I have sent a zillion mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, I have been continuously calling several times to their customer care department and still no updation on my issues.. Even spoke with their higher authority supervisors Karan Ajith and few others, they even assured to provide me a resolution 24 hours several times. Again they did not get back to me..

So coming towards my Return requests hassles that got rejected by SNAPDEAL QUALITY CHECK

1) Suborder ID: [protected] & [protected]: 2 - Home Sizzler Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain were ordered
I received both the orders in one package and hence I had returned both of them in one package itself. I wonder how come their quality checking people did not recognise there were 2 packets in the same package. However I received refund only for Suborder: [protected] and did not receive refund for the Suborder: [protected]

2) Suborder ID: [protected] Skipper Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain
In this title it is very clearly mentioned Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain, however I received only 1. Under what terms and conditions did their Quality Checking Department Declined my Return Request here??

3) Suborder ID: [protected] Dekor World Floral Cushion Cover Green (Pack of 5)
In the title it is mentioned Pack of 5, however we received only 2 cushion covers. So I had returned this product for refund and I get a mail from their concerned department saying, the product did not meet quality checking criteria.
I dont get it in what quality did they expect me to return the parcel?? What I received is what I returned, exactly in the same condition in the same packing. Is it uneducated people seated at their quality checking department, who dont even know to read the title where it is clearly mentioned, pack is supposed to have 5 cushions and dont they know to count that there is only 2 in the packet. In such a case they should not trouble their customer instead provide instant refund.

4) Suborder ID: [protected] Mesleep Red Peacock Digital Cushion Cover Buy 5Pc & Get 5 Pc Free Yellow Quilted Cushion Cover
I was not happy with the quality of the product so I returned and again their quality check department declined my request.

How can they say that I can't return this product ?? Under what terms and conditions can they decide that ??
Have they employed uneducated people under their quality check department?? How irresponsible can they be?? They sent me an incomplete order. I am not crazy to pay such an amount for an incomplete order. I have been shopping online for many many years now, so obviously I am aware of the Return polocies and hence every time I receive my courier I open it immediately and if at all I am unhappy with the product quality or any other issues, I immediately repack it exactly how I received with all the packaging and tags. So what is their quality check department trying to prove again and again??? How can we even trust SNAPDEAL anymore??

I want my refund ASAP
That's it ! I am fed up calling your customer care.. Seriously I'm unhappy with their service. If this is how they tackle things and provide solution and refund, then I may say this is my worst shopping experience. I have paid a hell lot of money for diwali festive offers trusting their authenticity. I am so disappointed you have no clue
Just refund my entire amount ASAP
I want a call back regarding this... want to speak with whoever is the higher authority with an instant resolution. If at all I dont get a revert in 24hours time line I will have to move legally with SNAPDEAL.. also will raise complaints against SNAPDEAL in all social media sites, as I am totally fed up calling them that side and begging you, now Diwali season and all is over still if they are not getting back to me, means SNAPDEAL is not trustworthy absolutely..!

    I have bought three of exhaust fan from usha model af crisp air premia on credit card discount, and they have send first one damaged so asked for replacement, and they gave me refund as not out of stock and product still it is in stock, but they just don't want to give that discounted price.

    O second one just fine and third one they again send different cheap model from usha bv, so again i made request for replacement and they did refund without intimate me, so when i make call they just don't understand and telling same story product out of stock, it means that they do not want to make any customer satisfy.

    Also they do false agreement and do not trust on those idiots staff or management.

    Never buy from snapdeal anything, i had many bad experience, i will share those next time. They never reply to customer.

      I ordered the Oppo F1 plus Rose gold (64GB) phone from snapdeal with order id [protected] on 5th October 2016 and the product was delivered on 20th october 2016. After waiting for a long duration, I got the piece which was not of the color that i ordered. I order Rose Gold and it was delivered a Gold color piece.
      Hence I requested for the refund on the very same day that is on 20th October it self. But there was no immediate pick up arrange and they picked up the item on 26th October after struggling so much.

      But on 2nd november 2016, it was updated that the request for refund has been declined by the QA team, i tried to reach customer support team, to understand the reason behind declination.

      But it was of no use reaching to them. Whenever I call them they mentioned they will arrange the call within 24 hours and they used to disconnect the call. On the other hand I got the call from escalation department blackmailing that you have to accept the piece as it is as QA team have mentioned.

      What the hell is the service provided by the snapdeal, it is really frustrated. Now I do not have money neither a phone. I paid Rs.24909 and it was waste. I do not have either of it.

      Please help me in getting my money back. Please...!!!

        I have received this printer on november 04, 2016. after unboxed, i have checked the product id which was mentioned as a9j41 instead of a9j41b. to get it clarified, i have checked the warranty status in hp website. its shows that the product has been sold during september 2015. now it has just 2 months of extended warranty only. initiated a replacement. but its been declined by them. the product description is given as 1 year manufacturer warranty in snapdeal website. order id: [protected]

          Month ago i bought a IPhone 5S silver 16 GB from Snap Deal(online shoping site) but due to some technical reasons product delivered to me was not according to my satisfaction.               We placed an order of hiking bag. When we received the order, the rucksack was torn a bit. Also as per description, it was suppose to have two belts but when we received the product it had only 1 belt. Since we were not satisfied with the product, we returned it. Also there was no pickup service from there side, we had to go through the trouble of sending it back.

