Sir,
I bought a Bulls eye brown leather jacket through snapdeal online shopping with their snapdeal id [protected]. The product shown in the website and the product deliverd to me was found totally different and not a genuine one. I sent them back the product as per their instructions. But now their company is not willing to refund my amount telling that the product did not met their quality check criteria. Please help.

    Hi, I ordered a pair of Running shoe worth around 6412-. I received a wrong product. It was a nova hair dryer. I called the delivery guy that received completely different product. He said no worry just fill the return request on snapdeal. I call you more than 16&17 times.yours customers care told me pickup 1&2 days.but not pickup happened.I emails you more than 3&4 times.but not pickup happened.

      Earlier this year i have purchased a kdell keyboard and mouse combo. After few months it stopped. so i consulted dell care for replacement of my product with a copy of invoice provided by snapdeal but dell care asked me to call snapdeal and ask them for an invoice which has company logo as well, as the previous invoice doesnt have any logo or sellers stamps.
      so i contacted snapdeal in return and they agreed for that. they told me give 48 hrs we'll mail the stamped invoice but after 3 days they didnt mailed so called them back. they again asked to wait for 24 hrs but they didnt mailed me any invoice as promised and this gone for multiple of times.
      the warranty is expiring in jan 2017.
      so i request you to please intervene in this.

        Hi,
        As i have made a return request of one of the ordered product name being women orange rayon kurti,
        Invoice number :s8f4bd/16-17/802.,
        Order id: [protected]
        Reference number: 35558926
        The problem is that i had made a return request on 09/11/2016 or 10/11/2016, and a day after making request i got message from courier written 'we attempted the pickup of your package but were unsuccessful. We also tried contacting you multiple times during the past 2 days, but were unable to reach you'. Which was all lie and done on the behalf of courier and i haven't received any call or message written they are coming for a pickup.
        So i have rescheduled it along with alternate number, and also have a talk with sd customer care where they assured me that return would be done within 48 hours.. So, the same thing happens next day i again got the same message and again rescheduled it.
        And today morning i again have a talk with sd customercare where thy again assured me that return will done within 48 hours. So, i have to keep on waiting. And when i just login into my account around 21:30 to see the status then i found that the request has been closed without my concern written
        "we had to pick up your item to initiate refund. It seems you no longer want to return it. Thus we are closing your request."

        So please tell me what will i do with the product if you are not going to make return of it and simpy cancelling witout the concern of the customer.
        And where is your simple return policy

        And tell me why peoeple will use sd if they had to face such a problem in making a simple return of the product...
        Do anything take your product and provide me back my money/refund.

          I had ordered a foot massager during the Diwali Sale in snapdeal. I received the product in damaged condition. I immediately raised a replacement request online and returned it to them. After 10 days, they have delivered me the same damaged product stating that the product hasn't passed their Quality Check. I tried reaching out to their customer support team; but because the product is in delivered status, I couldn't raise a further request and I have ended up losing the 5K money without any use as I am not able to use the product. CHEATERS!

              The product delivered has technical issue. It is locked as it asks for a number password while I had given pattern lock.
              The phone is locked and factory function is not working. I had requested for replacement in Snapdeal website on 25th Oct'16. An engineer visit was scheduled and completed on the same day. Even he couldn't fix the issue. I was promised that replacement will be initiated.
              However the status in Snapdeal website till date is 'engineer visit scheduled '.
              I have contacted customer care multiple times, wrote mails to, "Snapdeal_CST Us", attaching the engineer visit reports. They only gave false promise that issue will be resolved within 24, hours.
              It is 16th Nov and still there is no response/update from Snapdeal and I still have the product which cannot be used.

              This is very bad service by Snapdeal and I want to file a complaint against them for cheating customer and not providing the service which they offer.
              I hope I will get my issue resolved through this forum as contacting Snapdeal is completely hopeless and useless.

                I cancelled the product worth RS.809 and snap-deal not refunded the money but simply changed the status to refunded successfully.This is second time snapdeal cheating on me. I contacted snapdeal regarding this issue but it seems they are not interested to refund.

                  The biggest scam in India
                  No customer care person to talk to and not even a reply to a dozen of emails sent to them
                  My order was canceled without any reason after 10 days of order without any proper information. They don't bother to reply or talk to us . This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
                  NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON SNAPDEAL .
                  They are the biggest scamsters . You'll never received your order and even if you do it'll be a third class cheap product .

