    I received a faulty s7 edge, (order id: [protected] placed on 12 oct, 2016) it has dead pixel in the down left of the screen. i had filed for a replacement and they accepted for the replacement. a guy came to check the fault of the product and he confirmed the product is faulty and gave me a receipt for getting the mobile exchanged. now the logistics or you can courier

    (air way bill no. - sd[protected] came a day later than the estimated date to pick up the faulty product but he didn't pick up the faulty product, as i didn't had the "snapdeal brand box", i had mobile's box its accessories its label and all the contents inside the box i also have the retail invoice, even then he didn't take the faulty product with him. i called up the customer care and asked for remedy, they said they will send again for taking up the faulty product and replacing with a new one, but as of now, no one has come. the estimated dates to pick up are also increasing day by day. first it was 27th october then 28th october and as of now[protected]:31pm) it shows estimated pick up at 30th october.
    This is a harassment and really depressing for me as i have spend a good amount of money and yet snapdeal is not listening to my problems,
    Really painful for me as i have not yet received the replaced product.

      Placed order for hindware chimney (Check the order id for the order placed date). Supposed to be delivered on 20th october but was delayed till 24th of october. No intimation about the delay or any message or call or any updates on the shipment. Finally the product was delivered by your renowned courier service gati (Such unprofessional behaviour). Got a message in the morning hours of 24th october that the product will be delivered by gati by so and so person. On calling the person of his whereabouts he very well says that he will come only in his preferred time. And finally his preferred time came at 7pm and the product was delivered at 7pm. And he was on call with someone and the way he was asking me for the cash was like as if i had borrowed money from him and he was asking me to pay it back. And he didnt even bother to check what the actual amount was.

      Highlight is that after the delivery i get a message from snapdeal that "we have delivered you product but with a delay which is very rare. Hope you unboxed happiness"

      About the product: (Unboxing (Un) happiness)

      After the courier guy left and when i took the box inside i could hear some rattling sound from the box. I was skeptical about it that it could be a damage but had to console myself saying it might be the packing and not a damage. Called up the hindware cutomer care to schedule the installation and the person from hindware was sent the very next day. The hindware engineer opened the box and could see the whole glass on the chimney was shattered. He told me that i will have to contact snapdeal for the refund/replacement and hindware cannot do anything about the damage.

      Refund/replacement:

      After he left i used the snapdeal app to process a refund of the product. But snapdeal just wont accept my refund request. After furnishing all the bank details as asked i get a reply saying this request cannot be completed. Contact customer care for further info. Your so called cutomer care on contacting is a automated voice saying your the same lines from the app saying your refund cannot be processed.

      Then after several attempts, gave a try for replacement and voila snapdeal accepted it the next moment.

      Now with the replacement in place there comes a new vendor called nuvoex. The next day i get a message saying that my product will be picked up by nuvoex and pls keep the box packed with bill etc etc. The genius nuvoex person comes in the evening to pick up the chimney on his bike. On asking how was he going to carry the box he says he im sorry i didnt see what the product was mentioned as, hence i will go back and send a tempo to pick up the product.

      And i clearly told him to pick up the chimney asap as i was going to vacate my house and shift to another house in a couple of days. After nodding his head he left.

      Later i get a message from snapdeal that pick up was unsuccessful so please reschedule your pick up with preferred time.

      My question is :??? Why on earth should i reschedule the pick up when it is your vendor who has done the mistake.

      Ok for my mistake of buying products on snapdeal i did raise a request again. And on 28th october i get a message from nuvoex that the product will be picked up today. So ive been waiting since morning for this person to show up but nowhere to be seen. Till now.

      My questions to snapdeal.???

      All this while i have been trying to contact the customer care of snapdeal. But other than automated messages there is no human answering my calls.

      I tried contacting on messenger. Dunno who are these avi, mukti and kavya. They are just copying and pasting the same reply again and again and again. Ever since ive been told that someone will contact me. But i'm yet to get a single call from snapdeal.

      Can't snapdeal afford even a single call???

      If not gimme a number to call i will make the call.

      Is snapdeal so not ready to face its customers that it only has computer generated messages and online messages.

      Is there anyone from snapdeal who can solve this for me.

      I have paid 9354 rs for this chimney and all i have is a broken product lying in my house.

      Who is going to answer all these questons.

