    I am continuously taking follow up for my refund for the product. I am not getting proper answer from customer care. Three time they said i will receive email from finance within 15 min after completion of call. But i never received any email from them. Not sure if they are processing with our request. I am doubt on company that there are focusing on customer complain and request.
    I have done around 4 email on [protected]@snapdeal.com but there not single reply from them.

      I received the order on 27th October and raised the return request on 30th October as the product was not working. Filter stopped working.

      But soon after raising the return request, the option to download Invoice was gone.
      So, I raised another request by calling you guys for gettng a duplicate invoice...

      Since then last 4 days, your customer executives keep saying I will receive within 24-48 hours or within a couple of hours...But I haven't received...

      Too much deceiving customer executives..
      One guys told me, please hold the line and I will go tell the other person to send the invoice immediately...but that also didn't happen...

      The other guy told me previous 2 guys were joking around...so he took a proper compalin and gave me this ID[protected] ...

      ow, since these 4 days, 1 time courier people updated falsely saying they tried picking up, but it was not available...that was wrong...

      Today they called me on 4th Nov, but I couldn't give it as I don't have a invoice...

      NOt sure what to do..??? As the customer care executives just keep playing with the calls it seems...

        I had placed an order for casserole online, also made the payment but till date I have not received delivery of my goods. They had promised to give me delivery on or before 28 October.
        Now there is no proper response from them.
        Also now they message saying it will be delayed for more 8 days.
        The delivery person gives false report stating that they have returned whereas due to diwali we were always at home.
        Also they stated on their call centre number that the parcel is at Bhiwandi...but till today I have not received.
        they are just fooling around.
        Inspite of several complaints on their customer care emails and telcon no favourable response is there.

            Product was dispatched from Delhi on 17th Oct through Fedex. Here is the updates from FedEx.

            It just picked up at 14.06 PM and Delivered at 14.20 PM, surprising this is my address is 3000KM far from the Delhi, I dont know how the status is showing delivered?

              I ordered a ray-ban sunglasses through snapdeal because snapdeal gives great discout on the product which i want. When i receive the order i was shocked that they sends Local cheap Thief market Rs.100-200 copy of my glasses with different shade of glasses. So i place return request but when product goes under quality check they fails my procud in quality check & says we're send your product to again yourself within 48hrs. I was totally shocked that i spend 5k on these first copy. Then i am wait for my re-delivered product. Today 5days conpleted but still not received the my re-delivering order. I think snapdeal plays a very cheap game with their innocent customers. Very bad snapdeal. A fraud E-commerce website on internet. Now i only wants my money back. Why should i spend my 5k on a local first copy of my aviators which is totally different in lens shade.

                  Dear sir,

                  I had purchased a ray ban sunglass on 16th oct and the same was delivered to me on 23rd octI returned the same on 24th oct without opening the box. Now the people from snap deal have told that the refund cannot be made because it failed quality check and that the item was dirty. This looks like pure embezzlement. According to my purchase I have a 14 day refund or return policy.

                      Hello snapdeal team,
                      The complaint no is 34357598.
                      it is regarding pickup and return/refund of i-Revo smart TV Box.
                      Your courier partner is giving fake remarks that i was not reachable or i have refused to return the product.
                      in reality they never contacted me, despite giving 2-mobile numbers.
                      even though i kept calling your customer care everyday for the pickup, i didn't recieve any call from snapdeal regarding this.
                      I had also spoken about this to your customer care supervisor Uday. He was also not able to give any answer.
                      As the product is not working properly and it was manufactured in December 2014.
                      on informing this, your customer care people told me that "I have to use the product, there is no option"... ??????????
                      I am really having Very Bad experience with snapdeal for this product.
                      please, let me know what will be course of action ahead?

                          Order delivery courier company people have stolen items from my place. Called and complained snapdeal about the same. I have been asked to raise a complaint against courier company. I have been charged for delivery and snapdeal is washing their hands off. This is a question of trust. I am very let down by this irresponsible answer from snapdeal team.
                          Today they have stolen things from my place. How can I trust the packet they have delivered. What is the guarantee that items are not tampered or replaced with by these people.