                    Dear sir,
                    Snapdeal are the biggest cheat I have ever seen.
                    I have purchased a gas stove and a sunflame chimney from snapdeal with order id [protected].. being delivered by gati courier services . It was supposed to be delivered on 20th october . Only the gas stove has been delivered so far. the chimney which cost 12280 is missing.
                    I have called them a several times as on the snapdeal site it shows deliverd and on gati also ...
                    I have been complaining earlier they gave me lame excuses ... then always said we will call you back in 24 hrs ... in 48 days then it became after a week... then 15 days but no call came ...
                    I had been waiting for mails and calls ...
                    when I called them up today they asked me to talk to gati who in turn said that we have delivered you talk to snapdeal but still if you say we will raise complain... they have been post ponding it like that only ... I have paid from the credit card ...
                    Now I have no clue what to do ...
                    Please ask them to initiate my refund.

                      I have bought a asus phone on october and received on november, i am facing an issue in the phone on network coverage, i called the customer care and executive said snapdeal policy is if we have issue regarding the product we have to submmit a complaint with in a week, but i facee the issue after a week but she forwarded the issue to the higher authorities and some technician will attend the very next day he will look upon and will replace the product and no body came, so i called again they now say like i am not elligible for the product replacement as the policy say replacement should be done within 1 week or they wont replace the product, now i am very much surprised with service side as they are not giving proper guidance or any customer satisfaction like if you are buying something from snapdeal then suffer with the product issues, worst service ever, and when i go through the warranty details i came to know that the product was purchased from amazon earlier on february in the same year, so i guess snapdeal is providing second hand sets for the customers because if calculated the warranty is over by now, here after i am not gonna buy anything from this company.

                            This is to bring to notice of all sleepy and dreamy eyes of snapdeal.com. Let's #unbox happiness of diwali 2016 today.

                            I purchased this ifb 25 ltr 25bc4 convection microwave oven black order#[protected] on 25/oct/2016. The order was scheduled to be delivered on or before 03/nov/2016.

                            Everything was running good until 28/oct/2016 when the package (Fedex india awb#[protected] stopped at baharagora (In). On 03/nov/2016, i received an sms from snapdeal claiming that my package is running late and will now be delivered on or before 10/nov/2016.

                            Question - when there was no tracking information available of the package how did you know that it is running late and will be delivered by 10/nov/2016?

                            Meanwhile, on 06/nov and 07/nov i made several attempts to call snapdeal ivr and try to talk to the customer care. But it seems snapdeal has made a solid ivr system so that no customer can reach a human help. There is no option on ivr to talk to a customer care representative and when i enter order no. Ivr says that there is no such order information available. After several attempts in 2 days somehow (I guess mistakenly) i was transferred to a homo sapiens. But he couldn't help me any bit further. Then i sent an email from snapdeal website and below is the auto-response received. I waited for another 48 hrs for a reply but since then nobody at snapdeal has even cared to reply to my problem.

                            On 09/nov/2016, i called fedex india support and realized that neither snapdeal nor fedex knows anything about the package. Fortunately the lady at fedex didn't hesitate to raise a complaint#[protected]. However since 07/nov/2016 fedex is also silent about the delivery and tracking of this package. Today, i again called fedex at[protected] and spoke mr. Manand, the customer care rep. But as usual he has the same info that is already on the fedex tracking page, nothing more. Then i spoke with mr. Jongba who said that it is usual route and it will take another 2 days for delivery. I am surprised.

                            Nevertheless, let's come back to snapdeal again. I started sending tweets to @snapdeal and @1kunalbahl. I received reply along with multiple calls and spoke with different people. But to my astonishment everybody's hands were tied and none of them could help me with anything till date. Every time i send a tweet and i receive a reply that they understand my problem and working on it, and that's it. Even after 20 tweets to mr. Kunal bahl (Ceo, snapdeal) there is not even a single reply of empathy from him. This is how he is running an ecommerce business house and expects customer satisfaction. Shame.

                            Even after so many escalation and follow ups it seems like both snapdeal and fedex are playing with me and my package. Since 11/nov/2016, the package is on a "bharat darshan (India tour)". From kolkata it went to bhubaneswar, nagpur and indore. It may next go to ujjain-shirdi-rameshwaram-tirupati-puri-somnath-katra and then if maa vaishno devi blesses fedex it may reach delhi and then greater noida... Hhhuuuu[censored] What a journey sir!

                            At the same time, i requested several of snapdeal's social media team members to cancel my order and process refund. But it seems customer service of snapdeal.com is adamant of not doing anything out of the way to help, delight and satisfy a super irate and dissatisfied customer. Either their hands are tied or they have no policy to give real happiness to a customer. Both snapdeal and fedex are not leaving any stone unturned to make and keep me frustrated.

