    I purchased a Skullcandy ear-phone on 10th sep. 2016. my ear-phone is not working properly.. Ear-phone has 1 year warranty. in ahmedabad there is no any service center.. i tried to talk with customer care.. they are not receiving call.. there is only recorded tape..i don't have idea how i could repir that ear phone...

      I had placed the above order on 18 october, 2016 and have been tracking the progress of the order since then. However, the official website did not show any progress in the order. It only displayed that the order is being prepared for dispatch.
      Considering the above situation a call was made to snapdeal.com on 10 november 2016 to understand the progress. It was told by the representative that the product was being manufactured and on the basis of the call a request would be made to their backend team for urgent delivery of the product which was scheduled on 19 november 2016.
      On 18 november 2016, the order was cancelled from snapdeal.com's side without any prior intimation and the refund was initiated. The reason provided for cancellation was that the seller registered with snapdeal.com denied to process the order as the price was low compared to the market price. However, the discounted price which was paid was as per the scheme the 'unbox diwali scheme'.
      The intimation of the cancellation of the order after 30 days of placing the order has denied me an opportunity to take the benefit of other offers on the same category of products provided by other e-commerce companies. Further, the company has suggested to place a fresh order and the cost is around rs. 26000 for the same product which is rs.11000 more than the price at which the order was placed.
      Inspite of raising complaints with snapdeal.com, and also on their facebook page, the company only promised to look into the matter. However, there was no solution provided.
      I want the product delivered at my residence at the earliest date and also a written apology from the authorised person of the company.

        Complaint against the order number [protected]
        i order placed on 26.10.2016 redmi note 32 gb (gold colour) but i received different product on 02.11.16 i.e is not mine. immediately complained complain snap deal customer care and courier person. when i received the product i am requested to courier person to open the product, but he refused to open and told me i have no any rules to open. if you have any complain please complain to snap deal customer care/courier customer care then take money and he was gone away.

          This is regarding order id[protected]. i have received a different pair of shoes of (an unknown company)instead of what i ordered(sparx shoes) and when i returned the product they rejected my request. They have not talked me once and just rejected my request. When i asked reason several times then they said quality of the product has been spoiled and sending the product back to me. I received the shoes back o[censored]nknown company and when i checked then i found that the quality is same what i returned. snapdeal is making excuses because they are not ready to accept that they have sent me wrong
          shoes instead of sparx shoes in the box of sparx shoes. The shoes looked cheaper and color was pink and black which i complained earlier as well.
          i contacted 5-6 times to customer care and 15-20 times on fb messenger.Whenever i get the call from customer care they say now request has been close from their side and they will not do anything as company policy says.
          This is fraud with customer.They have cheated me and sold their waste product at the cost of branded shoes.Now i am seeking justice.
          i am very disappointed with the company behaved with me. please help me otherwise it will happen to others also.

          I received mail today that you have closed my return request and unable to help me.This is not expected. I have replied on [protected]@snapdeal.com. You cannot do this with me.
          You have sent me the wrong product instead of sparx blue shoes and I have already sent you images also. I returned the same product which I received and you can see in image shoes is neither dirty or used. Then why are you not taking the product back? Why should I bear your mistake? I want my money back or original product. These shoes are not genuine and I will not accept this cheap quality product.

                I placed an order for the below listed product on November 13th under Order ID: [protected].

                The product got delivered to me on November 15th. I raised a replacement request on the same day due to an incompatible size issue. The size of the product I received was at least 2 sizes bigger than what I had hoped it would be. The product got picked up for replacement on November 16th and I did get the replacement the very next day i.e November 17th.

                Unfortunately, your team (or the vendor) was stupid enough to ignore my comments I had put in while requesting the replacement and sent me the same size as earlier.

                To top it off, when I login to my account (either through web or your mobile app), the section `My Orders`is completely blank. There are no orders showing under that section so I cannot even raise the refund request myself.

                Ever since I have been trying to liaise with your customer service team to get the product returned and provide me with a refund. I had already bought an alternate product from one of the other online portals. Hence, I don’t need this product anymore. So far, your customer service team on your telephone line has not been of any help because nobody has called me to arrange the pickup; nor have I received any email outlining the details of the return. I have two Snapdeal reference ticket numbers (if they help at all; god knows I am not even aware what your representatives have mentioned in these tickets). 36332882 and 36326349

                This is my most frustrating online experience ever.

                I would want this product to be picked up, returned and issued a refund on this.

                  I have placed an order with snapdeal.com on 7th nov'16 by debit card payment mode. The estimated delivery was scheduled for 14th nov'16. They displayed that the item was delivered to me without actually delivering. The company does not have any proper complaint redressal mechanism on place. Also they have not responded to my complaint registered on their website on 15th nov'16. They are showing absolute apathy after taking payment for the product.

