Dear Snapdeal team

Order No.[protected]

I have received order raised request for replacement on 1st November, 2016 and till date .e. 8th Nov, 2016 no body has picked up

Everyday, snapdeal is sending sms that we will pick up today and nobody is coming.

They have mentioned mobile no of Courier server, manytime call not reachable, sometime if it reachable, courier people told that they do not have tempo to pick up this.

I have done several email and call to Snapdeal but no positive action

I am facing difficulty due to pathetic service of Snapdeal

Now, I requested to cancel my order and refund amount due to delay in replacement and I cannot wait now.

    This is regarding [protected]. I bought cool pad mobile under american express card which was 25 percent discount. However there was no discount happened at checkout and more over there was no cashback happend in my account. Isnt that their fault when i enter american express card they should discount the same? But here it didnt happen and they just cheated. Now they are are not accepting my mobile as am not satified with transaction happend. : (

      I had ordered a Lenovo k3 note mobile 16gb black mobile on January 2016, product got delivered on February 2016.
      In April I noticed the touchscreen was not operating properly, so I contacted Lenovo service center, but they said this product doesn't come under warranty period.so I contacted Lenovo care to confirm, they also said the same thing.
      With regards to this I contacted Snapdeal requesting to provide warranty.but they said since there is issues with this product they will pick back the product and reimburse the money instead of providing the warranty.
      Their courier partner approached me to pick the product, even though I had mobile package he did not picked the product since the Snapdeal packing was not there.
      When I contacted Snapdeal again they said they will reinitiate the reverse pickup.
      But during July they mailed saying the complaint is closed as the courier partner informed them I don't want to return the product..
      Even from November 1 2016 am asking to provide warranty if not reimburse of money, they are not responding.
      Neither they are providing warranty nor reimbursement of money.they are troubling us.
      In fact mrp of the product is 10000 but they have charged 12500,
      None of the courier partner contacted me for second time .. but they are closing the complaint.
      Everytime wen we call..it's charging us..and have called the Snapdeal around forty times, but the issue is not resolved.
      Even I have voice recording of all the conversation happens with Snapdeal
      I asked them can I go legally about this.so please help me

        I have received faulty laptop HP15-ay503tx against snapdeal order ID [protected]. I installed all the drivers, however USB ports and card reader are not working. The order was delivered on 24th Oct 2016 and I placed replacement order on 28th Oct. Today till 8-Nov, no pick up was arranged, neither the service person visited as promised by their useless customer care team. I raised numerous complaints, escalated those up to their top level, but no action taken by snapdeal past 10 days of replacement order. I feel this is the worst online shopping portal which didn't bother about customer issues once they receive their payment. Their tagline should be UNBOX FRUSTRATION rather than UNBOX HAPPINESS.

        I strongly recommend to all my contacts and whoever reading this forum, never buy any product from Snapdeal. In Diwali I purchased 6 items, out of which 3 have to be returned and this laptop is 4th. No proper quality check, no complaint resolution, uncommitted service, once sold the product then forget it as money being made.

          I, anirban das, had ordered a samsung 20 ltr grill microwave oven from snapdeal (order id [protected]) on 25.10.16. it was scheduled delivery at my home address (prantik, barasat, (n)-24 pgs, kolkata-127, west bengal. on 06.11.16. it was to be delivered by vulcan express pvt ltd. (awb : c[protected]. but, still on 08.11.16, the package is not delivered. everday morning from 06.11.16, i received a message that the package to be delivered on same day by sri piklu biswas (delivery boy) and from tracking report that the shipment was out for delivery. but, no one contacts me over phone. at evening, from tracking details i come to know that, "consignee not available" or " adress unlocatable. remark. but, i have my phone no given to snapdeal and clear my home address is there, but they are unable to deliver it at my home. even, the courier company would not make a call atleast to be sure of the address or about consignee. even, they donot try to make delivery of that article, but give another remark.

          My urgent request is to deliver the package at my home address, : c/o - subhas ch das, prantik (near sarama cinema), po - hridaypur, barasat, (n)-24 pgs, westbengal, kolkata-127. or atleast contact me over phone: [protected].

              I had ordered a Prestige Roti maker on 3rd October 2016 Order ID: [protected] Reference no: 35014423.
              But instead of Roti Maker, I received a Ceiling Fan!! That too after 10 Days!!

              I asked for Replacement.
              And requested to please send me the correct product before 12pm because I am not available on the same location after 12pm.
              ( i had asked for address change option but it was not available)
              But when my product reached my place via Fedex courier, they always called me after 4pm.I was never available that time. I asked them to get it before 12pm.But, instead to getting it on time, I got rude response and no product.

