Website: pen drive is not working

I am vishal tanaji jadhav i was trust on snap deal hence i ordered HP pen drive 32GB 2 pies by shipment[protected] But yesterday i got it But it is not working, last night i attached it on my pc in home but it is showing format the pen drive then today i attached in my office 3 P.C but it is showing same problem, and if i format it and then save some info files in it then it is not showing in other PC.
this is unbelievable about Snap deal, i cant imagin that snap deal can cheat me like this. trust

    I have to change the delivery address. As i am on leave for next week i want it to be delivered to the different place (Where i wd be).
    I checked the status. Its still not dispatched. And i checked helped before it is shipped you can change the address. But i cant get the option.
    When i tried [protected] the ivr is saying my orders and giving me 2 options either to repeat information abt orders or press # for main menu.
    When i press #. It starts again with order summary.
    Its the same case with all the orders. Please suggest

      Self purchased IFB make, 1Ton, 3 Star Split AC through the above said online co.
      Item delivered on 3-11-16 and Co.committed to provide the service installation by next 48 hours.
      12 days gone, no information about Free installation. Request mail sent thrice and still expediting with team.
      Also requested, to surrender the installation cost of Rs. 1500, but no reply.
      Customer care call number says, book query thro Snapdeal only. No reply and response in the customer care number.
      Expecting quick action from Snapdeal before 19/11/2016.

        I ordered swayamvar sharees white net lehenga order no [protected]. Which is not delivered yet, while the expected delivery is between 11/11/2016 to15/11/2016. I also called customer care no. Of snapdeal but their asked me to call after half an hour, after half an hour when i called the same no. They didn't connect my call to customer care and i am unable to talk. Now help me out when i recieve my product.

                This is my last purchase from Snapdel . I will never visit this site again. After the order on 11 Nov, my product hasn't been dispatched yet. Whenever I have called to customer care, they informed me that it will be dispatched within 12 to 13 Nov. But till now it has not been dispatched. No reply after sending email to : [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com .

                Strange service ! Please learn first to satisfy customers . Flipkart is the best regarding this. How funny it is that after product order I have to complain for the item dispatch.

                  I have purchased a reebok shoes on friday from snapdeal the order id is [protected] product name is reebok ultra speed (BD3628) price of this product is 3, 540 rupees this product delivered on Saturday and this is different shoes thats why i have update return request and the product return pickup successfully done by nuvo express pickup boy name is sandeep singh and pickup order no. Is SND3469156 but still my refund not initiated in my bank account then after that i was called customer care they told me your complaint is closed by my snapdeal back hand team and your refund is not initiated in your account and your asnapdeal account is blocked.
                  Please sir take a strict action on them and sir they did not share with me anything about the order and without my discussion they blocked my snapdeal account and blocked my refund amount. Sir please do for this take a strict action on them and i will share with you some picture related with this order.

                        I ordered one alleviater tan formal shoe (6) with order no. [protected], on 29/10/2016 from snapdeal online shopping app. I waited for days but it got cancelled because the dealer could not supply the item. On 09/11/2016 i received a status on snapdeal app confirming my refund as successful, but even after 6 days i've not received it in my bank account. I tried calling customer care no.                           What you have done on the case mention below, ( I have brought a
                          VU 40D6575 102 cm (40) Full HD LED Television which was damaged from its 1st day(21st september 2016 and I have complained to return the product same day but no one come to pick the TV as your customer executives told that rivers pick up facility is not available in your area a was surprised as well as depressed that i took my 40" Tv with my own expense and with lots of pain with private courier company and paid 2500 amount with my pocket and send it to back you as your customer support executive advised to do generating return slip and send to the same address it reached your address and it is showing that your money refunded but till date 14 november 2016 I did not received the amount My Order ID: [protected] is this I did not received my courier amount i already paid 2500 to the reciept already uploaded Now I m fed up to call time and again customer care of [protected] neither my problem solved or no one taking intiate to solve it now i am moving to consumer forum i m very sad and i will neither do any deal with snap deal nor recomanded any one plz take it seriously and take immediate and necessary action . The worst brand name is waiting for you. I have copied replay of your mail but till today Now I have no option except to relay this to all forums, newspaper, social media, online media, and news channel, national consumer affairs cell …etc.

