I have purchased Sony SBH20, with Order ID: [protected], Placed On 14 Oct, 2016, The sanpdeal person who visited my home collected money for Item, for which i paid the amount online. Called to person and i have no response from them. Complained to Snapdeal team, even i do not have any response from them. I requested Snapdeal team to provide the Hub Address and contact numbers of guwahati. even i did 'nt receive the reply.

    Duplicate (Fake) Product received with Fake accessories,
    I have ordered INTEX S5 mobile from snap deal and received it on 15th Oct, 2016. I have found that this mobile is a FAKE/not genuine product.

    1. It has IMEI no's which is of kekai brand not intex.
    2. The side volume keys were missing.
    3. Accessories that have been received are completely fake and not even of any brand - road side items
    4. Battery is also fake as it says 1800mAh but original phone battery comes as 1500mAh.

    I have requested snapdeal to either give a replacement/ refund my money; they aren't doing either and saying that complaint has been rejected by the quality check team. I have a right to know on what basis they have rejected the complaint. Every time I call them they are repeating the same and asking for 24 hours time to revert but no update whatsoever.
    Really I made big mistake ordering phone on snapdeal. I am tired of all efforts for none of my mistakes. So Pls sort out my issue otherwise I have to go to consumer court for getting justice.

        SNAPDEAL has been cheating me by not lifting wrong AC model delivered for which I have paid around 1 month back

        I have placed order for 2 Voltas 1.5 Ton 183 V EY-W 3 Star Inverter Air Conditioner [Free Standard Installation] vide Order ID: [protected]Placed on: Sun, 02 Oct, 2016.
        The order was delivered to us on 11th October 16. During delivery we found that one out of 2 internal units was having Product Code : 185 EY( R ) in place of 183 V EY – W3.
        When we informed the same to the delivery person he said his job is to deliver and if any return is required it will be handled by separate team / agency.
        Form 11th onwards we have been trying to book return on snapdeal site and by calling their call center.
        Every time we have been assured that pick up will be arranged in 1-2 days time.
        The pick job is assigned to one JV Express ( Tel Nos : [protected] / [protected]).
        When initially we received auto generated sms from snapdeal and JV Express we called them.
        JV Exp people immediately told us that they do not have facility for handling big items like AC and have send mail to their head office in this regard.
        After that when ever we are calling their call center they every time assure that pick up will happen in 1-2 days and after 1-2days we receive sms from snapdeal that “ we tried to pick up but it failed….. please provide an alternate pick up date.

        Snapdeal smartly pose to have no record of complaint from 11th Oct on wards and every time we have to tell the story and they will say we will take in 1-2 days.

        I want to know
        • how much more time they will take to deliver the right model to me
        • how are they going to compensate the loss caused to me for such delay in delivering

          Received the mobile from snap deal and found touch not working.
          Informed to snap deal and customer care told that their representative will come and collect the product and replace.
          Received the SMS, that some body will collect the product and replace.
          After many follow up, snap deal informed me that they cannot proceed the account that it has failed in the internal check. So neither they will replace product nor replace the money. On further request for the details they confirmed me that the have received the money from bank also.
          Finally they denied to provide the replacement.

            Wrong product received from snapdeal, complained plenty of times but not get any positive response, now they are not even contact me. Snapdeal is worst site ever. They does not have any complain email id or phone number. They have only 1 costumer care number that takes 15-20 minute to connect. The costumer care executive are not well educated, even disconnect your call.I want to replace my wrong fridge but they denied to replace, even they dont give me the invoice of this product.They are not contacting me about this issue & now they closed my case so that i cant complain him. Kindly workout on this as soon as possible. I dont want to become wrong target by this misguided or fake site.

              I bought a "Zeal Single Seater Sofa cum Bed in Maroon" from snap deal and i am totally dissatisfied with the product.

              The quality is worse and its totally not worth the money and i paid delivery charge "725" rs on top of it.

              with that 725 rs i can get a simple comfortable matress.
              The next day of my delivery date, i have placed a return request.

              Now snap deal says it doesnt fall into the return policy

                In spite of repeated complaints there was no response or corrective action from this company. Their helpline kept on giving false promises that someone will give a call from office to resolve or explain but there is no action. These people had displayed on website that goods have been handed over to courier on 19th Oct 2016. There is no Name to courier. No further update till date.
                Today morning goods were delivered by Hometown. Snapdeal staff is as usual clueless and absolutely disorganized.
                Snap deal is hopeless and irresponsible company.
                May this company suffer huge losses. I wish that, this company close down their business.
                Sooner the better.

                        I booked Blue star 1.5 ton 3 star AC on 20 Oct, 2016 and my Order ID: is [protected], I am in receipt just one box which contains only Indoor unit on 28 Oct through Fedex Courier.
                        Compressor and other fitting accessories were not received, immediately on same day and time i registered the complaint with your customer complaint at [protected] which was not properly answered yet.

                          I have been writing to snapdeal eversince a defective/damaged double box typpe bed has been delivered but without any meaningful response from them despite periodical complaints on this site as well on helpline website which was acknowledged by them, but no action has been taken, leading me to believe their total unconcern to resolve the matter which I enumerate once again.TOadd insult to inefficiency they give a complaint no and after two days they show as resolved without even a motion of trying to resolve it.

