Hi team,
I odered a large size ray ban sunglasses from snapdeal however i received a smaller size so had to raise a replacement request, the product was picked from my address and got an update from snapdeal that the product didn't clear the quality check hence we will return you the product which was delivered.
However the product which i received was not the same, i received a broken sunglasses of different brand. I have made several contacts to the customer care and was informed by the customer care team that they will pick up the broken product which i received from snapdeal and will refund the money in 48hrs. Its been a week now, no one has come to from snapdeal to pickup the broken product and meanwhile my request is also closed.

Hence would kindly request you to look in to the same.

    Hi team,
    I have ordered an iphone 7 (Gold 28 gb) on 28th oct'16 which was promised me to deliver before 1st nov'16. On 31st oct'16 i got a text from snapdeal saying that the product is out for delivery. After seeing that message i come to office from delhi to gurgaon just to receive that phone even i was on planned leave because i has to gift that phone to my brother. After waiting till 3:00 – 4:00 pm to receive the call from courier delivery boy, i made a call to snapdeal to know the status. Now after waiting for 5-7 minutes (Chargeable one) they told me product has reached destination city’s courier hub and product is out for delivery. Again after waiting till approx 5:00 pm i made a call to snapdeal and this time they told me to talk to their courier partner having number[protected]. When i called on this chargeable no they said product is out of delivery and i have to wait till 8:00 pm to raise a concern.

    After waited for that long i made a call to courier company i got to know that their delivery boy told them that office was closed which was not and he didn’t think of calling me too.

    After raising the concern with snapdeal over the call they told me to deliver the product on 1st nov’16. To make sure to receive the product on time i made a call to courier company and snapdeal on 1st nov’16 morning around 9:00 am and requested they to deliver the product on same day and they promised too and said that it will be delivered to me by 1:00 pm. After waiting till 3:00 pm i made a call again and they said that this can’t be done today (1st nov’16).

    After calling them again they told me to deliver the product by max tomorrow i. E. 2nd nov.

    On 2nd nov’16 around 12:00 noon when i was tracking the product on snapdeal mobile app i saw that the scheduled delivery of my product is 4th nov’16. I made a call again to snapdeal and they told me that they will look into this.

    Till now i haven’t received the product and no one is able to say when i will receive it.

      Dear snapdeal team

      I placed an order on 21 oct, 2016 with order id: [protected] of rs 2499.

      Even after 12 days, i had not received it. And when i tracked my product it showed that a attempt to deliever was made but some address issue was there. This was the reson provided by jv exp which was totally wrong because my address was completely mentioned on sanpdeals a/c and even if it was not complete than my cell no. Was there so that the courier boy could had called me.

      But its fine, i placed a request for re-attempt. The date was 26th oct but today is 2nd nov and iave not received any phone or order update on this.
      On jv exp site it is showing that it is in branch for scan.

      Snapdeal team either you have become un-professional or you have hired a very veru unreliable courier company ie jv exp.

      At least now try to give me some concrete update on this complaint, if not my product.

        This is by far one of the worst cases of a company having no control or even
        The slightest control over its courier partners that i have ever experienced!!

        I was delivered a hp 15 ay503tx laptop which was defective (Irregular sound from fan and heating issue). I went online to register a return but there was no provision for the same. Every time i complete the form it said the returns request cannot be processed. I finally called the customer care and initiated a return through call (Wednesday - 26/10/2016). I was informed someone would come the next day to pick the product up.
        But no one came, i got no intimation message nor any calls regarding the pickup, though the website showed someone is out for pickup. At the end of the day it was updated on the website that pickup failed due to customer unavailability. I called up the customer care and informed them of this. The apologized and assured that the pickup will be done the next day. But the same thing happened.in reality no one was coming to pickup. The courier people were simply sitting in their office and updating that the customer isn't available. And even on complaining to the customer service they are completely helpless other than saying "i understand sir", "i apologize for the inconvenience", "i will personally take care of this sir".
        The same thing continued till saturday (3 days in a row). They finally said that the pickup will be done latest by tuesday (A delay of 2 more days). Still no one came. When i called the customer care on tuesday they sent me the number of the courier partner and asked me to call them myself. The courier people seemed even less willing to help me. Totally uninterested in their mistake. Finally i called the snapdeal customer care and asked for a supervisor. The executive put me on hold for 10 minutes twice and said the supervisor is busy and they will call me back. Still no call came. I called back again after 2 hours and asked for the supervisor again and told him the full problem. He assured a pickup on the next day and even now it is not done.

