I have sent several email and done call to your customer care, every time i got answer that will resolve in 24 hours

Till date no update about replacement and not received any replacement

    Placed an order on snapdeal week back and paid in advance, was promised that it will delivered within 3-4 days but it has been 8 days still not received, also tracking status of product shows that it is near my hub but still they can't deliver to me, now i doubt they even have dispatched my order, also a guy from their customer service promised that they would deliver my product next day of calling but they didn't.will never order any order from snapdeal next time.

              I have received the product on 8th Nov 2016. I have opened the outer cover and inner box cover was tampered. So, I requested for return. Courier pickup guy has opened the inner cover on 9th Nov and found used item was there. He refused to pick up the item.

              I am waiting for almost 8 days. No proper response from Snapdeal customer care executives.

                I placed an order on 11 Nov. 2016 for ""Meakida Drill Stand"" as prepaid worth Rs 1810 having good quality and features.
                Instead of that an inferior product of different brand ""Duro India Gold drill stand"" has been delivered by Burhani Tools and Hardware, Pune.
                So, kindly look into the matter how it could happen and do the needful in my support by taking an appropriate action against the concerned responsible for. Though your reputation/credibility gets better ratings if the same product is delivered which is displayed/shown to sale to the best satisfaction of customer.

                    At the deepawli festival time on especial sale I ordered chesterfield high office chair on buy1 and get 1 scheme
                    on dated[protected] vide order id [protected](4th item) to jasper infotech pvt ltd a proxy of snapdeal.com and
                    the sub order id of this item was mentioned as [protected]. I made the payment on[protected] through my
                    SBI ATM DEBIT CARD for Re 4539/ and I was given rebate for Re 500/ as 10%for payment online and the product
                    delivery at my residence was fixed for the period 9th to 13th Nov 2016. The seller is named as kv industries New
                    Delhi.And when the product was not delivered to me within that stipulated time I reminded them via online messages on their customer care helpline vide reference no 35809908 dt[protected], I received a message that they are just dispatching the product and that I shall be receiving in between 14th to 16th Nov 2016 and when this date also elasped I tried a lot on their customer care mobile No [protected] so many times and wasted my Re
                    57/ as mobile charges for futile talks and meanwhile again mailed complaint messages vide query reference Nos 36352761 dt18-11-16 and 36403528 dt[protected] and it resulted into cancellation of my order in the name of non availability of the product to the snapdeal by the seller kv industries as he has now increased the prices of this product upto Re 6999/ earlier increased to Re 5499/.
                    It is is matter of grave concern that who will buy any thing from snapdeal when it has no control over such
                    cheat sellers.my money Re4539/ was used by you snapdeal and the cheat kv industries(seller) from 13-10-16 to[protected], did you pay me the due interest on it to me which was legally and morally binding on you. Will such mean and irresponsible modus operandi can make you sustain in market?. Should you not at least blacklist
                    such mean and cheat sellers who possess no business moral at all, am I wrong if I blame you of patronizing such dirty and tricky sellers? how that cheat seller is selling the same chairs on your site on higher prices while cancelling my contract dated 13-10-16 when he took the full payment of that product in advance from me. I pity
                    on you, and wonder how are you alive and doing business, do you call such cheating as business? I wonder at your bravery.If you wish I can fight this case against you in consumer protection forum at Alwar.

                          I received a 6 seater dining table from snapdeal which was installed after 2 days of delivery. After the installation done by their people I come to know the table top damaged...Since then requesting the customer care to get the product picked and refund my money, but all in vain...The wooden frames, carton boxes all lying in my living room for they want the original packing...my house is in a mess with my money also stuck...feeling very helpless..Please help

                              As I took a bed from Snap deal which I did a mistake. The bed was delivered on 09.11.2016 and the bed was not up to my requirement. So I planned to return let I have changed my mind and i called them to cancelled my Return and from then onward I am calling daily for Installation. Everyone saying that within 24 hours, till now I have not received and call nor Email.

                              By this I understood not recommend Snapdeal to anyone nor not to shop.

                                Hi All,
                                I have received a brick instead of 5.1 Speaker. Firstly it was delivered after 19 days of placing the order. Next it was a big brick which I received. No response from Snapdeal until I posted the image in Social Media(Facebook, Twitter). Snapdeal Ceo(Mr Kunal Bahl) didn't bothered to replied in twitter(I tweeted him as well). Employee from Senior Escalation Team still are saying lie. After much harassment, received the refund.                                 We meed Refund for the particular Item Mitashi 5.1 Home Theatre system with Bluetooth HT
                                8150 BT, So please initiate the Refund.

                                I Already sent that product with a the snopshot of tracing detail for the received product to warehouse.

                                Customers are told to arrange team call. but still the call is not coming..

                                  I bought a Bulls eye brown leather jacket through snapdeal online shopping with their snapdeal id [protected]. The product shown in the website and the product deliverd to me was found totally different and not a genuine one. I sent them back the product as per their instructions. But now their company is not willing to refund my amount telling that the product did not met their quality check criteria. Please help.

I called the delivery guy that received completely different product. He said no worry just fill the return request on snapdeal. I call you more than 16&17 times.yours customers care told me pickup 1&2 days.but not pickup happened.I emails you more than 3&4 times.but not pickup happened.

                                      Earlier this year i have purchased a kdell keyboard and mouse combo. After few months it stopped. so i consulted dell care for replacement of my product with a copy of invoice provided by snapdeal but dell care asked me to call snapdeal and ask them for an invoice which has company logo as well, as the previous invoice doesnt have any logo or sellers stamps.
                                      so i contacted snapdeal in return and they agreed for that. they told me give 48 hrs we'll mail the stamped invoice but after 3 days they didnt mailed so called them back. they again asked to wait for 24 hrs but they didnt mailed me any invoice as promised and this gone for multiple of times.
                                      the warranty is expiring in jan 2017.
                                      so i request you to please intervene in this.

                                        As i have made a return request of one of the ordered product name being women orange rayon kurti,
                                        Invoice number :s8f4bd/16-17/802.,
                                        Order id: [protected]

                                        The problem is that i had made a return request on 09/11/2016 or 10/11/2016, and a day after making request i got message from courier written 'we attempted the pickup of your package but were unsuccessful. We also tried contacting you multiple times during the past 2 days, but were unable to reach you'. Which was all lie and done on the behalf of courier and i haven't received any call or message written they are coming for a pickup.
                                        So i have rescheduled it along with alternate number, and also have a talk with sd customer care where they assured me that return would be done within 48 hours.. So, the same thing happens next day i again got the same message and again rescheduled it.
                                        And today morning i again have a talk with sd customercare where thy again assured me that return will done within 48 hours. So, i have to keep on waiting. And when i just login into my account around 21:30 to see the status then i found that the request has been closed without my concern written
                                        "we had to pick up your item to initiate refund. It seems you no longer want to return it. Thus we are closing your request."

                                        So please tell me what will i do with the product if you are not going to make return of it and simpy cancelling witout the concern of the customer.
                                        And where is your simple return policy

                                        And tell me why peoeple will use sd if they had to face such a problem in making a simple return of the product...
                                        Do anything take your product and provide me back my money/refund.
