I had ordered this phone and it got delivered to me on 20.10.2016. I got a defective product as the display is not working properly.at first I thought its new phone so may be nothing major but now I am facing the issue very frequently. I asked for a replacement of the product today when I called customer service and I was told that I could only return the product within 14 days of purchase. Highly dissatisfied and unhappy with my shopping experience and I will never be with snapdeal in future. Nor would recommend anyone to make purchases from this site. Bloody money making company which is not bothered about customer experience at all and the business is going to suffer for sure in long run. Snapdeal will never be able to win it's customers' trust for sure with such pathetic, terrible and worst customer service.

One more thing I forgot to add that when I called customer service agent today he denied me for replacement moreover asked me to go to service center to get the issue sorted and said there will be charges involved for repairing my phone at service center.

    I'm having the worst experience in trying to return a damaged product and a wrong product that got delivered to me. Everyday i'm calling the SNAPDEAL Customer care service but my effort is going in vain. Even they have assured me to provide a resolution in 24/48 hours several times but nothing has happened.

    I ordered a "Pigeon All In One Red Super Cooker - 5 Ltr" on October 2, 2016 and the item got delived after October 13. When I opened it, I noticed that the cooker is completely in damaged state. The glass lid was shattered, the handles were broken. The glass lid was wrapped in a cover, I did not open the cover because I feared it would fall apart. I mentioned the same and placed a return request. It took them 13 days to pick up the item. Precisely, I placed the return request on 13th October and the item got picked on 25 October. During those 13 days, I received a message on my mobile everyday that the item will be picked up the same day, but it was never done. I called the customer care everyday. Since I gave the pickup address as my office address, thinking it will be easy for them to pick up, I had to carry the cooker to my office everyday for those 13 days. I even got messages that the item will be picked up on a weekend as well. The experience was worst. After picking up the product, a couple of days later, I got an email saying that the return request was declined because the quality check has failed. A reason was not cited for the quality check failure. I called up the customer care and they mentioned that the item is in good shape and hence they are rejecting the request. I was completely shocked at their assessment. At this point, I got paranoid and asked them repeatedly if they don't think the item is damaged at all. Finally they accepted that the item is indeed in bad shape but it was not the case when they shipped the product. I then asked them if the item is broken during transit, is it the customer who has to bear the brunt? To this date there is no resolution on this case. Snapdeal neither accepted my replacement request nor did they refund my money. My money is locked for more than 20 days now.

    I ordered a Woodland Ivory Jacket worth 5172 INR on 26th October, 2016 and it got delivered on 1st November. I was little hesitant to purchase it on snapdeal initially, but I thought there would be a lesser chance of a jacket being damaged in transit. So when the item got delivred, my wife started opening it. I was casually recording the video of opening the package and to our surprise it turned out to be shock for us. The box is full of similar but different colored tshirts. I guess there are some 20 or less tshirts in the box.The invoice says Woodland ivory Jacket but the items delivered were different from what we ordered. We immediately raised a replacement request and also called the customer care to complain the same. We got the item picked up the very next day. We were expecting that because wrong item delivered by mistake we would be getting the correct product soon but again to our utter disbelief, the Replacement request again failed because of the quality check. I don’t really understand on what basis the quality check is being rejected. Basically they haven't done a proper quality check before even delivering the product and they have sent a wrong product to the customer and in reverse they say that post return the quality check is failed. What the hell is being done there with the Stupid quality check team!!! I spent more than 5000 rupees on the jacket and my money was just held up with snapdeal because of keeping the Trust on Snapdeal!!!

    If you cannot replace the items with the original products ordered and in shape, then do the refund as soon as possible ASAP.
    I am fed up calling the customer care. Seriously i'm really unhappy with their service. If this is how they tackle things and provide solution and refund, then I may say this is my worst experience in online shopping. I have spent a hell lot of money for Diwali festive offers trusting their authenticity. I'm very much disappointed with their pathetic service.
    Just refund the entire amount that i have paid for these faulty products.

    I want a call back immediately with a resolution. Please revert to me with a resolution in place within 24 hours otherwise i would be forced to go legal against SNAPDEAL.

    I got a call from a snapdeal's courier guy yesterday morning regarding Pigeon All in One Red Cooker. The guy told me that the cooker I rejected as damaged will be delivered to me back by evening. He didn't confirm if its the same damaged one or a new replacement. Apparently its the damaged one, as snapdeal hasn't accepted that they will replace the cooker.

    I called Snapdeal's customer care yesterday morning to ask why they are sending me the same cooker, as I told them that I will not accept the damaged product. The customer care representative specifically told me that after I complained about the return request rejection, the quality team had re-verified and mentioned in their internal comments that "The glass lid was broken, recommend for replacement". I was shocked to know that some other higher authorities have ignored that and chose to return me the same product. This shows that Snapdeal doesn't really care about the customer's money, let alone satisfying them.

    I have received the product today. When I open it today, I will record a video again and put it up again in this complaint. Please judge for yourself.

