Hello Team,
This item was ordered by me on 22nd October, 2016 and cancelled by me on 26th of October, and inspite of that, you delivered this product on 29th Oct.
As I was not at home and I asked the courier guy to deliver the item to my parent house.
There are 3 to 4 items that I ordered from Snapdeal and I was not sure what was getting delivered so the item was accepted by my parents.
Today, when I called the customer care asking for taking the product back, I was told that as I accepted the product It cannot be taken back or returned.
I was not aware of any such SD policies and accepted the product my mistake. After cancelling this order, I ordered another tablet from SD so I cannot afford to have two tablets.
I sincerely request to take this product back and start the refund because I cancelled this product before it was delivered.Only because The product wass accepted unknowingly by my parent does not advocate me to accept and use this product
The product is intact and not yet opened.
Hope you will understand an act in my favour and maintain reputation of snap deal.
