Jv courier service has given me a bad impression of snapdeal. I have requested to return an order from snapdeal and its been two weeks that the product is still with me. I am coordinating with snapdeal and raised complaint many times but resolution is not given yet. Jv courier is giving fake remarks to snapdeal that i am not receiving their calls infact i haven't received any calls from them. I am eagerly waiting for them to call me and take the product with them as i want my refund asap. It seems like these guys are not willing to take the return order as at the time of delivery of that order they contacted me promptly but now they are not contacting me. I want the resolution asap contact no.[protected]

    I placed order for a chair & i got a broken chair. I had initiated a return but the courier guy dint even come & i see the complaint that he was not able to reach me. Even though they dint.
    After calling customer care multiple times i get the same answer it will picked up in 2 days but actually nothing happens.
    I have called customer care 8 times. & every time we have forwarded the request to the backend team they will call you & the product will be picked up in 2 days. Which never happens & my return request is closed.
    Worst experience i ever had shopping online why are you cheating people like this giving broken products & customer care is useless giving false claims everytime

    You have closed the return request from your end when i had a call with the courier service they are telling since snapdeal has closed the return request no one is coming to pick it up the order.

        My experience with the product is not satisfactory as certain specifications mentioned by the company on the product page doesn't match with the actual product...

        Moreover, this product is covered by 7days return policy still they are requesting me to visit service center which is at Dibrugarh and is quite far away from my place...

        On the first day of the complaint, a return request was accepted but for no reason they are now refusing to do so...

        In this regard, I am very sadly requesting Snapdeal to refund my money as I don't want to continue any relationship with Redmi India and their phones...

        Sir, it's my humble request to you to please do take care of the issues as early as possible...

        Snapdeal had intimated that the Redmi Note 3 is covered under 1 year manufacturer warranty which is nice, but I think I'll start once Snapdeal's 7days return policy term is over...
        The product is still covered under 7days return policy, so, please respond within this time..
        Don't make any unnecessary delay so that my return window gets closed...
        Please make a note that I have made the complaint within this return period window...

            Duplicate (Fake) Product received with Fake accessories,
            I have ordered INTEX S5 mobile from snap deal and received it on 15th Oct, 2016. I have found that this mobile is a FAKE/not genuine product.

            1. It has IMEI no's which is of kekai brand not intex.
            2. The side volume keys were missing.
            3. Accessories that have been received are completely fake and not even of any brand - road side items
            4. Battery is also fake as it says 1800mAh but original phone battery comes as 1500mAh.

            I have requested snapdeal to either give a replacement/ refund my money; they aren't doing either and saying that complaint has been rejected by the quality check team. I have a right to know on what basis they have rejected the complaint. Every time I call them they are repeating the same and asking for 24 hours time to revert but no update whatsoever.
            Really I made big mistake ordering phone on snapdeal. I am tired of all efforts for none of my mistakes. So Pls sort out my issue otherwise I have to go to consumer court for getting justice.

                SNAPDEAL has been cheating me by not lifting wrong AC model delivered for which I have paid around 1 month back

                I have placed order for 2 Voltas 1.5 Ton 183 V EY-W 3 Star Inverter Air Conditioner [Free Standard Installation] vide Order ID: [protected]Placed on: Sun, 02 Oct, 2016.
                The order was delivered to us on 11th October 16. During delivery we found that one out of 2 internal units was having Product Code : 185 EY( R ) in place of 183 V EY – W3.
                When we informed the same to the delivery person he said his job is to deliver and if any return is required it will be handled by separate team / agency.
                Form 11th onwards we have been trying to book return on snapdeal site and by calling their call center.
                Every time we have been assured that pick up will be arranged in 1-2 days time.
                The pick job is assigned to one JV Express ( Tel Nos : [protected] / [protected]).
                When initially we received auto generated sms from snapdeal and JV Express we called them.
                JV Exp people immediately told us that they do not have facility for handling big items like AC and have send mail to their head office in this regard.
                After that when ever we are calling their call center they every time assure that pick up will happen in 1-2 days and after 1-2days we receive sms from snapdeal that “ we tried to pick up but it failed….. please provide an alternate pick up date.

