        I have purchased new micromax led tv on 14 Sep, material delivered on 26 Sep (12 DAYS DELAY & SNAPDEAL CLAIMINING 3-4 DAYS) after several follow up. I made a installation request and when i opened the box found damaged led TV. I made a return request on 30 Sep Jv express picked up. Again after severaL l follow up, TV delivered on 08 OCT (8 DAYS DELAY & SNAPDEAL CLAIMINING 3-4 DAYS).
        Again I made a installation request and when i opened the box found damaged led TV again. I made a return/refund request, TV picked up on 01st Nov (24 DAYS DELAY & SNAPDEAL CLAIMINING 3-4 DAYS) after tremendous pain and follow up.
        Again after painful follow up i got my refund on 09th Nov (9 DAYS DELAY & SNAPDEAL CLAIMING TWO HOURS).
        Due to this complete delay i was not able to purchase a new TV and all the offeres ended. I have purchased the TV on 29, 393 and same TV is now 34, 000.
        it was so painful experience with snapdeal that i will never purchase anything from snapdeal and i have already informed my freind and family to not to purchase anything from snapdeal.
        i have made request for compensation also but no response from snapdeal. Their help line number is also not supporting. Don;t know what to do?

            I 've ordered shaligram order id - [protected] on 27th oct bt i haven't get my product showing the status of delivery that courier is out for delivery and cod is not available so fail in delivery, so want to ask you when did you come to my door n cash was not ready as u have mentioned in track report.all this is [censored] snap deal, ur status is showing courier is out for delivery then where is my order?? cheating to customer.i tried many times contacting customer care but no answer till now I haven't get my order.worst service by snapdeal flikart is far better.

              I had ordered the YU Yureka mobile phone on 05.11.2016 on snapdeal, and the item delivered to me on 08.11.2016, i saw the description of the said mobile handset before booking, there is nothing mention about the second slot of mobile phone that either SIM or SD Card use at one time, rather it is mention that it a dual sim phone.

              Secondly, i am calling to their customer care centre for return the product since last 3-4 days continuously and they told that our team will be call you within 24 hours, but i haven't received any call from their end till now.

                  You guys are the best liers in the world. Beacause you guys closed my compliant from your side sayin that your complaint has been solved and your warranty has been updated. But when i confirmed this information with dell suport then they replied that sorry sir but we don't have any compliant registered form your side or sanpdeal regarding your product. I bought a dell laptop 3148 form snapdeal on 16th August 2016 and since then till now i am suffering from same problem of warranty upgradation. But sanpdeal closed my complaint just to show others that you have resolved my problem. But you liers till now you guys have done nothing. Also i stopped any kind of deals with sanpdeal and i am esscalating this senaraio to as many people as i can. My order id was [protected]. I just want my warranty. If not then i will give very haptic feedback ragarding your services. And all your unethical tactics to handle your customers. Atleat you can provide my valid invoice of provided my product.
                  The invoice provided by snapdeal doesn't not contain any information of my product ex- service tag or express code. So even dell support rejected your invioce by saying that it's not a valid invoice.

                    I had ordered a iBall Crown 2 based on the description where it states that dual sim mobile support both GSM and CDMA network. But the delivered product doesn't support CDMA later I had checked on Google where it says that this model is only GSM . I have been victim of wrong information mentioned at Snapdeal also Snapdeal customer support is not providing the information on the status of refund . I have written a mails to grievance officers where they have not responded .

                      I ordered for indulekha bhringa oil, a pack of 2 bottles of 100 ml... Bt instead i only received one bottle after opening the package! D other box was sent empty! This is cheating and fraudster practice snapdeal, and this will take you nowhere but hell! They also took full payment... Atleast other websites like myntra don't cheat like you! They take money and give money's worth! I tried contacting your so called customer service but it is of no use at all! Return/refund page also keeps on crashing!

                        Had placed an order for an HP Laptop (Order ID : [protected]) on 25th October amounting to Rs. 26, 999/- on snapdeal.com . But, later on 27th Oct, I was getting the same product for Rs. 25, 000/- So, I cancelled the previous order and placed a new order for the same product on the same website and same seller. I was told by the company to not receive the product ordered earlier which I did not receive. Now, the snapdeal's website is showing delivered wheres the courier ECOM Express's website is showing undelivered (Tracking ID :[protected] I've been contacting the customer care for the past 10 days, and also talked to the Senior Supervisor. Also wrote few emails regarding the same but all I got hear was that the issue is still under investigation. The mode of payment was Credit Card to which snapdeal.com is not initiating the refund. Please help me in getting the refund, for which I will be highly obliged.

