    1st i buyied yureka a0 5510 from snapdeal they delivered me a defective piece screen not working properly then i go for replacement after replacement agin they send a defective piece with scratch in it and without any charger and earphones ..i called the customre care they said me they will pick up the phone in 2 days but after yet it is not picked up and and at last they are saying your case is closed we cannot do anything... order number [protected]

      I had purchased the above mentioned product on 2nd October 2016 through Snapdeal. The shipment was delivered to us on 11th October 2016. On checking the product we found that the remote control was not the original one which I had seen at a dealer shop, therefore, I applied for the refund of the product as the product did not appear to be genuine. The QC team rejected my request of refund without any explanation as to why my request has been declined. On 24th October, I received a mail from Snapdeal stating that the product will be returned to me within 2-3 days. Since then, I have been continuously trying to track the details of the shipment by calls but neither the product has been returned to me nor the refund has been released by SD.

      Therefore, I am compelled to file a complaint in the consumer forum against SD. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest and oblige. Please help me to get my money back.

        I have ordered for a Amway Cal Mag D and Iron Folic on 12th November 2016 - Order ID: [protected].

        My Order is not completed after I'm getting confirmation on 16th Nov. And they initiated refund on 16th Nov 11:50 PM.

        But till now I didn't get my amount (1501). I called them many time but not use and they are not replying on mail. Such a bad experience from Snapdeal. I never expect such a worst experience.

          Sir/Madam,

          I have ordered Hueman Navy Blue and Grey cotton blend T-shirt set of 2 as on 08/11/2016.

          As on 14/11/2016, i have received the wrong product instead of what actually ordered. I have received Red T-shirt (Single Piece).

          As on the same date i returned it. Acknowledgement Number for your reference - 769531 to ShadowFax courier service

          Now the courier guy is having that product with himself, telling that snapdeal won`t accept the returned product because it is having only a single piece. Now the product is with him only.

          As per his guidelines, I called more than 10 times to your customer care and raised a complaint for refund of the money.

          Again and again i am calling and explaining the same issue to your customer care person is headache for me since i have called more than 10 times.

          Requesting you to consider this issue very seriously and asap refund the money. For refunding the money you people are already raised the complaint, but its pending because the product is with courier office and he is not returning it to you.

          Expecting a well and quick response from Snapdeal Team.

              I am really unhappy with the service you guys are providing - selling defective and old products !!!

              recently i purchased VU tv - order number is - [protected]

              which was suppose to deliver me in a week time, you gusy sent me in 1 day only, i was very happy .
              but after that there was no communication on installation, i tried calling snapdeal number of times and got the response that we only have to contact them .
              after contacting VU people they sent installation guy and as we open th pack we found its broken, tv panel is broken ..

              why you guys sent me defective piece ????

              pls do not purchase anything from snapdeal, they are looting and fooling people ..

              how you guys are running company ???
              i was a loyal customer and purchased many things from snapdeal, there was no problem till now .
              but now they sent defective product .. i raised the complaint . pls initiate the change or refund !!!

                I have purchased laptop battery on 18th oct 2016from snapdeal firstly they sent wrong battery.
                secondly battery sent by them is not working properly so i rechecked with dell regarding warranty but they said that battery's manufactured date is Jun-2013 so we are not able to give you warranty.
                so snapdeal sold me outdated battery ason 18th oct 2016.
                Now they are not replying me on my email.

                  We have ordered a jacket from snapdeal on 6th november, 2016. they delivered a wrong product on 8th november, 2016 i.e a trouser in place of jacket. We informed the customer care on the same day to get the wrong item picked up. from 8th november we are calling the customer care 3-4 times daily and they are not coming to pick the item and niether giving us our refund amount. once a person came to pick up but when i told him abount the wrong item delivery he refused to pick up. we are fed up from these snapdeal deal persons, everytime we call they give us two days later date. Even on website they update the date two days later than the current date and whenever the day comes they again add two more days into it. they are literally harassing us. Please help

