I have order a Mobile on snapdeal which is delivered to me on 30the Dec., On getting the product there is some issue with speaker, Loud speaker was not working, Front Camera not working and Internet connectivity is also not working.I have visited Micromax but as it is under refund policy they suggest me to replace or refund the iteam .I decided to refund as i have no more trust in snapdeal.com.,
I have called them 5-6 times regarding this wasting my approx 100 rupee money.Now they are saying me to provide service centre denial letter.What is this, as it is defective iteam why should i have to run for that again.It is not my mistake, its snapdeal's responsibilty why they are not taking responsibilty.Worthless Fake cheap support from snapdeal.com
They cheating with poor people.

Thats why i request snapdeal for returning the product.According to easy return ploicy snapdeal must return if it is defective.So why snapdeal is not following their policy.Why they are harashing poor people.
