I placed a request to return the order on 24th Nov and the order was delievred to me on 17th Nov. the order was not picked up after the request was placed for return as at that time i was not available at the address. The ekart executive informed me to raise the return request once again and cancel the previous request. I was raising my return request and cancelled the previous request after that i am not getting an option to return the product as its showing that return replacement policy is for 7 days only. As i have already placed the request before 7 days. Please help as the product is of no use to me.

      I placed an order (Id: [protected]) for the same TV on the 15th Nov 2016 at about 10.30pm and the following morning I read the above review and my heart sank thinking that this seller would send me the same broken/defective TV so I cancelled my order at about 1pm. But since I did not receive refund after nearly 2 weeks so I called snapdeal yesterday and spoke to an agent named Ishant. Ishant told me that the policy is that if an item is dispatched then no refund is processed until the item is back to the seller. I was assured that the TV won’t be delivered broken and if I need to replace/refund then snapdeal will pay for return postage cost. So today TV arrived at my place and my brother decided to open the TV in front of courier personal and guess what "THE TV SCREEN IS BROKEN"! This mother-[censored]r seller decides to shift around a broken TV at buyer's misery hoping some buyer will not have money or could not take the trouble to send back. Here are few of my observations:

      1) How come Snapdeal/Seller could not stop the item from travelling from Ahmedabad to far corner of Assam given that I cancelled on 16th? Even if the item was dispatched on the 16th, at best the item was taken by FedEx from the seller to FedEx depot in Ahmedabad.

      2) The delivery process is all tracked. How complicated it is to have messaging system where the courier is instructed not to deliver the item instead be returned to seller? Snapdeal has such a sophisticated automated phone services for customer services but cannot have such simple process in place?

      3) I bought the item from Snapdeal. So my contract is with Snapdeal to deliver me the TV in return for the money I paid, neither with seller or courier service. Snapdeal, seller and courier all three are the family. On the 16th when I cancelled my order the TV was still with/under Snapdeal so why did Snapdeal not refund my Money then or until yesterday? What is the logic of holding my money? After all who does Snapdeal subcontracts its dirty laundry out to is none of my business or I care.

      4) I decided to accept the item because I was repeatedly assured the item won’t be defective and if that happens we will give full refund along with all collection.

      5) What do the snapdeal do with such sellers who persistently are dishonest? It’s a clear case of this deliberate attempt to commit fraud. The seller is sending the same stock to different buyers within a space of 2 weeks.

      This is atrocious. This is my second attempt to buy a TV online and on both occasions I was delivered broken TV. Modi can demonetise but can’t make people honest, it seems like these sellers wake up every morning thinking "who do we [censored] today"!

      Snapdeal, please get this item collected and give me my money back. The courier told that they would collect the item to send back if Snapdeal instructs them.

          Myself Kuldip Garg mobile No-[protected] been a customer of snapdeal for quite a long time and recently i had placed order for size 6 shoes which i dully recieved on 2nd of Nov-16. Since they didnt fit we well i asked for replacement with higher shoe size i.e. size 7 which was accepted and the replaced shoes were recieved by me on 9th Nov. but to my surprise they were the one which was returned earlier i.e. size 6 only and i immediately raised a complaint with snapdeal and was assured that they will revert back in next 24 hours and then confirm me whether they can issue a refund or a replacement. i didnt got any call or SMS though i did recieve a E-mail dated 10th Nov-2016 wherein it was intimated that they are working on my complaint and that my complaint reference no is 35590745 and that in case i do need to contact them i can reply to that E-mail. i promptly replied to the E-mail requesting them to either pick up the shoes and issue me a refund or provide me a replacement. the mail got bounced back to my E-mail Account with following details:---

          Technical details of permanent failure:
          The account [protected]@rediffmail.com is disabled.

          i have mailed my same concern to them on 12th, 15th, 16th, 17th & 25th but everytime my mails are being bounced back with above message.

          again i have been calling on customer care no.[protected] every now and then and apart from first couple of attempts i have not been able to talk to a customer care executive from my registered mobile no i.e.[protected]. I have then started to make calls to customer care from my family or friends mobile and i can get through to them wherein i have been assured everytime that the courior will be picking up the shoes and refund will be initiated when the same is recieved b them and quality checks been undertaken and approved. but still i havent recieved any E-mail confirmations, no telephonic confirmations no SMS confirmations and i dont have a way of communicating them my concerns. and i am being made to look like a fool. how can a reputed E-commerce company like snapdeal can behave so unprofessionally and block a user who has raised a geniune complaint regarding reciept of a unuseable item. if they were unable to replace the shoes they could have easily told me on 2nd Nov itself and refused to replace and instaed issued a refund but they agreed to replace ( which is as per their replacement rules and not some kind of special privilege reserved for me) and when i complained to them regarding the delievery of the same size shoe which i had earlier asked them to replace, they just gave me fake assurances and have been just killing time and have blocked my E-mails and my access to them...

