It’s very regretful that today I needed to write this email to you. I am snapdeal customer since time when it was not even a known to many and was just giving deal/discount coupons. Since then very few occasions came where I had to face this much frustration and disappointed from your service and treatment. I am also do shopping using Amazon on regular basis (Flip-cart has already been out from my list as their service is not as good as yours).

Now coming to specific, I had made purchase of Lincoln High Back Office Chair (Order#[protected]) on 6th Oct as part of amazing Diwali 20% discount on Citi bank debit/credit card offered by Snapdeal.

Since I had already exhausted my Citi bank card quota, I had taken help from one of my friend (who was holding Citi bank card but was not interested in SnapDeal purchasing) to make payment for this order. This required effort and time from my side but still I put in as I needed this chair for my home office.

Snapdeal charged ~900/- as delivery charges for this order and given me expected date of delivery 23rd Oct. This was little unusual as normally Snap deal deliver items in 2-3 days (or max) but I still excepted this delivery duration of 4 weeks.

Since I was travelling to USA from 17th Oct till 25th Oct, I proactively followed up with Snapdeal customer care few times between 12th Oct to 17th Oct if delivery of this product can be expedite and they assure me to expedite time of delivery and get it delivered before 17th Oct. I trusted you guys and patiently waited to have order delivered but it didn't happen. I still excepted.

Then on return from USA, I called customer care again multiple time (wasted so much time in waiting queue ) and complained them about delay in product delivery. Every time I was told that issue is escalated and within 24 hours I will issue resolved and product deliver. I was also assured that someone from Snapdeal would call me and update. But it never happened.

On 3rd of Nov, I saw order status update saying, its closed which surprised me and I called customer care where I got to know that seller is not able to ship item so order is closed and Snapdeal would find this product from different seller and try to deliver in 72 hours. Otherwise Payment amount would be refunded. I clearly told customer care executive that I don't want money refunded and please get product deliver to me as I am waiting for it since last 1 month.

Customer care suggested that they would try best to get product deliver and at the same time, given me this email Id to send you an complain email. To my surprise again, just 15 mins after my conversation to customer care on 3rd Nov, I got SMS saying, product would not be delivered and amount would be refunded in 3 working days.

I was so much angry, frustrated and wanted to write this email to you but could not get any time from office work. Since then I was thinking on every day to reach out to you officer to understand disappointment and pain I went through and help me. In parallel I was checking with my friend if he has got amount refunded to his account and till now it does not look like amount is credited. Status of order says that amount has been refunded on 3rd Nov but I don’t know where it is. It’s very embarrassing for me to ask more from my friend or ask him proof of bank account statement.

SO right now, my situation is, I waited for 1+ months for product delivery, spent so much time on calling customer care and asking to deliver product but in return I got disappointment, false promises, unprofessional behavior and one sided attitude where instead of caring for customer, Snapdeal decided to cancel my order and initiated refund which not yet came. So I lost my money and even might last faith in Snapdeal as well.

Money is not important for me but great customer experience means a lot for me and I am giving a chance to Snapdeal to earn back customer trust by delivering me Product immediately. Please call me

I would expect a prompt and positive response from your side and bit of cutesy to speak to me. Please help me to understand what help you can offer me here.

    I bought a "zeal single seater sofa cum bed in maroon" from snap deal and i am totally dissatisfied with the product.

    The quality is worse and its totally not worth the money and i paid delivery charge "725" rs on top of it.

    With that 725 rs i can get a simple comfortable matress.
    The next day of my delivery date, i have placed a return request.

    Now snap deal says it doesnt fall into the return policy

      Hai ..I orderd above under order id item on snapdeal but after few days this order was automatically cancelled and item delivery time allso over .. but they send me sms and email regarding my refund ..in they're promise me they will refund within 3-4 business days (cancelled on 3 Nov 2016)
      But untill now they are not send me my money back to my account ... i need my money i dont have money for wasting this kind of cheating peoples.. please help me

