I am writing to you seeking justice.

I had purchased a refurbished tab from Snapdeal along with a refurbished phone. First of all, both the products were defective. The phone was switching on but was having various problems. I did put a request to return, but was not able to return it as I had lost the box. Although, the phone was faulty, there is mistake involved in my part and I accept it.

However, the real issue is not wit the phone. It is in concern with the tab.

The tab never switched on, and I put a request to return it the very same day. Here are a series or events that have happened since then.

a. The snapdeal website wanted me to enter a preferred time for return. However, nobody reported on the preferred time.

b. Only once I had a courier person to take the return and that was not the time I had preferred for the return pickup. This courier person did not even call me once and just spoke to my illiterate father who is not aware of all these things, and simply cancelled saying customer did not wish to return the product. That is precisely I had selected a preferred time.

c. Since then I have called snapdeal numerous times. A couple of times the executives took return requests, but nobody turned up or even called. I get calls from snapdeal occasionally, but I never was able to understand what they were saying. Their English was extremely poor. I do not speak hindi, and when I ask them to speak proper English, they simply cut the call and I end up getting a message saying that my return has been cancelled.

d. I have emailed [protected]@snapdeal.com multiple times, but without any response thus far.

e. Finally I got hold of a supervisor over the phone, who was extremely rude, and simply rejected my appeal saying my tone was not good. I am a poor customer and I can always be upset with your service and the way I have been cheated week in week out. Also, she said that Snapdeal has reached me multiple times and I have not responded. This is not true and is embarrassing.

f. Just like many, I work during the day and I am pretty busy at work. But, always reachable over phone. I cannot be always following up on proceedings. I make many purchases over flipkart and amazon and have never had problems. Snapdeal has just been wasting my time and money with this defective product. The customer service and tone of snapdeal's executives is extremely unprofessional.

I need my money back .. I need justice. Please help!

    I returned a product today as i didnot find it good enough and i got a msg that the refund is still pending.
    Why snapdeal why? Why every customer complain about refund issues?
    I find a good number of people here complaining about snapdeal's refund process and why not other e-commerce sites?
    Why do you people have so much problem in returning money to bank account?
    I messaged snapdeal on social networking sites but all they said was the problem is forwarded to concerned department.
    I have already faced so much problem from snapdeal earlier.
    Now also one of my product is not delivered to me even after 11 days.
    I have already submitted a complain here few hours back.

    Please return my money or bear the consequence.
    I wont message or call you all anymore.

    Yes i have got my money today morning after lots of calls and msgs. I hope my other product gets deliver to me because it is delayed since 2 weeks.

    I placed this order since 25 oct and it displays that
    the product was to be delivered on 4 nov. but i didnt get it.
    My other products which were placed much later than that were delivered to me few days back but i didnt
    recieved this one even ordering so many days before.
    I already posted a complaint here on indian consumer complaint forum that my above product is not entering shipping process and after lots of calls & msgs it was finally shipped but i havenot received any recent update regarding the delivery status.
    I am getting so many assurance alls and msgs regarding the delivery but no update about the product.
    The tracking also shows no movement since so many days.
    For this reason i stopped paying through prepaid.
    Plzz let me know when my prouduct
    will b delivered to me.

        I received my order at 31st oct 2016 but the product was completely different dats why i raise a return request & my product pickup date has been scheduled by 2nd nov 2016... today is 6th nov & my product pickup is not completed... i contact snapdeal customer care regarding this issue but no solution has provide 2 me... now am helpless... so i request u guyz pls look into this matter & provide me a genuine solution...

        My problem has been solved ... snapdeal arrange a reschedule for pickup via delhivery courier... after the pickup has been completed they refunded my amount via freecharge account ... thanx for such genuine help... u guyz rock ... keep it up

            I Ordered an Blue Star 1.5 Ton AC with Snapdeal on 03 OCT 2016. I received only the Outdoor unit on 19 Oct 2016. Then i spoke to the customer care from Day 1 i received the shipment. Each and every time they say to ship the Indoor unit, But i never received it till now (November 6 2016). Then from one of the customer care guys i came to know that the AC was shipped from the Snapdeal warehouse and not via Retailer. In my courier invoice it is clear that No.of packages shipped was only 1. So it is a mistake from snapdeal side.

            For one month time they did not take any action . Snapdeal is trying to cheat me and i have Paid the full amount.

            Kindly help me to get the full shipment or my money back.

              This is issue regarding return of my Snapdeal order.
              1)I received a medium size product when I had ordered Large size
              2)Raised return request with Snapdeal immediately but since I had gone out of station on Diwali vacation I asked pickup guy to reschedule my pickup..
              3)I got a call from Snapdeal asking whether I still wanna return the product since delivery guy cld not reach out to me. I said yes I'm out if station so can return product only when I will b back to Mumbai.
              4)Now when I'm trying to contact customer call centre they are giving me some I the other reply and telling me I will have to keep the product there is no way I can return the same.