          Moreover i have been receiving call from Mobile No[protected] the very next day i raised complaint here with consumercomplaints.in, who claim to be from snapdeal customer care and want me to divulge card details for verification saying that refund will be initiated only when i confirm the card details. i have not given any details whatsoever to which i was told my refund cannot be initiated. i am well aware the person was not from snapdeal customer care but the fact that the person knew about my ongoing complaint with snapdeal, the refund amount and my details i.e. name and mobile no speaks volume about the care with which customer data and details are being maintained by snapdeal. PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST...

              I bought asus zenfone max(FOR WHICH I HAD TO SUFFER AND REGISTERED COMPLAINT ABOVE) under an offer which was pinnaclz vr hearset for free. After recieving asus zenfone I had recieved a redemption code so that I can avail offer and I redeemed it before 25th oct 2016. But the courier company failed to deliver it to the address. On asking customer care executive replied that it is far from their office and I tried contacting JV express courier company located in Dwarka which is not so far from the delivery address(cyber city, Gurgaon), I had already recieved many products from snapdeal on the same address. JV express number was always busy, so could never reach them and they never tried calling me up. I was assured by snapdeal customer care that it will be delivered to me on the same address. Inspite of delivering they returned to snapdeal without contacting me. Now snapdeal says the redemption coupon got expired so we can't reissue. But I bought asus zenfone max because i had to avail this product for free.
              I want that freebie which costs Rs 500 as its my right. Kindly take a valid action so that I can develop faith here.

                For order ID: [protected], the product won't work in my area as the water TDS level is low. So I asked for exchange the product and uploaded the Eureka Forbes engineer's report as well. The same details and specs were not mentioned on the website as which product will work in my area or not. I guess that is a cheating to the customer by not providing any info and not accepting the product by Snapdeal.

                I received the call from the Snapdeal team they can't exchange the product. So, its totally cheating with the customer. Everyone knows they have a very bad reputation and truly they proved that also.

                I guess there are enough evidences to file a complain at Consumer Forum. And really #SnapdealSucks. #SnapdealCheats

                  I have purchased online Khaitan Steam Iron KSC 222 0n 25 Nov, 2016. I have received used / damaged product on 30 Nov 16.
                  Under the Snapdeal wrapper, corrugated box with Flipkart tape was there and underneath Khaitan box was there eaten by rat. No Manual, warranty card in it.

                  Product was old, dirty looks used. Even wire was dirty, dust allover and plug was having corrosion on it. Box say product was 2013 packed, means it was old product.

                  Iron is not working properly. uneven charging and leakage problem is there.

                  It all looks like old damaged return of Flipkart was resold again under Snapdeal. Even while packing it no quality check happened. See attached photos of product.

                  We need brand new product as replacement else return money back to us.

                    I have placed an order o[censored] Yureka Note (16 GB, Black) as COD, Order ID: [protected] (1 Item), Placed on 04 Nov, 2016 - but after a long wait suddenly they have informed me through email that the item has been refunded. Question is who refunded the item?.. Then I searched the present price of the item which is 13340.00 and I understand why it is showing refunded? The items I have ordered on Rs.7999/-...But as the price increased they have doing all this fraudulent drama of refunding the items...
                    The company like your have break my trust...I want this this item at the price I have ordered. I will left no stone unturn for this. In response of complain they emailed me that as after several call remained unresponsive they have refunded the item...
                    Question is- will I ask for the call list?
                    My home is on the heart of the town beside NH-512, previously so many valuable cost items has been reached here without any problem? why this time they have personally not visited my home?

