I have returned the product i have received for size issue. After courier pick up the returned is rejected for quality check...
When i have contacted executive said ask courier guy we are responsible if courier guy changes the product. No proper response simply cutting the call in conversation. Snap deal is cheating the customers. Who is responsible if we sent a correct product but changer or tampered the product

      I have received a manufacturing defective piece
      (Order id : [protected]). As i turned it on nothing appeared. I disappointed with the quality of product. Why snap deal don't check the product quality before delivery.in addition the worst thing is that we can only replace the product. So money is gone. Now i have submitted the product for the replacement. Kindly take care if good product will deliver or not.

        I have ordered a 3+2 sofa from snapdeal on 05 nov 2016. They took my order and told to deliver on or before 4th of december 2016.
        1st of december i enquired about my sofa and they told they will be delivering it by 4th december.
        On 2nd of december i got the message that they have cancelled my order without asking me and reason they are giving is that seller is unable to fulfill the order.
        I checked immediately after this message that seller is still selling the same sofa at my location with increased prize.
        I raised a complaint with snapdeal but no resolution of the issue.
        I requested them to blacklist the seller as they are doing fraud but still not done.
        I waited for 1 month for the product and suddenly they cancelled it.
        This looks complete fraud to me that to make a little more money they have cancelled my order.

            I got a shoe and the finishing of it is not good and so i returned 10days back. 8 days before snapdeal declined my return by saying that it not passed in quality checking. I don't know the reason for this. But still they not returned the shoe as well as refund.

            Also they suspended my account. This is bcoz my return ratio is high which i accept. But i am not violating any of Snapdeal's T&C. Bcoz even if we changed our mind after receiving the product then we can return our product (this is one of their return policy option) . But i never had a thought to return any item at the time of purchase. But after seeing the product and its status i concluding to return.

            Also they should inform us first once we reached any maximum number of returns as per their deadline. But in snapdeal's policy and everywhere in their app it is stating that we can return any number of times. Suddenly without any prior notice they suspending the account and not responding anything. This is not fair.

              Order id: [protected] placed on 27/11/2016 prepaid order.

              The delivery date was 03/12/2016. I have spoken with 5 advisors.. And 2 supervisors and no one has a clue where the camera is and if they should contact the camera's location no one can call the delivery company and check why it hasn't been moved when asked for manager or supervisor have been put on hold for over 30mins i have the call recorded. Spoke with vulcan pune they haven't received the camera even today in pune. This camera was ordered for a reason and it has crossed that reason day. No reason why i should be dealing with this issue myself no one at snapdeal taken the responsibility of finding out where this device is and how it can reach to me... All i am getting is... Wait wait wait and stalling with false promises. Pathetic service by snapdeal.

                I have purchased Kent RO from Snapdeal.But the product I received was damaged. I wanted to return the product, so pickup schedule was informed by Snapdeal. But suddenly I got message that pickup failed and asked for reschedule without attempting to pick up. This is cheating with customer. They are neither responding nor resolving my issue.This was the my first buy from Snapdeal and the treatment I am getting is unfortunate. This will tarnish the image of Snapdeal. Hence request you to resolve the issue.

                      Dear madam/ sir,

                      I had ordered for a kitchen chimney (Hotstar 60cm polo chimney) from snapdeal on 22nd november 2016. The initial date of delivery was 28th nov. I was tracking my shipment and there were updates until 27th nov. However, post that there have been no updates on my courier.
                      The date of delivery was changed to 3rd december but again the item remains undelivered and there is absolutely no update from snapdeal. The website offered extra discount on pre-payment and hence, i had pre-paid for my order.
                      I tried contacting snapdeal but there is only ivr and no way that i can speak to a representative. They are not even replying to my mails.

                      Please help.

                            I m very dissatisfied with snapdeal service.. first they delayed for delivery .. then doing late for pick up.. & most important issue I ordered Inalsa maxie plus.. snapdeal delivered maxie plus V2 something model.. I checked carefully yesterday so I found this which model is worth rs. 4600/- & I paid 5300/- +
                            This is really very bad thing I couldnt even talk with any person from Snapdeal.. . Please resolve my problem as early as possible..

                                I have ordered a mobile agaisnt order id no - and paid the money, till date not received the hand set. First given delivery date 27.11.16 then given 2.12.16 again another exp delivery date 8.12.16 has given. Why you are giving such type of false commitment. Yester your cust care people told that today 3.12.16 it will be delivered but received a msg that will be delivered on 8.12.16
                                What is happening other wise i will cancel the order.

                                      Sir, i have ordered for pume wallet on 27 oct 2016 with order id [protected].quality was low i returned it as i have returned without using it.but they havenot refunded me saying it failed in quality check.i want to ask give me video of quality check of before product despatched to me and after my returning.which parameters are used to quality check by you.you are fooling and looting the people by selling bàd product.give me complaint number so i have registered it at consumer court.

                                        "Dolphins Elite Fabric Sofa cum Bed"Ordered from snapdeal on 17-Oct-2016 they delivered on 21-Nov-2016 taken more than 1 month, 21st on wards i called more then 50 times & send 30 mails for installation But no response...After i mailed for refund they called me on 02-Dec-2016 & They send one installation guy...But Finally the installation guy tried more then 1hr & he confirms they sends "fully damaged item"...Proof Attached, Rs.11, 000/- is a big matter for middle class People But that Stupid Snapdeal people playing with me...
