    I have purchased the above mentioned item from snapdeal. The item has been delivered while I was away from home. Returning after 9 days I found the item is defective. I like the item to be returned/replaced by snapdeal. This item is an replacement of a previous delivered item. This time a new added problem is a dent beside the outlet along with the previous problem of oozing water.

        I was delievered a wireless mouse instead of the earphones i ordered from snapdeal.
        On demand of exchange of the product i was denied because of their 7 day return policy.But I would have accepted that if the product deliever to me was correct.
        Now i have no use of the mouse delievered to me and neither they are helping me to exchange the product.
        Also i'm going to cancel all further orders from snapdeal by me, my friends and my relatives.
        It's a Rs700 loss to me but you just imagine what this fraud is going to your company.
        So the only one thing i can do is to file a legal complaint against snapdeal and its team for this fraud done to me by snapdeal intentionally.

          Dear friends,
          My humble request to please not purchase anything from snapdeal, i have purchased one sefa set 3+1+1 and it was delivered in damaged condition, i have called to snapdeal customer care many times but there is no any positive response. Now they are saying your home is not in our courier area, then how their courier service has delivered.
          This company is very bad and they are just cheating to consumers. They are giving ten product ok and ninty products defective, out of hundred, means they are cheating with every ninty consumers out of hundred.

            First they refuse to accept my return consignment and repetedly everyday they turned back the courier boy... and when i called approx 100 times then they accept the product... after then refund after 10 days of receiving the product and still they are not paying me my courier charges 180 rupees i have already sent the scan image of courier slip.

              I want to bring to everyone's notice that i received fake nike pegasus 33 shoes worth rs 7000/- from snapdeal. I have another pair of similar shoes that i bought from nike store. I even took these to the store and they said these are fake.

              When i raised a return request, they said the return failed quality checks. I have had several problems with snapdeal before like late delivery and illiterate customer care staff but i never complained. This time i am losing rs 7000 because of no fault of mine.

              I have called more than twenty times and even emailed them at :

              And [protected]@snapdeal.com

              And [protected]@snapdeal.com

              But never got a response

              I think these guys just dont care how loyal their customers are and how to treat them well. Also, i had only tried the product and kept it back as it is. This is cheating because these guys know the product is fake.

              This is just the beginning. I am going to flood mine and my friends' facebook, twitter, linkedin etc with your cheap tricks and explain how my product is a duplicate product!!!

                I had placed an order order for Nova trimmer, details attached along with the complaint, it says it's been delivered on 18nov 2016, while it is not, they haven't informed me about the courier service who is going to deliver it to me, so don't know where my product is, I'm seriously disappointed as I am a regular and have ordered several others which have reached on time. I hope you solve my query ASAP.

                  on 19 Nov 2016 a SMS message came that your order has been cancelled. but still that product is available on the Snapdeal site for Rs. 14449.

                  for one month Snap deal keep my money and because the order was placed in offer period and now rate has been increased. Snapdeal cancelled my order. Snap deal cheated me. I am very disappointed for this cancellation. please take appropriate action against Snap deal.

                          Hi,

                          I have purchased a "dolphins elite fabric sofa cum bed" on 17th october 2016 from snapdeal.com. i got the product at discounted rate. i got a delivery date between 12th to 16th of november 2016.

                          After crossing the given delivery date, today i. e. 18th november 2016 i got a message from snapdeal.com that your order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded to my account. but they have not given a valid reason for the cancellation. moreover the product is still listed on snapdeal.com site with higher price.

                          I want snapdeal to give me valid reason for the cancellation of the above mentioned product.