                          1.Scratches on the bed. which need to be removed by polishing
                          2.The bolt connecting the head board and main bed could not be placed as the holes are mismatched and the carpenter left without completing the job.
                          3.The Boxes Planks not fixed and are lying on floor as such the bed boxes are unusable.

                                Dear concerns,

                                10 month ago i have purchased a timex watch from snapdeal now watch stop to work. as warranty is still pending so i approach my near by timex authorize service center which has denied to repair the watch saying that mention retailer on invoice (grece retail) not register one with us.
                                After mailing to customer care they told me that bring in written that they won't repair it. as i follow them i went again now they refused to do so.

                                No satisfactory answer from snapdeal till now after repetitive mails. please repair or compensate for this glitch.

                                Very good and pathetic also as my warranty is going to over on today and I initiated the complaint on sept. this will only lead to negative review from my side and broke my relation with you forever will not be able to recommend anyone. You have to do lots of improvement on your service to take on amazon and flipkart those are more reliable then you.
                                I know it doesn’t matter a lot you however for me it will be safer to avoid the sanpdeal while going to online shopping.

                                  I am very much disappointed by the product I received from the seller as it is a simple paint zoom spray paint machine whereas i had ordered the 4 in 1 magic paint painting machine.
                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter & help me in getting replacement of this product & provide me the actual product mentioned in invoice, for this i am attaching the snapshots of the product received from the seller which is not having vaccum cleaning, blowing & spray jet accessories & options as mentioned on website/invoice/at the time of ordering the product.
                                  I ordered 4 in 1 magic paint sprayer machine(which can do four functions like painting, vaccum cleaning, blowing & water washing also) but received product differs & is just a simple spray paint machine, my order id is [protected], I mail on [protected]@snapdeal.com for same complain & got reference id 34288659.

                                      This is the second time i am placing this order with snapdeal, first time they failed miserably for the same product. Second time i placed the order on 25th.

                                      I hoped i would not be disappointed this time from snapdeal. And had asked if the order can be delivered between 5.00 p. M to 7.30 p. M on 29th oct so that i can wait to collect the parcel on my own. Just one day before its normal delivery as i wanted the product before diwali. However forget about early delivery they haven't dispatched the prodcut, how can we even trust snapdeal if they can't provide good customer service. So much time we had spend and made the order. I seriously thing their rivals are far better. For 5 days product not dispatched even after customer's request and their customr service representatives offering best of services on phone. Still no moment. Now i need to know by when thy can deliver this product. If they are not able to deliver the product why do they offer discount on the product and why do they keep our amount with them for weeks. This is not at all good customer service

                                      Forget about early delivery, Diwali is also over now. Still I haven’t got my product. I have got many complaint numbers and assurances from Snapdeal that they are working,
                                      they have escalated but no change in the status of the request – the product is not yet dispatched. Can you believe that ?

                                      On top of it, Snap deal has breached the deadline of its normal delivery of 01st November. What more to say?
                                      Now Couple of things which I would like to know from Snap deal authorities.

                                      Are you guys not cheating people by showing your fake adds.
                                      This is my 20th mail on this issue, however no resolution – no one seems to know what is happening.
                                      What is the compensation that Snapdeal is going to provide for this worst service ??
                                      Should a customer every think of shopping with Snap deal again.

                                      I need one of the senior authorities to call me at the below timeline and explain why they are not able to meet customer’s expectation.

                                      Its been 2 weeks I am waiting for the Casio watch to be delivered, still no resolution.

                                      This is the second time i am giving this order at snapdeal.
                                      This time I don’t want the order to be cancelled, I need to know why Snap deal cannot keep their commitments and provide good customer service. Snapdeal does not have a check on thier sellers as to why they are not dispatching the product. is that so ?.Need to know how Snapdeal is going to resolve the issue. I need the order on priority, i would be very upset if the order gets cancelled this time. Incase this time you are not able to deliver the Casio watch, please stop showing your add of delivering happiness at Diwali . You have miserably failed in my case. You are just cheating customers showing discounts . I need to someone to call and let me know why when the product would delivered, if doesn't happen i would definitely get it further escalated.

                                      Today is the second deadline date which was given by Snap deal that is of 04th Nov. I see absolutely no movement, its still not dispatched forget about delivery.
                                      I am sure Snap deal cannot live up to the words. I have never seen such a sloppy service. Had I done it through Amazon I would have definitely got my product
                                      before Diwali.

                                      None of the Snap deal authorities have spoken to me yet on this issue.

                                      I have finally received my product, however atleast after 25 emails exchanged and 10 phone calls. I don't think to get a simple prodcut llike this, customer should wait for so long.
                                      Also Snap deal when they are providing a late delivery don't even has the courtesy to provide anything extra to the customers. So all and all not really happy with Snapdeal's Customer service.

                                        Hi, my name is ashish my order i'd [protected] i placed this order on 21 july. I send it manually three times i got my 2 courier charges and my product value but i m not been able to get my third time courier charges till yet snapdeal send me 7 times confirmation mail and calls that i received my courier charges as a voucher within 24 hours. But after 24 hours not received any single penny... Snapdeal representatives and supervisor not giving me a valid reason if i got 7 times confirmation mails why till yet i m not receive my money...

                                        Fraud, liar, cheaters not fulfill any promise always said wait for 24 hour 48 hours if we have a time to wait why we are shopping online it's been 2 months but you are not able to solve even a smallest case of courier charges..
