I had ordered lenovo ideapad laptop 110 on 2nd oct 2016.after received the laptop i had seen this was not work properly so i have replaced it.but again replaced product itme is not work properly battary backup was very poor.finally i had return it on 21 oct 2016 and snapdeal had received 25 oct 2016 but till 3 nov 2016 i have not received any refund amount . i had make a call several time at snapdeal customer care but they were not given any positive respond .so plz help me to replace the refund .my snapdeal account mobile no. is [protected].

    A few days ago i ordered an 1 tb hard drive from snapdeal which was of rs. 4, 199 and it display that i had to pay rs. 4, 199 only. But at the time of delivery the amount printed on the box was rs. 4, 577.
    I need to ask this question that why this happens so? Cash on delivery was free but still it charged me rs. 4, 577. Why?
    I have also talked to customer care of snapdeal they told me to give time of at least 48 hours to resolve my queries, they will contact me, but till now my problem is not solved.

      Hi

      I placed order on 5th oct 2016 and today is 3rd nov 2016 and i have no idea where is my product. I tried to contact snapdeal through custosmer care no but their no is not programmed to make calls so i sent 4-5 times mail and everytime they sent me same mail like our representatives will call u shortly and till now no body called me.

      What a pathetic service.. i made a big mistake to chose snapdeal for shopping this diwali.

      Now i dont want that product. I need my money back and can u help me how to get my money back.

      I paid 25774 through my credit card for spacewood bedroom set.

        I had ordered a mobile from snapdeal, snapdeal sent me a non working mobile which never turns on.i raised the replacement request on 25 Oct (on same day of delivery of mobile) however no replacement is done till now.

        I have made plenty of calls to snapdeal customer care, and each time i am being told that i need to wait for 24 hours, This is happening from past 9 days.

          I have placed order on 12th October and since size was small, immediately asked for replacement. Courier partner had closed my request without informing me. Twice I had faced the same. Status is still closed in my app but complaint is open in 📞. I had wasted my 6 hours in continuous follow up with 📞. They are useless as their 48 hours has not come even after 24 day.
          All the customers do not have access to executives and ie why you search other number on net and there is number for refund who knows your account details linked to snapdeal once OTP is shared then your money are gone. Pl remove wrong web page from net. Give me refund ASAP

            Hi,

            I ordered for Sunflame 4b spectra plus gas stove but i received just spectra variant. I placed a return request as a wrong product was delivered but the product was picked up promply. The courier partner NuvoEx seems to be faking the pickup. I receive reasons saying that they tried to pick up but nobody available at home and they were not able to reach me on my mobile. All of these are untrue.

            There is no customer care support from snapdeal. No proper forum to voice your problem. All theu have is an automated IVR and it as custome care. Poor service. I want snapdeal to take necessary action and make the return smooth.

              It's very disappointing and frustrating that my product American Tourister was picked up on15th oct'16, and till today there is no replacement done by snapdeal, moreover i called up 4 times and every time was given the assurance, that we shall get back to you in a day or two but i never received any information regarding my product from your side.
              My calls to your call centre cost me Rs 500, moreover what mental stress i go thru you are not bothered..But now I'm not going to sit and wait, either send my product(medium size ) in a week or I'm going to consumer court to file a case against the company and also going to put up this matter on social media .

                My account was registerd with +91-[protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com. i have been using my freecharge account using mail id as my mobile number was lost from a long time. today i got a message from snapdeal that one order has been placed using my freecharge account and my money has been deducted,. this order has been placed by some another person who has received my number. i also contacted snapdeal care but they are not helping out and saying that this is a matter of freecharge not snapdeal. but as per my knowledge now both these companies have united but still no resolution to my problem. my rs 60 has been deducted for someone elses order. i request you to refund my money and change my profile number to [protected]

                  I ordered for this belt before diwali and for a special occasion and what i got delivered from them is an empty box, seriously what kind of act is this, its completely cheating. I tried connecting with their customer care, no response. I want my money back as soon as possible. How much time i should spend time thinking about my lost money. I wanted refund soon.
                  When i called the driver and asked about the product he was too unresponsive.
                  Rs 305 is the refund amount. Daller black faux leather formal belts is the product.

                      Hi,

                      For the diwali unbox happiness sale, i ordered an fossil fs4552 watch on 18th october 2016 for rs 8586, order number - [protected]. On 24th october the product was delivered to me. I was not happy with the weight and colour of the product. Weight was not mentioned in the description and colour was charcoal black. I returned the the product. For returns only damage options are available to pick from the reasons.in comments i mentioned its too heavy to wear. Then i can called snapdeal customer care, they said in kerala there is no pick up facility available. They delivered through blue dart and blue dart demanded in writing that we can claim only till rs 4999 if anything happens to the product. I agreed paid rs 310 and sent the product back to snapdeal on oct 27th. Snapdeal received the product and rejected my complaint by saying failed quality check. Returning my product to me. I am calling the customer care (Which is not a toll free number) from 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, 1st all executives including senior executive where the call was escalated assured i will get a call back from back. From the day i placed order or when it got rejected i have not received any single call. All i am getting is feedback on customer care executive call. They have not refunded my couriour charges. Snapdeal is saying they cannot do anything on complaint. I said i dont want this model at least give me another model. Right now my rs 8586s on toss. I have spoke to 6 executives till date.in your website its mention no questions asked if we are unhappy with the product purchased through snapdeal. Is this what you mean by that? Now i dont have the watch, daily time, money and energy waste by speaking to your executives, no call back from your back end, paid rs 8586 and rs 310 already.