              By the way, the address is at highly renowned place, Hyderabad city-Hitech City.
              There shouldn't be any diffuculty to send the product on time in specific time range.
              But I don't understand, why they are not giving my product till now.
              I called the customer care so many times..and spent hunderds of money just to tell them my problem.
              But there is no proper response yet.
              I am really fed up and lost all my patience now!!!

              I will not do this blunder again to order product from Snapdeal.
              And I want to awaken all the indians not to order any product from Snapdeal.
              You loose all your patience and precious time and money by shopping here...

              I dont care now if I dont get my product.I will think i have donated my money to poor. but I will see to it that atleast in my friend circle no body does any shopping form Snapdeal.

                I booked Blue star 1.5 ton 3 star AC on 20 Oct, 2016 and my Order ID: is [protected], I am in receipt just one box which contains only Indoor unit on 28 Oct through Fedex Courier.
                Compressor and other fitting accessories were not received, immediately on same day and time i registered the complaint with your customer complaint at [protected] with complaint ID Complaint ID 34381516 dated 28/10/16; 34544046 dated 30/10/16; 34544191 dated 30/10/16; 34897211 dated 3 /11/ 16; 34957322 dated 5/11/ 16, which were not properly answered yet.

                    But the product back side sticker is correct imei and product contain box imei is correct compare with invoice IMEI

                    So seller was created the some mole function.

                    Please take the action.

                    So I concluded this product was old.
                    So sep 8th I raised the complaint.

                    I spoke lot times to snapdeal. That agent told wait a 25 hours.but no call backs arrange for me.

                    Am lot of suffer to this issue.

                      I placed a order on 3rd nov 2016 and the date of delivery was after 34 day for which i had already paid the amount also, but the order was cancelled automatically without giving me any information, when i asked same to the customer care, they are again asking me to place the order again and to wait for more 34 days if they can't deliver why are they taking money and without asking me why are they cancelled the order and the order was cancelled day before the delivery date.

                            I ordered kitkat chocolate from snapdeal on 2 Nov2016.. actual cost was 200 but on that day it was for 100 so I ordered it..they usually ships d product in 2 days bt in this case they didn't shipped for 5 days nd I sent them emails continuously bt they didn't replied..now on 7 nov2016 they messaged me that ur product is cancelled due to technical problem..this is simply fraud..Same case took place in punjab with nikhil bansal .he also ordered from snapdeal an iPhone for rs 56 and company later on denied the delivery..consumer court gave this case in favour of consumer..I m sending u all proofs in screenshots...kindly look into this matter nd impose a heavy penalty on snapdeal for repeating a fraud misrepresentation again..

                              I purchased a product - MOTO MAX rubbing compound for Rs. 249 plus shipping charges, whereas the product's actual MRP is Rs. 60. They are fooling the customers like us who relentlessly trust these online sites. I used to blindly trust snapdeal and shop from the site without even comparing the price of the products on the other sites. I can never trust snapdeal again and I need snapdeal to compensate for it.

                              Under the Consumer Goods (Mandatory Printing of Cost of Production and Maximum Retail Price) Act, 2006, maximum retail price means such price at which the product shall be sold in retail and such price shall include all taxes levied on the product. Manufacturer is required to clearly mention the max retail price on the consumer good and the retailer is prohibited to sell at a price higher than the MRP.

                              There are several laws in force like Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act (MRTP Act), the Essential Commodities Acts and Consumer Protection Act. under which selling consumer goods at a price over MRP is regarded as unfair trade and is an offence punishable by law.

                                I placed an order for a refrigerator on 5th Oct 2016 (Order id- [protected]), Which was delivered on 20th Oct, But the refrigerator was defective so I asked for the replacement on 21st Oct, But it is not picked up yet.                                   I have sent a zillion mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, I have been continuously calling several times to their customer care department and still no updation on my issues.. Even spoke with their higher authority supervisors Karan Ajith and few others, they even assured to provide me a resolution 24 hours several times. Again they did not get back to me..

                                  So coming towards my Return requests hassles that got rejected by SNAPDEAL QUALITY CHECK

                                  1) Suborder ID: [protected] & [protected]: 2 - Home Sizzler Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain were ordered
                                  I received both the orders in one package and hence I had returned both of them in one package itself. I wonder how come their quality checking people did not recognise there were 2 packets in the same package. However I received refund only for Suborder: [protected] and did not receive refund for the Suborder: [protected]

                                  2) Suborder ID: [protected] Skipper Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain
                                  In this title it is very clearly mentioned Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain, however I received only 1. Under what terms and conditions did their Quality Checking Department Declined my Return Request here??