    Yesterday night, I received a package from Snapdeal. Apparently the product i returned back for replacement is sent back to me. The invoice says Woodland Ivory Jacket, I opened it and its still bunch of 12 tshirts. I sent an email to Snapdeal again asking for a reason for rejection of my replacement request. I have sent atleast 3 emails in the last 15 days asking for a reason, but there is no response at all. Since the product is back to me, I don't think there is anything snapdeal is going to do, that leaves me with only one option, that is taking legal action on snapdeal.

    I ordered Woodland Ivory jacket and they sent me bunch of 12 tshirts. I returned them back for replacement, but they rejected the request. I still don't understand why they rejected the request. This is nothing but plain cheating. I took advise from a lawyer, he suggested me to meet cyber crimes department. I will wait for another 48 hours and then approach them.

    @Snapdeal, Please don't put a standard reply saying you regret the inconvenience caused. Either do the needful or tell a valid reason why you are causing me this much grief.

      The Vu TV was ordered on 29th of October. The product was delivered before time on 3rd and a request was made on 4th of November for installing the product. Since then several request and complaints has been made but without any issue. More than 50 calls has been made and at each call the Customer care Executive promises that the issue has been escalated and forwarded to the concerned department and within next 4 to 5 hrs the issue will be resolved . Nothing has been done till date . This is the worst services i have encountered by Snapdeal and this is a case of clear harassment.

        I have order two product from snapdeal Order ID: [protected] (2 Items), Placed On 01 Nov, 2016. First complain that company courier partner said my address is not in their serviceable area so self pickup the product. After pickup one product is not of that quality which is mention so i file return request with new corresponding address but company message me this address also not in their serviceable area. So self courier this product to us.
        After that I contact to customer care to change the reverse pickup point but he refuses and only say that send it manually. I said him you tell me what the serviceable limit of your courier partner where i drop the product but customer care representative completely refuses and said sent it manually. He gave me not proper response and not gave meaningful solution.
        If my address is not in your serviceable area you do not book my product and display to change the destination address. After order placed and at delivery time you said my address is not in your serviceable area.
        I want to return my product now. So Snapdeal arrange the alternative I am not liable to this.

          I have purchase Pigeon grand nonstick from snap deal .. I request to return it could product was damaged... Once courier person called me and clearly told him that it's my office so please collect product in office time... After that day.. I don't get any all from courier person... Return request closed on 2 nd november 2016 ... On same day before request closed I talked to executive of snap deal.., after that day I talked to number of times with executive... All refused me to open the request.., when I asked reason they told me that court person told that address is wrong and he contacted so many times.., I excuse him that if snap deal can deliver no. Of products in same address then how courier person can say that this is wrong address...I know that due to Diwali season courier person never tried to contact me as well as to personally come to my office to pickup product... After this I called executive... He promise me to transfer call to senior person but no call back and now on I can't make call from registered number coz they blocked me I think... It's a worst experience.. I never expect from any standard online company.. Hope for positive response

          Plz re open my return request
          I ordered one saree from snapdeal but wrong product dilevered .my order id is [protected]. I placed return request on same day of delivery but next day my return request closed by snapdeal. My product was returnable under 7 days of easy return policy of snapdeal.so several times I call to customer care but they refuse to open my return request and made several excuses. I asked to forward call to senior or manager but no call from there side .now i can't call also to customer care because they blocked me .very bad experience. I had never expected this from the repetitive company like snapdeal. I hope for positive response.

            Hello,

            I bought a product from snapdeal.com on 5th of October. My Order ID was:[protected].

            Initially as they promised my delivery date was 27th of November.

            I did not receive my product till date after having several mail, phone conversation they always promised a timeline to ship the item but never did so.

            My 1st emi has been deducted on 5th of November as well of 2870 INR. I requested them to cancel the order and refund me the amount they are partially not doing that as well.

            Please help me to recover my money. I strongly request not to help me to get my money back also to punish them and penalize for these type of forgery to the consumers.

            Hope to get a solution from your end soon.

                Ordered(order ID [protected]) LG TV(model 43LH576T) on 21st Oct 2016 Cost Rs. 37999. Seller Name was DIVYA ELECTRONICS Kunda_VL-VOI (Expected delivery date 8-12 Nov).
                On Nov 2 received an email TV is unavailable with original seller but have now found a new seller (VIVEK PRIVATE LIMITED) and Snapdeal has absorbed the price difference Rs 1235.. Also they have increased expected delivery date to 16- 20 Nov.
                On Nov 8 they have refunded the money and sent a email that order cannot be fulfilled by the seller so they have canceled the order.
                I checked and found on their site that they are still selling the TV to my location.
                I contacted service-desk they said I can order again on new prices.
                My Inconvenience :
                1- I didn't get the order (at all ) which they are still selling on my location.
                2- They hold my 38 thousand for 19 day and didn't deliver the item.
                3- I lost local and online offers during Diwali festival offers to the time taken on same model and other models also. The difference between festival time and Current time cost is almost 4-5 thousand on other models.