                1st i have returned .
                second seems good. but after i opened the second it was not working

                  I've purchased SONY BRAVIA KLV-32R482B 81 CM from snapdeal on 16/11/2014 . They told me that invoice bill copy as a warranty card at that time. Now my TV is not working (video is not coming). KLV-32R482B model was stopped already . I spoke to Sony service center and they asked me to submit warranty card. I've given the invoice copy to sony service center. But they did not accepted it. They will give new TV, if warranty card submits.
                  I've raised a complaint to snap deal to provide a warranty card. they told me that " it's not possible to get the warranty card from seller"

                  I spoke to snapdeal customer care several times. I got the " not possible" reply after several calls. I'm really disappointing.

                  You did not send the warranty card till now. Don't cheat us. My issue is not yet resolved and I lost around 35k with in a year to bought this defective product. Sony will not give the replacement tv without submit the warranty card. Moreover, Sony Center confirmed that " Rimpy Electronics" is not an authorized dealer. Going forward, I never bought anything from snap deal.

                    The item I received was not useful as the item was fitted with the person i bought the product.

But becouse of products fedback i canceled my order after that I requested to refound, till now i couldnt get back my refound ..here showing my amount refounded ...please get back my money .There showing refounded on 4th November 2016 but i didn't .3 times i called snapdeal coustomar services they also not responting verywell .                       I have ordered a wrist watch on 25th October 2016 and the expected delivery time was 26th of October 2016. But till now they have not sent the product. Even status of the Order is still as it was at the time of booking. I have paid the money 12 days ago and they are not fulfilling their commitment.                         I ordered a Benton Executive High Back Brown chair (Order ID: [protected] ) and made the payment of Rs.4396 on 4th oct. but even after one month it was still showing preparing for dispatch. I got the product during puja offer and immediately after puja the price was increased and since then i have been complaining snapdeal but no one replied or call. I only got a ref no.34747200 after sending several complain. but today when I got in touch with the customer care, they cancelled my order only n said refund will come within 4days. they r cheating customers on the name of discount and not delivering the product.

                            I have order a f&d f550x (order id: [protected]) on snapdeal worth rs. 3799 on 26th of october. i'll pay by card online due to snapdeal gold benefit is avilable (ie. free shiping and express delivery in between 5-6 days). after place the order expected delivery date shows 3 - 6 november. which is about 8 - 11 days. but today 7 th of nov. till now no product is recived. last courier update is on 1st nov in snapdeal my order page. after that no update is given by snapdeal about my order. till now expected delivery date shows 6th nov but today is 7th nov. i am called up snapdeal many times but responce is not suffice for me. they already gave a complain no. 35237246. but issue not resolve. please help me out.

                              Recently i bought two set of shirts in snapdeal. As i had sizing issues i have raised a return. Post return pickup i have received the refund only for 1 shirt. Refund is not received for 2nd shirt. Raised multiple complaints to snapdeal but response is not satisfied. Even shared invoice details for reference but still no improvement.                                 I order queen size storage cot and wardrobe n chair with Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on 05 Oct, 2016: I received my package on 29 Oct 2016 and it is a free installation from snapdeal. As per policies of snapdeal they has to contact me within 24 hours of product delivery for installation. I started calling to customer care and written mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, also spoke to customer care executives every day...i can only listen one word from them "apologies" and it will be resolved within 24 hours and sometimes 6 hours...i asked to escalate the issue upon speaking to supervisors and asked to connect manager...they always tell the repeated answer, they are not available currently, we will make a call after 2 hours...sometimes they disconnect the call.. Kindly help to in this regard... does this happen to everyone..

                                        6 numbers "home sizzler set of 2 long curtains" were ordered and payment was made online before delivery of the ordered item. these items were delivered to me. Quality of the curtains was of poor and all 6 sets of the curtains were returned back. return was confirmed and i received message on my mobile of successful return. But in my account only 699 rupees have been received back. After some days back i got the message that curtains are dispatched back to me on my address. Today i received 3 packets of curtains. When i opened one packet one curtain found defective and was torn. Remaining 2 packets are kept unopened by me.
                                        It is not understood that why these have been sent back to me, when i have returned back these curtains on complaints of poor quality.
                                        This is cheating by the snapdeal. Please get these curtains back and return my money in my account.

                                        It is very unfortunate that i am facing unethical behavior from Snapdeal. I have ordered 3 pair of shoes for me and my two kids. In all the 3 products supplied by snapdeal there were problems. Details are as under-

                                        1. Order ID - [protected]:
                                        Against the order UK-10 size, for my elder son, shoe is supplied by snapdeal is US-10, This size is one size lower than the ordered size and not usable. we have even requested that if return is not possible it must be replaced with the correct size of shoe UK-10 (US-11), so that even after poor quality concern it may be used and my hard earned money do not waste completely. But this request also denied by Snapdeal. Now this product is lying with us unused. VERY SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR. FEELING CHEATED.

                                        We also ordered 2 more pair of shoes with following order IDs having quality issues and wrong product delivery.

                                        2. Order ID[protected]:
                                        The color of shoes supplied by snapdeal was not the color ordered. Finish of the product was also very poor. snapdeal denied to replace or return money..
                                        3. Order ID - [protected]
                                        It is surprising that after poor quality concern and repeated requests no efforts have been done by snapdeal for return or replacement.

                                        My experience with snapdeal is VERY very bad. After repeated effort snapdeal is denying for any action for above problems. On calling to the help center no person is talking nor trying to resolve the problem. DUE TO THIS UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS I AM FEELING HARASSED. My hard earned money is wasted. VERY SHAMEFUL ON PART OF SNAPDEAL.
