Fake/ duplicate product delivered by snapdeal

Not refunding Not returning

I got a shoe and the finishing of it is not good and so i returned 10days back. 8 days before snapdeal declined my return by saying that it not passed in quality checking. I don't know the reason for this. But still they not returned the shoe as well as refund.
