I am writing this after about 6 e-mails and 10 calls to snapdeal customer care. I had booked an ac (Order id: [protected]; suborder id: [protected]) which was supposed to reach me by nov 30, 2016. On nov 28, i received the indoor unit of the ac. Where is the outdoor unit? Looks like it has vanished into thin air since nobody in snapdeal has been able to locate it. This is really frustrating after all the calls that i have made and being put on hold when there was no answer.

Customer satisfaction is definitely not important to snapdeal from what i see. The least that the company could have done to retain the customer was: ship another outdoor unit and sort the issue internally to locate the first unit that has disappeared.

Please do not give this standard response as i have already done that 6 times: we regret the inconvenience caused.     Decline my return request and send product again with some damage
    Hi,

    I purchased one mobile from snapdeal i ordered it on 7 nov 2016. Order no:order id: [protected] (Suborder id: [protected])
    I got item on 8th nov 2016. When i unbox item and i checked its various parameters i found out item was not that good and its like very bad product for 9200 odd rupees. So i decided return it. I tried on mobile app for return this item but there is no return option available so i tried to replacement option and also called snapdeal customer care for return then the customer care team assured me they register return request. Also in application there is no valid query selection for quality related.

    After replacement/return request. Item was picked up mobile on 15 nov 2016. Then after this after this i check application for tracking my return request and i shocked that they declined my request. Dont now why (Quality check) as i requested customer care i dont want this poor product. I requested many times for customer care please consider my request and refund my money as product is not meet my expectation as per its quality. But they denied many time so we are here helpless. Then i decided not bye any product online.
    O i accepted that i will use that poor product. So after this there is no any update on when this product will reach to me but i got call from courier guy on 24 nov 2016 for deliver of product. They delivered it on 24 nov 2016.

    O i once again open product and i shocked product was damaged there is damage on middle left side of mobile.
    As per design there is thin steel strip at every side but left side middle there is damage so immediately i called customer care and register complaint they assured me they will call me within 24 hrs.

    But i really frustrated and i wand resolution for this matter please help.

    After many calls to customer care center they send me mail for photo of product. I revert back them on 28 november. But till there were no any replay.

    Can any one suggest me how get help in this case.

    Is customer expect this kind of service from snapdeal.
    If customer paying full money till he not able to at list product in good condition. How customers will do shopping again at snapdeal???

      Please solve the ticket id 36983737 fast. It's been one week and no response from snapdeal. I applied for return of the product but they sent a man to resolve the issue, the man didn't come to home instead he called me to come up on the road then he asked me to sign on the form and told me that your product will be returned. After that I saw on my returns request that your returns is successfully resolved now they gave me ticket id which is mentioned above.         I had returned the order on 5 nov 2016 and still its been a month now i have paid 2 emis fort he product its worth 10, 000/- and the refund is not done after repeated calls made by me also emailed sent of the return courier receipt copy to them. Exhausted. Only verbal assurance nothing else by snapdeal. Very bad service will never take anything.

          Then i went to service centre and they told me its hardware problem and it takes 25-30 days to solve this problem
          Then i requested to snapdeal for replace my item
          They declined my request
          What should i do know ??
          I can't wait 25-30 days
          I want my item replaced
          If they can't replace it then they have to refund my money

              I purchase a shirt through the snapdela via online accessing but i was not satisfied with the product hence i returned it. Return was done through a courier by paying my own money and they promised to return it but ti date i not get return of my courier money Rs125. Refund of shirt Rs 600 is done but not in account they did it in snapdeal SD wallet. I forget to use it and letter on they fixed the expiry date of the product which expired on 15 July 2016. Later on in decemebr i found there is no balance in my snapdeal SD wallet means i lost Rs 600. Without informing to me how they will do . no notification no mail and cno call dialed to inform me. I also want to make a complain but the care are talking very rudely.

                We are a registered vendor with snapdeal and have been selling our products through this portal forover 3 years now. Since our category of products is sanitary ware which comes under fragile category,

                    Hello Forum,

                    I had placed an order with snapdeal for a Home Gym Item.

                    Im not satisfied with the order, and hence i had initiated the return.

                    The courier pick-up was unsuccessful.

                    Later, it was informed to me that pickup will be done in the next 2-3 days.

                    To my awe, it was told to me after 2 days, that too with much of furore, that the account associated with my email address has been suspended/withheld/whatever. (The reason the customer support gives is that there is some "Discrepancy")

                    Now, I'm here to seek some help from any person who could assist me with this further.

                    My request is that the item be picked and refund be initiated after the quality checks are done.

                        This my order id: [protected] i was received old stock and used mobile. So returned it but now snapdeal say quality check failed we will send back to you. I talked to snapdeal customer care more than 20 times but no use. Now 30 day finished still i did not receive replacement mobile or refund. But u took return my xolo on next day then why after 25 day no replacement or refund. You are cheated me to send old stock i was talked to xolo regarding case file in consumer court against xolo and snapdeal they said it is snapdeal's problem snapdeal only responsible for old stock delivery. Now i am collected proof for my product and also other customer who also affected by snapdeal. Today i am going to file complaint in consumer court.

                          Snapdeal has started doing cheap tricks to customers for returning the product. Wooow. Amazing. First of all you are providing return facility to customer and then you are blocking them for returning. Cheers guys. You all are crap. I am a very old customer of snapdeal since 2009. And this kind of service to an old customer. They didnt do the due diligence to check my records how many orders i have purchased from their website till date. I am sure the order count will be in the range of 150-200. They should be grateful that i was their customer in their beginning days. Be careful people. If people will stop buying products from snapdeal, it will be a good tit-for-tat to those guys.

                            I did not get seller protection fund for more than 5-8 products. Recently 1 buyer bought my product rc helicopter sent it back saying functionality issues. I received the product without retail box, charger missing, & the product was broken. I mentioned all the remarks on pod even then they rejected my claim. This was just 1 indecent. They are not providing any protection against courier damage also upon that they are charging for all rto's. Worst seller experience on snapdeal.com. If they dont want give seller protection why will they give false information to sellers that we are protected? Finally stopped selling on snapdeal.com

                                  I have returned the product i have received for size issue. After courier pick up the returned is rejected for quality check...
                                  When i have contacted executive said ask courier guy we are responsible if courier guy changes the product. No proper response simply cutting the call in conversation. Snap deal is cheating the customers. Who is responsible if we sent a correct product but changer or tampered the product

                                      I have received a manufacturing defective piece
                                      (Order id : [protected]). As i turned it on nothing appeared. I disappointed with the quality of product. Why snap deal don't check the product quality before delivery.in addition the worst thing is that we can only replace the product. So money is gone. Now i have submitted the product for the replacement. Kindly take care if good product will deliver or not.

                                        I have ordered a 3+2 sofa from snapdeal on 05 nov 2016. They took my order and told to deliver on or before 4th of december 2016.
                                        1st of december i enquired about my sofa and they told they will be delivering it by 4th december.
                                        On 2nd of december i got the message that they have cancelled my order without asking me and reason they are giving is that seller is unable to fulfill the order.
                                        I checked immediately after this message that seller is still selling the same sofa at my location with increased prize.
                                        I raised a complaint with snapdeal but no resolution of the issue.
                                        I requested them to blacklist the seller as they are doing fraud but still not done.
                                        I waited for 1 month for the product and suddenly they cancelled it.
                                        This looks complete fraud to me that to make a little more money they have cancelled my order.
