So, i tried to place it return but there not showing return option. After many calls to customer care they suggest to place it to replace request and we do so (Reference no:[protected] on 15th oct 2016 courier boy took mobile. Money and mobile both in their hand......

First, Snapdeal can deliver item to remote area but could not collect same defected piece from same area since they don't have pick up facility. How come drop facility is available in that area? It was my last shopping with snapdeal anyhow.

Replacement of faulty hp deskjet ink advantage 2520hc all in one printer delivered on 26th oct-2016. i sent email with images of printer and certificate
Given by hp engineer that the printer is dead on arrival, means not working since installation and need to replace.

I sent 4-5 emails and daily phone on customer care of snapdeal, but
No action. 4 days before they told that engineer visit schedulded

I ordered Gold color fan but it came in mix color(Gold+silver)
I asked for replacement on 7th of October. They picked up the fan on 10th October but still I have not got replaced order.

I purchased 10 no. unstitched clothes and made full payment through my yesbank virtual credit card on 30.10.16 when 20% cashback offer existed. it may be checked that these items were not barred from this offer on the day of purchase. the 20% cashback amount has not yet been credited to me.
I would request snapdeal to act on their itemwise commitment as per their offer...

I am place my order on 26th of october. When i chose this product its shows Snapdeal gold benifit available and delivey within 5days if i'll pay by card. This is a gift item for my dear one, so i'll pay by card and order placed. After that its shows delivery by 3rd nov to 6th nov. I think this is the maximum time for delivery. But today 3rd nov. A few days ago i ordered an 1 tb hard drive from snapdeal which was of rs. 4, 199 and it display that i had to pay rs. 4, 199 only. But at the time of delivery the amount printed on the box was rs. 4, 577.
I need to ask this question that why this happens so? Cash on delivery was free but still it charged me rs. 4, 577. Why?

I placed order on 5th oct 2016 and today is 3rd nov 2016 and i have no idea where is my product. I tried to contact snapdeal through custosmer care no but their no is not programmed to make calls so i sent 4-5 times mail and everytime they sent me same mail like our representatives will call u shortly and till now no body called me.

What a pathetic service.. i made a big mistake to chose snapdeal for shopping...

I had ordered a mobile from snapdeal, snapdeal sent me a non working mobile which never turns on.i raised the replacement request on 25 Oct (on same day of delivery of mobile) however no replacement is done till now.

I have made plenty of calls to snapdeal customer care, and each time i am being told that i need to wait for 24 hours, This is happening from past 9 days....

I have placed order on 12th October and since size was small, immediately asked for replacement. Courier partner had closed my request without informing me. Twice I had faced the same. Status is still closed in my app but complaint is open in 📞. I had wasted my 6 hours in continuous follow up with 📞. They are useless as their 48 hours has not come even after 24 day.
