Hi,

I ordered for Sunflame 4b spectra plus gas stove but i received just spectra variant. I placed a return request as a wrong product was delivered but the product was picked up promply. The courier partner NuvoEx seems to be faking the pickup. I receive reasons saying that they tried to pick up but nobody available at home and they were not able to reach me on my mobile.
