Please note that my request for the particular order was closed as it states that your engineer tried calling me multiple times, which is not true.I received a call, yes, I told your engineer i am available on the address I have provided for return which is Livesalesman, A-72, sec-2 Noida-201301.Your engineer told me he would be transferring me to Noida guy, who never called me not even once, not even visited the provided address http://above.Now the thing is I have replaced this product once and I am still facing issues and your customer care and engineers are not even trying to help.So the conclusion of this all is I stop bothering you all with my calls and I bring this matter to Consumer court directly, which is particularly better than wasting my time with you guys.However I have decided to let you help me once more, one more chance, i[censored]nsuccessful we'll see each other in Consumer court delhi and supreme court delhi for Scamming and Fraudulent activities.Please call me on[protected] dial the extension number 16 and ask for Apoorv.Hope I receive a call in next 15-30 min or no more wasting time with you guys.Best Regards.Apoorv joshi.
