I have purchased online Khaitan Steam Iron KSC 222 0n 25 Nov, 2016. I have received used / damaged product on 30 Nov 16.
Under the Snapdeal wrapper, corrugated box with Flipkart tape was there and underneath Khaitan box was there eaten by rat. No Manual, warranty card in it.
Product was old, dirty looks used. Even wire was dirty, dust allover and plug was having corrosion on it. Box say product was 2013 packed, means it was old product.
Iron is not working properly. uneven charging and leakage problem is there.
It all looks like old damaged return of Flipkart was resold again under Snapdeal. Even while packing it no quality check happened. See attached photos of product.
We need brand new product as replacement else return money back to us.
