I ordered one item Mi Max (32GB, Grey), Order ID: [protected] dated 03-oct-16. the item was physically damaged/defective when delivery.then i called to customer care of snapdeal and told about the problm and requested for replacement. snapdeal send a enggineer who checked the mobile and given service call report that mobile is physically damaged when delived. Finally the product was picked on 23-oct-16 for exchange, now its been about 8 days. I have not received any mail or any call from snapdeal, I have been continuously trying to reach by call, all the time the executives say that they have forwarded my complaint and it will be resolved within next two days.
The behavior of the executives is also so unprofessional that even today I called them and asked the reason for delay they are with the same words "wait for 2-3 days". Even I tried to reach the senior team they are so rude that they disconnect call on your face.
Please resolve my trouble.

That’s it ! I am fed up calling your customer care.. Seriously I’m unhappy with their service. If this is how they tackle things and provide solution and refund, then I may say this is my worst shopping experience. I am disappointed you have no clue ...I want a call back regarding this… want to speak with whoever is the higher authority with an instant resolution.

        Hello Team,

        This item was ordered by me on 22nd October, 2016 and cancelled by me on 26th of October, and inspite of that, you delivered this product on 29th Oct.

        As I was not at home and I asked the courier guy to deliver the item to my parent house.

        There are 3 to 4 items that I ordered from Snapdeal and I was not sure what was getting delivered so the item was accepted by my parents.

        Today, when I called the customer care asking for taking the product back, I was told that as I accepted the product It cannot be taken back or returned.

        I was not aware of any such SD policies and accepted the product my mistake. After cancelling this order, I ordered another tablet from SD so I cannot afford to have two tablets.

        I sincerely request to take this product back and start the refund because I cancelled this product before it was delivered.Only because The product wass accepted unknowingly by my parent does not advocate me to accept and use this product

        The product is intact and not yet opened.

        Hope you will understand an act in my favour and maintain reputation of snap deal.

                  Actually, i ordered puma shoes and when i got the product, it was not fitting me due to some size problem, so i requested the snapdeal for exchange and deliver me with the larger size than the actual one but the snapdeal doesn't responded it and it returned with the comment that it doesn't meet the quality standard, though i returned it as though it was delivered to me and it's customer care service is not responding..they didn't pick up the call.

                        I have purchase a executive chair from snapdeal on Oct05(Order ID: [protected]) via credit card payment. snapdeal provided a distant delivery date of between Oct 26- Oct30. After pursuing multiple time they dispatched the order on Oct 25. but product was not Delivered by Oct 30. On chasing again they revised the deadline to Nov 01. that also crossed. When again contacted customer care, they said to resolve it with in 48 hours. even those 48 hours crossed. and now again they have increased deadline by Nov 07. Its been 31 days now(Nov05). they are holding my money from past one month and they doesnt seems to care about this. and after holding for this much time i dont want to cancel this order. what action i can take against snapdeal?

                          I Received Mail from Snapdeal for Moto turbo 4 g mobile of Rs. 3999/- but
                          I trying place order 3 to 4 time in same day, after received offers mail (mail received day and time) but not able to place order of Moto turbo in offer price, I was able to other products but not able to buy moto turbo 4g mobile.
                          I communicated many time with snapdeal regarding this matter but he always said give me image of received mail, work is process, we call you within 24 hours and many more

                            I have received my Water Heater Geyser which is defective product. I applied for a replacement but it got auto-cancelled. Then i called up the Snapdeal support but they denied for replacement and informed that they will not be able to replace the product as the replacement was rejected. I called the company of the geyser and they came and told that the Geyser plate is broken from inside and they will not be able to support as the warranty is not valid for Snapdeal products. I am now helpless and not able to use the product and have packed it in a box and kept for replacement. I am looking for help.

                                I have purchased cozy recliner and two other products from snapdeal on 6th of october . The cozy recliner was worth Rs.75000 and was available at discount of 75% on snapdeal diwali unbox happiness offer . With discount, the product was available at Rs.20874 and I paid the same amount through net banking.

                                As per tracking update from snapdeal, I was supposed to receive the product by 5th Nov. On 5th nov 2016, I get message that the product cant be delivered and money will be refunded.

                                Snapdeal has used my money for a month free of interest and failed to abide by their commitment. I need snapdeal to give me another product worth Rs. 75000 instead of refund.

                                  I ordered micro max silver canvas 5 on 25 th oct, i received it on 28th of oct when i tried to switched it on its never working after that i call snapdeal customer care to confirm this after that they assign an service engineer for this, 1st of nov service engineer came and check the mobile he confirm that mobile is not working, we will replace this, on 2nd nov snapdeal person came and collect the mobile, now they said my req is wrong. till now i didn't get my mobile i have all mails which i received from snapdeal and recorded calls also.if i didn't get any confirmation about my phone till today evening i will file a complaint in court pathetic service

                                    i have Placed my order on 27 Oct, 2016 got message will deliver your product Between 3rd Nov to 6 Nov 2016 .
                                    One find day on 2 nd November getting message that will not able to deliver the product coz stock is not available but if i check snap deal website it is available but without discount so now this ppl are saying pay the actual
                                    why should i pay extra when you people have take money in advance and generates the bill also

                                      I placed two orders in Oct16. First Order no [protected] /12/10/16 for Samsung Rapid (SS2) mobile charger. Snapdeal supplied a defective material initially and replaced it after i raised the request. But the replaced item, but the replaced item is also found defective. I could not ask for replacement within 7 days since i was travelling from Bangalore to Delhi and was busy. Now the Snapdeal is refusing the resolve the issue by replacing or refund of the money paid by me.

                                      SNAPDEAL looks like dealing with defective materials. The complaint made by me above was never resolved till date and they simply closed it without giving me any solution.
