    They have given a promo code offer of 20% on purchase of 1000 and above, but when I do they are showing the error.last time when trying they are not allowing to apply the promo code.I am not understanding about this offers, company peoples are diverting the people interest.Please help us to resolve this kind of stupid offer issues.don't cheat the customers please.

      I m Ashok Kumar Sharma I had ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal and it was successfully placed and was regularly sending me notification about the transit and its way to me...but today i got a notification from snapdeal that it has been cancelled automatically it was a COD based delivery and even the product had gone more costier than before...my order id is [protected]...I had also reported it to the official site but no responce. I m also submitting the conformation pic of the order.

        Hi Team,

        I ordered a product from SnapDeal.com and after 2 days they cancelled the ordered without notifying me. They refunded my amount but at the same time increased the product price a lot.

        Now, I tried to raise this concern by calling their customer care at 9:10 pm which lasted longer than 28 mins. I spoke to Arshdeep and then another senior associate Kamal Kishore, but no one took my concern. They are saying that I have to buy the product at current higher price.

        This is an unfair practice of attracting customers at discounted price but not delivering the product at that price. And it is a clear indication that SnapDeal is doing this intentionally.

        Please do needful and help me as well as all future customers from being fooled by such unfair businesses doing by SnapDeal.

          Sir i have purchased mi note 3 mobile from snap deal on 26/10/2016. When i put my mobile to work it started to over heat. I immidately made an complaint to ur resprctive office and they made a replace of that mobile on5/11/2016. When i got my replace mobile and again when i start my new phone again i receive he same problem (Over heating). And i made a complaint again. Your representative told me to take mobile to service centre and the took my mobile ther. There they check my mobile and gave a receipt that my mobile is overheating. The receipt i am attacing with this complaint. And they promise me that they will again replace my mobile. But days passed still my mobile has not been replace. Again when i spoke with your representative about my mobile replacement. He is telling that he cannot change mobile and only service can be done. Hence i request you to change my mobile. As soon as possible.. I am attaching all the bills regarding this mobile..

            My 14 years old daughter wanted a TV for her room for which she was saving her pocket money for many months. She placed an order on Snapdeal for Vu TV 32D6475 on 25 Nov 16. The same was delivered on 30 Nov 16 at 5:49PM. Payment was made to the courier in cash. On opening the package the TV was found damaged. An online request was made on the same day at 9:05PM when I returned home and acknowledged by Snapdeal that the item would be picked up within 2-3 days. On the night of 01 Dec, I was given a SMS saying that Replacement request closed - we attempted pick up of your Vu TV but were unsuccessful. We also tried to contacting you multiple times but were unsuccessful. This is a blatant lie as no attempt was made to contact me. I was the affected party and very worried and was attending all calls, as I did when they were shipping the order. The company has exposed my daughter to mental trauma and I will never give up pursuing justice in this case and will utilise every forum to expose unethical and corrupt practise by the company. I have all proofs and witnesses to support my case.

              I ordered A mobile Phone Samsung Galaxy Note 5 N920G 4G with
              Order ID: [protected] Placed on: 26 Nov, 2016 from SNAPDEAL.

              It was prepared for dispatch after some time of order, but not snipped for few days, I requested for snip and deliver at time Through mail, And I got a positive mail from side. But after few days tracking Status automatically changed (from prepared for dispatched to preparing for dispatch.) I called several time on [protected] helpline number (showing tollfree but actually it is not toll free).
              At help line they told your product is providing you from another seller because previous seller gone out of stock (But the product was prepared for dispach earlier), and surely you will get your ordered product soon.
              Now today I got a message for going to cancellation of order because o[censored]nfaithful, unvalid and undigestic reason (the product is not available at snapdeal.)

              I have valid proof for my right, so please provide my ordered product as soon as possible.

                I have ordered a set of tshirts, due to fitting issues i requested for returns. The courier guy came on saturday to my office address but insisted to come on monday due to holiday.in the mean another courier service came from snapdeal and collected the product and received the receipt. But it was not updated by snapdeal in the website and closed the return request.

                I have shared snapshot of the pickup receipt from jv express (Courier service) to snapdeal.

                I called many times to snapdeal support and send many mails but no response. The raised complaints are getting closed and even there is no intimation to me. Its being frustrating for more than 20 days and nobody is responding from snapdeal

                  I am writing this with utmost disgrace about the service of snapdeal and their attitude towards the complaint risen. i had ordered euro brown leather wallet order id: [protected] (2 items) but i have received only one. i immediately realized a return request and it has been more than 4 months now and nobody came to collect the courier. i tried reaching out to your customer care number and to my utmost surprise was only led to automated messages. not sure how you call this customer care when there is no one to talk to. i even mailed snapdeal care, snapdeal support, but no action has been taken. please help me get my money back from this fraud site which has got a fake return policy and fake partners. i expect a clear response or call from snapdeal customer care and explanation on how this will be sorted. the way your team is handling the issue and with absence of any human interaction whatsoever.

                  even almost same thing has happened with me. i had requested replacement of shoes which i received as per order due to size issues and requested for 1 higher size. sure enough my order for shoes was replaced but ironically with the same shoe size again. i placed a complaint for that and requested them to either send me the requisite size or initiate the refund after picking up the shoes delivered to me. even about a month has gone and they have blocked my E-mail ID as whenever i receive their E-mail and reply to it it gets bounced back with a message that your account has been disabled. worse i cant even talk to customer care as probably they have blocked the option to talk to customer care whenever i call through my registered no on IVR. i have to either call from someone else mobile no and then they politely assure me that they r working on it and will revert back soon. such a pathetic response from a reputed E-commerce company is really disgraceful and that too just because i placed a complaint ...

Today is 2nd-Dec and there is no update on my mobile or email on this Item. You advertisement in TV and newspaper is telling unbox Zindagi, but this has become unboxing of pain for customers.

                                I bought a Nike sport shoes from Snapdeal worth 9, 999 on 16th november 2016 under order id [protected]. due to sizing issues as well as on quality grounds i initiated a return on 16th november 2016 itself. The product was immediately picked up by them on 17th november 2016 and then there was no reply nor mails and nor calls from Snapdeal.I paid for my order through credit card .On 22nd of November I checked My order status after waiting for Refund the Order status SHOWED DECLINE without any reason or mail or message or call.Therefore I made calls and emails repeatedly to the customer service department who also failed to address My refund request and till date from 22nd November 2016 there is no Refund nor Replies to my mails and calls.They are not ready to give me my money or any solution to my problem and they were rigid on not refunding the amount without any valid reason.Thats my hardearned money and I cannot let anyone to steal it from me and if this case is not solved over here it will be dragged to cpurt of law because this is cheating as well as against the company's policy which propagates 100% refund protection and 100% Customer satisfaction.

[protected] and payment was made through credit card. due to certain reasons the same order has been cancelled by be before delivery of the article but the amount rs. 5564 could not be credited in my credit card account till date.
                                  Therefore, i am requesting you to credit my paid amount rs.5564 as soon as possible.

                                      Oder no [protected] है जिस का मेल में पहले भी कर चूका हूँ पर कोई जवाब नहीं मिला ना ही पैसे वापस हुए है जब आप को यह मेल किया तो Sunday morning को फ़ोन आया और बोला गया था की आप को आपका पैसा मिल जायेगा और आज फ़ोन किया और बोल रहे है की ना तो अब आपको पैसा मिलेगा ना ही सामान माफ़ करिये अब क्या कोट में जाना पड़ेगा क्या मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस करे मैं बहुत परेसान हो चुका हूँ
