I placed order for dishtv on 25-Oct-2016 and it should be delivered on 4th Nov 2016. But Product is still not delivered to me . I am calling snapdeal from last 6 days from 5-nov-2016 and they told me to wait for 48 hours.i am continuously tracking my order but they dont help me and at last after 6 days conversation with snapdeal they canceled my order.

I call snapdeal on 10-nov-2016 in morning and they gave me complaint id and uniqueid for dishtv providers

and they told me to wait for 24 hours and in the evening they canceled my order.

They not even udated my Delivery status from 26-oct-2016.

I want to know if they dont want to sell or send product they why dont they told me on 4th-nov-2016 and they canceled after 6 day.

I dont want refund and i have not requested for refund then why my product is canceled and if you dont have product they why are they selling this product.

i am waiting for this product from 25th Oct and now they canceled my product.

Still i dont get any response about my product from snapdeal or snapdeal customer service How long it will take please let me know otherwise i have to go at local office of consumer forum..

Please let me know if someone can help here other wise i will take some legal actions .

    I ordered product on 4th oct -2016, So far I have not received the product and the amount is not credited to my account. I called multiple times to customer executives, They are not willing to reimburse my amount. Now I don't have product as well as amount. They have not notified me that the product is cancelled either through SMS / email/ call.

        Dear sir,

        I have placed an order of sony bluetooth headset (model SBH80) vide order id - [protected] on 28th sep 2016. i received by cash on delivery method without invoice copy. i complained with snapdeal customer care team immediately and as per their advise i returned the received material to them on 4th october 2016. Then they promised me to refund my amount of Rs 3989 once received the returned item. till today they refuse to credit the paid amount to my given bank account. feeling embarrassed.

          I have booked 5w LED bulbs pack of 4 on[protected] my order no. [protected]. Which was confirm by snapdeal and mentioned that the delivery time is between 8-11 of November-2016.
          Suddenly I got a message on[protected] that your order is been cancelled by the seller.
          Reason they are showing order could not be fulfilled due to unavailability with seller. Your order is cancelled now. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
          If they are of out unavailability then why they have confirmed the order.

          SNAP DEAL SHOULD DISCONTINUE THESE TYPES OF SELLER WHO CAN'T GIVE PRODUCT AFTER CONFIRMATION.

              I had purchased a panasonic Eluga i3(16GB Champagne Gold) on date 25 oct from snapdeal website and received the shipment on 30 oct by xpressbees Courier on my address i was received the shipment in sealed and good condition, after open the shipment i seen the product was mismatch and also was damaged.
              At the same day i had registered complaint online regarding the same, and selected damaged product received reason for replacement on the snapdeal website.

              Then i receive the message and e-mail from snapdeal for engineer visit at my address and the engineer visited at my address and he has told me for arranging reverse pickup and replacement, after that i had again received a message from snapdeal for reverse pickup by JV Express and i had handover the shipment to jv express under awb no SD48665080. Now the shipment has been delivered at snapdeal warehouse and i had received a message from snapdeal that they found failure in QC and can't give replacement when i had returned the same product as i received from courier.

              Yesterday i had called on customer care and asked for QC Video and QC report but the representative told me sorry and can't provide the same.

              I had also written an Email to Mr. Kunal Bahl CEO snapdeal but not getting any response from his side.

                I placed my order for Haier 5.8 kg fully automatic washing machine from Hyderabad on 23 October, for delivery to Bareilly. The delivery system did not call me even once on the numbers I provided. The delivery system left me a message on the phone that my address was untraceable.I updated my address also. When I tried calling the customer support number of Snapdeal([protected]), the staff put me on hold for long time after listening to my complaint, or did not listen to my grievance, and later didnt allow me to connect to that number. When I tried calling the courier services(Bluedart in Bareilly), the person didnt recieve the call or made it busy every time. The contact number of Bluedart as displayed on website is [protected]. Yesterday, I received the message that now Snapdeal would would make its final attempt on 10 November, otherwise, my order will be cancelled. I tried contacting the customer care, but they arent responding.I am totally disappointed at such a response from Snapdeal and Bluedart.

                    I ordered Hitachi 1.5 Ton 3 Star Neo RAS318HWDD Split Air Conditioner from Snapdeal to gift my sister on 12 Nov. as per timeline they supposed to deliver 0n 3-4 Nov, however I got my incomplete order on 07th Nov.

                    I registered a complaint on snapdeal customer care that its seems that I received only indoor unit and outdoor unit is missing. I registered complaint on 08 Nov at 9:30 AM. And since last 3 day on daily basis I am calling but not resolution has been provided so far…everytime they give us 24 hours time...

                    I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Snapdeal. Despite almost daily reminders regarding my order, I am yet to receive resolution for my complaint.

                    The worst part is I written an email to Mr. Kunal Bahal also, despite that also they have not any action…

                    I shall be forced to file a case in consumer court now.

                      I have purchased sg sunny tonny bat and returned it.

                      Its a duplicate bat, even lkg kid can identify that.. because original bat stickers and received bat stickers are vary..not even stickers..bat is kashmir willow which worth max 500 rupees.

                      I have received email and msg saying quality check has failed. Why it will fail?

