I have not received my returned item which i have ordered on last month but i sent to you return on the next day. But afterwards you mail me that item is returned to you soon. But till date i have nt receive my order. Which you sent through dotzot courier. I want my item immediately.
One more thing your customer care no is also not working. What can we do. This is very bad service.

    I received it on 8 nov which is queens size bedroom set o[censored]nicos martha partially
    I received only bed and cupboard but didnot receive side table please arrange to send it at the earliest by next 15 days.

    Otherwise we will force to cancel the above order and request to return the payment made by us through citibank credit card amount rs 15014/_.
    Pl treat this as on urgent basis and resolve the same.
    You may confirm the sam through your assembly perspn mr. Ganpat thakur of kalyan.
    Because he only opened the parcel and assembled the bed and cupboard.
    Could not assemble the side table which was not recd by us.

    We have recd part of the items of our order mentioned above. Not recd the side table contents. So he mr ganpat thakur could not assemble the same, pl send the same by 15 days other we have to cancel the order and request for the payment made by us on citi bank credit card.

      I had ordered vk jewels silver cz designer ring (Supc: sdl[protected] of rs. 195 on 10th november 2016, received the item on 16th november 2016.
      The item is different from what i have ordered. I received vk jewels silver ring (Supc: sdl[protected] which was rs.170.
      The other product looks cheap, i didn't knew snapdeal is so irresponsible i'm extremely dissatisfied of your conduct.

      I would suggest to all not to buy from snapdeal.

        I had purchased a sony sbh20 in the ear bluetooth headset on 9th november 2016, and it was suppose to be delivery 13th - 16th november. Today i was check on the status my order, it is shown as cancelled due to "order could not be fulfilled due to address not serviceable".

        Once again i try to purchase the similar product the snap deal, it is showing items is available against the same pincode but now they has increase the price.

        Snapdeal is cheating their customer by attracting low price and later canceling the order. Is this latest gimmick to increase their working capital.

          I recently pirchased intex white 11000 mah power bank worth rs 879 from snapdeal and taken delivery on 15th november 2016 . But the power bank is not working and also not charging . Also when i charge the power bank it is not properly charging. lights are blinking in power bank but not charging.

              Sir, i am ordered for mi max (32 gb) (colour: gold) from snapdeal.com on[protected] at 8:46 pm and it was conformed. order id: [protected]. i am paid rs.13, 500 money through my debit card it is prepaid order. after that snapdeal shiped my order on[protected] at 12:04 pm throught indian post. i am countuning track my order throught tracking id : aj[protected]in it was reached at nagpur on 22/09/2016 and status showed bag opened but after that 2days of waiting i am still shows same thin. there is not single update so i am update to the snapdeal on 24/9/2016 about this and complent no is:30460963. i am 100% conformed that the pascel war lost in transit i am told this to snapdeal but they request me to wait till the 27/9/2016 as last date of delivery. so i am wait till the date but tracking ditails still stuck on bag opened on indian post site. i am then once again called snapdeal and update this that 27 oct. goes but i am still not received my product. then he extend the date of delivery to 27-30 oct they did not inquiry single thim on that issus and not call indian post to inquiry about status. i am inquir from my end and tweet to indian post they repled me to matter is been inquired into. after that 30 oct. i am still not get my order. i am msg on fb many times to snapdeal after that. they tell me that go to post office and inquiry about that matter i am goes several times to post office to inquiry that but postmaster not tell me anything. i am tell the snapdeal about that it is not my responsibility to inquiry about that. it is the duty of snapdeal to deliver my product. then they extend date of delivery 30 oct-3 nov 2016. and request me to wait till the date. when i am goes to inquiry about the parcel. i got my acciden two times because of snapdeal and berk my body. and after 3 nov. 2016 i am not received my product and they sent me msg at night that your order lost in transit so we can't deliver it. i am 100 times tell them for 24 oct that product is lost but they did not listen me. they harrased me mentali in that 30 days and and i get refund after 10 days. i am asked them to compension for wasting my 30days and used my money for 30days and they did not give anything. i am twitte 2000 times (for compension) from last 60 days countinuouly to snapdeal & mr. kunal bahal & mr. rohit bancal but they blocked me on twitter. and also comment of 2000+ times of facebook also but they blocked me on fb also. mr. kunal bahal is the most shameless ceo in india. and snapdeal customer service is wrost. they are very rude wile speakin to the customers and abous me many times. so i want compension for they harrased me mentali and abous me many times and used my money till 30 days. there custumer care is speck very rudly rudly and used wrong words while speaking. it is only snapdeals fault they wast my 30 days & used my money and harsment me mentali worth rs. 10, 00, 000. so i want compension for that. *read it before buy from snapdeal* snapdeal ne mera rs, 10, 00, 000 worth ka #mentalharsment keya hai iss 60 din mai. to is ka compensacion wo mujhe denge nahi { iss ki hesab se mujhe compensecion mai to iphone 7 plus 256gb milna chahiye snapdeal ki taraf se } q ki #snapdealkigalti ke wajahase mere 60 din or mere #diwali spoil ho gaye or dimag ka dhahi huwa wo alag se. snapdeal wale aap ko yetna #mentalitourcher kar denge ki aap din mai sirf ek hi bar khana kha payenge mai bhi din mai ek hi bar khana kha pata tha or 2-3 ghante he soo payenge. khana, pina, soona or jina or rahat ki saas lena sab kuch haram kar kar rakh denga snapdeal app ka. or sir par zindu balm laga ke soona padinga wo alag se. jab tak mujhe compensacion nahi dete snapdeal tab tak mai comment karte hi rahunga. #unboxheadcache sale by snapdeal. #stronglyrecomended don't buy from snapdeal. agar kise ne order keybhi honga to cancel kardo. friends shopping karna honga to hamesha hi amazon.in se he karna.

