Dear sir

I have an ordered microphone with amount more than 900/- but i have recived wrongly microphone with amount less than 400/- after that i was called to snapdeal costumercare for return this item and demanding for refund, but his executive was refused for refund. According to executive i was paid only 364 but shoping time payment deduct from my account with more than 900.
Kindly requesting to you please help soon.

    I have ordered Wildstone Forest Spice Perfume Body Spray on 20th Oct 2016 Order No. is [protected]. Order was expected by 25th Oct'16 but it was not received by me instead received mail & message stating that the order has been delivered.
    I have already paid for the same through Credit Card.
    Also submitted a complaint on 26th Oct'16 for the same Reference Id is 34095384.
    Till today i.e 03rd Nov 2016 i have not received the order.
    After contacting Customer Care there were only replies saying "We will get back to you."
    Please look into the matter & send the order.

      I have ordered Reebok shoes on 22nd Oct 2016 and it is to be delivered on 27th Oct but I got the msg that the delivery is attempted but could not delivered but actually they have not attempted even I got the same msg on 28th oct and then I got same msg on 2nd oct and got the call from delivery person after I complained to snapdeal on 1st nov 2016 but since I was out so told him to deliver on 3rd Nov the delivery boy called me and told me that I am coming in 1hr. time but then after 30mins he again called me that it has been cancelled by snapdeal, then I called to snapdeal they are saying it has been cancelled by courier company they both are just playing passing the bugs on each other and this is not the first time it is happening this is happening everytime even last time I got the product defected and when I place order for replacement then the product is not available then you have to either refund or keep the same defected product . There is clean and clear wrong intention of snapdeal just to fool the client .

        Dear sir,

        I have ordered this product Adidas Ax2 Olive Wildlife|Camping Sports Shoes on snapdeal dated26/10/2016 for Rs 4004 with festive discount of 25% on Amex card. The product was supposed to be delivered on 31/10/2016. On 02/11/2016 snapdeal has cancelled the order and initiated the refund of the same amount to my bank account. But the product is still available on their website with higher price tag. When I contacted the customer care they say that the seller is different and they can help about it. Because of this order which I placed on snapdeal I missed out many offers on other online shopping portals like amazon, flipkart.
        I understand that, Snapdeal by providing cheap deals with fake sellers on their website, they are generating money for 10-15 days or more and enjoy the interest on the same and then cancel the order by saying the seller has backed out the deal. I have waited for the offers so long and got cheated badly by this snapdeal. Even though they have returned the money, I have not got the product I wished for at very lower rate. I have attached the image of the product availabity on snapdeal on 03/11/2016 along with the invoice of my previous order on 26/10/2016.

            Its Been More than 10 days I am getting same response from snapdeal even after several numbers of mail.
            Fed up of calling on the number given by snapdeal with no positive response. They are just taking their customers granted which is not expected by reputed E commerce company like Snapdeal. With this kind of performance you can loose large number of customers.

              I have bought gionee multimedia phone from snapdeal on 24.10.2016 where in specification details, it was not mentioned properly about weight of the product which is very heavy and makes to transform decision. Secondly its battery drains up and it switches off very recently. There is advertisement from snapdeal that we provide 100% satisfaction to customer and provide return policy if any product damaged, unsatisfactory or different from specification. I would be very helpful if snapdeal would resolve the issue with refund of amount as early as possible.

                I ordered a smartphone of rs5500 on 1st October 2016 after reciveing the products I found damage so I returned it... they promise me to return in 2days but it is now 3week gone but I did not recive my phone...                     Sir, i placed redmi note3 mobile on 2nd oct 2016, order id: [protected], received on 5th oct 2016 and from second day itself we experienced that mobile is under quality in some specs. So, i tried to place it return but there not showing return option. After many calls to customer care they suggest to place it to replace request and we do so (Reference no:[protected] on 15th oct 2016 courier boy took mobile. Money and mobile both in their hand... After that we are facing terrible experience that no further shopping in snapdeal. Still we are calling customer care, they said we will contact you by 24 hr. We send mails to snapdeal help center but not responding proper way.in their mial.. Sorry unable to complete your request. It is almost one month long time we are facing their delay to refund. Please help us...