                                  3) Suborder ID: [protected] Dekor World Floral Cushion Cover Green (Pack of 5)
                                  In the title it is mentioned Pack of 5, however we received only 2 cushion covers. So I had returned this product for refund and I get a mail from their concerned department saying, the product did not meet quality checking criteria.
                                  I dont get it in what quality did they expect me to return the parcel?? What I received is what I returned, exactly in the same condition in the same packing. Is it uneducated people seated at their quality checking department, who dont even know to read the title where it is clearly mentioned, pack is supposed to have 5 cushions and dont they know to count that there is only 2 in the packet. In such a case they should not trouble their customer instead provide instant refund.

                                  4) Suborder ID: [protected] Mesleep Red Peacock Digital Cushion Cover Buy 5Pc & Get 5 Pc Free Yellow Quilted Cushion Cover
                                  I was not happy with the quality of the product so I returned and again their quality check department declined my request.

                                  How can they say that I can't return this product ?? Under what terms and conditions can they decide that ??
                                  Have they employed uneducated people under their quality check department?? How irresponsible can they be?? They sent me an incomplete order. I am not crazy to pay such an amount for an incomplete order. I have been shopping online for many many years now, so obviously I am aware of the Return polocies and hence every time I receive my courier I open it immediately and if at all I am unhappy with the product quality or any other issues, I immediately repack it exactly how I received with all the packaging and tags. So what is their quality check department trying to prove again and again??? How can we even trust SNAPDEAL anymore??

                                  I want my refund ASAP
                                  That's it ! I am fed up calling your customer care.. Seriously I'm unhappy with their service. If this is how they tackle things and provide solution and refund, then I may say this is my worst shopping experience. I have paid a hell lot of money for diwali festive offers trusting their authenticity. I am so disappointed you have no clue
                                  Just refund my entire amount ASAP
                                  I want a call back regarding this... want to speak with whoever is the higher authority with an instant resolution. If at all I dont get a revert in 24hours time line I will have to move legally with SNAPDEAL.. also will raise complaints against SNAPDEAL in all social media sites, as I am totally fed up calling them that side and begging you, now Diwali season and all is over still if they are not getting back to me, means SNAPDEAL is not trustworthy absolutely..!

                                    I have bought three of exhaust fan from usha model af crisp air premia on credit card discount, and they have send first one damaged so asked for replacement, and they gave me refund as not out of stock and product still it is in stock, but they just don't want to give that discounted price.

                                    O second one just fine and third one they again send different cheap model from usha bv, so again i made request for replacement and they did refund without intimate me, so when i make call they just don't understand and telling same story product out of stock, it means that they do not want to make any customer satisfy.

                                    Also they do false agreement and do not trust on those idiots staff or management.

                                    Never buy from snapdeal anything, i had many bad experience, i will share those next time. They never reply to customer.

                                      I ordered the Oppo F1 plus Rose gold (64GB) phone from snapdeal with order id [protected] on 5th October 2016 and the product was delivered on 20th october 2016. After waiting for a long duration, I got the piece which was not of the color that i ordered. I order Rose Gold and it was delivered a Gold color piece.
                                      Hence I requested for the refund on the very same day that is on 20th October it self. But there was no immediate pick up arrange and they picked up the item on 26th October after struggling so much.

                                      But on 2nd november 2016, it was updated that the request for refund has been declined by the QA team, i tried to reach customer support team, to understand the reason behind declination.

                                      But it was of no use reaching to them. Whenever I call them they mentioned they will arrange the call within 24 hours and they used to disconnect the call. On the other hand I got the call from escalation department blackmailing that you have to accept the piece as it is as QA team have mentioned.

                                      What the hell is the service provided by the snapdeal, it is really frustrated. Now I do not have money neither a phone. I paid Rs.24909 and it was waste. I do not have either of it.

                                      Please help me in getting my money back. Please...!!!

                                        I have received this printer on november 04, 2016. after unboxed, i have checked the product id which was mentioned as a9j41 instead of a9j41b. to get it clarified, i have checked the warranty status in hp website. its shows that the product has been sold during september 2015. now it has just 2 months of extended warranty only. initiated a replacement. but its been declined by them. the product description is given as 1 year manufacturer warranty in snapdeal website. order id: [protected]