                    My registered mobile no is [protected]. This is bring to your notice that, it is very much
                    unprofessional/unethical behaviour from your side towards your
                    customer. I purchase a Ray-Ban sunglass (order no-[protected])
                    spending 4254 rs and after receiving I came to knew that the product
                    is not genuine, it's a fake Ray-Ban. So I made a return request on
                    13th Nov, giving return reason " I have received a damage product", I
                    mentioned DAMAGE caz no option available regarding FAKE at your site,
                    so I have to choose that one...
                    On 14 th Nov the product was picked up, as per your policy the refund
                    should be initiated with in 72 hours, but till 20 th Nov I had not
                    received any confirmation regarding refund. I have no issue in that, I
                    can understand. On 21 th Nov, I got to knew that my refund was
                    declined, as it was failed on quality check. So I contact one of your
                    customer care executive, and he let me knew that the quantity check
                    was failed as they received a damage product. I didn't accept the
                    reason, becasue I clearly mentioned the return reason " I have
                    received a damaged product", so I questioning him if I received a
                    damaged product, I will send back you the same..Finally he reopen my
                    case. Today morning I received a call from Snapdeal Help center, she
                    told me that my refund can't be completed since there was no damage in
                    the product, it is okay. Since I mentioned the return reason " I have
                    received a damaged product" but the product is okay so my refund can't
                    be completed. That time I was very surprised, caz yesterday your team
                    told me, my refund is declined caz the product is damaged, but as soon
                    as I protests they changed the reason, now they told me there was no
                    damaged in the product, so they can't refund my amount. As I mentioned
                    earlier, the main reason of return is, you supplied me a fake
                    product, but since in your site there were no option available
                    regarding FAKE so I wrote DAMAGED.. Finally she again told me I have
                    to wait another 48 hours to get the status of my refund...

                    Why u give me such harrassment to give my own money, this is a very
                    serious issue, pls look into this matter with high
                    importance...Otherwise, I have to knock consumer court door..

                      I have ordered a mobile Moto G Turbo Edition 16 GB on 17-11-16 from snapdeal.com and it was delivered to me on 22-11-16. After opening the package I started the phone after reading the manual. Mainly I encountered two main issues,
                      1. Internet cannot be connected through sim card.
                      2. Front Camera Quality not as par as stated i.e. 5 MP.
                      I request them to return this item, But customer care executive says this item can only be replace. So I request them to replace with another phone for which if needed i can pay more, but he said only same item can replace.

                        First m very very disappointing with ur product that you send to me.. The product looks different and not at all expected..

                        M working in a MNC company.. And generally i have hardly time for shopping n other free time.. M so busy man. That's why i shopping online..

                        The product you send to me i just not even touch it... When i saw it after i picked it up.. M very disapointing .. N as ur policy i create return request..

                        After this ur one of the pick up boy come and he checked the quality and satisfied with it.. And he gave me the slip. .

                        Now when i checked the status of my ordered.. It shows quality checked failed.. Return request declined.. It was really dishearted to me.. M very disapointing with it.. That how you said that..after this incident I never shopping online now...

                        Please help me because i am a middle class man .. And that much of money means alot to me.. Please help me to out of this..

                        Or i just go to consumer court for help..

                          I ordered on[protected] to buy two chairs branded as chesterfield high back office chairs by paying online Re 4539/ through my SBI ATM card to snapdeal.com. The seller was kv industries New Delhi and contract was that
                          the two chairs at my Alwar address would be delivered latest by 13-11-16.the
                          delivery period was wilfully extended to 16-11-16 and then with the prices of the chairs were raised to Re 6999/ and my complaints ref No 35809908/ Dt12-11-16 & ref 36352761/ dt 18-11-16 & 36403528/dt19-11-16, resulted in fooling me by way of wrong assurances of sending the chairs and ultimately wilfully and illegally the snapdeal cancelled my order on[protected] in the
                          name of his failure & credited back my money on 22-11-16 into my SB a/c.
                          their such action is quite arbitrary, wilful, unlawful, breach of contract, comes into immoral & unethical business, and cheating.The seller ca'nt make a rise in the price in supplying the contracted product to me, but the snapdeal cancelled my order.They kept my money Re 4539/with them for a period of more than one month and cheatingly tricked to cancel the order and not paid me even the due interest accrued upon them for my money dishonestly they used.The mental agony I suffered for this all nonsense at their irresponsible part, I deserve to be compensated.Snapdeal should immediately blacklist such cheat sellers but it is patronizing them by allowing them to price rise the products on his site and indulging in favouring such cheat sellers who wilfully break the contract in supplying the product delivery. A stringent action is requested to be taken against the erring snapdeal.com & the seller.