        Dear Sir,

        1. Please refer to my consolidated Snapdeal Gold Order ID [protected] dated 02 Oct 2016 for various items including Sub order No.[protected] for Floraware Fruit And Vegetable Juicer With Steel Handle delivered to me on 15 Oct 2016 with plastic handle and not with steel handle as ordered by me. Hence, reverse pickup and refund my money is requested on the same day which was accepted and reverse pickup completed on 16 Oct 2016 by your reverse pickup partner NUVO EX Executive after verifying everything that the Juicer delivered is with a plastic handle and not with a steel handle as ordered by me and assured me that I will get the refund in my card within four days.
        2. It is regretted on 20 Oct 2016 at 01.39 AM I have received a mail that my return request is declined. I am surprised to see that it is in contrast to your commitment of 7 days easy return if not satisfied with 100% payment protection.
        3. Then I had spoken to your customer care rep on 20 Oct 2016 after 10.00 AM and your customer care executive after verifying the fact taken note of my request to refund my money and assured that it will be done by you. Then I asked him to confirm me the same through some SMS on my cell no [protected] or alternatively can send me an e-mail of confirming the refund of my money. He assured me that this will be done by your backup team.
        4. When I did not get any SMS or e-mail confirmation of refund of my money, I again spoke to your customer care rep once again in the afternoon on 20.10.2016 in this regard to send me a word of confirmation that my money is being refunded. This time I ask for his name for further communication. His name is Mr Gurbir Singh. He very politely confirmed me that my request is there in the system and I will get my money back straightway. I once again requested a word of confirmation for the same through SMS or e-mail to close the issue. He told me that I will get the same within three or four hours.
        5. It is highly regretted and disappointed to see that up till now not a word of confirmation has been received from your side. What kind of Snapdeal Gold is this where I have to request you to refund my money again and again for no fault of mine? What happened to your commitment of 7 days easy return if not satisfied with 100% payment protection?
        6. Today, on 24 Oct 2016, I once again contacted your customer care, in the evening on phone and spoken to Mr Vivek, your executive to know when I will get my money back since the reverse pick up was done on 16 Oct 2016 eight days back. I reminded him about their commitment of 7 days easy return if not satisfied with 100% payment protection. To my utter surprise he told me that he is unable to confirm anything in this regard and their back up team will contact me in next 48 hours and revert back. He also told me that my account will be deactivated soon and I should not make any purchases now. I asked him to return my money immediately since they have already collected back the wrong juicer sent to me on 16.10.2016.

        Will you kindly look into my problem and resolve the same at your backend immediately on priority now please?

          I Ordered product Lenovo A2010 mobile on 5th October and product received on 10th October.

          Due to speaker issue i raised replacement request on 15th October. As per the request snapdeal scheduled product return pickup by JV express.
          Due to first pickup attempt failed snapdeal rescheduled the pickup by another courier Nuvo. Meanwhile JV express came back and collected my product on 20th October.

          Now three weeks completed still i have not received any updated from snapdeal, I called snapdeal customer care 100 times but nobody helped me.

          When i am checking JV express courier status still the product in transit?

          Please help me to resole this issue.

              Its the second time from snapdeal, i have not recieved my order yet, its been 1 month but i still dont have any update on order.

              I have ordered a dishtv and its been around 1 month haven't got it yet,
              and the customer support is not helping me out, they have the worst service i have ever seen

              I dont thinks these guys are not working seriously, flipkart is far better then snapdeal.

              I would never order form snapdeal again.

                I have purchased a micromax canvas 5Lit mobile from snapdeal .
                My order no is Order ID: [protected] Placed on 19 Oct, 2016
                Order Received on 22.10.2016
                After that I have open the box and activated the phone, Phone hand was not working properly voice problem and not fit to other device .
                Immediately log a complain for it (Ticket Id:[protected]
                After two day his engineer come and check the product and confirm it not working properly and seal the product for returning.
                On 26.10.2016 the courier guy is come and take the product ( Back to snapdeal).
                I have many time request to refund my amount he is saying your item is
                Quality checked failed. Returned item will be sent back to you.
                Today is 09.11.2016 still not any positive response
                Sir So I therefore request please resolve the issue ASAP

                  The delivery services by snapdeal are the worst. First they deliver the product to a wrong person which makes us to complain about them to the company, and when company start firing them they come with their bloody attitude and talk as if we've committed crime by sending complaint to their company. Snapdeal you should take care about these small things. Otherwise these kindda people will bring bad name to you and your company. Ohh!! i guess they've already did.

                    I have bought Redmi Note 3 phone on 20 Oct 2016 in SnapDeal. Product is seems to be defective (Not properly charging because of loose charging port in the phone). So, I have raised for the replacement request.

                    SnapDeal technician came to my home verified the product & acknowledged that phone is not getting charge. Courier has picked up the product.

                    I got a SMS from SnapDeal stating that my request has been rejected due to "Quality Check Failed". Quality check done by your SnapDeal Engineer vs SnapDeal Office result are contradicting.

                    I am quit disappointed by the response provided by SnapDeal. Customer care executive doesn't give proper information about the issue

                      first of all i would like to thank you for teaching me the ART OF PATIENCE.now i have mastered the art swiftly.
                      coming to my issue i had placed a dish tv dth on 24th october 2016 MAX delivery time was nov 4th 2016 but i didnt get my product yet so i had to make numerous calls to you peoples.after that the delivery date EXTENDED to 9th of nov 2016 .its like more than 14 days and one day a call came from you ppl stating sir your product will be installed in 2 days and thats it VOILA !!! that was the last time you ppl contacted me from that am calling each and every day and the reply comes the same.moreover i should have installed the dth from a local dealer only that would have been much better instead of wasting time

                      No proper action taken against the seller, No proper information given to me .Highly disappointing.This would be my last purchase from snapdeaL

                      and today i received a mail stating your product has been cancelled and refund initiated without any prior notice how can you cancel

