Worst experience I ever had in my life in online shopping .
I ordered a product Adidas floral perfume of 75ml and they sended me a 50ml bottle of perfume.
When I asked for the refund according to the snapdeal quality team check they said you have received the right product which is not true. I have all the proofs with pictures.
It is been 1 month I am tried of calling and emailing the customer care but no help has been provided to me .
This company is a fraud .
Owners and CEO of the company seems to Me a thiefs.
My order id number is [protected].
Order was placed on 02-oct-2016.
Please do not deal with this company it is a request to all.

    One of the worst... Degraded shopping site... I had places a order skullcandy earphones... But due to some reason i cancelled it... Even though i had cancelled it it was delivered to my place... And moreover rather than the earphones... I got bed sheats... And when i returned it they are telling me that the product quality check has failed... And no refunds will be provided... This is total non senses... Inspite of there customer care promises that the refunds will be provided... Nothing is been done... Its 1 month from now... Now they are telling we cant do anything... The quality check has failed...

        Hi,

        For the diwali unbox happiness sale, i ordered an fossil fs4552 watch on 18th october 2016 for rs 8586, order number - [protected]. On 24th october the product was delivered to me. I was not happy with the weight and colour of the product. Weight was not mentioned in the description and colour was charcoal black. I returned the product. For returns only damage options are available to pick from the reasons.in comments i mentioned its too heavy to wear. Then i can called snapdeal customer care, they said in kerala there is no pick up facility available. They delivered through blue dart and blue dart demanded in writing that we can claim only till rs 4999 if anything happens to the product. I agreed paid rs 310 and sent the product back to snapdeal on oct 27th. Snapdeal received the product and rejected my complaint by saying failed quality check. Returning my product to me. I am calling the customer care (Which is not a toll free number) from 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, 1st all executives including senior executive where the call was escalated assured i will get a call back from back. From the day i placed order or when it got rejected i have not received any single call. All i am getting is feedback on customer care executive call. They have not refunded my courier charges. Snapdeal is saying they cannot do anything on complaint. I said i don't want this model at least give me another model. Right now my rs 8586s on toss. I have spoke to 6 executives till date.in your website its mention no questions asked if we are unhappy with the product purchased through snapdeal. Is this what you mean by that? Now i dont have the watch, daily time, money and energy waste by speaking to your executives, no call back from your back end, paid rs 8586 and rs 310 already.
        This what snapdeal meant by unbox happiness. I dint want to post this in social media, but now i dont have any choice as there is no resolution for my concern. Hope someone who reads this can give a solution.
        I am unhappy with the product. Please do return my money and your services

          I ordered this on 25 oct 2016 and i was suppose to recieve the product in between 30 oct-2 nov but the product is not even dispatched yet.
          I messaged snapdeal so many times on social networking sites but all i got was assurance calls from their customer support.
          Please inform me for once whether the seller and snapdeal is interested in selling the product or not.
          If not, i will order it from other e-commerce sites. Since the price i was getting on snapdeal was pretty low which is why i ordered it from here but looks like neither the seller nor snapdeal is interested in selling it.
          Thankgod i didnt prepaid it otherwise i would have been in big trouble.

          I request one more time to ship the product soon or notify me if none of the party is interested in selling it. I will order it from somewhere else.

            I had ordered the Reebok full length socks but I have received the Nike ankle length socks

              I have received a used rayban sunglasses from snap deal which i have ordered on 17 oct 2016, i have returned the item back to company but now my item has been rejected by quality team saying that the product they have received is not as per their quality, but let me tell you that i have received a product in a poor condition somebody must have used it many a times and then returned it back to snap deal and then it has been delivered to me, hence i request everyone not to buy any #rayban product from snapdeal either you will get a used product or a duplicate product

                With reference to the above order & the subsequent request made for replacement of the item as we received damaged product from the snapdeal/seller. hence, we are not satisfied with the product and we requested for replacement, on the same day of delivery (oct 16, 2016) but they didnt came for pickup but we received the message saying we were failed to pickup your item. hence, again we requested for replacement and again the story repeats.
                All of a sudden, my return request was closed on 24th oct. i made several calls to customer care and was assured that item would be picked up shortly.
                Today (nov 1, 2016), i again made a call to customer care for my item to be picked up, but was surprised the response i got. i was told that item can not be picked up as the return request has been closed.

