For the diwali unbox happiness sale, i ordered an fossil fs4552 watch on 18th october 2016 for rs 8586, order number - [protected]. On 24th october the product was delivered to me. I was not happy with the weight and colour of the product. Weight was not mentioned in the description and colour was charcoal black. I returned the the product. For returns only damage options are available to pick from the reasons.in comments i mentioned its too heavy to wear. Then i can called snapdeal customer care, they said in kerala there is no pick up facility available. They delivered through blue dart and blue dart demanded in writing that we can claim only till rs 4999 if anything happens to the product. I agreed paid rs 310 and sent the product back to snapdeal on oct 27th. Snapdeal received the product and rejected my complaint by saying failed quality check. Returning my product to me. I am calling the customer care (Which is not a toll free number) from 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, 1st all executives including senior executive where the call was escalated assured i will get a call back from back. From the day i placed order or when it got rejected i have not received any single call. All i am getting is feedback on customer care executive call. They have not refunded my couriour charges. Snapdeal is saying they cannot do anything on complaint. I said i dont want this model at least give me another model. Right now my rs 8586s on toss. I have spoke to 6 executives till date.in your website its mention no questions asked if we are unhappy with the product purchased through snapdeal. Is this what you mean by that? Now i dont have the watch, daily time, money and energy waste by speaking to your executives, no call back from your back end, paid rs 8586 and rs 310 already.
This what snapdeal meant by unbox happiness. I dint want to post this in social media, but now i dont have any choice as there is no resolution for my concern. Hope someone who reads this can give a solution.

Updated by laksh61 LakToday I got a call from the Miss Sonia, social media team and told me that there is a Discrepancy for the transaction I made for the product so neither my money and product cannot be returned. I am wondering I paid from my credit card and they send me the product after accepting the payment. Now they are not sending atleast the same product back or neither refunding my money by saying my snapdeal account issuspended. Do you think Rs 8850 which including courier charges grown up in the tree for you not returning it? Or I will keep quiet . When I asked what discreprancy she said it cannot be disclosed. Next option is legal stuffs, consumer court, compalint. Anyways its my hard earned money definitely I will run behind it.