                            @snapdeal - i once again demand to cancel the order and refund immediately.

                            This is for sure that snapdeal and fedex india's customer service is darn pathetic, horrible, unresponsive, unhelpful and disgusting.in one word both sucks, undoubtedly. I am going to unbox my issue and pain on all social media platforms. General people must know real fact behind tv commercials o[censored]nbox zindagi and the trouble i am going through by not receiving my product even after making an upfront payment 22 days back.

                            All because of and thanks to snapdeal and fedex india.

                            Goodbye snapdeal.com. This was my last purchase with you.

                              I am reporting the same complaint again as i have not recieved any update regarding my order since 2 months. I want refund. I want refund. Thats the only option you have. I wont take them back i'm telling you.
                              I have ordered two sarees from snapdeal and i faced issue with both of them.
                              First one khatu green saree its quality was so disguting.. It's cloth ws about to tear off when i put it in my hand.
                              And second one aysha pink saree.. There was clearly written and displayed about the clour of the saree ie pink but what i recieved was a purple one..
                              I gifted that saree to my relative and do you know how insulting it was when they said that honey the saree which you gifted us seems fake and you need to contact snapdeal.. These people dont understand what they are doing to the customers..

                              I raised a complain and asked them to refund both my sarees and they picked the sarees up from my house and later refused to initiate the refund as according to them my reason didnt reached to their clearence level..
                              Its the dispute between snapdeal and the seller that they write something and deliver something different.
                              Right now they have both the sarees.. They are refusing for the refund and also not sending them back..

                              Most important thing - they are such insensitives.. They dont have the decency to acknowledge the customers problem.
                              I recieved a mail regarding the order that they wont initiate the refund on 16th october.. And since that date i have called them 17 times.. They dont have any toll free number.. I spent around 400rs balance to talk to them and reconsider my case..
                              I used to call daily 4-5 times a day and they usually take 15minutes time to bring the customer executive on line.. Balance worth 20rs just to get in touch with one of their adviser.. Leave that.. Another thing which i am gonna tell will make everyone stunned..
                              I called up on 16th. They said that my complaint has been registered and their team was looking into my case and i will get a response from them within 24 hours either through mail or through call.. But i didnt recieved any calls, messages or mails..
                              On 17th they again said that your complaint has been forwarded to their concerned team and they will look into that i will get a response.. That day also nothing happened.
                              Same happenend on 18th and 19th of october..
                              Loosing my control i called them up yesterday ie 20th october.. I got my call transferred to their senior executive and he told me that no one forwarded my complaint in these couple of days..
                              I mean they were making fool of me since 5 days saying that sir your complaint has been forwarded.. What the hell is this.. Snapdeal shame on you!!
                              I asked for the complaint no. Every time and they used to say that you will recieve a call within 24 hours but yesterday was the first time when i asked for the complaint no and the senior executive gave me that — 32258232
                              I also have the audio recordings of all the calls i placed to snapdeal and today i went through them i concluded that they are big big liars.. These people think that they are the god over here.. But i am gonna upload all the recorings to youtube so that all the people must know about this fraud company running in india..
                              These people do advertisement campaign and spend a lot of money in that but there is a big difference in the way they treat their customers and the promises they do in their ads. Unfortunately people do not know about this fraud company and no matter what i am gonna upload all the audio recordings to youtube..

                                  I have ordered a crmpton greaves geyser from snapdeal.
                                  They said installation would be done by the crompton company, but in actual the crompton doesnt provide any installation.

                                  I then called up the local electrician to fix the geyser.
                                  He came and said the geyser is faulty and has leakage.

                                  I called up snapdeal to return the product. They registered a request and kept sending me msgs that today an executive will come up to pick the product. But none came up. I raised the request twice and still none turned up and finally closed the replacement request.

                                  Now i call up snapdeal, they say we have registered a complaint.. And thats all.. Nothing happened and the geyser lies at home useless.

                                  I want either replacement or refund.

                                  I guess this is a new stragey of cheating customers.
                                  Saying we will pickup the product today and finally none turning up.

                                      My order id:-[protected] (6 items), placed on 02 nov, 2016. I bought 6 items using my debit card which is a prepaid order, out of which 2 items cancelled on 8th november and 1 item cancelled on 5th november respectively. So on 7th and 8th november, the order status shows refunded and the refund amount will reflect within 3-4 bussiness days in my account. I'm complaining because i haven't received my refund amount after 9 days of cancelling my order. The order status shows refunded but it's not reflecting on my account. Please take measures and refund my amount immediately.