                      THAT TO MAKING ME WAIT FOR 16DAYS IN-SPITE OF DELIVERY DATE EXTENDED . I WANT A SERIOUS COMPENSATION FOR THE MENTAL HARASSMENT YOU GUYS HAVE CAUSED

                        This is the second time my return request has been rejected.These people keep on giving me lame excuses that you couldnt clear the quality check and when I asked them the reason they told that they have no reason and they will be sending my product back.. They are the biggest liars..
                        My previous case with Order ID: [protected] ... They kept that case pending for over a month and neither they initiated the refund nor I have recieved the products back.. I have spent around 400rs balance in calling the company executive and get updated but at the end they refused to initiate the refund..
                        I gave up on that case but I wont give up on this one..
                        I want my refund in my bank account..
                        Your company's trust policy itself says that if you dont like the product you can return it within 7 days.. Thats what I did.. I put a return request on the same day of its delivery as the router was not supported on my device..
                        I want my router returned. I agreed to take the sarees back send them to me.. I won't agree the replacement of the router I only want refund..

                          I have ordered zebronics mini speakers prime 2. Details as per mentioned on the website was MRP Rs.500/- discount 45% and final price Rs. 275/- (shipping Rs. 30/-) frequency 200Hz-20000Hz. but when item was received here are the findings MRP Rs. 310/- frequency 200Hz-18000Hz if you add Rs. 30 of shipping charges you will find price goes up to Rs. 305/- then what is the big deal. only cheating the people.

                            Order ID [protected]...I ordered it on October 13 and paid the full amount still waiting the order to be delivered and getting no response from snapdeal CC executives..neither are they canceling the order and refunding the money and nor are they talking on phone just putting on hold for more than 1 hour after inquiring about the product. beware of these cheaters...they are cheating everybody

                              Hello,
                              Had placed Redmi Note 3 order on 26th Oct 2016 and received on 1st Nov 2016 against the order id [protected]. when started using (charge/phone call/using app) i observed that the handset getting heated abnormally. looking to the problem call request (with reference number[protected] for replacement the same on 6th Nov 2016, next day "The Mobile Shop" Executive Mr. Gaurav Bagwe visited my home and identified that the handset is defective, He will capture the required information in Job Sheet and left the home by given assurance that the snapdeal executive will come and replace your handset meanwhile take all the backup ready with complete box as you received.

                              Now today have received call from this number[protected], she said you have to return your handset to our executive, we will delivery new one handset in next 5 to 6 days. I was denied her to do and request for replace against the new one handset only, but she was not ready to listen and cut the call using the word - you can call snapdeal and replace your phone.

                              I am totally confused what i have to do, This is my first ever experience in online purchase and it's very shameful for snapdeal and bring down value by treating customer in this way. my request to snapdeal look into this issue seriously and resolve it as earlier as possible because i don't have any other alternative at this point and my all business on mobile phone only. How i can return handset without receive new one handset.

                              Kindly requesting you to pickup defective handset against the new one.

I purchased this for my new home and was assured delivery before Diwali. unfortunately, I had to spent my Diwali night sleeping on floor. Since then I am been chasing customer care but no response from them. Still they show committed delivery timeline of 25th October 2016.

                                  Here I have attached the images of the defective phone that I had received. The phone was picked from my home for replacement on 27th October 2016, I also have the acknowledgment that was given by the courier guy on the same day.

                                  NOTE : The back cover of the phone was not getting closed properly when battery is inserted or removed. You can also see the battery on top of the phone in the image.

                                  Its been more that 20 days since I had placed my order. This is totally unfair service from Snap Deal and the worst experience I have ever had with the online store.

                                  I have called up to Snap deal customer care 8 time since between 1.30pm of 7th November to till time(4.11pm of 9th November), They are stating that they have received a different product into the warehouse.
                                  The pickup of the mobile was scheduled by Snap Deal. They are least bothered to provide me solution and unable to answer me about where is the product that I have sent them.

                                  I have written multiple mail to address Mr Kunal Bahl along with the help center email address, but they are least bothered to respond to my mails or to my calls.

                                        Snapdeal is such an pathetic online shopping website. We bought redmi note 3 on 3rd november and it was supposed to get delivered by 6th November. When the delivery guy came he didnt call us instead he delivered it to wrong address and to a wrong person. And we received a message and a mail stating that the courier has been delivered. I mean seriously? And since 6th November we have calling the customer service department and all they can say is it's gonna take 48 - 72 hours to look into the case. The worst thing the courier department they have assigned do not provide any detail regarding the delivery guy who delivered the courier. And they are like your courier was delivered and all that [censored]. The interesting thing is that we bought another phone the very same day from amazon and we did received the courier and was just fine. In my life i ordered so many things online but never had this kind of service till now. Snapdeal is such pathetic and customer service department just sucks. They dont havr track who took the courier and who did the delivery like they are new with this [censored]. I strongly dont recommend this website to anyone.