                I feel cheated and duped by snapdeal.

                Kindly help me on this.

                    I have bought a product sony sbh54 stereo bluetooth headset - black of which the order id: [protected]. it was delivered to me on 10th of august it worked for one month than it stopped working. when i took it to the sony service centre they declined me to provide me any kind of warranty on the product. they told me that the seller who have sold me this product is an unauthorised dealer. due to which they will not provide me the any kind of replacement or any warranty related service for the product. when i told this issue to the snapdeal. they ask me about some document i provided them all the things that they asked from me from that day till date i have called up many times to the snapdeal and also mailed them but they every time they use to say that it will be resolved by the next 24 hours but approximately from last one till date there is no proper response from snapdeal neither the issue is resolved.

                          We had ordered 4 trousers and out of which 3 trousers they have shipped with wrong size. we had ordered 36 size and then have shipped us only 30. how irresponsible can they be. i called the customer care 4 times and finally when they heard the query the agreed to arrange the pickup of the product after me showing them the images. but even after 10 days the pickup isnt done. even after repeated calls to customer care they just say sorry and disconnect. i have written several mails to customer care & even to their ceo... no response. i have now even filed a complaint in consumer court with all the details. absolutely no idea what the status & snapdeal is been very poor in handling escalations.. total waste of my precious time, money & effort. please don't go after online costly products... at the end of the day you will be cheated & don't know how to recover your hard earned money. never purchase from snapdeal, it's listed only fraud vendors who are ruthlessly exploiting online customers.

                              I tried to place an order on 27th of August 2016 for purchase of comfy bean bag. But the order was not placed due to some technical glitch. It has been 4 days since and still have not received the refund. Have mailed to customer support. Yet to receive an update regarding the query.
                              I have no order ID to refer with, since the order was not placed. Kindly help in getting the refund ASAP.

                                Despite repeated request mine issue is still not resolved of mine refund amount against ur damaged product that on 25/8/16 I have ordered cello squash & squeeze 100 @ rs. 1241+ rs. 50( shipping charge) on COD basis. On 30/8/16 the product is delivered..on opening the product I found that the jar is damaged..on which I have online complained to u..

                                On this I got request I'd no. 28960172 & intimating me to returned the product via courier as we don't have pick up facility at ur city..
                                On this I send the consignment shree maruti courier service pvt. Ltd docket no.[protected] dt. 5/9/16 & it has been delivered at the desired address on 7/9/16 but till date mine refund amount not yet come as pr ur commitment..
                                On this ur representative mailed me that the cosignment yet not received..How can ur reprenstative be irresponsible & mailed to the client like this..
                                Plz. Resolve mine problem immediately otherwise it will be circulated on social media immediately..

                                Despite giving all the details regarding the return product details..Each time they are lame excusing the product has not reached at the desired address..

Company is being fraudulent about information, everytime i contact company's customer care they tell me some new story and are not being helpfu nor they reply to any of my emails.

                                    Hi, I had ordered indoor exercise cycle bike on Snapdeal, which turned out to be defective & more over the product didn't match the description on portal. It took almost 20 days to deliver the product which was pathetic. The actual problem started when I returned the product next day & asked for refund. Now it's been almost more than a month & I haven't received refund nor the replacement. Absolutely no idea what the Status & Snapdeal is been very poor in handling escalations. I have written several mails to customer care & even to their CEO...No response. None of their ph nos work. Total waste of my precious Time, Money & Effort. Please don't go after online costly products...at the end of the day you will be cheated & don't know how to recover your hard earned money. Never purchase from Snapdeal, it's listed only fraud Vendors who are ruthlessly exploiting online customers.

I Have received a used mobile. it is having little bit scratches looking like old mobile. So that i send the return request. service engineer also check and confirmed as used mobile. pickup executive also taken back. But now i got a below mail from you as your item did not meet our quality check criteria, we are unable to generate replacement for it. Your replacement request has now been closed. But i want only Brand new seal mobile... i Have not paid amount for second hand mobile. i already wait for near 30 days. i have tired in follow up always with customer care.
