    When i placed the order in snapdeal.com i choose to pay by cash on delivery but later i recieved message that i can pay the amount by online anytime before the delivery of my order. So i paid the cash on delivery amount paid by net banking but during delivery courier boys are asking for cod amount. There is no confirmation of payment given by snapdeal to the courier service whatsoever.
    Therefore they are not delivering the order. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible

      I odered a t-shirt from snapdeal.com on 5th september but recieved product on 8th september and of different size so i returned it and asked for refund in my bank account i. I gave all my necessary bank details but then also after lot of delay the refund was initiated on 9th october and now its 28th november and the amount is not credited in my account, they just gave me a invalid utr number. I have done every thing contacted my bank called snapdeal customer executives and provided all documents which they demanded like the bank statements and the bank deny letter then also nothing happened till now. I have called the customer executives more than 50 times. They are just giving different deadlines of 48 hours and 24 hours and then no answer. This is going on since 2 months. What to do now.

        I have ordered with snapdeal xolo tegra note on 8th November but they given defected items when i requested for replacement they suppose to send engineer but no body turned up after few days they send somebody to collect the items now they saying IMEI number is not matching it strange since long time tegra note not available in any website and store its clearly seeing this how big cheater they are

          You r making people fool. I was looking 4 a washing while I found price of samsung WA62H4200HY/TL Rs.19600/ while the actual price of the same product in samsung official website is 18600 and 4 deceiving people u r giving a discount of 6 %. How can u do this?

                      Sir,
                      duly paying rs.5, 079/- through south indian bank debit card on 02.11.2016, i have placed an order for titan octane watch model no.Ne9308kmo1j men’s watch, vide order no.[protected] and the watch due for delivery on 10.11.2016. Instead of watch, i found i-kall mobile model no.88 in the box received by courier. Mrp of the same is rs.699/-.

                      Contacted with customercare and lodged complaint ticket id no. 35677694 on 10.11.2016 itself. They assured me that they pick up the product and send the ordered product. On 11.11.2016 ecom plus courier person came for pickup the product and said that in the box there is mobile phone instead of watch and rejected for pickup.They informed that through confirmation mail from snapdeal only they pickup the product.Again contacted with superiors in customercare on 13.11.2016 and asked me 48 hours time period to pickup the wrong product delivered, but failed. After completion of 48 hours on 15.11.2016 again contacted superiors in customercare and they asked time for 24 hours, but failed. After completion of 24 hours on 16.11.2016 again contacted superiors in customercare and they asked time for 24 hours, but failed. How extending the days for rectifying the problem.

                      In the meanwhile on 18.11.2016 at 12:02am i received email from [protected]@snapdeal.Com that there is no response from me regarding pickup item for replacement.It seems that we no longer want to return it.Thus snap deal were closing the request.Again contacted with customercare and lodged complaint, extending the days for rectifying the problem.

                      Finally customer care members said that we are helpless in the issue, we have provided the cell numbers of two ecom plus executives who came for reverse pickup of wrong product in the two days and rejected on[protected] and[protected].
                      1) on[protected] ecom chakradhararao (cell : [protected])
                      2) on[protected] ecom a.Praveen (cell: [protected])

                      this knows that snap deal company cheating the people in this manner & how the helpless of customer care executives and superiors in problem solution.

                      There fore please expedite atleast now without any delay in two days or else we take legal action against the company.

                          I dnt know that my complain will be solved here or not.
                          I bought Matrix hair mask, combo oack with serum. Made 2 order.
                          1) Matrix hair mask + serum = Rs. 407
                          2) Matrix Hair mask + serum = Rs. 406

                          I took cash on delivery of Rs. 407 and paid cash.
                          I canclled the order of Rs. 406 and never got even the delivery of the same.

                          The order of Rs. 407 was incomplete as I got Hair mask but not serum., so requested for refund.
                          They send a courier boy to pick up order of worth 407., name Jw express but instead of that courier, nuvo express came to collect the order. I gave him the mask and he gave me receipt of the same.
                          Till then i have not got my money back.

                            While using phone its getting off after 2-3 hours and when I use finger to unlock my phone through finger print sensor and then it's vibrates only but phone isn't open... this issue comes 2-3 times in a day.

                                I have ordered for Reebok White Running Shoes with Sunglasses at rupees 1999/- as 68% discount as price shown is 6200/-
                                but in box it is is mentioned as 3699/- and the sun glasses are dirty and shoe also not comfortable . so i go for returned/replace the product.
                                the snap deal courier boy taken the product after 8 days they made a call that quality check is failed and the same product will be sent back.

                                  Hi Sanpdeal,

                                  I had ordered "Bull's Eye Brown Biker Jacket". Jacket was delivered on 19 NOV 2016 and I opened it on 21 NOV 2016. Product was damage. I was placed for replacement and refund for that. I have suffered for since last 6 day. I was called customer care 10-15 times but they denied for replacement and refund for the product. Executive and sr. supervisor spoke very rudely on call. They was gave me reason o[censored]ser account policy (ACCOUNT DORMANCY).

                                  I want to replacement or refund of the product. So many executive denied for replacement and return of the product. I was complain on consumer forum for that ordered.

                                  Kindly requested to you please provide the replacement and refund of the product.

                                      I have Order Tata Sky HD Dhamal mix pack as on 11-NOV-2015 through Snapdeal. The very next day have cancelled the order but the order was not cancelled due to order was already shipped. I told to mother not to receive any product from Snapdeal but the courier person told it is not a product. Then my mother have received the courier which was a just an paper in which a Voucher Serial Number was available. Then i have called to customer care they took the complaint for amount refund but i did not get any response from Snapdeal. Over a year i was calling to customer care but none of them were respond me correctly I think the call which i made has crossed for which i have paid for the product. One day In the call conversation i spoke to floor manager he GRANITE for amount refund. Few weeks back a customer care executive told me that amount refund cant be possib, e we processing the product will be delivered to you so call to Seller he will deliver the product. The same told to seller he asking a written mail from snap-deal stating that the product has to deliver the product. Now Snapdeal again they have started asking 48 hours to send an mail.

                                      Therefore, I am compelled to file a complaint in the consumer forum against Snapdeal. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest and oblige. Please help me to get my money back or product.

                                        I ordered earphone and i got packed empty box. I was so shocked i tried to call all no of snapdeal company but all no are switch off i also filed complain against that and requst for refund but i didn't get any kind of reply. I also called customer care of snapdeal but no human being their to pick up my call i only heard machine voice. What should i do now.
