Month ago i bought a IPhone 5S silver 16 GB from Snap Deal(online shoping site) but due to some technical reasons product delivered to me was not according to my satisfaction. I place a repalcement for the same but after the repalcement I was availed with a defacted product and my request was not accepted for the same till now with no cash back or any further return for the damage. I have already launched a complaint but no reparation was made till now .

      We placed an order of hiking bag. When we received the order, the rucksack was torn a bit. Also as per description, it was suppose to have two belts but when we received the product it had only 1 belt. Since we were not satisfied with the product, we returned it. Also there was no pickup service from there side, we had to go through the trouble of sending it back.

        I recevied both the watched in tampered package .
        1st i have returned .
        second seems good. but after i opened the second it was not working
        the package does not contains any waranty card or any brochure of the watch.
        it just contain a old watch whose dial was damaged and and watch stops after some time .when i visited the showroom/service center with the invoice copy .they said it is fake product containing some chineese machine. which is not original

          I've purchased SONY BRAVIA KLV-32R482B 81 CM from snapdeal on 16/11/2014 . They told me that invoice bill copy as a warranty card at that time. Now my TV is not working (video is not coming). KLV-32R482B model was stopped already . I spoke to Sony service center and they asked me to submit warranty card. I've given the invoice copy to sony service center. But they did not accepted it. They will give new TV, if warranty card submits.
          I've raised a complaint to snap deal to provide a warranty card. they told me that " it's not possible to get the warranty card from seller"

          I spoke to snapdeal customer care several times. I got the " not possible" reply after several calls. I'm really disappointing.

          You did not send the warranty card till now. Don't cheat us. My issue is not yet resolved and I lost around 35k with in a year to bought this defective product. Sony will not give the replacement tv without submit the warranty card. Moreover, Sony Center confirmed that " Rimpy Electronics" is not an authorized dealer. Going forward, I never bought anything from snap deal.

            I have ordered a product -"Mayura Red Cotton Dress" on 2nd Oct . the cost i paid was rs 493.
            The item I received was not useful as the item was fitted with the person i bought the product.

            I had raised an return request on 22nd Oct, the item has not been picked up from my home.I have scheduled the pickup many times. Nobody called me and picked upp the item. please help me to refund my money back.

                I ordered a Benton Executive High Back Brown chair (Order ID: [protected] ) and made the payment of Rs.4396 on 4th oct. but even after one month it was still showing preparing for dispatch. I got the product during puja offer and immediately after puja the price was increased and since then i have been complaining snapdeal but no one replied or call. I only got a ref no.34747200 after sending several complain. but today when I got in touch with the customer care, they cancelled my order only n said refund will come within 4days. they r cheating customers on the name of discount and not delivering the product.

                      Recently i bought two set of shirts in snapdeal. As i had sizing issues i have raised a return. Post return pickup i have received the refund only for 1 shirt. Refund is not received for 2nd shirt. Raised multiple complaints to snapdeal but response is not satisfied. Even shared invoice details for reference but still no improvement. I am following up for this issue for past 7 days, but still it is not resolved.

                        I order queen size storage cot and wardrobe n chair with Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on 05 Oct, 2016: I received my package on 29 Oct 2016 and it is a free installation from snapdeal. As per policies of snapdeal they has to contact me within 24 hours of product delivery for installation. I started calling to customer care and written mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, also spoke to customer care executives every day...i can only listen one word from them "apologies" and it will be resolved within 24 hours and sometimes 6 hours...i asked to escalate the issue upon speaking to supervisors and asked to connect manager...they always tell the repeated answer, they are not available currently, we will make a call after 2 hours...sometimes they disconnect the call.. Kindly help to in this regard... does this happen to everyone..

                            I made online purchase with snap deal, but the transaction failed, but the money of rs1044 is held with snap deal. I n this regard i complained to cc avenue as well as snap deal, but no action been taken till today. The details are under.

                                6 numbers "home sizzler set of 2 long curtains" were ordered and payment was made online before delivery of the ordered item. these items were delivered to me. Quality of the curtains was of poor and all 6 sets of the curtains were returned back. return was confirmed and i received message on my mobile of successful return. But in my account only 699 rupees have been received back. After some days back i got the message that curtains are dispatched back to me on my address. Today i received 3 packets of curtains. When i opened one packet one curtain found defective and was torn. Remaining 2 packets are kept unopened by me.
                                It is not understood that why these have been sent back to me, when i have returned back these curtains on complaints of poor quality.
                                This is cheating by the snapdeal. Please get these curtains back and return my money in my account.

