I want Action.

                          They neither delivered the product nor refunded the amount ...they even charge for their call centre and stupid guy picks the phone who don't know what to answer...
                          The funny part part is they say they have customer support but really they just have a business model by which they earn when you call them as it takes minimum of 5-10 min to reach to their representative who is more dumb and knows even less than what u already know . They have just one answer "you are right sir" thats it ...completely fraud company company...

                              I placed one Order ID: [protected](Dabur Chyawanprash 1Kg + Dabur Honey 400g + Dabur Badam Tail 100 ml) on snapdeal by 21st November for which original delivery date was 28th November but unfortunately it was not delivered on or before promised date thereafter i discussed to customer care, they informed that it was delayed in shipment & revised delivery date was updated of 5th Dec & not get delivered on 5th dec also thereafter revised delivery date was 9th Dec but on 7th dec, i received sms for order cancelled & refund initiated. i tried several times on customer card via calls & mails and everytime i was informed that it will be delivered before promised date. i checked the rates on 7th dec, it was also revised. Requesting you to kindly help for this matter as i couldnot get delivered my order after so many endeavors & also my money blocked for 18 days whereas without my any fault. Thanks.

                                  Purchased an expensive item on snapdeal on 5th dec and it showed next day delivery on 6-dec. On 6-dec 8:00am the tracking status shows "courier is transporting to a hub near you". No updates after that. Clicking on the "track courier" shows a useless page from vulcan (I guess snapdeal's own courier company) which shows item has "reached dc". No timestamp, no location info, no local contact number, nothing. What is "dc"? How is this tracking page supposed to help? The number they show on the vulcan page is the same snapdeal global number where an ivrs voice tirelessly repeats order status (Saying it is shipped). No human operator. I can understand you cannot staff a call center for all snapdeal customers but cannot you at least share the courier number of the local hub? They would only have to handle calls from that locality.
                                  Snapdeal order status still shows estimated delivery date as "6-dec". It is now late evening of 7-dec. The delay is not too bad. The frustrating thing is the absolute lack of any tracking info. I dont know if they will deliver tomorrow, the next day, the next week or not at all.
                                  This points to a very poor logistics system. If the shipment has really reached a local hub, they can at least display the location so we feel reassured. We can also have the option to pickup from there. Now we have no control on anything. I have used other online agencies and was impressed with the detail of tracking info provided with locations and timestamps at each stop. This is very poor logistics.

                                    I had ordered moto g turbo and its back cover and made the payment wid my debit card but i cancelled order within 30 minutes due to various reasons. And i got message saying your money will be refunded in 4 business days.
                                    But i didn't get the refund.
                                    And when i contacted customer care they told me to wait for some more time. And few of customer care executives gave false and irrevalent information. Its a pure mental harassment. Very poor customer care support. Kindly help me.

                                      Dear Mr Kunal Bahl,

                                      Sorry to bother you but this requires your attention as things at Snapdeal are being run in the most pathetic way. Not sure how many such customers must be in such an embarrassing situation.

                                      Seems my account has been suspended because I had returned few items.

                                      Just wanted to understand

                                      1) Is that not the convenience one should have for online shopping? How can you expect things to be first time right which does not happen even if you go to any retail outlet in person?
                                      2) Why was there no mail intimation warning a customer of the consequences?
                                      3) Why don't you have a threshold for returns beyond which you can charge the customer for delivery & return till the next successful goods acceptance?
                                      4) Have you checked the content of the mail which talks the account getting suspended? It was very rude to say the least ! !
                                      5) How can you block an account without prior intimation? Is there no governance observed?

                                      This is really disappointing. Please be rest assured this experience will be reported to media/legal/public forums/consumer court.

                                        I have purchase Karbonn K9 phone .

                                        I done the transaction through debit card, bcos they said they will give 5% discount . i not recieved discount as later i came to know above Rs 3500 then they will give discount it was written after 2 pages url links.

                                        I recived the product on time but product was different from which was shown .

                                        And also found that Specification which was mentioned 1G Ram and 4 Gb ROm for Rs 1245 mobile . which doesnt look genuine.