                      This what snapdeal meant by unbox happiness. I dint want to post this in social media, but now i dont have any choice as there is no resolution for my concern. Hope someone who reads this can give a solution.

                      LakToday I got a call from the Miss Sonia, social media team and told me that there is a Discrepancy for the transaction I made for the product so neither my money and product cannot be returned. I am wondering I paid from my credit card and they send me the product after accepting the payment. Now they are not sending atleast the same product back or neither refunding my money by saying my snapdeal account issuspended. Do you think Rs 8850 which including courier charges grown up in the tree for you not returning it? Or I will keep quiet . When I asked what discreprancy she said it cannot be disclosed. Next option is legal stuffs, consumer court, compalint. Anyways its my hard earned money definitely I will run behind it.

                        Hello snapdeal,

                        I have recently joined snapdeal for ordering of few products & really i had a very very bad experience.
                        Firstly : the orders are getting delivered after 15 days (even if its a small datacable). unprofessional & not trained delivery persons

                        Secondly :return policy is worst. i have ordered farenheit sunglass which got delivered after 15 days. i did not like the product (quality & size) so immediately initiated to return the product on the same day.in the next 24 hours product was returned in a perfect condition as it was delivered to me. i asked snapdeal to refund the money in my freecharge account so that i can order another sunglass with that money.
                        But the dealer & snapdeal has telling lie that product is delivered in used condition & not taking the product back

                        After waiting for 3 days i got a reply from snapdeal i got a mail that the product fails quality check.
                        I called to customer care & instaed of hearing from my end they are also telling the comments provided by dealer/snapdeal

                        Its a very bad experience i am getting from snapdeal.
                        If you people really care for customers please refund my money back for the same order.
                        Very disappointed.

                          Dear sir, in 29 September in placed order Samsung Bluetooth headset order id [protected]. In 4th october i got that product but that product is not working. and internal pack is open and it is not a quality product.but before delivery i they not called me and also not updated in snapdeal my order. and i tried to return that product but it is not possible because it is showing dispatched after coming delivered can be possible to return item. so i called customer care in 5th October. they taken complaint but not response. i after 2 days i called again no response. again after 2 days i called again then picked my product 11 October. they i requested to refund my amount. so i called many time every 2 days after. but they telling product is gone for quality check up so after 5 days we cal you. no response after 5 so i called again and again every time they wait 2 3 day. they long time means today 2 November i got cal from snapdeal they saying your product is failed i quality checkup so same product returned to you. no refund is done. then asked i dnt that product because it a not quality product and when i checked it is not working now how that is working. please help me to refund my amount. and another thing is that i got that product in 4 october but they updated in my order 15 october they picked same product 11 october. how it is possible. please take action. snapdeal is fraud. They took 40 days to answer my complaint. please refund my amount.

                            I shopped on snapdeal during the unbox diwali sale on 2nd of october. My product was supposed to reach me by 12th October. After it was delayed by a week, I cancelled my order on 18th October because the delivery company was not showing any exact date for delivery. Instead it showed a message Shipment Exception : Delay beyond our control

                            After I cancelled my order I received a confirmation email from snapdeal that they have accepted my cancellation request and they will initiate the refund within 6 days since my order was already in transit. I was supposed to get my refund on 24th October.

                            Since then I am following up with these scammers for my refund and they are making only excuses. If you look at their website they have mentioned very clearly about their return, cancellation and refund policy. Yet they don't follow a single word of it. This is clearly a case of false advertisement.

                            If you look down at there social media pages on Facebook and Twitter you will find that I'm not the only person suffering this harassment from these frauds. There are thousands of people there who are waiting for their refund for months.

                            Their customer support is only good at providing fake assurances rather than closure. Every time you will call them they will say that we are working on your issue on priority and will get this resolved soon. If you ask them the reason for delay or the date on which I can get my refund, they will say that they don't have the information.

                            Snapdeal has no right to hold up people's money for products they are not delivering. My only advice to fellow consumers is that please avoid shopping on this site and instead use credible websites like Flipkart and Amazon. If you have a single doubt after reading this, please have a look at the comment section in the posts of their Facebook page.

                              Fake/Fraud company.
                              I ordered samsung galaxy j2 pro and i received a message that it is a open delivery order but when the delivery man came he didn't allowed to open the package, he said he is not allowed to give open delivery and said he will come back in few hours after comfirming but neither he came back nor i received any call for that and then next day i received a call from the delivery boy and he said very rudely i can't deliver your product so cancel your order and when i contacted snapdeal and inform the same they said they will raise a complaint but it's 3 days now and i didn't got the product.
                              Worst experience.
                              I recommend to go for flipkart or amazon instead of this cheat company.

                                I have placed order in snapdeal on 28/10/2016 for cellphone yu yuphoria - yu5010a. order# [protected]. i received product on 02/11/2016. it is nicely packet and when open the cellphone box. i shocked because in the box no cellphone, only stone wrapped in black cover and scratch card in the box. totally i lost my temper and called customer care no responses. so, i have requested refund.

                                I believe there is lot of order which placed in festival every one getting same type of issue. such a big name in snapdeal, they have worst and cheap dealer contact. totally unacceptable with snapdeal team.

                                I need better resolution and snapdeal need to take action against that dealer.

                                If snapdeal not giving proper solution, i will go consumer court against snapdeal.

                                    Snapdeal is a big cheating company. I ordered battery for my laptop. They sent wrong model. When i complaint for return product they told me to can send it manually. When i send it back they are saying that the quality check failed and your product will send to you.

                                    I don't understand what quality check was failed. I just returned what they sent.
