I bought Portronics pandora S on 7th nov 2016. which I recieved on 10th Nov. 2016 for which I request a return on 11th Nov. 2016. Snapdeal executive called me and said that they have arranged a installation service for me & please wait till the time the technician reaches you. No technician reached me till now nor they have arranged a pickup for this & whenever I call snapdeal customer care number I was never able to contact customer care...

Dear madam/ sir,

I had ordered for a kitchen chimney (Hotstar 60cm polo chimney) from snapdeal on 22nd november 2016. The initial date of delivery was 28th nov. I was tracking my shipment and there were updates until 27th nov. However, post that there have been no updates on my courier.
The date of delivery was changed to 3rd december but again the item remains undelivered and there is absolutely no update from snapdeal....

I m very dissatisfied with snapdeal service.. first they delayed for delivery .. then doing late for pick up.. & most important issue I ordered Inalsa maxie plus.. snapdeal delivered maxie plus V2 something model.. I checked carefully yesterday so I found this which model is worth rs. 4600/- & I paid 5300/- +
This is really very bad thing I couldnt even...

It is very ridiculous & disgusting that your Delivery man do not have Sweep Machine you are well aware that due to Demonetization & Cash crunch very difficult to pay on cash.I dont know weather its your persons mischief or fault on your part which may result decrease the volume of your sale.At least i will not place order further. Moreover the rough behavior of your Delivery boy Mr.Akash Patil -at Koparkhairane -Navi Mumbai Maharashtra-400706...

I have ordered a mobile agaisnt order id no - and paid the money, till date not received the hand set. First given delivery date 27.11.16 then given 2.12.16 again another exp delivery date 8.12.16 has given. Why you are giving such type of false commitment. Yester your cust care people told that today 3.12.16 it will be delivered but received a msg that will be delivered on 8.12.16
What is happening other wise i will cancel the order.br...

I purchased casio watch from snapdeal 2 months ago...on the 5 day of purchase their is problem created in attachement between dial &watch...on the 7 day i requested for refund but according to snapdeal in quality check process their is no problem ...snapdeal returned item to me...after that i goes in casio service center they told that on your warrenty card thier is no sign and stamp...i have dont trust on snapdeal...its really fake...

I ordered a product from SnapDeal.com and after 2 days they cancelled the ordered without notifying me. They refunded my amount but at the same time increased the product price a lot.