      Pls don't send me a message saying we have escalated this issue and we will get back to asap. Pls don't send me such vague replies.

      I really want someone to call me and nothing else.

      Just refund the money that i paid for the chimney.. I really dont want a replacement either.

        I ordered a product :Prestige GTM04 Black 4 Burner Glass Manual Gas Stove with order id:[protected] on snapdeal diwali sale but after 2 days I found that the cost of the same product is reduced by 1000, so I raised request to cancel the order and was accepted . It was a prepaid order and the informed me that they will initiate a refund within 6 days. But to my surprise, still they delivered the same product to my security guard of my apartment when I was not at home and without contacting me.

        Evening when I returned from work and got to know about the delivered product I contacted the customer care and informed the same issue and requested for return the product and initiate the refund but the customer guy was very rude and told me that since the product is delivered, it is not possible to return the product and refund the amount any more.

        Now I have two two products and really upset with this act of snapdeal .

        Please do the needful to check the company to do such cheating with customers and refund my amount at the earliest.

          I ordered one item Mi Max (32GB, Grey), Order ID: [protected] dated 03-oct-16. the item was physically damaged/defective when delivery.then i called to customer care of snapdeal and told about the problm and requested for replacement. snapdeal send a enggineer who checked the mobile and given service call report that mobile is physically damaged when delived. Finally the product was picked on 23-oct-16 for exchange, now its been about 8 days. I have not received any mail or any call from snapdeal, I have been continuously trying to reach by call, all the time the executives say that they have forwarded my complaint and it will be resolved within next two days.
          The behavior of the executives is also so unprofessional that even today I called them and asked the reason for delay they are with the same words "wait for 2-3 days". Even I tried to reach the senior team they are so rude that they disconnect call on your face.
          Please resolve my trouble.

            I have been placed an order for Johnson Hackoba bra set of 3 as the order number [protected] and sub order id [protected]. A package delivered on 24 October 2016 containing a set of 3 unbranded and cheapest product instead of Johnson Hackoba. I have registered a complaint against the cheating of the seller (ref number[protected] and received a mail from Snapdeal describing how to return the same. But I can't able to complete the return process. It shows this item is not eligible for return/replacement. Snapdeal is responsible to deliver the goods what I ordered. But they don't take the initiative to return the same.

              I had ordered redmi note 3 on 27 october at 00.23 am, and choose express delievery by paying rs. 100 extra. they promise to deliever my order upto 28 october. i did not received my order yet.
              I already try to call him but they charge rs 1 per minute and have waiting for approx half hour to speak with customer executive.
              I report my complaint throug email but they did not report nothing.

              Total loss of mine is :-
              My respect :- i had ordered it for my friend and i am not unable to gift him today, i want to sue case against snapdeal of rs 20 lakh to disrespect me.
              Rs 100 :- for express delievery
              Feeling cheating :- case of fraud u/s 420 ipc should also be filed against them.

                I placed order on 08 october 2016 which was of INR 17205rs, received order on 12 october 2016, on 13 october i raised request for return of product which was a damaged product, wrong in product was
                1. speaker was defected
                2. 3gb shown on website but there was only 1.72gb of ram in that only after clearing cache and cookies.
                3. hangs when playing any game on that duplicate damaged product ( asphalt8, need for speed no limits) and gives a crash report and heats up like going to blast now.
                4. front camera defected, gives slow motion when moving front camera to click selfie
                except that the engineer visited to check he found those issues and provided me a receipt of check up but he only mentioned that damaged speaker. after that the product was picked up from address on 19 october 2016 and received on warehouse on 23 october 2016 and same day that un educated coward technicians updated that there is no problem in product. i escalated that on same day and said them to process for refund as discussed with engineer and executive provided me 48hr of tat. i waited that time and called again on 26 october. after that they said me request is still under process i escalated it again and they again gave me tatof 24hr to wait i said them how much time it wll more taken by you people for this issue they said and cut the call i again called there after tat and they today on 28 ocotober provided me that tat of 48hr to wait. hello what the BS is going on i you cant run a third grade company then why you giving D grade used products to customers and then just wasting time and money of people...
                do what ever i want refund for that third grade used product i dont want any replacement or anything just refund my money in next 48hr.

