Placed on 05 oct, 2016 by cash on deliver i got courier on 08:13 pm, 07 oct, 2016. when i open this this was the different product. snapdeal refuse to replace/refund it. the product disruption was different than slip provided by
It but iemi is same but disruption ind name of product differ

    Hi... I have been using Snapdeal since couple of years now... Above mentioned item ordered recently but the product is not at all as expected, requested for return... I'm waiting for return pickup, suddenly got a message saying Snapdeal attempted pickup but failed, I'm wondering, I'm at home 24/7, didn't even got a single call from courier person.. This way, we loose trust on Snapdeal.
    Kindly initiate the return pick up at the earliest, I will be out of station from coming Friday.
    Hope you will restore our trust on Snapdeal by resolving this issue.

      Hi Team,

      I placed an order for Surya Crystal 3 burner Gas stove order number [protected] on 8th november 2016 via debit instructions.

      I cancelled the order within 2 minutes as i felt i will go with COD-Cash on delivery.

      I received a message stating that "Order has been cancelled and payment has been refunded successfully on 05:16 AM, 08 Nov, 2016".

      Till date i dont see the refund in my account.4 business days logic is over, innumerable calls to customer service is also over.

      Whenever i raise a complaint like the most recent Reference number : 35915244 i get a message "A summary of your query has been sent to [protected]@yahoo.com. We will soon begin working on your query and will reply within 24 hours." and i get a automated response and no one gets back.

      Its quite been ordeal at snapdeal and i wish no one goes through the mental agony i am going through .regret doing business with ordeal...ouch snapdeal.

        I have purchased mobile from snapdeal on 4-11-16 and on same day i have issue with this product its charger not working. Then i called the customer care they said that they replace the product. On 10th november 2016 my product is picked up by the courier. Now on 13th 11 2016 company decline my replacement request they said that my phone is working properly and they will send me the defected product. This is not fare. I want replaced product or refund money. In all these my 10 15 days are waste and in last they not give satisfaction.

          I have bought 5 items from snapdeal in my last order, 3 Producs applied for return.
          One is suit for my 2 yr old son for rs.1400.the inner material is too thick to tiny skin and zip qlty is too poor.

          2nd &3 rd product is steel hangers: though site description mentioned as steel they made of aluminum and too delicate.
          One of the packet not even opened.
          Surprisingly both got rejected for refund due to quality check failed.

          I reached customer care ( not too free, would spend my mobile bill of 400) multiple items to understand the grouns of qlty rejection. No clarity to SD customer care team and wasted lot of my time/ money& energy.
          I am looking for the resolution for refund of 1400 towards jeet boys suit on priority as I am not satisfied with the product fabric and returned in the as is position.

            I ordered Cretacolor Artists studio line 101 introductory pack. The order status shows latest delivery failed again and again . I ordered it on 4 nov and it showed 2 attempts failed on 10th nov and one attempt fail on 13th nov. I got a call to be ready with rs 100 notes for delivery and when I asked when would i receive the delivery the response was, the person would call me. But I didnt receive any call and the call I received a day back, no one is picking the call on that number.

                Yes I have received the call from snapdeal but executive said that he require 1 to 3 days more. Already from days 10 to 15 November 2016 5 days passed away. I am not satisfy. What I do.
                And also I got mail from snapdeal whose snapshot is below in image.
                In mail they written that they are not replace the product they return the same DEFECTIVE product. Why I am take defective product company not understand it.
                Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
                In last I am again said that I want replacement or refund.

                  I want to bring to everyone's notice that I received fake Nike Pegasus 33 shoes WORTH Rs 7000/- from SNAPDEAL. I have another pair of similar shoes that I bought from Nike Store. I even took these to the store and they said these are FAKE.

                  When I raised a return request, they said the RETURN FAILED QUALITY checks. I have had several problems with SNAPDEAL before like LATE DELIVERY and ILLITERATE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF but I never complained. This time I AM LOSING Rs 7000 because of NO fault of mine.

                  I have called more than twenty times and even emailed them at :

                  but NEVER GOT A RESPONSE

                  I think these guys just dont care how loyal their customers are and how to treat them well. Also, I had only tried the product and kept it back as it is. THIS IS CHEATING because these guys know the product is FAKE.

                    Hi there

                    I received refund of my sd card on March 2016 and I told that I can use that amount any time or use by free charge. But now when I am trying order something . I can not see that amount or under free charge. When I called customer service advisor that, that amount was valid for 6 months and as per him it was compension money but on my account it was showing refund. Which I was told I can use any time and it was given way before new rules were apllied.

                    Which is unfair and snapdwal did not even message that new rules will be applied to old refund too.

                          I have purchased a laptop on 29.11.2015 and now the laptop keypad is not working, i went to servicing centre for repaire it, but i wondered that they said that the warrenty of the product expired on oct 4 2016. I complaint it to snapdeal. But they are not replaying about this. They send me the invoice of this product to my mail id instead of silving this issue.                             I have ordered Godrej Filo safe and asked for demo from Godrej on 11 October, the service engineer confirmed that the provided are keys doesn't belong to the safe I received. Ever since I have been chasing both snapdeal and nuoex (courier service tracking no[protected]. Every time there is a standard response that it will be picked up within 48 hours however there will be no response. On 4 I received email stating that the courier company couldn't reach me. I am really surprised that I have been chasing almost daily to pickup the product however they claim that I am not reachable. During the past few days I have spoken to many executives and some supervisors every one assured me that it will be picked up. 4 days back again I spoke to executive by name Vasu he assured me that all will be fine and he is taking personal responsibility however noting happens. I will appreciate if this issue is sorted at the earliest.

                                I placed an order dated 12 november 2016 (Sim mom powder) by snapdeal, i paid amount by bob credit card but it is not showing on my orders.
                                As per bank amount deducted and i also received and message from bank for debit.

                                  This complaint is regarding the non-delivery of the product which I ordered from snapdeal.
                                  I ordered ray led tv from snapdeal on 28 Oct for 10900 and paid the money online and on 12 Nov in afternoon I called them for fast delivery of the product and at evening they automatically cancels my order without asking me.
                                  I requested them to deliver my product fast instead of that they cancelled my order on their behalf and saying to place the order again they can't help.
                                  And I placed the order at the time of offer now their is no offer going on and they are saying we can't help they can cancel my order on their behalf buy they can not help.

                                    I ordered a REDMI NOTE 3 16GB(GOLD) worth Rs. 9499 on 11th november 2016 at around 12 pm. I paid through debit card. Money has been deducted from my BOB account but the order has not been placed. I got mails and message from snapdeal that my order is incomplete and if any amount has been deducted from my account it will be refunded with in 24 hours, but its not refunded yet. Please place my order or refund the money.

                                        I booked my product 12 days before and made online payment at the time of booking. but estimated delivery time got over still i did not got my product delivered.. i contacted to the customer care they said they tried to contact me but my fone was not reacheable.. then i reshuduled the delivery but again they failed to deliver the product when i again contacted to the customer care they informed me product is lost.they online cheat customers by making online payment then they don't deliver the product..customer care service is very worst..