                      I have ordered Hi5 seating recliner from Snapdeal on Oct 7 th 2016 for around 12000/-, and I got it delivered on Oct 29th 2016,
                      The received product is not functioning so asked for repair and they said repair Is not possible and has to be returned. They arranged pickup through Vulcan couriers and picked the product on 14 th Nov 2016 .
                      But till date the status itself is not been updated and refunded is not been processed . I contacted the customer care ten times regarding the issue and their service is worst . Moreover they say that pickup is unsuccessful for which I have shown the acknowledgement given by pickup person and still they say the same .
                      From last two months my hard earned money got stuck with them and I don't know why they are not processing.

                        Hi Snap Deal,

                        I have ordered for a product and i was delivered to a different product. I have requested for a replacement of the product, but your team is not accepting the product from the place it was delivered. Your team is requesting me to send the product to an address, not sure how a pickup service is not available when the product is delivered to the same place.

                        Appreciate if you can quickly replace the product with correct one, and i dont want a response from your team that the product i have ordered not in stock. As i type the product is in stock in plenty and as i have lost so many days already it would not be advisable for me to shop in a different service provider.

                            Dear sir/Madam,

                            I have pruchased Faber 5 Burner hob/stove from snapdeal, where the snapdeal has promised of one year manufacturer warrenty at the time of sale.

                            Upon receiveing the product, I have enquired with Faber, the manufacturer of the product and they have denied stating that "Faber does not provide any sort of warrenty for the products purchased online". From then, I have made almost 40 + calls to snapdeal requesting them to either provide the warrenty and warrenty card or take the product back and refent my money. But there is no action taken yet.

                            I have already raise a complaint on 8th Nov with Snapdeal with a Reference no: 35377238, and made almost 40 + calls till date bu have not received any resolution yet. Every time I try to reach their call center they simply try to make another fake promise that "the issue is escalated and some one will call me in 24 hours from then to provide a resolution to my issue." But it has been more than 21 days since the time I raised my first complaint and they did not get a chance to fix my issue.

                              Do not ever buy from Snapdeal. This is the worst site.

                              I ordered Sunflame Gas Cook top and instead of that the product delivered was Prestige Induction on 12 Nov 2016 and i raised refund request on 13th Nov 2016. But till now the pickup is not arranged for the product even after follow up with customer care 5-6 times. Every time i called, you guys assured me to resolve my issue in 48 Hrs and till today no solution is made regarding my issue. And even today when i called and talked to senior person at snapdeal they disconnected my call and no solution is provided to me.
                              This is the last and final warning for you either process my refund or solve my query, I don't want to hear any time limit about this.
                              And i guess you seriously want me to post negative reviews in Social Media, News Channels and to raise a complaint against you. I have been in contact with snapdeal from last 18 days about this issue and still nothing good is resolved. I really don't want to do all this but this is the high time and I'm Frustrated with your customer service. This is the Worst site ever for online shopping.
                              I have all the conversations recorded and still if you don't solve my issue then be ready to face all negative reviews and complaints against you.

                              What a service snapdeal is giving to the customers, my product is not yet picket up and i got the message of pick up confirmation. Such a customer service is not at all acceptable from snapdeal. This is the heights. And being a brand name Snapdeal, how can you provide such a worst customer service like this.
                              I received replacement message on my registered phone no. but i didn't want replacement. I want refund and i have placed the refund request only. So don't ship the product in replacement case and refund the order amount.

                                I ordered a Spacewood Carnival Queen size bed from Snapdeal on November 3, 2016 through online. The money paid through online transaction is Rs 6, 854.

                                The confirmation message that I received on the same day mentioned the delivery dates between Nov 25 and 29. The bed is yet to be despatched.

                                I am yet to receive the furniture. when contacted the customer care, there was no response.

                                    I had placed a Snapdeal online order for one Tuelip Digital Kitchen Weighing scales details find below kindly :-
                                    Piece though neatly packaged has defective stainless steel pan - is shaking .Not sure how one can measure using such defective piece?                                       Dear Snapdeal Team,

                                      Its absolutely unacceptable that i have still not received a call from the installation team and i have raised 2 complaints. I would next take this issue up the ladder and see if i could find help from anybody else. I would need the installation done by today or this would be raised to the Government. I see that my 7 days period from the time of delivery expires tomorrow and with the current situation i would lose the opportunity to return the product if it is not up to the mark.

                                        The same was picked up on 3rd of November by ECOM courier. Snapdeal is not giving my refund even after being reminded everyday. I still haven't received my refund and it had been over a month, I had also shared my courier receipt for the pickup on 5th November.