                I ordered two packs of optimum nutrition whey protein from snapdeal worth rupees 11000 but received all fake. I have opened only one pack and the other is shield packed. I have been using optimum nutrition whey from healthkart for long and for sure the test is very different of the new pack from snapdeal. I can say it's not original at all. On complaining they are not returning or exchanging the product. I might face health problem if i consume this product. Please help.

                    I have ordered for a Amway Cal Mag D and Iron Folic on 12th November 2016 - Order ID: [protected]. My Order is not completed after I'm getting confirmation on 16th Nov. And they initiated refund on 16th Nov 11:50 PM. But till now I didn't get my amount (1501). I called them many time but not use and they are not replying on mail. Such a bad experience from Snapdeal. They assured me delivery by 30th Oct. but I never got the delivery of my phone.Whenever I contacted their Customer care They gave me another delivery date. Finally after getting fed up I cancelled my order on 10th of Nov. and they said my amount will be returned to me by 16th. But today I got a message from them that my mobile has been delivered and they are closing my case. I am not able to understand that how they can close my case without making any delivery. Even the courior site of indiapost tracking no. AJ[protected]IN through which the item was sent to me is also not showing the item as delivered.

                            Hello sir, i was ordered online "lenovo k3 note k50a40 (Black, 16gb)" mobile from famous website "snapdeal.com" and and snapdeal was mentioned while buying mobile there is six month warranty after that i have received mobile after some days mobile not working and i visit lenovo care service point then they said me your mobile is out of warranty. I have email to snapdeal for my device warranty but they are not replying. I personally check online warranty of my mobile on lenovo website there is also showing mobile is out of date warranty.

                              Sir/madam,

                              I have ordered two transcend jetram ddr3 8 gb pc ram (jm1600klh-8g) for my desktop pc from snapdeal on 05/10/2016 for rs.3, 695/-. with order id [protected].

                              When i received these two rams, i found that it was not the model jm1600klh-8g which i ordered, and also i found that the package was already opened. the seller was info technologies, secunderabad, i immediately called the snapdeal customer care and narrated about the condition of the product i received, they told you can go for replacement, and
                              They only initiated replacement for these products.

                              When i received the replacement, again i found the same thing, it was not the model jm1600klh-8g which i ordered, and also i found that the package was already opened. but this time the seller was aviva technologies, secunderabad.

                              Again i called the customer care and narrated the conditions of the product i received, they told "we are extremely sorry, your money is in safe hands, no need to worry, please return the products, we will refund your money, we will take strict action against these sellers".