        Can someone please tell me on how i may contact consumer court regarding this as i think there is no other way the issue will be resolved!
        I am going to uninstall the app immediately and also alert everyone about the scam called snapdeal they are running.

          With reference to the above order & the subsequent request made for replacement of the item as i received different size product from the snapdeal/seller. hence, i am not satisfied with the product and i requested for refund, on the same day of delivery (oct 21, 2016) but they didnt came for pickup but i received the message saying we were failed to pickup your item. hence, again we requested for replacement and again the story repeats. this happened saveral times. on (oct 26, 2016) i got message that my return request cancelled without any pre-intimation. then, i called customer care number asking our status of replacement/return request, the representative told that the replacement request has been cancelled and they cant take initiate for return/replacement of the item eventhough with 7 day replacement policy of snap deal.
          Kindly help us on this, as i already wasted my time after you.

              I have return this sub-order for nauti-nati pink dress they called me on[protected] said that return request is declined not mentioned any reason tags, are verymuch there in the dress said we are returning back this item today is[protected]. I have not received any dress till now. Infect they said today that we can not commit that we will send back this dress to you or not.

              They are fraud peoples even not have courtesy that if you are not initating a refund atleast send back that dress to me.

                I have brought a dell genuine 90w laptop charger form snapdeal in july, 2016 with 1 year comapany warranty, but now in october the product become defective and i complaint in dell customer care, and they replied that "you have been sold a out of warranty product which is manufactured in october, 2012, 4 years old product. I had also made a complant at snapdeal several times, but they did nothing on my problem and don't even reply after making so many complaints. I've cheated from snapdeal company. It's a completley fraud company and shoud be banned.

                  I have ordered 3 product from Snapdeal I need that product but they cancelled my ordered without giving any notification. When I called they put my call on hold every time for approx more than 30 min. When I asked the reason they said we can cancel any item without notifying you. I want that order.                     I bought one wallclock of rs 850/ from snapdeal.
                    Snapdeal shipped damaged wallclock somewhere in 20 oct 2016. I returned that item on 24 oct 2016. After successful return, i received a notification "your refund request is being processed (Ticket id:[protected]". Also showing freecharge balance amount of 850/-. But actually in freecharge there is 0 balance.
                    Means snapdeal hot been credited that amount till now.

                    Please help me to get this refund.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      we have ordered for lifelong LLHB 200 handblender for 2 qty (Rs 691/unit) . But i have received wrong product Lifelong LLBH02 hand blender twice (Rs 569/unit). i returned both the products in the condition i received the product. i got refund for 1st product and now suddenly 2nd product return refund got rejected by saying my item didnt meet quality check criteria. First of all you guys dont have shame on you for delivering wrong product twice to me. I have handed over the product in the same condition i have received the product from the seller, then how come it doesn't meet the quality criteria. There is no proper reason reg quality check rejection and evidence from snapdeal. Your company has cheated sending wrong product twice which is of inferior quality & lower price than what i have i have paid for. Now you guys are again cheating me for the third time by rejecting my refund fakingly. i have sent the product in right condition with warranty card intact and courier person said, its in good condition while at the time of accepting the package. Pls dont force me to slap a legal notice against snapdeal owner for cheating us by delivering wrong substandard product twice. Pls take necessary action and refund my payment immediately.                           Dear team,

                          I ordered an expensive item from snapdeal on october 2nd. the item came well in time. but an opening the item mobile used/scratched product we have received from snapdeal. informed snapdeal about this and requested for return pickup. contacted snapdeal customer care several times since one month but they are not cooperating they are only giving false promises and wrong information. it's being over 30 days now and no resolution have been provided from their side. i have mailed many times to get this matter sought out or get the the item refund amount.

                          Snapdeal is not taking action as they have mal intentions to rob their customers through cheap business ethics.

                          Its very clear that snapdeal is tampering the original packaging and selling sub standard goods to customers through their sellers. they have no respect for customers and have no business ethics forever.

                          Present they are cheating with me now they are saying last week we have sent the product dispatched from our end and product will reach you 7 business days, after that they gave courier tracking details and that also does not exist courier no, again i called snapdeal they are saying present we are unable to tract your courier due to network issue.

                          Again i called next week to check the my product they are saying now product is in snapdeal only issue is still open we will confirm within the 48 hours. till now i did not get any single response call/mail from snapdeal, they are only doing cheating business wrong information & statements to giving customer.

                          Daily i am following up with snapdeal they are not responding customer concerns they are not giving the refund amount of my product. i want only refund of my product i will not use what they are sending used mobile/scartched to customers.

