I have sent a zillion mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, I have been continuously calling several times to their customer care department and still no updation on my issues.. Even spoke with their higher authority supervisors Karan Ajith and few others, they even assured to provide me a resolution 24 hours several times. Again they did not get back to me..
So coming towards my Return requests hassles that got rejected by SNAPDEAL QUALITY CHECK
1) Suborder ID: [protected] & [protected]: 2 - Home Sizzler Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain were ordered
I received both the orders in one package and hence I had returned both of them in one package itself. I wonder how come their quality checking people did not recognise there were 2 packets in the same package. However I received refund only for Suborder: [protected] and did not receive refund for the Suborder: [protected]
2) Suborder ID: [protected] Skipper Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain
In this title it is very clearly mentioned Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain, however I received only 1. Under what terms and conditions did their Quality Checking Department Declined my Return Request here??
3) Suborder ID: [protected] Dekor World Floral Cushion Cover Green (Pack of 5)
In the title it is mentioned Pack of 5, however we received only 2 cushion covers. So I had returned this product for refund and I get a mail from their concerned department saying, the product did not meet quality checking criteria.
I dont get it in what quality did they expect me to return the parcel?? What I received is what I returned, exactly in the same condition in the same packing. Is it uneducated people seated at their quality checking department, who dont even know to read the title where it is clearly mentioned, pack is supposed to have 5 cushions and dont they know to count that there is only 2 in the packet. In such a case they should not trouble their customer instead provide instant refund.
4) Suborder ID: [protected] Mesleep Red Peacock Digital Cushion Cover Buy 5Pc & Get 5 Pc Free Yellow Quilted Cushion Cover
I was not happy with the quality of the product so I returned and again their quality check department declined my request.
How can they say that I can't return this product ?? Under what terms and conditions can they decide that ??
Have they employed uneducated people under their quality check department?? How irresponsible can they be?? They sent me an incomplete order. I am not crazy to pay such an amount for an incomplete order. I have been shopping online for many many years now, so obviously I am aware of the Return polocies and hence every time I receive my courier I open it immediately and if at all I am unhappy with the product quality or any other issues, I immediately repack it exactly how I received with all the packaging and tags. So what is their quality check department trying to prove again and again??? How can we even trust SNAPDEAL anymore??
I want my refund ASAP
That's it ! I am fed up calling your customer care.. Seriously I'm unhappy with their service. If this is how they tackle things and provide solution and refund, then I may say this is my worst shopping experience. I have paid a hell lot of money for diwali festive offers trusting their authenticity. I am so disappointed you have no clue
Just refund my entire amount ASAP
I want a call back regarding this... want to speak with whoever is the higher authority with an instant resolution. If at all I dont get a revert in 24hours time line I will have to move legally with SNAPDEAL.. also will raise complaints against SNAPDEAL in all social media sites, as I am totally fed up calling them that side and begging you, now Diwali season and all is over still if they are not getting back to me, means SNAPDEAL is not trustworthy absolutely..!
