I ordered a school trolley bag at Rs 1199 on 28 oct but the delivered a benten hand watch on 6 nov 2016. When i complai they said they will replace Now they r not replacing many time i book tha complain but their courier guys not coming to pick up the item they only promise to solve within 24 hrs but untill now not done...

I placed an order of 2 chairs on 6th October, and its been more than 1 month, still I did not receive any call or any installation purpose. The pack is still not opened. Please take some measures ASAP. Thank you.

I hv the waist size problem so I raised a return request at same day i.e 15th October. The return wz picked up nxt day.

Aftr 17 days I got a sms stating that they r sending back same product becos my refund declined as my product failed in quality check. I don't understand...

On 13/11/16-The charger is not charging the laptop.There is a foul smell emitting from the adapter when the plug is on.At times the adapter gets heated up too.

1.First of all the size that i have selected is not what i got.
2. fabric was supposed to be cotton, how ever it is not cotton at all.

I placed an order for Surya Crystal 3 burner Gas stove order number [protected] on 8th november 2016 via debit instructions.

I cancelled the order within 2 minutes as i felt i will go with COD-Cash on delivery.

I received a message stating that "Order has been cancelled and payment has been refunded successfully on 05:16 AM, 08 Nov, 2016".

Till date i dont see the refund...