                Snapdeal smartly pose to have no record of complaint from 11th Oct on wards and every time we have to tell the story and they will say we will take in 1-2 days.

                I want to know
                • how much more time they will take to deliver the right model to me
                • how are they going to compensate the loss caused to me for such delay in delivering

                  Received the mobile from snap deal and found touch not working.
                  Informed to snap deal and customer care told that their representative will come and collect the product and replace.
                  Received the SMS, that some body will collect the product and replace.
                  After many follow up, snap deal informed me that they cannot proceed the account that it has failed in the internal check. So neither they will replace product nor replace the money. On further request for the details they confirmed me that the have received the money from bank also.
                  Finally they denied to provide the replacement.

                    Wrong product received from snapdeal, complained plenty of times but not get any positive response, now they are not even contact me. Snapdeal is worst site ever. They does not have any complain email id or phone number. They have only 1 costumer care number that takes 15-20 minute to connect. The costumer care executive are not well educated, even disconnect your call.I want to replace my wrong fridge but they denied to replace, even they dont give me the invoice of this product.They are not contacting me about this issue & now they closed my case so that i cant complain him. Kindly workout on this as soon as possible. I dont want to become wrong target by this misguided or fake site.

                      I bought a "Zeal Single Seater Sofa cum Bed in Maroon" from snap deal and i am totally dissatisfied with the product.

                      The quality is worse and its totally not worth the money and i paid delivery charge "725" rs on top of it.

                      with that 725 rs i can get a simple comfortable matress.
                      The next day of my delivery date, i have placed a return request.

                      Now snap deal says it doesnt fall into the return policy

                        In spite of repeated complaints there was no response or corrective action from this company. Their helpline kept on giving false promises that someone will give a call from office to resolve or explain but there is no action. These people had displayed on website that goods have been handed over to courier on 19th Oct 2016. There is no Name to courier. No further update till date.
                        Today morning goods were delivered by Hometown. Snapdeal staff is as usual clueless and absolutely disorganized.
                        Snap deal is hopeless and irresponsible company.
                        May this company suffer huge losses. I wish that, this company close down their business.

                                I booked Blue star 1.5 ton 3 star AC on 20 Oct, 2016 and my Order ID: is [protected], I am in receipt just one box which contains only Indoor unit on 28 Oct through Fedex Courier.
                                Compressor and other fitting accessories were not received, immediately on same day and time i registered the complaint with your customer complaint at [protected] which was not properly answered yet.
                                I have the recording for the delivery of the partial product i.e indoor unit which may be used as evidence in legal consequences if any, hope I will get the remaining outdoor unit at earliest.

                                  I have been writing to snapdeal eversince a defective/damaged double box typpe bed has been delivered but without any meaningful response from them despite periodical complaints on this site as well on helpline website which was acknowledged by them, but no action has been taken, leading me to believe their total unconcern to resolve the matter which I enumerate once again.TOadd insult to inefficiency they give a complaint no and after two days they show as resolved without even a motion of trying to resolve it.

                                  1.Scratches on the bed. which need to be removed by polishing
                                  2.The bolt connecting the head board and main bed could not be placed as the holes are mismatched and the carpenter left without completing the job.
                                  3.The Boxes Planks not fixed and are lying on floor as such the bed boxes are unusable.

                                        10 month ago i have purchased a timex watch from snapdeal now watch stop to work. as warranty is still pending so i approach my near by timex authorize service center which has denied to repair the watch saying that mention retailer on invoice (grece retail) not register one with us.
                                        After mailing to customer care they told me that bring in written that they won't repair it. as i follow them i went again now they refused to do so.

                                        Very good and pathetic also as my warranty is going to over on today and I initiated the complaint on sept. this will only lead to negative review from my side and broke my relation with you forever will not be able to recommend anyone. You have to do lots of improvement on your service to take on amazon and flipkart those are more reliable then you.
                                        I know it doesn’t matter a lot you however for me it will be safer to avoid the sanpdeal while going to online shopping.
