I have returned the ny bike to the warehouse address provided by snapdeal. after one week i tracked the consignment and showing that the warehouse person has refused to accept and next day i received the consignment back. I am calling since 15 days to snapdeal customer but till date it has not been solved. neither i got my courier charges not product money.

This is the first time i am facing problem with snapdeal and this let me down and very much disappointed because everytime i call they say money will be deposited within 24 hours...

    I wrote mails more than 30 times and called them over phone several times, but then also they are not picking up the product so i can get my HARD EARNED MONEY IN REFUND.

    Even i mailed to CEO of snapdeal but it seems they have taken our money and respect for indian firm as granted.

        Dear sir,
        I purchased the Obi Worldphone SF1 (32 GB) fro Rs 8999 from Snapdeal with 14 days extended return policy. I ordered the phone on 6th Nov, 2016. and I got it on 10th November, 2016. The phone was not working well due to some problem in display. I file complaint with snap deal and they send me the return order. I got printed the return order sticker and send back to snapdeal on 14th November, 2016 through Bluedart Way bill no [protected] and reached its destination on 18th November, 2016. The parcel was not accepted by warehouse people from 18th to 23rd November, 2016. Bluedart courier send it back to me. I received it back on 28th and and I talked to customer care. The customer care told me to send it back, today I again send it back through Bluedart courier having waybill no.[protected] on 28 November 2016. Now I request you please help me as I know the warehouse people will not accept the parcel again

          I had purchased a Sony Bluetooth headset from snapdeal on the 8th of Nov by paying cash on delivery, I raised a return request instantly and after many repeated calls and mails got it returned on the 22nd of November, I have paid 2500rs for this and they have till now not refunded the amount though it's showing as refund successful.

          I've been repeatedly mailing [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com with no response from them.
          This is the first time I've purchased from snapdeal and my perception of this site has changed, I have wasted by money and time along with facing lot of mental tension.

          I hope this complaint is an eyeopener for other consumers and they are made aware of the situations that arise once money has been handed over to fakesters.

            Pathetic service I ever had experienced, ordered around 1 month ago water heater, after 20. Days it gets delivered not at my place I went to the courier office from there I got it, product is defected now applied for the return around 10 days ago now the courier boy wants bribe to pick it up, no Any response from snap deal regarding the issue worst experience in my life please never use Snapdeal service if dnt wants to bear pain...let's c when I will get the new product or my money refund...I am damn sure for one thing will never use Snapdeal service again, lost your credibility.

            I have ordered for a product and i was delivered to a different product. I have requested for a replacement of the product, but your team is not accepting the product from the place it was delivered. Your team is requesting me to send the product to an address, not sure how a pickup service is not available when the product is delivered to the same place.

            Appreciate if you can quickly replace the product with correct one, and i dont want a response from your team that the product i have ordered not in stock. As i type the product is in stock in plenty and as i have lost so many days already it would not be advisable for me to shop in a different service provider.

              This is to escalate regarding my Snapdeal.com order number [protected] placed on 12 Nov, 2016 for an amount of 1856 INR. I received the delivery for this product on 15th November 2016 at 11.00 AM. I checked the product and called to cancel at 11.50 AM as the product was not upto the quality and the size was also not apt. I received cancellation confirmation on an email with the charge reversal details.

              On 25th November, I was tracking my details and realized that the product was not picked up nor was the credit given. I called to request for the clarification and I was denied the refund as the cancellation was not done in 7 days.

              Despite numerous explanation of the entire episode, the incharge of this dispute was not willing to listen to the cancellation. I told him that the product was cancelled and he insisted that you should not have taken the delivery.

              I have been an active SNAPDEAL buyer if you check the details of my shopping history. This customer service levels are unacceptable.

              I would request you to listen to my conversation with the incharge for understanding the customer service skills I had to deal with.

                On 21st Jan 2017, at 10 am, I received a call from Vodaphone Cell No [protected] from Uttar Pradesh (Conversation Recorded in my phone) intimating about my lucky winning of 4 items inluding Washing Machine from Snap Deal. To my quarry, he told me to give my Debit Card
                Number so that they can deduct Rs. 4000 only Immediately, I informed him about my intention to complain to Police and disconnected the phone.
                Can cyber department detect his whereabouts and and prevent cheating of people?

                Same thing happened with me as well, I got a call from [protected] and Pooja Mishra was on the line saying that she is calling from Snapdeal to inform me that I'm one lucky winner who can select any one gift from the 5 options including dell Laptop, iphone 7+, washing machine, fridge and Sony LED TV.

                I was about to be tricked into their fraud call as THEY KNEW MY LAST ORDER DETAILS ALONG WITH THE TRANSACTION ID. Though the order was placed from PayTM mall but I was still confused that how they came to know about my ORDER DETAILS.

                I dont get this part that how they got to know my order details if they are FAKE ? is the security of PAYTM MAll This week?

                However, To be more sure about this offer, I tried calling SNAPDEAL's Customer Care at[protected] but unfortunately the IVR of this number is not working properly and I wasnt able to reach the customer care.

                      I have ordered one morphy richards microwave on 23rd Nov'16. Order status was showing as 'Item packed, To be dispatched soon.' with the estimate delivery date as 26th Nov to 28th Nov'2016.

                      Despite of complaining regurlarly for delivering the product on time either on 25th or 26th, snapdeal has assured us to same will be done without delay.

                      I have complained 6 times till today, and now they are saying that the product is damaged from the seller side and is the alternate is not available with the seller. And the snapdeal is searching for alternate vendors with this product, and same will be delivered as soon as it will be available. Without any assurance on delivery date.

                      If snapdeal has told me earlier on the first day itself, then i would have arranged from other sellers. But they have just misleaded us till the delivery date gets breached.

                      Even the tracking details are not updated. Firstly snapdeal was questioning about the snapdeal gold product status of my order, which makes ensure of next day delivery. But still no commitment, fed up of snapdeal at all. Worst experience ever with such people.

                            Placed a order with 3 items one of them being a nokia mobile phone.. Cancelled the nokia phone immediately after placing the order.. Its been more than 4 days but no refund yet, but the order page shows refund successful.. Faced the same kind of issue 3 months back.. Had to go through hell to get back the amount.. My sincere apologies to snapdeal for shopping in your website again, please refund my money..

I visited the JBL service center just to find out the seller is not authorized seller.I complained to snapdeal about the same and they assured me about the action for the same .But its been 2 weeks, snapdeal have stopped replying to my mails.

                                    When i placed the order in snapdeal.com i choose to pay by cash on delivery but later i recieved message that i can pay the amount by online anytime before the delivery of my order. So i paid the cash on delivery amount paid by net banking but during delivery courier boys are asking for cod amount. There is no confirmation of payment given by snapdeal to the courier service whatsoever.
                                    Therefore they are not delivering the order. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible

                                      I odered a t-shirt from snapdeal.com on 5th september but recieved product on 8th september and of different size so i returned it and asked for refund in my bank account i. I gave all my necessary bank details but then also after lot of delay the refund was initiated on 9th october and now its 28th november and the amount is not credited in my account, they just gave me a invalid utr number. I have done every thing contacted my bank called snapdeal customer executives and provided all documents which they demanded like the bank statements and the bank deny letter then also nothing happened till now. I have called the customer executives more than 50 times. They are just giving different deadlines of 48 hours and 24 hours and then no answer. This is going on since 2 months. What to do now.