                              I returned these products on 24/10/2016] which were not the same model which i needed.

                              Out of two items [ rs.3, 695 ] i got the refund of rs.1847/-, but they held remaining rs.1848/-. [ both items were in same condition, how they accepted one and rejected another one? dont know ]

                              After this i called snapdeal customer care many times, they are saying "the quality check is failed for returned item, and they cannot refund the money.

                              When they returned the item, i rejected it because"it is completely irresponsibility of snapdeal, for not checking when seller sends the product and checking when we return the same product which i received.

                              After i reject the product, there is no response from snapdeal, they kept my money and also their faulty product.

                              Its been more than 20 days now, i literally fed up with their "no response".

                              How can they force us to keep whatever they send.

                              Is it the justice provided to customers?

                              Please give us justice.

                                I have availed for a replacement of my product (order id: [protected]) as there was some fault in the screen (dead pixel at the down left of the screen)
                                The logistic "nuvoex" (awb - snd3249120) sucessfully picked up the device and handed over to snapdeal warehouse for further inspection and quality checking of the device to check for fault and replacement. i got a notification on 8/11/16 that my replacement request is declined, but no remarks were given as to why it was rejected. upon tracking in the snapdeal website it shows that your product will be returned back to you, but as of now 15/11/16 the product has not yet arrived back to me. i tried contacting the customer care but no solution was provided only they assured that it would dispatch in 48 hours when its already more than 5 days. i'm feeing harassed by the quality of service provided by snapdeal and i want immediate delivery of the product back to me

                                  We recently ordered the bed & wardrobe, also an electric kettle only because we have had good experiences with snapdeal but i feel sorry for our recent experience with you. We received the kurl-on bed with wardrobe last tuesday dated 8th november, for which we received call, message n mail from vininstall. We called on 11th november on the number provided and a lady named saesta khalil replied n she took the address booked 14th november for installation on call. Yesterday n today we tried calling on the provided number from 10-6pm but no one replied, even the number was busy many a times which means our calls were ignored. If by tomorrow we are not provided with any solution then please initiate the pickup of the dismantled product asap. Moreover it's been a week we have not got any positive response from your company.

                                    I have bought a Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro mobile from Snapdeal and he delivered me a defected device which home key is very loose and not working properly.
                                    Now he picked my device for replacement and still my item not reached to snapdeal but today he has sent me a message that device not meet their quality check criteria.
                                    Pls suggest what can I do...??

                                    the same product have sent to me by snapdeal and I have not accepted that because that was a defected device which sold to me by snapdeal. my issue was that the home key of that phone was very loose and not working properly. But the snapdeal quality check team was checking compatibility of the device with other device and and rejected in quality check without asking to me and my satisfaction on the issue.
                                    My issue is home key is very loose and they are checking the compatibility of the device and declined replacement.
                                    please help me on this issue.

                                      Snapdeal is fraud...!!!
                                      I recently ordered one lava x17 (Black-steel) mobile and had a worst experience with snapdeal because of the following reasons:-
                                      1. I ordered the mobile on 4th nov (Order no - [protected]) and got delivered on 12th nov. When i opened the box and found that instead of black-steel, they have delivered the black-gold. Why the hell they haven't done the quality check at that time?
                                      2. They have delivered the damaged product with some scratches on the screen. To hide those scratches, they have already put in the screen guard on it. This means they have delivered the opened product.
                                      3. I applied for the refund without even putting the battery in the mobile. Now snapdeal has rejected the complaint because the refunded product doesn't clear the quality checks without mentioning any reason and putting the allegations back on the customer.

                                      Moreover, when i call on to customer care then they are asking that they will not refund the amount. This is what snapdeal is doing with the customers.

                                      Why they haven't done the quality check before they delivered the product?

                                      This is the worst experience with the snapdeal and will not refer anyone to trust snapdeal.

                                      It's a big fraud...!!!

On replacement request they told me to courier it back as my address is out of delivery area. i did the same.and then i ordered another jacket from snapdeal and cancelled this order. i got the refund what i pay for jacket. but wHere is the courier charges that u have promised.