                What I want : TV deliver on same cost as soon as possible or they give me at least 4 thousand to compensate the prices difference in local market.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have ordered one Micromax smartphone, which was showing deliverable at my mentioned address. After paying online on 27th October, 2016 i have got a message within two days that delivery of the mobile is not posaible at your address and refund process has been initiated. The next day i got a message at my registered mobile as well as at my snapdeal app that your payment has been successfully refunded by the seller while i haven't got the refund amount. I checked my balance online and confirmed it at my sbi branch that there is no refund amount has been credited in my acount.
                  I submited my complaint at snapdeal app which showed that the executive would call within 24 hrs. I am still waiting for the call as well as resolution of my complaint. It is a big indifference from the company to a regular customer that he is not getting his own money refunded and that is also because of the mistake at sellers side.
                  Kindly resolve my issue of refund otherwise i would be forced to take legal action against the seller as well as company.

                  I got my refund amount just few hours after posting my complaint over here. Snapdeal customer care has refunded without making any contact. At the same time i received a fraud call from 09709156321 who has showed himself as a snapdeal agent and tried to know my debit card details and otp number under the disguise of refunding the amount in my a/c number. I will advise to the new users not to post any phone number in the complaint section.

                    We had purchased the chairs from snapdeal and the quality was not good. not even 10% of what we had seen in the site. when we recevided the goods and we requested for return. these snapdeal guys accepted my request and send mail saying that, — your item was delivered in good condition and hence, cannot be returned or replaced. please click here to view our return/replacement criteria in detail.

                    When we called the customer care number noone is ready give a answer.. this is full of fraud with these kind of deals.

                      Hi, I had order a Dell Laptop wide its Order id is:-[protected] and Suborder Id: [protected]. First of All the courier service that is JV Express is the one of the worst Courier Service. as the laptop reached at Ludhiana[protected]. but the laptop delivered me is on[protected] after 1:00 PM. for which i am very much frustrated with service and even i talked many times with snapdeal.com customer Care person but no action has been taken by any one till now. and now i received laptop and the when laptop and laptop box open the in front of Courier boy and seen that there are lot of Scratches on the Laptop upside and downside both. it was looking like that its used and it was not a fresh peace. for which i requested replacement of Laptop. Its very time Consuming Process now the courier boy will come and collect it back then would be verified by snapdeal.com then new one would be dispatched. but its totally wrong as the company should verify before despairing so that consumer could not face type of problem now my work is being suffered because of this issue by this company before it took long time to Delivery and now again it will take around 10 day for all this process. i am very much dissatisfied and harassed by this service of snapdeal.com

                        I have not received replacement for my Order No. :[protected] (Hindware 3 in 1 Wall Mixer...). Explaining snapdeal customer care online, have send many emails and I have also requested through snaspdeal mobile app, but finding no solution. Getting assurance every time. Now they have closed my request. I gave all proofs related to my order. I have receipt from courier company, I have recording of pickup boy. I have mail from courier company claiming that they delivered the picked up product to snapdeal wherehouse.

                        I ordered for (Qty -2) Hindware 3 in 1 Wall Mixer with Long Bend Pipe F280022CP ordered on 19 Oct 2016 (order no. [protected] & [protected]) but instead they sent me 2 (Qty) Hindware 5 Flow Overhead Massage Shower. I received only one replacement and waiting for the other one.

                          I placed an order ([protected]) for dish tv on the 25th oct '16 on a product which was listed as express installation, i got an update promptly on the 26th morning 6.55 am stating product is issued to courier and expected arrival date is 4th nov or earlier but since than i don't see any change in status or sign of product delivery.

                          Snapdeal does not have a customer care number to connect and talk through, its frustrating when there is no one to speak to sort the issue than just getting on to the ivr with no help but just direction to the steps i already know how to get it.

                          I have raised 6-7 compliant so far and don't see any progress made in delivering the product. i feel its better to shop on some reputed e-commerce site than snapdeal

                              My device (LYF Wind 1 16 GB) was picked up by JV Express on 27th October to return it to Snapdeal. Snapdeal earlier confirmed to initiate the refund within 2 days as attached. Its more than 10 days now but according to Snapdeal, the device has not reached its warehouse. I have called Snapdeal customer service several times in the last few days. Every time customer service informs me that the refund will be initiated once the device reaches the warehouse and expected resolution time is 24 hours. Many days have passed by but I did not receive any information from Snapdeal yet.

                              The courier company neither picks up the phone nor they reply to the emails and the customer suffers in between. Please help.

                                        I have ordered Kobo Stepper (Order id: [protected]) which have been delivered on time however I have placed a return request (sub order no. [protected]). Pickup person come to my house on 31st Oct but didn’t pick up since as he has short of space and since then no one have come for pick-up. I have called customer care after few days about this and also gave my alternate contact number. I have not been contacted by anybody since then for pickup and now I get a message that my Return Request Is Closed. I called customer care again and explained this situation but they are not ready to help and says that nothing can be done now.

                                        This is really frustrating that there is a fault on side of your courier agency and customer gets suffered. I was also made aware that courier agency have updated that "customer not reachable" on 31st while he came to my house and didn't pick up.

                                        Kindly do needful to pickup and refund my amount.
