As you sending the product by 3rd party courier service such as gojavas they are not providing delivery persons contact number and they are updating in tracking as customer not available without contacting the customer and the customer Care number of gojavas doesn't exist.
Please give me the status of delivery and when that courier service could deliver my product....

I have purchased a Lenovo phone from snap deal on COD mode with Rs.500 off Invoice dated 22nd Oct 2016, this phone touch pad is not working properly so I have taken to Lenova Authorized service center when they open the phone we found that phone is already tapered there is don't remove sticker got removed, IME no differ from mentioned in invoice. we are highly disappointed with these kind of service from world class company....