                          Can you please do the needful for customer complaints.

                          Till now i didn't get any response (Message/Call) from snapdeal .

                          May i know status from snapdeal is behaving a worrest services to giving a customers.

                          Simply cheating business doing with my product is keeping with snapdeal as of now they are not giving refund & product also. They are sending a old products to customers.since a long i am following with snapdeal it is near 1 month ago.

                          They are not doing proper working in snapdeal. All the team doing fraud business and cheated to customers.

                          Snapdeal is not giving the proper response. Every time we are updating the concerns here we are not getting any solution from consumer team also your team has to take action on snapdeal.

                          Again I have received the back same used/Old product only, In that product accessories is not working properly charging adapter cable, mobile handset earphone connector also not working.

                          Snapdeal always sending to customers only faulty products or used/old mobiles.

                          Consumer team should take again snapdeal company.snapdeal never give resolution to customer we are facing a problem every time.

                          What we will get the resolution now from snapdeal can you please arrange for new mobile.we cannot use not working mobiles.

                              I placed an order on 25/10/2016 with order id - [protected], the order was forever living ultra lite worth ₹2285. i got it delivered today in the evening when i opened the box i got surprised when i saw amway nutrelite inside the box worth ₹989. when i registered the complain to the customer care they said order cant be replaced as its written on our policy. when i said its also not written in the policy that snapdeal can send anything inside the box and will not return it.

                                From snapdeal it was suppose to get delivered on 19th oct 2016 but it did not so i canceled the order even after cancelling the order i got a msg from snapdeal that it was delivered to me where as the courier guy did not even call me didnt do an attempt i was curious i registered a complaint calling the snapdeal customer service the complaint number is[protected] i did a complaint on 21st they assured me it will take maximum 6 days to resolve the issue now today is 1st of november 2016 i didnt get any kind of email nor any call from snapdeal about my money refund wenever i call the snapdeal customer service people say its in processing please give us 24 hours 48 hours all the time same answer i even email the ceo mr kunal bahl but i didnt get his reply,

                                  Worst experience I ever had in my life in online shopping .
                                  I ordered a product Adidas floral perfume of 75ml and they sended me a 50ml bottle of perfume.
                                  When I asked for the refund according to the snapdeal quality team check they said you have received the right product which is not true. I have all the proofs with pictures.
                                  It is been 1 month I am tried of calling and emailing the customer care but no help has been provided to me .
                                  This company is a fraud .

                                    One of the worst... Degraded shopping site... I had places a order skullcandy earphones... But due to some reason i cancelled it... Even though i had cancelled it it was delivered to my place... And moreover rather than the earphones... I got bed sheats... And when i returned it they are telling me that the product quality check has failed... And no refunds will be provided... This is total non senses... Inspite of there customer care promises that the refunds will be provided... Nothing is been done... Its 1 month from now... Now they are telling we cant do anything...                                         For the diwali unbox happiness sale, i ordered an fossil fs4552 watch on 18th october 2016 for rs 8586, order number - [protected]. On 24th october the product was delivered to me. I was not happy with the weight and colour of the product. Weight was not mentioned in the description and colour was charcoal black. I returned the product. For returns only damage options are available to pick from the reasons.in comments i mentioned its too heavy to wear. Then i can called snapdeal customer care, they said in kerala there is no pick up facility available. They delivered through blue dart and blue dart demanded in writing that we can claim only till rs 4999 if anything happens to the product. I agreed paid rs 310 and sent the product back to snapdeal on oct 27th. Snapdeal received the product and rejected my complaint by saying failed quality check. Returning my product to me. I am calling the customer care (Which is not a toll free number) from 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, 1st all executives including senior executive where the call was escalated assured i will get a call back from back. From the day i placed order or when it got rejected i have not received any single call. All i am getting is feedback on customer care executive call. They have not refunded my courier charges. Snapdeal is saying they cannot do anything on complaint. I said i don't want this model at least give me another model. Right now my rs 8586s on toss. I have spoke to 6 executives till date.in your website its mention no questions asked if we are unhappy with the product purchased through snapdeal. Is this what you mean by that? Now i dont have the watch, daily time, money and energy waste by speaking to your executives, no call back from your back end, paid rs 8586 and rs 310 already.
                                        This what snapdeal meant by unbox happiness. I dint want to post this in social media, but now i dont have any choice as there is no resolution for my concern. Hope someone who reads this can give a solution.
                                        I am unhappy with the product. Please do return my money and your services
