    You guys have taken customer harassment to a new level. I was patient till now as i am used to some of the problems of online shopping but this time you guys hv tested my patience and i lost it.
    I bought a wardrobe and i recieved pieces of planks which are damaged, i immediately informed you guys and you guys asked me to send it manually as there is no pick up facilities in my place. I m not staying in the same city and i ordered the same for my old single mother. So as it would be a hassle for her to pack this huge plank pieces, i cancelled the return and asked them to install it as the damages are in the interior surface. Your installation team has promised me numerous times for an installation within 48 hrs but nothing moved ahead apart from series of false promises. After repeated complains, they call me saying that installation is not possible at my place. How can you send something without installation facility at the first place. So now i bought a wardrobe, i have got pieces of planks. Now you guys are asking to send it back which as i said is hassle and i have already went through a lot so i cant do that. Its your fault right from the beginning and you need to find out a solution. You arrange for carrying your stuff and refund my money as soon as possible. Every single day it has been a duty to talk to a snapdeal customer care executive and i have went through a lot for no fault of mine. Refund my money back and stop the mental harrassment please i beg you guys.

      I don't know why I choose this 'Snapdeal' service and coming to the point on 4th Sunday Dec-2016 ordered a product through this ***** service even made payment too spot and it supposed to deliver on 6th Dec-2016. As of now didn't received it. And I'm tired of calling customer care because of their response is very extraordinary on only receiving calls but not how to get it resolve the issue quickly. I've a doubt like 'These online services are running only based on customer satisfaction' if they don't want to loose even single customer's hope I think this will not be a good one. While ordering something options will show like food menu but when coming to service is like politician's policy. Really very embarrassed. Now I realized don't want to choose anything from any online service by seeing this ***** kind of service. In this whole incident I lost my money & hope.

        This iphone imei number and purchased date is different as shown in bill and also looks like an assembled phone sold by snapdeal.
        Solve the issue by providing original bill with genuine purchase date as the phone imei registered on iphone record. Otherwise I will take a legal action.

          On Nov 14, 2016, I ordered a mobile Turbo S5 from Snapdeal I received an incomplete package without the mobile battery. Instantly I mailed Snapdeal regarding this and they revert back saying they will send for a pick -up. On Monday morning(Nov 29, 2016) I received a message from Snapdeal saying that on Sunday the courier attempted for a pick up but I was not available. Strange that only this courier service in Shillong functioned when it was a Sunday also I never received any details from the courier or Snapdeal that they have been trying to pick up the package.
          Last week I had attempted to called Snapdeal and assured me that it will be done within the next 42 hrs but till date it never happened. On Monday 5, 2016 I went to Ecom Couriers they told me that Snapdeal did not send them any mail regarding Pick up and very strange when thay check out from their system they foun that on the 28th Nov 2016 an employee by the name Rajaat Panchbhaiya employee ID 23793 cancelled my pick -up. Please note that Ecom Couriers in Shillong do not have any employees by this name.
          Then I again complaint this to Snapdeal but they assured me that they will send me mails and update me the status of my complaint but till date nobody came and collect the incomplete package yet.
          In short I would like to say that Snapdeal is a Crook who cheated their regular clients and they are shameless.
          I wrote to them that if they cannot replace the product either they should refund me but till date no response.

            I had ordered for a redmi note 3 phone which costs 11999 rupees and the snapdeal didn't deliver the product on time, so I cancelled the same and they didn't have my refunds back, but mailed me the invoice and a note that the product was successfully delivered... It's been a month and I called the customer care several times and since today no actions were taken by them...

                I have order a Mobile on snapdeal which is delivered to me on 30the Dec., On getting the product there is some issue with speaker, Loud speaker was not working, Front Camera not working and Internet connectivity is also not working.I have visited Micromax but as it is under refund policy they suggest me to replace or refund the iteam .I decided to refund as i have no more trust in snapdeal.com.,
                I have called them 5-6 times regarding this wasting my approx 100 rupee money.Now they are saying me to provide service centre denial letter.What is this, as it is defective iteam why should i have to run for that again.It is not my mistake, its snapdeal's responsibilty why they are not taking responsibilty.Worthless Fake cheap support from snapdeal.com

                Now they are saying to visit micromax centre again for written documents that the iteam is defective.What is this, i have buy for my father 62 years old, i am out of town, My father don't know anything about the process.Why snapdeal is harashing a old people.
                Thats why i request snapdeal for returning the product.According to easy return ploicy snapdeal must return if it is defective.So why snapdeal is not following their policy.Why they are harashing poor people.

