I received the order on 27th October and raised the return request on 30th October as the product was not working. Filter stopped working.
But soon after raising the return request, the option to download Invoice was gone.
So, I raised another request by calling you guys for gettng a duplicate invoice...
Since then last 4 days, your customer executives keep saying I will receive within 24-48 hours or within a couple of hours...But I haven't received...
Too much deceiving customer executives..
One guys told me, please hold the line and I will go tell the other person to send the invoice immediately...but that also didn't happen...
The other guy told me previous 2 guys were joking around...so he took a proper compalin and gave me this ID[protected] ...
ow, since these 4 days, 1 time courier people updated falsely saying they tried picking up, but it was not available...that was wrong...
Today they called me on 4th Nov, but I couldn't give it as I don't have a invoice...
NOt sure what to do..??? As the customer care executives just keep playing with the calls it seems...
Please do the needful.