              I wanna know company like Snapdeal has found this way if cheating people!!!

                I have received a defective product from snapdeal. I received the product on 21st Oct and made the complain on the same day about the defect about the damage. I received a message on next day that they tried to pick up the product but they couldnt so I called snapdeal and informed about the same and told them to pick up next day. And this happened everyday and I called up on 24th and told them I am leaving for out station on 25th night so please arrange it in day time tomorrow so they told ok. On 26th evening I got a call from some one for pick up as I was out of station I told him to come next day and on the same day I lost my cell so on 28th morning they I called up and gave my new number and told them to pick up. On 29th they closed the and I was not aware, . When I called on 29th they never Informed, I kept calling everyday for pick up on 3rd Nov they are telling the case has been closed. So after arguing so much they told we are arranging different courier as the. last courier has updated I have told him we dont want to return the product, I dont know why I will keep a defective product and do with it and keep calling customer care to return it. Till yesterday they were telling they will take it back suddenly today they are telling they wont take the product I have to keep the product, I can take what ever action I want to take but they are not going to return it back. One day they even told that they are sending warehouse address I need to go and give the product there but they didnt even sent the mail when I agreed to do the same.

                  I had placed an order of Pigeon mini hand chopper on 27th sept 2016. I didnt liked the product quality so returned on 7 th oct 2016.                       I ordered VR gear box which was found to have some missing parts. Delivery was on 19 Oct'16 and i filed return xomplain on 21 Oct but their app keep shoeing me errors after filling bank info. So i turned to their automated call to return the same. They assured me that return is filed and delivery will be attempted. But no mail or sms was sent for the same. So i tried for 2-3 days and 3-4 times each day doing the same and they tell me the same thing that money will be sent to your bank account. I do have their recording and error on app and now they are saying that they cant help me and asking me what to do now. This is pure fraud

                            I had ordered a Smiledrive 3 in 1 selfie stick. But I received a complete different product which is not as shown in the picture while ordering it.
                            I received the product on 28Th October, 2016. As soon as I received the product and came to know that it is different than what I ordered, I submitted a return/refund request to snapdeal. After this date every day they send a response stating that address for refund is incorrect, until today's date.
                            If they are able to deliver the product to address, then how can they say incorrect address while picking up?
                            This is harassment of customer and they are forcing customer to accept the WRONG product.

                              I ordered rayban aviator sunglasses from snapdeal on 20th oct 2016 and received it on 25th oct 2016. The packaging was too bad for fragile items like sunglasses. however when I tried the product, I found out them to be too large and hence requested a return. Snapdeal picked up the item on 27th Oct 2016 through ECOM Express courier service. However on 01st Nov 2016, I received a message from Snapdeal that "Return request has been declined as the quality check failed". They did not even bother to tell me the exact reason why quality check was failed as I haven't even used the product and returned it in the same packaging. They also told me that the product will be shipped back to you in next 48 hrs but till date I haven't received the product. Snapdeal is cheating their customers.
                              I have never faced such problems from any other ecommerce site. Never going to buy anything from snapdeal. Snapdeal is looting their customers.

                                  I had ordered red adidas flip flop from snapdeal.com with order no. [protected] of size UK 9 on 19th oct. I received totally different product even with different size (UK 8) from what I had ordered. As soon as I received this product, I placed a return order on the same day only. As they said I sent item via national courier even I have the receipt for same. But now they are rejecting refund request stating that item doesn't pass quality check, this is embarrassing cause I didn't even keep that item for an hour. I sent it back as soon as I received it. But still they are declining the request for refund. Although I am calling them since a week, nobody has responded yet regarding this issue. So I want you to take strict action against them and I want refund for the same asap.

                                      I bought a Lyf Wind 2 mobile phone from Snapdeal ( order I'd [protected])and have found the product description mentioned on website and actual product features to be different.Website suggests front camera to be 5mp while product supports only 2mp.

                                      I raised a return for same but company is not entertaining my return request.I have been chasing this for last 3 weeks.Snapdeal is cheating customers with false promises of easy returns when they are not honouring even commitments.

                                      Please help.

                                      A feedback to the forum here, some rogue elements are picking customer details from this forum and duping customers into Transction frauds. I happened to have been duped by 5000 rupees in the same. Suggest to include some safety net so that rogue elements cannot pick the details so easily.

                                        I had Purchased a TABLET in SNAPDEAL TV SHOP. Tablet's name is ICE PRIME 3G. I had purchased it on[protected]. Order no.[protected]. Item Code is ETBA0101. It has been 2 months from the date of purchase. But I saw a technical defect in the product. suddenly the data connection turns on automatically... and the battery doesn't stand for long time. maximum 5-6 hours.. If I contact the customer care, they tel that it has 1 year warranty and so on.. an online shopping company must have an option of returning and exchanging the products. I'm a customer of Flipkart and Amazon. both the companies has the option of returning and exchanging the products. Snapdeal, being an online marketing company is harassing its customers by not taking the product back.