                        I purchased 2 recliners of Maroon color from snapdeal recently. One of the recliners(material - leatherette) had minor tears on the rear end, which should be easily repairable. Since I ordered 2 of the same color and since the site mentioned the product to cover manufacturing defects warranty for a period of 6 months, I understood it should be a direct thing to call for repair and have it sorted. However - even after writing thrice to snapdeal customer service and repeatedly calling up their customer care number+91 [protected](as mentioned on their website); I havent received any resolution / call / even an email stating someone is looking into my problem. Pathetic customer service, we expect better service from a renowned service provider, especially when multiple purchases are being made for objects to be used long term.

                          Snapdeal is a big cheating company. They are fooling people and making them helpless.

                          I ordered 1 bedsheet - fagna creations cotton bedsheet & 1 dress material - gopi creations dress material. Bedsheet i did not like as its threads were out & dress material-they sent wrong dress material. I ordered blue colored suit but they sent me some black & white different bad fabric suit for which i put return request within half an hour of delivery. When i sent it back they said that the quality check failed & your product will be sent back to you. They told that they cannot return my money. They said bedsheet is used which is not the case. I have attached pictures of bedsheet which shows i did not use it & sent back as it is. For dress material, i don't know till now why my return request declined.
                          You can check call records from snapdeal showing that how many i have called them for both the things. First they sent me wrong things and later they don't even return my money.
                          I don't understand what quality check was failed. I just returned what they sent.

                          I contacted them many times both on call & on social media but every time they say we are working on it on priority & assure me that they will solve issue but nothing happens.

                          Even their customer care representatives are rude on call.

                          Please help. I want my refund i. E. 460+539 =999/-

                            I have purchased a godrej microwave oven during diwali 2016 with 25% bank discount. After 10 days the snapdeal cancelled my order. Now there is no offer. I have to purchase the same by spending 25% extra. I saw a similar complaint by other buyer also here. This means that they intentionally cancelled all the orders bought on diwali offer. Pure cheating.

                              I had ordered a product on the snapdeal website on 28 Th oct and it is said that the order will be delivered between 2nd and 6 th of October and the order is not yet dispatched. I had sent many emails to the customer care and they haven't replayed .

                                I am based out of Bangalore and recently purchased a study table that requires installation. Order No is [protected]. It is mentioned in the product page that free installation service is provided by Snapdeal. I have been trying to reach Snapdeal customer service for the last two days to no avail. No replies for any of the emails sent. This is a pathetic service from Snapdeal. This is my first major order from Snapdeal (have been with Amazon/Flipkart for the last 6-7 years) and I don't think I will be placing anymore orders on Snapdeal. Complete cheats.

                                Very poor communication from Snapdeal. Initially, got an email that installation is not available for my pincode. Next day, I got an email from EasyFix that Snapdeal has scheduled a furniture installation and same day got the installation done perfectly. Despite a prompt delivery and service, Snapdeal has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Their CS reps have no clue what to do. It is impossible to reach them on the phone. I will not be ordering from Snapdeal anytime soon.

                                  Hi,
                                  First, Snapdeal can deliver item to remote area but could not collect same defected piece from same area since they don't have pick up facility. How come drop facility is available in that area? It was my last shopping with snapdeal anyhow.
                                  I ordered a cooker from snap deal (order number [protected]) and received a defected piece from them. They did not collect it from my location since it is in Navi mumbai. Navi Mumbai is remote location according to SNAPDEAL.
                                  As requested by snapdeal customer care executive (since they don't have pick up facility in my area), i send defected item via courier at provided address. But Snapdeal never refund my courier charges.
                                  According to Snapdeal policy, on receiving item and quality check, courier charges will be send back to customer if item is send back by customer. In my case, it never happened. I need to call them or write them again and again to get courier charges.

                                      Replacement of faulty hp deskjet ink advantage 2520hc all in one printer delivered on 26th oct-2016. i sent email with images of printer and certificate
                                      Given by hp engineer that the printer is dead on arrival, means not working since installation and need to replace.

                                      I sent 4-5 emails and daily phone on customer care of snapdeal, but
                                      No action. 4 days before they told that engineer visit schedulded
                                      And he will call within 24 hours, but till date neither i received
                                      Phone not he visited.

                                      Kindly give your valuable advice.

                                        Orient 1200 mm Summer Crown Ceiling Fan Orient Gold
                                        I ordered Gold color fan but it came in mix color(Gold+silver)
                                        I asked for replacement on 7th of October. They picked up the fan on 10th October but still I have not got replaced order.

                                        Snapdeal has refused to replace/refund today after keeping me waiting for over 1 month. My complain request number with snapdeal is 31838224.