                              I purchased a mobile phone -BQ S38 from Snapdeal. Order placed on 22.10.16 with full payment 2699 on line. Product delivered on 25.10.16. It was a Diwali gift for sister, so checked it on 29.10.16 before handing it over.
                              The handset was defective- on keypad, if you press 1 it shows 2, if you press 2 it shows 3, if you press 3 then comes 3, and thereon.
                              I immediately put in request for Return/Replacement on 29.10.16 through customer care desk. Subsequently, I made calls on 30.10.16/ 31.10.16/2.11.16/ 6.11.16/ 7.11.16/ 9.11.16 ...made almost 10 calls. Every time the executive assured that he/she would refer the case to resolve. Twice spoke to Supervisors- Sripad and Naveen, who agreed and assured that such a handset is useless and they would get back with solution.
                              On 9.11.16 I received a mail from Snapdeal team that I should go with the product to the Service Center of the phone i.e. BQ, get a verification letter from them about the defect, and then they will replace/return. At the first place, I felt that if I bought it from Snapdeal and made payment to Snapdeal, and if I received a product with manufacturing defect at the first instance, why should I be asked to go to the third party?

                              I checked on-line the locations of the service center. Visited the closest one at Dilshad Garden it was shut down about a year back, checked another Center at Karawal Nagar that is also shut down, searched for the Head office number on line, tried customer helpline, number not active...I managed to speak to somebody who had a franchise earlier of BQ... I was told that the BQ mobile company-support in India has packed off after Diwali... after selling all their 'dead stock' to online companies like Snapdeal which sold them at some discounted prices and made fool of many customers like me in Diwali Season sale!

                              I have written two mails to Snapdeal team apprising them of the situation...no response... Now, when I contact Snapdeal they give me a mail saying that my product is 'not eligible for Replace/ Return under company policy!'
                              I wonder how such big companies are making fool of thousands of customers like me with such malpractices openly!

                              Since this matter has come to a dead end after almost four weeks of pursuing it with Snapdeal, I would like to take it up with Consumer forum/ Consumer court for proper action against such company.

                                    I have received a product 15 w Wipro LED bulb six piece vide above quoted order ID. But unfortunately one bulb found in fuse/defective condition. I have post online replacement request. But, I got a reply from snapdeal that due to unserviceable of their courier partner they unable to take delivery from home and item to be send to snapdeal through courier to their Wodehouse and courier charges are also reimburseable. Hence I have send the product to the seller vide first flight courier AWB number is- U[protected] on 17/11/16 and courier charges is Rs 206 is also paid. I have already sent mail at [protected]@snapdeal.com with scan copy of courier receipt. But unable to communicate with customer care executive for confirmation. I am in afraid about mail from snapdeal today that replacemen may be cancelled in 48 hrs. Kindly confirm me the position of my replacement and courier reimbursement charges.

                                        I have booked HP Pen Drive 32GB V210W on snapdeal on 13th November 2016. At time of booking it showed me that it would be delivered between 16th to 18th November (Which is fake promise from your end.). Today's date 22nd November come. Still I have not received my pendrive. Is it how you delivered product to customer. I have already paid using net banking. My order ID is [protected]. This is worst experience for me. I only support you because you are Indian company. But if you treat your customers like this then I have to move to other service providers like Amazon which provide best customer support.
                                        I have planned to give birthday gift to my friend. But now his birthday gone. Can you solve this issue????
