in reality they never contacted me, despite giving 2-mobile numbers.
even though i kept calling your customer care everyday for the pickup, i didn't recieve any call from snapdeal...

I had placed an order for laptop dated 7th Oct 16. Initial date of delivery was around 17th-19th October. On raising an query it was indicated it will be delivered between 19th-25th October.