                            Snapdeal is a big time cheat. I had placed an order (Order no.- [protected]) on 8th oct. Snapdeal delivered the product on 18th oct. The battery of the mobile was damaged, i placed a replacement request on 19th oct stating "product (Battery) is damanged". They sent a karbonn service engineer on 22nd oct who did a factory reset and gave a receipt stating "battery issue, battery issue not resolved" upon which the engineer suggested a replacement of product and snapdeal by themselves scheduled a pick up visit on 24th oct. On 28th oct, they sent a notification stating "replacement order is declined" because it did not pass the quality check. I spoke to the customer care multiple no. Of times and they resent the product for second quality check. These people did not even inform that they again failed the second quality check. Sent directly a notification that product is dispatched. I called the customer service centre again and they informed me quality check is failed because the product was dirty and damaged. For god sake, that was the exact reason we wanted a replacement and they are failing their quality checks giving same reason.

                            I checked in their website that this product is out of stock and i am assuming that this is the main reason they are not doing replacement.

                            They are not professional at all. Customer care executives do not know anything. They are bloody cheaters. I want my money back. I do not trust this company at all, so i do not want any product from them. I just want a refund. For information, this was the first time i ordered something from snapdeal and i have this helluva experience. I am going to spread a word that they are cheaters.

                              The item has NOT been received by me so far, though it is stated to be delivered on 26/10/16.

                              I lodged complaint regarding non delivery on 27/10/16 and have spoken on phone number.[protected] of Snapdeal. I was assured that they were looking into the matter and that the item ordered will be delivered by 02/11/16. When I spoke again today they said they are looking into the matter.

                              I request refund of the money paid, if item ordered cannot be delivered to me forthwith.

                                This has complaint about Order ID: [protected], Placed on 12 Sep 2016 and received on 22 Sep 2016.
                                Already followup from the order date but still waiting for installation.
                                Once a person came for fixing it and after checking the product, he told that screws are less and not sufficient. From that date done many conversation with snapdeal but nobody come for the assembly.
                                As there was commitment from Snapdeal for free installation,
                                Please do the needful.

                                  I purchased Vu Full HD Smart LED TV (model No. H40k311) from Snapdeal.com on 28 Oct, 2016 for INR 29, 999/-, Order ID - [protected]. The product was delivered on 3 November, 2016. I called the Installation Engineer that the company provides and the package was opened by the engineer. On unpacking, it was discovered that the product is damaged, like the screen is broken from 2 places. The engineer wrote and submitted the report immediately and guided me that the return process needs to be initiated immediately. I raised the Return / Refund request immediately from Snapdeal site and was given the ticket no. # 34943852.
                                  On 4 Nov, 2016, I received an SMS from Snapdeal informing that a courier 'NUVOEX' will come to pick up the damaged product today. This being the case, I stayed at home all day, waiting for the courier guy to come and pick up the damaged product. I received another SMS at 3.30 PM from Snapdeal, informing that the pickup was unsuccessful as the customer was unavailable at the address provided. I did not understand the reason for such a dishonest approach. I called up the Snapdeal Customer Care at '[protected]'. My call was answered by an advisor named 'Naveen' he was untrained and lacked basic training. He was unable to understand this simple issue and was just narrating the verbatim given to them. I asked him to forward my call to the concerned supervisor / escalation team so that I can get a proper solution to my problem, however, even after constantly insisting him to escalate, he refused and was reluctant to get the supervisor on call, he even mentioned that the Supervisor would not get on call for 'such petty issues'. I reminded him that I have already made the payment in full for the product purchased. I was on call for 1 hour before hanging up dissatisfied with their behavior.
                                  The customer service is just harassing the customers and the company is total fraud.

                                  I want to get the amount Refunded immediately and the product to be picked up by them in a day's time.

                                  They have ruined my Occasion and now my money is tied up with them and I can't even buy a new TV.

                                    I am Divya Srivastava, Order id [protected], order placed date 5.8.2016 and cancelled date 7.8.2016.but got cancelled product, I refused to take that product but coriur boy said(ye to apko lena hi paega kyonki hamare office me aa gaya h).I have taken the product and informed to snapdeal authority. they committed to refund my amount and pickup the product.when to be the incident to be happening and i get back my money and you will pick up the product from my home as per snapdeal rule and regulation on cash on delivery system. I TRUSTED your commitment over phone call at least 6 times with 20 -25 minutes communication par call.what is the consequences let me know.

                                        My order no. is [protected]. I have paid for thesofa through debit card on 4th October. In my order the delivery date was mentioned 1st November to 5th November. Today when I checked status on My order it was written Closed. How can you do this ? I have waited for full month and missed all deals online, now I am getting this from your company. Pathetic, terrible .
                                        I want my money back as soon as possible otherwise I have to take legal action against your company. You know what will happen with your company. Cheaters.