                          My sincere request to all online buyers, please don’t be victim of SNAPDEAL, this company has no policy for their customer, it’s my personal experience, I have ordered multiple items this Diwali, most of the items delivered were either old or broken(so many complaints are registered), even after contacting several time no result so far, another interesting experience is I have been waiting for an item to deliver from last 2 months, it was scheduled to deliver on last week of October (

                          ) after multiple efforts they said order is on the way and will be reaching in few days (however they didn’t mention what they actually mean by 'few' days) meanwhile delivery date got changed from last week of October to first week of November automatically, .while asked they said you will be getting the order on first week, while contacted after first week they don’t have any answer as well, even they said I can’t cancel the product, now it’s already two months to my booking date and my 20000 has been stuckd, , I will never repeat this mistake again and sincere request be aware of these cheaters SNAPDEAL

                            I placed an order for a new phone and phone cover ( My order number is [protected]) I got the phone case earlier and it was not delivered to my door, the delivery person left it down near my apartment gate. I paid the entire amount online and they don't care about the delivery. Further more my phone was supposed to delivered by was in between 7th to 9th November and was changed to 14th and then to 17th. Customer care executive promises to prioritise it but I see any action being takem. It so annoying to pay full amount as a Gold customer and not getting a quality service. I placed the order on 3rd November 2016 and waiting for my phone. My existing phone is not functioning properly and need a phone urgently and they are least bothered. My last product with Snapdeal. They should atleast call back the customer and apologize for the delay, but they just keep changing the delivery dates. I am filing a complaint in consumer court under the act of negligence and failure to abide the delivery agreement. I am a reasonable customer and mistakes do happen, however they should admit it and apologize the customer for the trouble cause.

                                I placed an order (Order ID: [protected] (1 Item)) on 04 Oct, 2016 Canon EOS 700D 18 MP DSLR Camera with 18-55 mm + 55-250 mm Lens because of some reasons I tried to cancel the order using the app but I didn't get canceled. So, I contacted customer service and I asked support to cancel my order and they canceled the order.(Reference no:[protected] and support team asked me to wait till 11Oct 2016 so that I'll get refunded by that time. I said ok I waited until the month end i.e on 31 oct 2016 I contacted customer care and I asked about my refund status and he said that I have to wait for 24hours also I'll get an update via e-mail or SMS. I said ok and disconnected the call .The next day (01 Nov 2016) I again made a call to customer care asked about the refund and he asked me to wait for 48 hours and asked for the problem going he said that having an issue with the concerned department I said ok . and again called on 5 Nov 2016 and he also asked me to wait for 48 hours. and I again made a call on 8 Nov 2016 and one of your supervisors asked me to wait for 48 hours and also said that by 11 Nov 2016 will an update via e-mail os SMS refund will get initiated and will get credited within 4 working days from now and I again contacted today and they are again asking me to wait for 48 hours.See it's already been a month till now and I already paid my 1st emi and by tomorrow and 2nd will also be generated what about my EMI's.I didn't get any Update via e-mail or SMS at least nobody calls me regarding this.Please help me with this and respond to this as soon as possible.

                                  Order ID: [protected]missing product received.

                                  Order ID: [protected] size issue product.

                                  When i ask snapdeal for such they tell we cannot do anything as their is some internal problm policy.
                                  Please take hard action against him so they cannot cheat consumers as usely they doing.

                                    I placed a order of iPhone 7 back case but received iPhone 6s cover, paid through debit card. So opted for replacement and wanted money to be refunded. When i tracked my order id([protected]) it shows refunded. But i didn't receive the amount in my account.

                                        My order:[protected] was supposed to be delivered between 5-9th nov'16, the order was placed on 3rd oct'16.

                                        Payment was done via credit card : amount rs. 5777.

                                        The tracking order system says: order placed. When i emailed snapdeal on 10th nov'16, to update me for my order, reply was pathetic saying

                                        "we tried to place the order with an alternate seller but were unsuccessful and had to cancel it."

                                        What does try mean here. I waited for 1 month and after that my office chairs don't get delivered.

                                        The simplest way to shut my mouth was that the refund will be done.
                                        I don't want a refund, i need the same chairs at your cost to be delivered at the given address. Nothing else, i am not going to pay a single penny more.

                                        You fooled us with discounted price, kept the money for 1 month, and on inquiry you are informing me about the order cancellation.

                                        Sanpdeal called me another day, saying the same thing which was mentioned in the email, just saying SORRY.

                                        I want them to place my order and give me the same chairs.