                            I ordered a hp battery which i anticipated as a duplicate one after the delivery. Before purchasing the product, before its delivery, i requested snapdeal to mention unique product no/ct no/sl no to overcome service difficulty by hp. As per hp, every product unique traceable details must be mentioned in the invoice if purchased from non-hp related stores.

                            Snapdeal advised me to receive the product first, after that to send them the product image details, so that they will issue a revised invoice bearing the details i am asking for. The same can be verified from the recorded voice calls. Now after all such exercise, snapdeal disowns the product image i have sent as one of their seller's product. Hence they say that my product is not the same what has been sent by snapdeal.

                            I was informed such by one of your escalation team members named aisha over telephone and encouraged me to exercise my legal rights. So i was forced to take necessary steps one by one.

                            Now kindly advice me what to do. Verify all the e-mails exchanged (Pre-purchase, pre-delivery and post-delivery), verify the recorded voice calls, verify the video footage of the packed product. You can definitely get to know my concern.

                            I am privileged to experience your customer service. I have kept all my records carefully to overcome this difficulty. Although its a matter 0f 2000 rupees, but the facts must be verified and justice must be delivered. If you are unable to provide me service, then kindly process the refund.

                              Snap deal cheated me via above order. they have sent me "iron" item in lieu of "aluminium" as specified and confirmed by email from snap deal (17th october-2016).

                              Before placing order i have confirmed from snap deal that the material used for this item. snap deal confirmed in mail that, the material is aluminium.
                              But they have supplied iron material in-lieu of aluminium.

                              Then i understood that, hey have no aluminium item available. therefore, snap deal should refund my money rs.4968 +with penalty.

                                I'm using snapdeal for more than 3 years and I have bought many products. Recently I hv bought a jeans. I have received the product on 15th October
                                I hv the waist size problem so I raised a return request at same day i.e 15th October. The return wz picked up nxt day.

                                Aftr 17 days I got a sms stating that they r sending back same product becos my refund declined as my product failed in quality check. I don't understand why thay said so becoz i hv send the product unused with all tags n bill.
                                The same problem happens with me twice. Before this product i hv filed refund request for sunglasses on 27th of September. Aftr 1 week i got email stating that my product failed in quality check so they r returning back my product. I dnt understand what is dere criteria for quality check.

                                I have call customer care many times evry time they told me that they will forward this mail to the concern person but I haven't got any call/msg from their side.

                                Please help me with this matter, n refund money as soon as possible.

                                  On 13/11/16-The charger is not charging the laptop.There is a foul smell emitting from the adapter when the plug is on.At times the adapter gets heated up too.
                                  Kindly provide a replacement for the same.

                                    i am iftekhar hussain,
                                    have order many times from snap deal. but this the shirts that i have ordered were worth wearing.
                                    1.First of all the size that i have selected is not what i got.
                                    2. fabric was supposed to be cotton, how ever it is not cotton at all.
                                    3.it seems that they are not even worth giving to some one.
                                    I have not returned because i want to show to everyone in my contact to advice never to buy from snap deal. Neither will i order anything from snap deal. the threads are coming out, does not even look like they are new, Please never under estimate the costumer and trying to send them bad products, what ever you are today as a company is because of customers. i hope some action should be taken by the higher management or else you will keep losing your customers and you no the end.
                                    this kind of companies should not exist. i am into export and import business so i know the value of the products that you buy and display. i want you have wasted my and your time.

                                    Hi, i order on Snapdeal, they said it will reach on 4 but even on 4 courier doesn't start. When i call them then on 6 they send me a mail that now it 10. They took action after my 4 mails and 4 calls.

                                      I have purchased jeans from snapdeal in October. As the product was defected i returned it back. But the seller says that the product failed in quality check & also I havent get my refund along with my courier charges. One of my friend is also unable to get refund.I think snapdeal need to review their service policy because Flipkart refunds in one day. Also i sent some mails to their help centre but i havent received theis response yet.Also their is no customer care.

                                        I have recently purchased Sapphire Office chair from snapdeal. Which was within a week broken down and one of my employee got hurt. I have written many a mail's to snapdeal regarding the same, but there was no reply from snapdeal.
                                        The product is covered with a warranty.
                                        I have trusted snapdeal many times, as i purchased many thing from snapdeal.

                                        As E-Commerce business has many competition an new to the market, snapdeal is among one of the reputed online site.

                                        I never thought that snapdeal can sale such a low quality product.
