I ordered Cretacolor Artists studio line 101 introductory pack. The order status shows latest delivery failed again and again . I ordered it on 4 nov and it showed 2 attempts failed on 10th nov and one attempt fail on 13th nov. I got a call to be ready with rs 100 notes for delivery and when I asked when would i receive the delivery the response was, the person would call me. But I didnt receive any call and the call I received a day back,...

First says me please wait ..after some time you will call over company ...

but then call me to visit service center and solw your product problem

and don't replace my product...snapdeal is fake sarvice for replacement

I placed an order dated 12 november 2016 (Sim mom powder) by snapdeal, i paid amount by bob credit card but it is not showing on my orders.
As per bank amount deducted and i also received and message from bank for debit.
Once i tried to contact to snapdeal then no way to contact customer care executive and cant get any information without order number....

This complaint is regarding the non-delivery of the product which I ordered from snapdeal.
I ordered ray led tv from snapdeal on 28 Oct for 10900 and paid the money online and on 12 Nov in afternoon I called them for fast delivery of the product and at evening they automatically cancels my order without asking me.
I requested them to deliver my product fast instead of that they cancelled my order on their behalf and saying...

I ordered a REDMI NOTE 3 16GB(GOLD) worth Rs. 9499 on 11th november 2016 at around 12 pm. I paid through debit card. Money has been deducted from my BOB account but the order has not been placed.
