Sir / Madam, I ordered Xolo Era 4G (as advertised by Snapdeal) but received a 3G mobile without any information on the box. Only after Jio sim was issued and installed, as the phone was not working, we came to know that Snapdeal has sent us a 3G phone. Snapdeal said they can not refund, but replace. When asked to replace with 4G phone, they asked me to return 3G phone by courier. After receiving the phone from me / courier, SNAPDEAL is now saying quality check has failed and they can not send me 4G, instead they can only send me the same 3G phone, which is of no use for me. The first mistake of snapdeal is sending wrong phone. I would urge the company to stop making fun of customers and send the correct phone.

It is very surprising to note that your teams are full of lies and corruption packages. Yesterday, I got an email stating that your team tried to call me, but I could not see a single missed call on any of my mobile no.s.

But fortunately, today I got a call from one from this no. today:[protected]
But the caller was consistently saying the product failed in quality check and she did not have any answer to any of my questions:
1. Where was the "scratch" on the product? I have the same product back with me and I am not able to see any scratch. Where is the "scratch"?
2. Where was the product "dirty"? I do not see any dirt on the phone. Did you guys wash / wipe it before returning it to me??
3. The caller said that the product was "used". What do you mean by "used"? You tell me how to check the product speed - 2G, 3G or 4G without "using" it? Yes, Jio technician "used" the product to check and confirm that it is 3G phone but not 4G. He also said Snapdeal has cheated you. He only taught me how to check the speed 3g or 4g in the settings > mobile networks > network mode and see LTE / GSM etc. The mobile phone you have sent me had only GSM, but not LTE / VOLTE, which means it is 3G, but not 4G, which I ordered.
You tell me how to check "your quality" without "using" the phone to that extent. If there is any other method, I will use such methods on my future purchases. If I go by your defiition of the word "used", nobody in the world would get any "unused" product from any vendors.

I have already discussed these issues not only with your "customer care" but also discussed with many of my collegues in office.

I need answer for all the above questions. And most important question: WHY DID YOU SEND ME 3G PHONE WHEN I HAD ORDERED 4G PHONE AND ALREADY MADE PAYMENT FOR 4G PHONE????????????

I am now attaching a picture of the 3G phone you sent me for my 4G phone order. This picture is taken today, which means this is taken even after I returned to you and you returned back to me after your so called "Quality Check". I would request all visitors to see and advise me where is the scratch and dirt. You can see reflection of ceiling fan in first picture. Where is the dirt and where is the scratch?

Appreciate that you "understood" my plight on 8th December 2016. We are moving towards 2017 and I am confident that you will resolve the issue before next year. You sent me the wrong phone and you did not send me the correct phone even after I returned it to you, post your request to return. Now, what are you waiting for? You confirmed that you would refund the full amount, but you did not mention in your email. I trusted you:
1. First time when I made full payment online when I placed the order. Note: I did not take Cash On Delivery option
2. I trusted you II time when you asked me to return and I returned the phone by making courier charges also myself.
3. I trusted you III time and got confirmation from Xolo Service centre that the phone is 3G, but not 4G. (May be you thought that Xolo would never give in writing, but they did!).
Now, you asked me to return the phone to Gurgaon address, without any written assurance that you would refund the full amount. If you want me to trust for the 4th time, sorry. I will then return your 3G phone without fail, as I do not have quality department as you have, which can easily "fail" any product.

Hi, If I require "further assistance", I should write to the email ID you have specified. But if I do not require "further" assistance, I just require a REFUND or REPLACEMENT of my my product. I ordered Xolo Era 4G phone and you have sent me a 3G phone, which is of no use for me now. Please REFUND or REPLACE with correct phone that I ordered. (Full Stop).

      I have ordered a leEco smart phone of RS 14099 frm Snapdeal by cash on delivery..but when I received my packet frm the delivery boy and opened in front of him after given the amount the packet contains a mobile wallet and when I opened it ..inside the packet I found some papers, a stone, a old data cable and a broken Samsung mobile cabinate placed inside the mobile packet..plz considered it..