                                snapdeal also not resolved the issue as posted by them and we ultimately used that torn product. Snapdeal is just a cheater company. People should avoid using snapdeal. They are JUST BIGGEST CHEATER IN INDIA.

                                It is very unfortunate that i am facing unethical behavior from Snapdeal. I have ordered 3 pair of shoes for me and my two kids. In all the 3 products supplied by snapdeal there were problems. Details are as under-

                                1. Order ID - [protected]:
                                Against the order UK-10 size, for my elder son, shoe is supplied by snapdeal is US-10, This size is one size lower than the ordered size and not usable. we have even requested that if return is not possible it must be replaced with the correct size of shoe UK-10 (US-11), so that even after poor quality concern it may be used and my hard earned money do not waste completely. But this request also denied by Snapdeal. Now this product is lying with us unused. VERY SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR. FEELING CHEATED.

                                We also ordered 2 more pair of shoes with following order IDs having quality issues and wrong product delivery.

                                The color of shoes supplied by snapdeal was not the color ordered. Finish of the product was also very poor. snapdeal denied to replace or return money..

                                It is surprising that after poor quality concern and repeated requests no efforts have been done by snapdeal for return or replacement.

                                My experience with snapdeal is VERY very bad. After repeated effort snapdeal is denying for any action for above problems. On calling to the help center no person is talking nor trying to resolve the problem. DUE TO THIS UNETHICAL BEHAVIORS I AM FEELING HARASSED. My hard earned money is wasted. VERY SHAMEFUL ON PART OF SNAPDEAL.

                                  I had purchased a refurbished tab from Snapdeal along with a refurbished phone. First of all, both the products were defective. The phone was switching on but was having various problems. I did put a request to return, but was not able to return it as I had lost the box. Although, the phone was faulty, there is mistake involved in my part and I accept it.

                                  However, the real issue is not wit the phone. It is in concern with the tab.

                                  The tab never switched on, and I put a request to return it the very same day. Here are a series or events that have happened since then.

                                  a. The snapdeal website wanted me to enter a preferred time for return. However, nobody reported on the preferred time.

                                  b. Only once I had a courier person to take the return and that was not the time I had preferred for the return pickup. This courier person did not even call me once and just spoke to my illiterate father who is not aware of all these things, and simply cancelled saying customer did not wish to return the product. That is precisely I had selected a preferred time.

                                  c. Since then I have called snapdeal numerous times. A couple of times the executives took return requests, but nobody turned up or even called. I get calls from snapdeal occasionally, but I never was able to understand what they were saying. Their English was extremely poor. I do not speak hindi, and when I ask them to speak proper English, they simply cut the call and I end up getting a message saying that my return has been cancelled.

                                  d. I have emailed [protected]@snapdeal.com multiple times, but without any response thus far.

                                  e. Finally I got hold of a supervisor over the phone, who was extremely rude, and simply rejected my appeal saying my tone was not good. I am a poor customer and I can always be upset with your service and the way I have been cheated week in week out. Also, she said that Snapdeal has reached me multiple times and I have not responded. This is not true and is embarrassing.

                                  f. Just like many, I work during the day and I am pretty busy at work. But, always reachable over phone. I cannot be always following up on proceedings. I make many purchases over flipkart and amazon and have never had problems. Snapdeal has just been wasting my time and money with this defective product. The customer service and tone of snapdeal's executives is extremely unprofessional.

                                  I need my money back .. I need justice. Please help!

                                    the product was to be delivered on 4 nov. but i didnt get it.
                                    My other products which were placed much later than that were delivered to me few days back but i didnt
                                    recieved this one even ordering so many days before.
                                    I already posted a complaint here on indian consumer complaint forum that my above product is not entering shipping process and after lots of calls & msgs it was finally shipped but i havenot received any recent update regarding the delivery status.
                                    I am getting so many assurance alls and msgs regarding the delivery but no update about the product.
                                    The tracking also shows no movement since so many days.
                                    For this reason i stopped paying through prepaid.
                                    Plzz let me know when my prouduct