                          I ordered a Unicos Jumbo Bunk BED CUM STUDY TABLE from Snapdeal on 04th OCTOBER, 2016. (Order ID: [protected]). Despite being a high value purchase, Snapdeal took more than a month to deliver the product.

                          The clueless delivery boys left the multiple pieces of the product in a rush, without bothering to count whether all the pieces were delivered or not. On asking about the number of pieces, they said they had not been given that information and merely dumped the pieces and left. After 4 days, a carpenter was sent by Easyfix (via Snapdeal) to assemble the product. On opening up the packed pieces, the carpenter informed me that two parts were missing.

                          I immediately called up customer care of Snapdeal and the vendor too informing them about the missing parts. It has been more than a week now and there seems to be no coordination between the vendor and Snapdeal and I am yet to hear anything about the missing parts.Instead, Snapdeal site is showing a pick-up for return of my product whereas I just need the missing parts.
                          Request you to take action against Snapdeal for utter negligence and misguiding of customers and facilitate early delivery of my order.

                            I am really Disappointed by the Service which Snapdeal is providing to the customer. I purchased an Adidas Shoe from Snapdeal during Diwali but both Sub order that I placed the shoe dint not fit me, So I called in within the time limit of 14 days of policy return policy, But the Customer care guys starting with (Lakshmi first, Later followed by Osman, Naved, Charu, Sudharshan) and lastly the Supervisor (Kafil Ansari)) were not able to help me I spend close to Rs.200 by calling them again and again but they never cared about what I was calling regarding. They gave me multiple complaint ticket number[protected],[protected] but they dint understand what I was calling for, There Customer service is worst. I want to raise a complaint to have my refund processed and get my money back and take the shoe because I no use to me. Can you please take immediate action on complain.

                              I paid an amount of Rs.159 for the product Military crazies watch through online and the order got failed . Later I received a mail from sanpdeal that the order got failed and the debited amount will be credited back.Its been 4 days still I didn't the amount from snapdeal.

                                My issue is pending since 7th Oct.
                                I ordered for set of 5 cushipn covers from Snapdeal.com. I called them and one of the agent confirmed on phone that its technical error and I will get 5 but received only 2. She confirmed it, her name is MAry.Since then, i ahve been given a run around. I have been contating them on Face book every day and they are not priving me with the missing 3 cushion covers.
                                They wasnt me to take 300 for the missing conversm whih I will not accept.
                                2 days back some one by the name Vikas called nad he said he will check with the vendor n send the mising items in 24hrs, he will call me back n update me, but no one called. I again wrote on facebook regarding the smae and they informe dme that thay have e-mailed me.
                                When I checked my mail, they are agan asking me to take a refund.
                                Now, im very agnry, I want compensation for 5000 snap deal coupon code + my missing items. Please help

                                  Sir/Madam,
                                  My cash on delivery order ID is [protected] and it was placed on 02/11/2016. I have received the item today i.e, 10/11/2016 and it is not the same item as displayed on the website. The item which i had ordered is Hawkins Deep-Fry Pan 2.5 Litre Kadhai priced at Rs.999/-, but the item which i received inside the package does not belong to Hawkins brand nor does it has any sticker suggesting any other brand. It seems like a very ordinary flimsy kadhai. This is a bitter experience for me as it has never happened to me earlier. I will be grateful if you can kindly look into the matter as i have tried calling their customer support but of no avail as it only repeats the details of the order itself.

                                    I have put a return request for a cooffeetable which i purchased from Snapdeal. Product which i recieved is not in good condition and its fake product. Its been a week they are not responding to my return request and put me in pending. Even blocked my number so that i couldnt reach customer care. I want my refund what shud i do.                                       Dear CC representative,

                                      I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Snapdeal. Despite almost daily reminders regarding my order, I am yet to receive redress for my complaint for over 20 days. Please note that due to your poor service, I DO NOT want a replacement, but a refund.
                                      I need clarity in written on the following points asap, or I shall be forced to file a case in consumer court on Monday 14th of Nov :

                                      a) An exact date of collection of items within the next 3-4 business days.
                                      b) An exact date of resolution of my refund request.
                                      For your reference the chronology of events :
                                      a) Placed order [protected] for an iPhone 6s (16GB) (Color: Space Grey) on Oct 12th 2016. (for amount 36, 999 INR, by SBI Credit Card)

                                      b) Requested a service visit by your engineer for defective merchandise ref : 33473484 on Oct 21st 2016. (state the defect in details)

                                      c) I received another email on Oct 28th saying that service engineer will visit
                                      to check the phone.
                                      d) I finally received email on Oct 30th saying that pick up is running delayed.
                                      e) Since then I have called almost daily regarding the pick up.

                                      f) Today Nov 9th 2016 is the 20th day since filing my complaint.

                                      As per your returns policy :

                                      a) Electronic items: Upon receipt of your return request, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the product being faulty/defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint we will process your request for return/replacement with regard to the faulty/defective electronic item(s). The returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/defective.
                                      b) Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
                                      c) Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.

                                        Recieved wrong product instead of a jacket talked to customer care they said that they refund money in such cases and within 4 hours they would contact us but today is 3rd day but still no calls recieved yet no emails nothing. Further receieved an email with this

                                        "we understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended.

                                        Active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions. We request you not to operate any other co-existing account or open a new account."