                            I have placed and order with order id [protected]. I paid for it via my credit card. It is not yet delivered to me but it shows delivered. I put request to resolve this query but noone is responding to me for last 46 hours. They have not given me the detail of courier person otherwise I would have called by myself and ask whether he has given my product to someone else by mistake. But unfortunately, snapdeal customer care is not replying to my issue. I feel as if I have been cheated. Even if courier person has done some mistake they should have atleast reply to me and tell me that they will look into my issue but they are not responding to me given that they will reply to you once you submit query maximum in 24 hours but still I did not receive any reply from them. I don't know to whom should I contact further regarding this

                              I have ordered Eureka Forbes Aquasure Prime 4 Litre UV + UF Water Purifier - White on 22nd October 2016 which is delivered to me on 28th October 2016. Return policy mentioned in same is 7 days.

                              However No person is picking up call from 28th October to 31st October due to Festival Holiday at Eureka Forbes Toll free number for installation of my water purifier. On 1st November I have registered request with Number 97420229 but i have not received any response from vendor or service provider for installation till 4th November. Then I have taken address and Name of service provider from Eureka forbes service center and went to office of service provider. He checked request on that time only and came with me for installation at my home. When he has seen the model and checked my TDS reading of water he said that this purifier is not fit for your water. I have tried to register return on same day i.e. 5th November but same is just expired on 4th November as per return policy of 7 days. I have tried to call customer care of snapdeal but no one is picking up call due to sunday. I again called on 6th November and they have noted my request (No.[protected] for Return and said that out team will investigate and call you back in 24-48 hours. Today there was more than 10 days but i am not able to return or replace my product.

                              I am calling them since several days and they are saying that our internal team is investigation the same and you will receive reply soon.

                              I have following question as consumer from Sanpdeal.com:

                              1. How consumer can find out whether product is defective or suitable to him without installation of Product or installation personnel visit the place?

                              2. How much time you require more to investigate the above thing?

                                I'm KD Parmar, ordered a TATA Sky HD Pack (Dhamaal)( 01 Item) on 26 Oct 2016 vide your Order ID No [protected] and an amounting of Rs. 1389.00 have been deducted by your firm on 26 Oct 2016. Subsequently, the order request has been cancelled on 29 Oct 2016.

                                After cancellation of my order, your message reveived by me as under:-

                                Order Cancellation Requested:
                                We have received your cancellation request for order of Tata Sky HD Pack (Dhamaal Mix Pack and HD Fee) with 1 month Services Free . As the product is already with the courier, please refuse the delivery if delivery is attempted.
                                We will initiate refund of Rs. 1389 to your card no. 4591-XXXXXXXX-3430 and Rs 10 to your FreeCharge Account within 6 days.
                                We will notify you through email and SMS once refund is initiated. Track your refund on the Snapdeal App at www.snpdl.in/iuq4jwcr

                                In view of the above, Henceforth, I called customer care executive on 12, 14 & 16 Nov 2016 for refund of Rs. 1389.00, but till, there is no any response received by me from your firm.

                                I have no delievered your Item till date.

                                Now, I am regretting. I am never gonna buy anything from snapdeal hereafter.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had ordered LG 49" TV which got delivered to me on time. When I was buying it online there was clearly mentioned on the website as there is a free installation & demo available with this product. So, when it was delivered to me post that Schedule a installation option was enabled for me on the order and hence I scheduled it for 12th Nov 3 PM - 6 PM slot. After 2 days I saw my installation was cancelled without any reason and didn't get any further response from Snapdeal.

                                    I tried reaching out to LG customer care and they said they will charge Rs 1000+tax/- since it is purchased online.

                                    I have called customer care almost 10 times and every time there is a fixed standard response from these guys saying we will update in 24 hrs which actually never appears.

                                    I had sent mail to customer care(around 50 mails in total) didn't get a single response for either of them.

                                    So what do you expect me to do, I will go ahead and file a complaint on consumer forum and lets see how will it go from there.

                                    I have attached all details with the screenshot and Invoice copy of my order.

                                      It's almost one month has been passed but I still don't received my refund for the four items which I bought from snapdeal, it is showing that it has been refunded but it doesn't came into my bank account.kindly pay attention to my complaint ant take a legal and strict action towards it.If such type things would get going to be done by these companies then no one could be able to trust them.
