I ordered a swipe connect 5.1 Mobile on 11 Oct([protected]).but camera didn't work .I had complaint than they replaced on 25 Oct.but same problem I faced.then I complain again but they also said to me engineer will visit and then we will come any decession.I also said them that I am not in home 8am to 8pm how is possible to engineer visit.thay also said you have to present in home.other wise refund will not be paid. PLS HELP ME

    This is Regular Format answer you sent to Every Frustrated snapdeal customer, I don't think so your are Serious to this matter no Action taken from your site, I had ordered for BLUE colour Micromax x970 but received Black your call center told replacement not possible & not given handset which courier boy took on 21 Oct.

        I had ordered mesh back office chair buy 1 get 1 free on 15th oct, 2016. Only one chair was delivered on 20th october, 2016. The courier person told the other chair will be delivered after 2 days. Its been more than 10 days and we still waiting for 2nd chair. I have called snap deal customer care no more than 5 times and no one is bothered to reply.

          I'm highly embarrassed with snapdeal they sent me a duplicate product and now not responding for reverse pick up and refund. The order was for Nivea whitening lotion and order no was [protected] after I raised the complaint to snapdeal they asked me to send product photos along with original product pics. But it's more than 4 days they didn't respond neither call nor mail however few reference no I got against my queries those are 34572812 n 34687673.. When I post the same to sd fb page they promised me to contact about this matter but no one contacts me I'm completely shocked how they can behave in such unprofessional way and even how they dare to send me the fake product online... Please guys be aware from snapdeal they are stealing our money...

            Hi Team,

            Would like to bring to your notice that the product sent by Vendor was used/ defective & while installing absolutely no support on call.
            Please refer Order ID: [protected] for more info.
            I have returned the product next day of receiving it & now the product is rejected by QC. This isn't fair form customer's point of view because I trusted Snapdeal & have paid full amount as COD. My question to you is why didn't the team do a quality check before sending the product to Me...do they know the product sent was old, used & infact defective piece which was noisy. Moreover it was the Wrong product which was sent, it didn't match the description nor the picture on your Snapdeal portal.

            Request you to please look into this issue on priority basis & refund my money asap. As a customer I have lost faith in Snapdeal & it's farud list of vendors. Very disappointed with the service post the purchase & no support from your call center...just couldn't get thru your infinite loop of IVR. It's been more than a month still no solution. Total waste of money, time & effort.

            I am intrigued to approach Consumer court & will escalate to your CEO asking for justice.

            Awaiting for a quick response.

              First the order is for the Maggie non veg combo i was really happy to see that you are giving a bowl set free with this too
              But i receiver my product after 2 week ...am not living in a village amazon delivers here within a week and you are delivering here in 2 or more weeks

                I had placed an order for laptop dated 7th Oct 16. Initial date of delivery was around 17th-19th October. On raising an query it was indicated it will be delivered between 19th-25th October.

                Now almost a month has gone and I haven't received my item and there is no status update as well.

                I tried to cancel the order, the snapdeal website doesn't allow me to do it.

                  The above order was placed on 6th october 2016. today is 4.11.2016 and the product is not delivered yet. the initial delivery date was between 19 - 24th october 2016. then it got a sms stating that there is delay in delivery of the product and i will get the product between 25-29th oct. 2016. again i got a sms stating that there is delay in delivery of the product and i will get the product between 31 oct. 2016 - 4th november 2016. today is 4th november, still the product is not delivered. i tried to track the awb p[protected]. but there is no update at all. the update is of 18th october (product is transit from hub gurgaon). i don't understand for any courier to deliver the product from gurgaon to chennai it will take more than 15 days. i have been calling snapdeal customer care since last 3 days (ms. priyanka / mr. karthik / mr. rahul) they are simple saying the product will be delivered. but no specific confirmation about the whereabout of the product. since vulcan is their own courier partner is it not possible to get the exact whereabout of the product. the tracking of the awb is of no use and there is no update at all after 18th of october. i want you to take it up strongly with snapdeal in delivering the product.

                          I had ordered this prestige airfryer paf 1.0 placed on 12 oct 2016, which was delivered to me by 21st october 2016. the packing was not in good condition as there was only a thin layer of bubble wrap over the box. when we powered up the item, the fryer started showing "e1" on the display with consistent beeps, the touch display stopped responding too. i had immediately booked a return and refund, the item was duly packed in original condition with all accessories. the snapdeal given the refund request ticket id: 33548213, and intimated to me that the courier agent nuvoex will pick up the item within two days. don't know which planet snapdeal is located, i'm sure they are not on earth as it is been more than 12 days, the item lying with me. reminded snapdeal afew times through their torturous customer care (listening to their offer and getting to a person to talk to is the real torture). even contacted nuvoex about this. but the pick-up never happened. the amount i spent is with snapdeal trapped for literally 25 days now (i wonder how much interest snapdeal would be enjoying by keeping the money of cancelled and returned items!). i want the item to be picked asap and my money to be returned immediaately.
                          Hope this will not fall into deaf ears

                              I have return the product to different address other than the address mentioned to sent. I have sent to delhi warehouse instead of chennai warehouse. I have mentioned it my mail and they asked me to send the receipt. I have sent the receipt but they have not responded for that. I have mailed them several times. I have all the proof with me. I want them to refund my money as i have returned the product. They don't even responding for the mails that i have sent

                                I have ordered a moto g turbo phone from snapdeal on 24th oct 2016 and i have received the item on 28th oct via india post. After opening the package i found that the phone microphone is not working properly. So i raised a refund/replace request on 01 nov 2016 the website saying someone will call to confirm the issue and they will arrange a pickup. No one contacted me till. I have called snapdeal customer care twice. They said you will be contacted within 6 hours, its past 48 hours still nothing. How can we trust this site.

                                  We received a faulty product (Ifb microwave) on 13th oct from snapdeal for which we filed a replacement request after engineer from ifb confirmed it was faulty product on 15th oct. The courier partner never picked up the product and gave the reason that we refused the pickup, snapdeal closed the request. We called to reopen the request which was again closed by snapdeal citing the reason that our phone number is not reacheable. Truth is no one ever called or came for pickup, we have given our alternative number as well. Since then we are calling the customer care everyday and they assure us to take action but till date no action has been taken. This is highly disappointing, i would also name a few executives who attended our calls, assured us but did not do anything. Poonam, pranav, shubham & abdul were few executives who assured us but failed to do so. Now they are saying that the request is closed as it is past the period of return. You can check all the recordings.

                                  Please help us in getting our product replaced or refunded.

                                    Order id [protected] product wonderchef cookware set.
                                    I found one of the kadai in damaged condition. It is bend from the top. Now when i ask for replacement it says that item is out of stock where as it is available on snapdeal on same date i.e 3 nov 16.Then snapdeal says me go for refund but we cant pick up the item, you send it to us. If i have to do all these then why should I go for online shoping .If packing is good and item is damaged it means Snapdeal does not check items before packing. It gives offer on damaged condition. Now I found really an untrustworthy cheating online shop.

                                      I got a fraud call from the following cell no today:
                                      [protected].
                                      A caller identifying himself as Manish from SNAPDEAL called from the above no and referred to my complaint on Consumer Complaints.in about by cancelled order of Snapdeal .com and asked for my debit card no to remit my amounts back.I was busy and distracted and inadvertently gave him my debit card details n he immediately cut off the call.
                                      Then I deactivated my Debit card calling up the bank.
                                      This seems to be a fraud who siphons off people's cash...
