I have ordered the Jack Martin JM 9999B 5.1 Speaker System on 13 nov 16 but they delivered that on 19 nov 16. and also that one is defective piece, remote date show on may month & its not working properly. while using continuously for 1 hour woofer getting hanged. and the satellite speaker back side hole are bigger then nail. This product item is very bad and its looks like already used and returned one....

My camera does not match with its specification.
they told us 16 mp camera rear and 5 mp camera front, but my camera resolution and its result not match with its megapixels.
i want to return my phone because of this type of fraud.

Snapdeal has picked up product from my home after refund request 15 days ago.
They are not initiating my refund.
I have raised complaint .
They did not reply.

I purchased a dell laptop from snapdeal order id [protected] and i got it in defected condition and raised a replacement request at the same moment but they didnt pick up my product i called them daily 2 times requested them for the same, but they keep on making false excuses and finally i took my laptop to dell service centre and they told me the invoice which you have got from snapdeal is not valid, kindly help me in getting replacement...

I ordered a curtain of 2 quantities but I received 2 different color curtains and now when I sent the product for return they said its failed in quality check (**without reason) I kept the product packed just checked once and found color issue.

Mailed snapdeal several times instead of getting resolution I get stereotype replies.

1st i buyied yureka a0 5510 from snapdeal they delivered me a defective piece screen not working properly then i go for replacement after replacement agin they send a defective piece with scratch in it and without any charger and earphones ..i called the customre care they said me they will pick up the phone in 2 days but after yet it is not picked up and and at last they are saying your case is closed we cannot do anything... order number...

I have purchased laptop battery on 18th oct 2016from snapdeal firstly they sent wrong battery.
secondly battery sent by them is not working properly so i rechecked with dell regarding warranty but they said that battery's manufactured date is Jun-2013 so we are not able to give you warranty.