                  On 18 Nov 2016 I order a dell laptop (dell inspiron 3558) with order id [protected] and on 20 Nov 2016 I cancelled the order .
                  On the same day the cancellation was accepted by snapdeal .then after 10 days when refund was not intiated I talk to snapdeal customer care which guide me to talk to india post and I did the same and india post told me that the product was sent back to the seller and it has been received by the seller. The next day again I talk to snapdeal customer care they assured me that the refund will soon be given but nothing happened.still I m waiting for them to reply but nothing from their side.

                    I'm suryakala, resident of Delhi wanna write about a flaw found in your app.
                    I don't understand how such a big company would make simple mistakes by showing wrong prices of the products. That too with such bigger difference rates, I thought of checking the price of redmi note 3 and I was shocked by seeing the price to be 109999 and that too this is the discounted price of 110000!!! Didn't expect such flaws from you people. Already these kind of complaints are there with you and even you are not looking into them seriously. Is the only correct way to show your flaws is through social media?? If So, I'm gonna do that to aware the people.

                          please dont purchase and sell with snapdeal bcs they make a fool to customer and seller also, i[censored] r a seller you dont sell with snapdeal bcs they dont release payment on time sometime they keep your payment for six moths, and if you want to be a good seller so dont go with snapdeal bcs anytime without any reason they can disabled your products for on months, I am seller in snapdeal, they disabled my product due to courier return means customer refusing the product, all know that in cod order 50% customer not take the product so is it a seller fault

                            My Order ID: [protected] (Mobile), I received the product on 4th Nov. I paid COD. Mobile is not working properly, I have registered the complaint in snapdeal. They arranged Service Engineer, but he recommended the product for replacement/refund. Snapdeal Courier team picked the product with service engineer (Feedback form) for return on 13th Nov. on 14th, I received mail from snapdeal as validate failed. But still now I haven't received proper reason for validation failure. I haven't received refund or replacement or my product (which is not working properly) also. I am attaching softcopy of Service engineer feedback and return pickup courier detail

                                I am writing to let you know about my utter dissatisfaction and frustration and disgust regarding my order and ask for a spedy resolution.
                                The order was eventually received almost one month late and anxiously I plugged it in and it was not working.
                                I am not technically minded but have never seen such a thin cord for an appliance (see picture)
                                Anyway I was told to return the item through any courier so I took it to the Professional courier and they refused to accept the package
                                Then I took it to Fedex who delivered the package and they said that there is no arrangement for them to return the package and that I have to pay 1300 to return by air and 542 to return by surface mail.
                                I dont have nor do I want to pay this kind of money to return the item. I am already out of pocket for the cost of the item and have and waiting on my refund to buy the other one.
                                What kind of scam is snapdeal running that they ship a product so late and then say there is no pick up service in the area where I live. This is Panjim Goa. How could there be no pick up courier in the biggest city in the state.
                                I am 64 years old and cannot deal with this stress. Please pick up the item and refund me my money or I am taking this issue to all the forums at my disposal to ensure unsuspecting customers are informed of the SNAPDEAL SCAM.

                                  I have got a product(brown biker jacket) ordered from snapdeal on 27th November . Requested for a return pickup on same date 27th November. No one came for the pickup after 3 days. Called customer care on 30th November they said your pick up rescheduled and it will be picked up in 1-2 days. After 1-2 days again i contacted customer care they respond with same excuse. Continually calling customer care for 30th November but Still no progress.

                                    I purchased the above said power bank (Item code: ma3630507 wide order no. [protected] and sub order no. [protected]) through invoice no. Sbof15/16-17/1302 dated 17/04/2016. This power bank is not working properly as per its working capacity. As the power bank is of 10000 mah and mobile battery of capacity 2900 mah is hardly charged once and thereafter power bank itself needs charging. Its inbuilt battery seems to have gone with in 7 months of purchase. I purchased this for my personal use because sony has a good brand name and its products must be of good quality. So i request you to look into the matter and replace the product as soon as possible.

                                      Regarding refund of the returned product

                                      Hi,
                                      I have sent the courier on 19/11/2016 and it was delivered on 23/11/2016, the delivery agents name is Kalpesh, and the contact no for professional couriers Surat is [protected], i have attached the courier receipt that has states that i have sent the courier and the confirmation that the vendor has received the courier the courier number is VJP749641( i have put a 'X' mark against this courier number on the attached receipt) .
                                      its been a very unpleasant experience with snap deal that i have to run around searching for proof of the materials that i have sent even if the courier has been uploaded at the earliest. looking for the refund to be processed at the earliest. its been more than two weeks that i have requested for a refund and the customer care is least bothered to respond or acknowledge.