        I ordered few products from snapdeal which I didn't like and placed returns within 7 days of product delivery.
        I successfully paid through my credit card and product was delivered.
        Now customer care has closed my complaint stating there has been some issues with the payments.

        Had there been some issue with paymemts not only snapdeal would've disallowed me to pay and place order rather it wouldn't have delivered it.
        And even if Snapdeal delivered the order would've demanded payment from me instead of closing my account.
        Rather my genuine request for return is denied and also my account is closed.

        All done so that snapdeal don't have to process a return and pay the due money.
        The whole 200 cr rebranding won't get snapdeal anywhere if they harras long time customer like this.

        Please check and help me get refund asap.

            I order for a balck dial wrist watch eft-534-1avdf from snap deal.
            This item is not look as shown in picture and not look original. I marked this item for return. After that courier men come on sunday and i was not available in office due to sunday. On 19th nov 2016 morning i received a msg from snapdeal your return request closed due to ur number was not contable. I called them same time executed assured me for reverse pick up. I called several time snapdeal for reverse pick and every executed assured my reverse pick and refund. Call details below mention:

            One more thing which i want to highlight product cost shown 10726 and i pay 8199 and discount on yes bank debit card is 2527. But invoice attched in watch shown price as 4296 and seller for product krishna international sale this product to buyer amritansh upadhyay and customer acknowledgement buyer accept this product is for personal consumption and not for re-sale than how can he sell at such higher price.

            Kindly look at matter and arrange my refund

                So I requested to you please do some right dessigion about this product please I am very poor family I requested to you please do some personnaly extra effort and do right product and complete product for me please sirkindly requested to you please .thanku

                                There are few important points to be noted here, after said QUALITY CHECK FAILED:

                                1. I had a talk to your customer care person Mr. Manjunath earlier, when he told me that, the actula reason is not QUALITY CHECK, but the shopkeeper for the sandal, does not have the return policy and hence snapdeal is not able to refund in this case. When I reminded about the policy "Snapdeal Guarantee Trustpay: 100% Payment Protection, 7 Days Easy Return policy", he said he will raise the concern to the upper authority and will get back.

                                2. Just few minutes back, I had talk to Ms. Garima, who again changed the words that the item is dirty and there is MANUFACTURING DEFECT. When I reminded to her about the meaning of MANUFACTURING DEFECT, she said she'll get the item re-checked and will then get back to us. Also, she was asking whether I have taken snaps of the product before returning ? On asking whether this is a POLICY, she tried to change the topic.

                                Snapdeal is continuously changing the stand and words, which is very unfortunate. I am a REGULAR customer of SNAPDEAL and currently also there are a few active orders in line. This experience is going to leave very bad impression. I have returned the product IN AS IS CONDITION.

                                I hope this issue is going to be settled here only and I will not be forced to search for another FORUM on this issue.

                                Again I got a call from Snapdeal, specifying that the refund is rejected as QUALITY CHECK failed. Following are the main points of the discussion:
                                1. What Quality Check - no specifications given, only statement is quality check failed
                                2. After some grilling, she replied, reason given for refund "misfit" was not correct as this is the maximum size available, hence its not a proper reason
                                3. Even after some more debate, she again recalled the same old reason given by another person earlier "Manufacturing Defect". Although these guys utter this word Manufacturing defect, but I don't think they know its meaning. As with this reason, they are rejecting the refund

                                      I had purchased the above mentioned product on 2nd October 2016 through Snapdeal. The shipment was delivered to us on 11th October 2016. On checking the product we found that the remote control was not the original one which I had seen at a dealer shop, therefore, I applied for the refund of the product as the product did not appear to be genuine. The QC team rejected my request of refund without any explanation as to why my request has been declined. On 24th October, I received a mail from Snapdeal stating that the product will be returned to me within 2-3 days. Since then, I have been continuously trying to track the details of the shipment by calls but neither the product has been returned to me nor the refund has been released by SD.

                                      Therefore, I am compelled to file a complaint in the consumer forum against SD. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest and oblige. Please help me to get my money back.
