Hi,
As i have made a return request of one of the ordered product name being women orange rayon kurti,
Invoice number :s8f4bd/16-17/802.,
Order id: [protected]
Reference number: 35558926
The problem is that i had made a return request on 09/11/2016 or 10/11/2016, and a day after making request i got message from courier written 'we attempted the pickup of your package but were unsuccessful. We also tried contacting you multiple times during the past 2 days, but were unable to reach you'. Which was all lie and done on the behalf of courier and i haven't received any call or message written they are coming for a pickup.
So i have rescheduled it along with alternate number, and also have a talk with sd customer care where they assured me that return would be done within 48 hours.. So, the same thing happens next day i again got the same message and again rescheduled it.
And today morning i again have a talk with sd customercare where thy again assured me that return will done within 48 hours. So, i have to keep on waiting. And when i just login into my account around 21:30 to see the status then i found that the request has been closed without my concern written
"we had to pick up your item to initiate refund. It seems you no longer want to return it. Thus we are closing your request."
So please tell me what will i do with the product if you are not going to make return of it and simpy cancelling witout the concern of the customer.
And where is your simple return policy
And tell me why peoeple will use sd if they had to face such a problem in making a simple return of the product...
Do anything take your product and provide me back my money/refund.

At the deepawli festival time on especial sale I ordered chesterfield high office chair on buy1 and get 1 scheme
on dated[protected] vide order id [protected](4th item) to jasper infotech pvt ltd a proxy of snapdeal.com and
the sub order id of this item was mentioned as [protected]. I made the payment on[protected] through my
SBI ATM DEBIT CARD for Re 4539/ and I was given rebate for Re 500/ as 10%for payment online and the product
delivery at my residence was fixed for the period 9th to 13th Nov 2016. The seller is named as kv industries New
Delhi.And when the product was not delivered to me within that stipulated time I reminded them via online messages on their customer care helpline vide reference no 35809908 dt[protected], I received a message that they are just dispatching the product and that I shall be receiving in between 14th to 16th Nov 2016 and when this date also elasped I tried a lot on their customer care mobile No [protected] so many times and wasted my Re
57/ as mobile charges for futile talks and meanwhile again mailed complaint messages vide query reference Nos 36352761 dt18-11-16 and 36403528 dt[protected] and it resulted into cancellation of my order in the name of non availability of the product to the snapdeal by the seller kv industries as he has now increased the prices of this product upto Re 6999/ earlier increased to Re 5499/.
It is is matter of grave concern that who will buy any thing from snapdeal when it has no control over such
cheat sellers.my money Re4539/ was used by you snapdeal and the cheat kv industries(seller) from 13-10-16 to[protected], did you pay me the due interest on it to me which was legally and morally binding on you. Will such mean and irresponsible modus operandi can make you sustain in market?. Should you not at least blacklist
such mean and cheat sellers who possess no business moral at all, am I wrong if I blame you of patronizing such dirty and tricky sellers? how that cheat seller is selling the same chairs on your site on higher prices while cancelling my contract dated 13-10-16 when he took the full payment of that product in advance from me. I pity
on you, and wonder how are you alive and doing business, do you call such cheating as business? I wonder at your bravery.If you wish I can fight this case against you in consumer protection forum at Alwar.