                    NO response of my previous complaint filed.. I think consumer court is just doing nothing in resolving my case..
                    This is the second time my return request has been rejected.These people keep on giving me lame excuses that you couldnt clear the quality check and when I asked them the reason they told that they have no reason and they will be sending my product back.. They are the biggest liars..
                    My previous case with Order ID: [protected] ... They kept that case pending for over a month and neither they initiated the refund nor I have recieved the products back.. I have spent around 400rs balance in calling the company executive and get updated but at the end they refused to initiate the refund..
                    I gave up on that case but I wont give up on this one..
                    I want my refund in my bank account..
                    Your company's trust policy itself says that if you dont like the product you can return it within 7 days.. Thats what I did.. I put a return request on the same day of its delivery as the router was not supported on my device..
                    I want my router returned. I agreed to take the sarees back send them to me.. I won't agree the replacement of the router I only want refund..

                      Hi snapdeal,

                      It is a really unfortunate moment when i thought of gifting a washing machine to my parents. I ordered haier 6kg hw60-1279 fully automatic front load washing machine (Order id [protected]) on 24th oct'16. As the installation engineer came to demo/installation, we found that the machine delivered was damaged from inside though the packaging was intact.

                      I put a request for the return of the damaged product on 15 nov'16. So far there has not been any serious contact from jv express to pickup the item. At the same time, the snapdeal app is tracking status as 'unable to reach the customer'which is totally misleading and wrong.

                      Please arrange a serious pickup from the courier partner (Which seems to make a fool out of you and your customers) and refund the amount paid. I do not want any replacement of the same item as there has been enough trouble for my family on this shopping.

                      Please resolve it quickly and refund the amount (Inr 19, 999) to my account.

                        I placed above mentioned order for purchase of lenovo a1000 mobile by online payment and subsiquently cancelled that after 3 days after observing track via their cancel option in order summary. Order cancellation is successful but as per cancellation option i don't get any confirmation to my e mail. I have several time contact to the customer care and they are telling to wait some days repeatedly. I don't get back my money in bank. Where our india government insist to use debit card to any purchase but now i am facing unwanted harrasment. When i contact to customer care they given a complain no.35998388 and mail ref. No.36023663.

                            Product ID [protected] ordered on 26th October. This is bed delivered after 60 hours of continuous follow-ups.

                            Now calling a technician to assemble the product has become a Project. They require another 48 hours. Moreover product delivered and company database not updated even after hours.

                            I bought my first product and had pathetic experience. I would never advise anyone to buy anything from Snapdeal.

                            Please intervene if it can be assembled today, else it will follow the company leisure and lethargic process.

                                I have attached account statement from date 14 november to 19 november 2016.
                                Please verify the same and reversed the amount to my bank account so i can place new order.

                                  I have ordered nike football shoes from snapdeal.com on 28 october. Till date product is totally damage product and differnt product of nike.
                                  I raised complain in snapdeal customer support team and called in 12-15 times . but always I asked to wait for the response from there concern team, investigating on it.
                                  Sir please its my humble request to you .
                                  Please intiate my refund .

                                  Even I asked them to refund my paid amount but nothing has happned.

                                    14.11.16 I purchase snapdeal website micromax canvas spark2 mobile in debit card.in rs.3699. After few times I canxelled due to my personal reason. Then I called snapdeal customer care when my money refund they told sir your money refund credit within 4 working days in bank . today also money not credit in my account till 7.00 pm .also send my bank statement till today in [protected]@snapdeal.com. today evening 6.00 pm again call snapdeal customer care person he told sir your money credit within 24 hours. That mean 5 days left out I cancelled order.my family member in hospital I want money for medicine. If any snapdeal manager watch this complaint reverse my money . I request to all Indian people please don't purchase snapdeal any product.

                                      I have bought a JBL T100A In-Ear Earphones With Mic (Black) 3 weeks before..as i was not satisfied with the product i raised for a replacement.but they told they cant replace or rufund the product before 2 weeks..they told they will be sending the same product back to me within 48 hours...but even after two weeks they hadnt send it to me...when i call customercare everyday they will tell sory and they will send it within 24 hours...but this does not happened for last two weeks..i have called 6 or 7 times to customercare but they will repeat the same but wont send it to me...i even spoke with the teamleder...she was also repeating the same but not even dispached the product yet...i was trusting these guys for past few years...but now i lost it...snapdeal is doing just horrific thing...plese stop fooling customers...please do send my earphone...take necessary actions...this may be my last shopping with snapdeal...i cant do anything than pleading because i have already payed for this...really really horrific...                                         Sir on 3 Nov I ordered a PC motherboard from snapdeal. I got my order on 12 Nov. When I tested my motherboard it was not working. After that I requested to refund my money. Then from snapdeal I got a mail with link where I got return form with address of snapdeal warehouse where I have to send back PC motherboard. And they also demanded scanned copy of copy receipt. When I sent back faulty motherboard and I also uploaded courier receipt as demanded. When I tracked my courier it was insufficient delivery address and my courier is coming back to me.
                                        Sir please tell me now what can I do. So I can get my money back.
