Your CCE is rediculous. Have ordered 1 Kutri of worth Rs.300/- .However, got different product.

Called at CC for almost 120 times.No response. Its not about money its about Customer service experience.

Requested for replacement but its almost 1 and half months.All I hear is wait for 48 hours.

          I have purchased a Lenovo phone from snap deal on COD mode with Rs.500 off Invoice dated 22nd Oct 2016, this phone touch pad is not working properly so I have taken to Lenova Authorized service center when they open the phone we found that phone is already tapered there is don't remove sticker got removed, IME no differ from mentioned in invoice. we are highly disappointed with these kind of service from world class company.

            I have purchased the product from Snapdeal...and paid through credit card.

            Due to quality issue, i have placed request for replacement..They got the product from my home.

            And now informing me that it has not passed internal checks and hence, they will not allow replacement.

            Now, they dont want to return the OLD PRODUCT which they have picked up from my home as well..

            They are not replying as well what is the reason for the same...

            PLS LOOK into the matter...I want to file the legal case against Snapdeal...

              They are sending Faulty products...

              Eg: Earthing problem, without shock proof, convection mode not working, heating rods not working..
              Company promising for easy return n replacement at the time of selling product..

              Now they r denying only because my previous account history I replaced many items.

              Why company sold product if they have problem with my account, n why company promised for easy return/replacement and payment secure, if can't fullfil their promises.

              They are doing very wrong not with me but many others ..

              If they have problem with account holder address or any customer they can suspend their account stop selling them but why doing this after sale and promises..

              They are harassing and they are cheating and doing unethical online business they are not following online promises and rules.

              They are doing not good, following only their own rules..

              They don't bother for government online policy they don't bother any consumer.. This is not first time Snapdeal and others always do this type of harassment to consumers..

              This is not only my problem but many consumers facing this type of many problems..

              They are using cashless online banking to buy online but online companies cheating and harassing their consumers..

                Pathetic service by snapdeal... Bad first impression...
                When ever am calling these numbers[protected] is not working and customer care number +91-[protected] not reachable to executive to have a talk with... '*' and '#' works the same.. So what are the options created for joke
                Also orderid on call appeared to be different from the one in my order list.

                Though i have heard it from many about bad service and and return and refund problems from many... It was my mistake to order from snap deal...
                On searching about snapdeal i get "snapdeal is one the biggest e-commerce site in india" who told yoou man... Don't even compare your service with flipkart, bigbasket (Based on type of products ordered by me).

                Flipkart even if there is issue with product quality, service by flipkart is the best.

                My order gets cancelled with the message that the seller cannot fulfill it. While ordering seller was able to deliver.
                Now i have query regarding the refund amount but no customer executive reachable... So where and to whom i am suppose to talk to... Ceo of the company...
                No wonder why people would order maximum cod from your site... Makes no sense in giving statement about your cod affected or saw a dip by demonetization... It anyways will first look at your service and reach ability. An individual who make card payments will also think of cod option.

                I had ordered products order id: [protected] (2 items) amount 520 for which i paid 420 (Using voucher). Not the product worth rs 485 (Item 1 - under the mango tree wild forest honey 500 g) is cancelled. Amount refunded id only rs 392. Now i want to know how 392... : is it due to voucher applicable.. Then how are this calculations done? 20% of voucher amount i guess?
                Now with this i am really wondering about my refund amount..

Delivery coming from Vulcan Express.Worse Delivery service I had ever seen in my life.Every other executive from both parties commit to take action and deliver product within 24 hours but 4 days have crossed from the estimated delivery date and product has not reached the customer yet. IF you cant deliver tell before hand so that i go and cancel this order. that more peaceful than traumatizing your customer by going through false commitments.why r Snapdeal tie up with such Courier.

                  But I am very disappointed with the service.
                  This is very severe that a company like snapdeal is not able to solve my issue.

                    The product I returned was picked up on 11th Nov 16, I mailed the receipt and refund details to snapdeal on the email ID ([protected]@ snapdeal.com) given by their customer care executive, still waiting for the revert on that mail.

                    There is no response from the company and no reliable contact point for the customer.

                    Even after the pick up(for which I hv an authentic receipt) the company was calling me to reschedule the pick up.

                    On their portal its showing 18th Nov whereas I hv a receipt dated 11 Nov, unable to understand the issue, more on that unable to contact them through any number or mailer. Please help

                      Product Ordered on 24th Oct with full payment & per snapdeal website the delivery date confirmed was latest by 21st Nov. However till date the product has not been shipped also.
                      Also inspite of raising multiple tickets no feedback from Snapdeal.
                      Subsequently after multiple attempts, Snap Deal just cancelled the order saying that the merchant is unable to ship but the same product is still listed on their website but at a much higher price now.
                      It seems like a overall scam wherein Snap Deal is accumulating money of people by showing various offers & after month or two months cancelling the orders. The Money held by Snap Deal does however fetch interest to the company.
                      It seems like a new business model adapted by the company to make more money without selling anything.

