    I ordered one earphone from Snapdeal on 11th November but i canceled that order in evening just because the delivery time is too long but till now i didn't receive the refunded amount. I contact snapdeal 3 or 4 times but they always ask about the bank statement and ask to wait for 4 working days. I think its more than 4 working days till now. I also sent them bank statement but no response from there side. I am attaching the bank details and snapdeal app snapshot which shows that amount is refunded by them on 11th of November.

        Respected sir, i have ordered quantum 2.1 speakers on 7 th nov, on cash on delivery basis . i cancelled order due to some problem due to narendra modi's demonitisation campaign and still a man from snapdeal came on 21/11/2016 and told that i have your parcel. i told him that i have cancelled the order. but i accepted order and gave him 469 rs. upon opening i found that the product is damaged . as i have cancelled the order previously there is no provision on snapdeal app for contacting customer care.
        this is so irritating . please take back your faulty spears and give me my money back.

          I have purchased 4 burner hob top gas stove order id [protected] ticket id 35544292

          I see that gas is leaking from one burner, i have raised replacement request, after numerous efforts product got picked but again i received same product packed as brand new package (I see that the replaced product also leaking from the same place) i wonder snapdeal is selling gas stoves with similar defect.

          I have raised for refund request, i got email stating quality check failed as product is perfect. Quality check should be done by checking with gas connection, not by external look.

          If snapdeal still says the product is fine, please send any person i will show him personally how gas is leaking.

            I am writing to snapdeal so many times and calling them but still not getting refund to my account. This order (Order id: [protected]) was placed on 11th nov, 2016 where i paid via my debit card and the same order was cancelled by me instantly. And still it is hanging on. I did not get any refund from them yet. Neither i am getting any call back from snapdeal nor they are replying my mail. Please let me whom to contact.

            I have already posted my order id and dropped mail at [protected]@snapdeal.com, two times I have shared my bank statement at [protected]@snapdeal.com, called customer care several times and still no action taken. What's wrong with this order refund status? Even after sharing the bank statement u are not at all serious with it. Neither I am getting any call from snapdeal.

                Hi,
                I bought a product saral home 3seater sofa covers which were not acceptable to me becuase of a big mismatch in colour, finish and product quality. It appeared to be quite different in the look and shade which was shown on the website. I have categorically refused to accept this product. But, snapdeal.com's customer care is not paying any heed to my 'unacceptance' and forcing me to take this product. There behaviour is extremely unprofessional, rude and unexpected. They are not respecting my right to accept or return the product and forfeiting my hard money spent on this order by not taking the product back. This is gross cheating that this big compnay and its customer care is doing to a customer like me and snatching away my right to buy products as per my choice, wish and liking. I am feeling cheated and harassed by this company. This a crime on snapdeal's part to force me to buy unacceptable products, not to take this return, refund my money and blocking my email or snapdeal account.

                I, once again, request the company to not to force this bad, mismatched and unacceptable product immediately and refund all the money taken for this order immediately. I also request this big compnay to not to indulge in this practice of cheatinig innocent customers like me by making false promises and forging money by making fools.
                The product was bought on oct 22 but even till 19nov the issue was ignored by snapdeal.

                    We had ordered "royal sapphire Stainless Steel Kitchen Trolley" from snapdeal and the product delivered to us was faulty, the model was broken.
                    We requested for a return, but the person who was supposed to receive our product didn't show up and the return request was cancelled by snapdeal.
                    Even after requesting several times there has been no positive response from snapdeal customer care.

                      I received the Dining table & chairs that was of the poorest quality and was installed by some crude carpenter who was sent, all chairs have been loosely fitted and cannot be repaired or adjusted, all chairs are rocking and the joints have given way, the material of the table and chairs are of inferior quality and are very delicate and cannot be repaired .Really very disappointed .Snap deal has cheated us, we paid Inr 17900 of our hard earned money .Really impacted us badly and we facing mental torture every day. I am contacting Snap deal since August 12th 2016 and had even offered to pay additional charges to replace, no response .

                        Is snapdeal a fake company without a customer care support?

                        Returned on 31st oct 2016.

                        Now things are really getting unbearable.
                        I need the refund as soon as possible.
                        I didn't receive the main amount instead just received the couriercharges.
                        If these things go this way unattended by snapdeal I will have to seek help of consumer affairs.

                        Please look into the matter in a favourable light for an early solution.
                        Or i'll have to seek justice through legal procedure.

                            I ordered a Micromax tv on Nov 11th and cancelled it on 13th. Same day I ordered same tv as it was coming for lesser price. I got a mail saying it was cancelled. Then again on 15th I got a call saying Your micromax tv got delivered, since I was at office I asked my neighbour to pick it up. Once I reached my home at 7 pm I checked tv isnt the one which I ordered, so I immediately called their customer support team and told them I want them to pick up and they said they would pick it up in 2 days. Next day I got my new tv delivered. And even after 3 days no one was coming for pick up of cancelled tv, so I tweeted them and they called after 2 days.

                            Once they did call me, they informed me that I should not believed their customer support team member and return would be done. Now they are explaining me that courier guys was the mistake and saying sorry. Sorry isnt suffice, for your mistake I have to pay 21k. What would i do buying 2 same tvs ??

                            Once I cancel it should not have been delivered in the first place, I dont care what is the internal process, I will just refer to your portal and make thhe changes there itself.

                            Now take the product back and refund the money. Highly inconvienient.

                              I had ordered dfr mojaris on sneapdeal since 12 days but it is not delivered... Pls deliver fast the product according to delivery date... This is 1st time my shopping on sneapdeal & i have get a very very bad services & experience on that... Rate of service less than 00... Next time i want to avoid the shopping on sneapdeal because the to much late delivery..!!!

                                I have received vaseline lip thaparapy which is about to expire and this thing happened with me second time previous I have received mabeline kajal which is expired before one year.
                                Now I tried to send back so it is not returned and no option to return or reschedule return date when your executives not come to pick so what is our fault. I am not chasing to return back my money I just want to show you what cheating you are doing with customers. You are stocking old batch products and send it to customers.

                                  Hi,

                                  I placed order for Loreal professional Shampoo and conditioner on 24th October but when I received the product it was not genuine.
                                  Product was received on 31st Oct but I couldn't use it immediately since I was out of station.

                                  Order No [protected]

                                  When I used the product I realised the product is not genuine. When I made a complain to customer care on 13th Nov they told since 7 days of refund are over therefore as a policy they cannot do anything about it.

                                  I would want some action to be taken against them.

                                    Hello, 1st time when i ordered havells geyser from snapdeal, i received damaged product hence requested for replacement. I received replacement after lot of follow ups but again i received the product without accessories in the box. Without wall mounting assembly not possible to install the product. For this issue snapdeal has not responded. They have not replied to my email nor called regarding my complaint and worst support i ever seen. Still the product is laying in the corner of my home. I lost my money, time and energy so i need justice.

                                      I ordered for a Comfy Brown waist coat on 15/11/16 & it got delivered on 19/11/16 itself. But I received a damaged unstitched coat from snapdeal. I just want to know that how come such a experienced company can do this type of blunder that too without checking product before couriering to the customer. This is not expected by a renowned company like snapdeal. In channels they advertise loudly to attract people, but in real case their service is hopeless...to be frank I'm totally upset with this type of service & I will not recommend Snapdeal to any of my friend or relative...                                         I have ordered bicycle for my kid. They delivered me wrong product. I have requested return but no one came to pick it up. The courier fellow gave wrong information about our presence at home. I have contacted customer care several time but no action. I have recordings of all conversations for reference.