But i got the fake material(Nov 4) from vishwa DFS its your seller. .So I decided to return that product and I contacted Snapdeal customer care.They gave me a assurance that they taken back their product and refund my money very soon.Again Nov 11 i made a call to them one particular person behaved in a rude manner.He said that the product was not sent by us.So why do we refund your money?.But its not a fair answer from the esteemed company.From that day onwards every day i made a call to the customer care everyone said refund very soon.Finally this last Saturday supervisor Mani attend the call and said he will speak to their higher authority and solve my problem. But so far no money is credited on my account. So again today I made a call one lady attender said, that "the product was directly sent through by our seller, so we can't refund your money".So i have a question that the seller is one of the workers to the company why don't they take an action against him?and refund my money. Generally this is the procedure but they behave in irresponsible way. I am a customer to this company from three years. Now I'm highly stressed. So finally I decided that I have all the proofs, receipts, mails and evidences etc. Why don't i go to the consumer court against this company and spread the news to all news channels. So the decision is yours...

                            Order no. [protected], Ordered on 12 th oct. Showing in status on 11 th nov. That the item was delivered on 9 th nov. Complaint raised on 11 th nov. That product was not delivered. Several follow up has been taken but no resolution given by snapdeal. Amount already deducted from account. Very painful experience from snapdeal. Please let me know where else I can raise this issue othet than snapdeal customer care or can I file a case against them in consumer court. If I can file a complaint how much time is necessary for making such complaint.

                              Oct 12 2016 Ordered Micromax Laptap 2in1 LT666 with 1TB cloud storage and 1 yr MS Office subscription, but received only laptop without 1 TB storage and MS office, returned the laptop with missing items promised, it is been over two months, they want to retun the same product and does not want to refund although I was having gold benefits which means as per their website 14 day return or refund policy. After two months they same laptop returned was dirty when I just had it one 1 day before I returned. They basically do not want to give 1 TB cloud storage and wants me to accept the item without it. I have spent several hours with customer service who are blunt enough to forcefully make me accpet the item what they throw at me.

                              SNAPDEAL is a fraud company and started cheating customers. Please avoid.

                                Please rescue me from the cheat and theft done by snapdeal.

                                Snapdeal is still not resolving my issue. They just mention in reply every time that they are looking into this matter and will resolve it at the earliest but nothing has happened till date.

                                The Epson l130 printer was couriered to the seller by me on 11th august at per the mentioned address and instructions on the printer's parcel box to get my refund based on return request raised in Snapdeal.

                                From that time Snapdeal has put me in the Wait mode to get my refund. Its more than 3 months now and they have not refunded my 8500+ rs.

                                Every time I call them they tell me the same old story that they are working on my request and escalated it to highest level and I will receive my refund in 48 hours but nothing has been done so far.

                                Every time Snapdeal say's that they are communicating with the seller to receive the printer from seller's end to their warehouse. Once Snapdeal receive it they will transfer my money. This repetitive communication has been their only response from last 3 months. Though I uploaded all the required documents from courier slip to proof of delivery to the seller yet they refuse to refund my money.

                                Now from past few days they have started saying that the since seller is not responding to their mails and not sending printer to their warehouse hence they will not be able to refund my money.

                                They are now playing with customer giving different excuse all the time and now they want to close this request without refunding my money mentioning issues from seller's end.

                                Both Snapdeal and it's seller has put me in such a pathetic situation from past 3 months and trying close my request without refunding my 8500+ rs in the name of couriered printer not received.

                                Can you please become voice of a cheated customer, to compel Snapdeal to refund my money.

                                No calls no update Snapdeal. They are yet not resolving my issue, not refunding my money even after complaining in various consumer forums from past 3 months.

                                Now I feel that it's useless to complain in these consumer forums as you all are not helping consumer to fight for its right and not taking his fight against this injustice to a logical conclusion.

                                Hope consumer forum is listening to the pain and plight of a consumer and will fight with Snapdeal for his cause.

                                No resolution till date. Just useless comments from Snapdeal. Nothing is helping out to me. Consumer forums websites are nothing but a site to post comments nothing is done till date. Consumer doesn't needs comments from company. He needs resolution. What is the use of consumer forums websites if they are not able to compel companies to resolve consumers issue. Pathetic !!!

                                    both the products are absolutely fake, on my demanding a return and a refund, i have been denied the same. though i did recieve a call from them on the 09 nov 2016, and was assured for an immediate pick up, but the company seems to be playing a foul upon me.

                                        Hello.
                                        This is regarding Order Number [protected], I Recieved the different item from snapdeal and raised returned request. My product was picked up after 20 days after raising the request, now Snapdeal rejected my request on 20th of nov that returned item's quality check is failed but as per the JV express ( reverse logistics ) the returned item is delivered to snapdeal today i.e 21Nov. then how can snapdeal update that they received the item on 19th nov and they rejected my replacement request by saying quality checked failed.
                                        Some images are attached with reference to this order.
                                        I strictly advise snapdeal to approve the replacement otherwise i will take strict legal action against this scam.
                                        There are images which clearly show that item is delivered to snapdeal today i.e 21 nov.
                                        And one is there clearly shows that snapdeal rejected it fakely and said that item received on 19th nov.