                    From Snapdeal, I ordered ( Order No. - [protected]) for a sewing machine, model - Usha wonder stitch electric sewing machine, on 26.10.2016, and an amount of Rs. 11, 084/- was debited from my account as the payment for the above mentioned product. Within half an hour I cancelled the order. Immediately, your Snapdeal website showed that the order was cancelled and amount refunded and credited to the same bank account.

                    But, the amount is not credited till this time, though the status in the site shows, it was already credited. I do not know what is happening?

                    Here, I have to mention that, on 27 Oct., 2016, two days after my first order, I again ordered for the same model sewing machine (Order No. - [protected] and Suborder No. [protected] and product worth Rs. 11, 384/-) - along with an MDI Multicolour Rice light worth Rs.617/- ( Order No. [protected]).

                    Immediately, I cancelled the order of MDI Multicolour, and the got the amount of Rs.617/- credited to my account.

                    While the amount Rs.617/- was immediately refunded and credited back, the amount of Rs. 11, 084/- (for the order I placed on 26 Oct., 2016 ) for Sewing machine is not refunded yet. But, in the 'My orders' the status shows it is showing amount refunded.

                    When this amount (Rs.11, 084) will be refunded?

                    I am mentioning again that you have also debited Rs. 11, 384/- on 27 Oct., 2016, for my second order of the same model o[censored]sha sewing machine.

                    I am not able to digest why the amount for cancelled order is not refunded yet, while the status shows it is refunded. PLEASE REFUND THE AMOUNT OF RS. 11, 084/- for cancelled item of sewing machine. And, deliver the item, against the second order (for which a separate amount of Rs. 11, 384/- was taken by you) immediately.

                    Please give a peace of mind on this Diwali time by solving the above issues.

I am gonna file a legal complaint on snap deal through my lawyer . already I had complaint once to snap deal but they act like fools

                          I had placed a request for 2 jeans from the brand Jack n Jones and i received my product on 24th Oct 2016. I did not like the product and placed a return request om the same day. As soon as i placed the request, I received a mail saying that some of your transactions have not passed our internal check. I called them right then and the representative at the call centre told me not to worry. The pickup will be done within 24 hrs but it did not happen. I called them everyday and today is 28th Oct 2016 and when i called them today, they said that i have returned 60% of the orders placed by me and thus they cannot process my return request. But snapdeal does not have any such terms in their terms and conditions. Moreover i paid through my debit card and thus i qualified for Snapdeal Gold where you can return the product till 14 days and since they claim that the product can be returned so they just cannot decline my request. I have paid the money and i have the right to get it refunded.

                                I wish to return a Casio Edifice Watch I had purchased but my return request has been declined. The outer sticker of the watch seemed like it had been peeled off and stuck again. The box was also very dirty. I checked on Casio website too and it shows that snapdeal.com is not an authorized online dealer of their watches. I have paid a lot of money for this watch and it is not upto the mark I expected. I want this item to be returned and I want my money to be refunded.

                                  I have ordered the helmet from snapdeal.the order was cancelled before the delivery because I was watching the same product at lower price than I ordered.So I ordered the product again.This time I have received the faulty product.So again I returned that product too.
                                  This way I have returned both the received products.The returned product is marked as returned against the old order which was not all delivered to me.And the refund of actual return order is not yet done.

                                    11th Oct I ordered the product. It reached me on 18th Oct. The phone was faulty. I returned on 19th Oct. They took 3 days to receive the product. On 23rd they rejected my replacement complaint and did not bother to tell me the reason. I called them 10 times in these 3 days but my issue is still unresolved. They dont even care to take efforts resolve my problem. Now they are telling me I have kept the earphones from the box and thats why they will do nothing. MATLAB yaha Pura phone lena hai n earphones gayab ho gaye tho who bhi customer ne h rakha hoga. They are hiding their mistake n putting the blame on me for loss of customer. Till date I m waiting to get my product replaced or refund my money back. If I accept their return that means I have lost the head phones which I have not.

                                      Snapdeal is not providing help to customer for replacement of jaipan jumbo roti maker. customer feedback to snapdeal.
                                      1) the defective product received from company. no responce, money wastage
                                      2) no service centre in north.

                                        I paid rs 7650 on12-10-16 for mobile under offer and recieved a cheap chinese mobile on 16-10-16. It is 28-10-16, snapdeal has not replaced my product i had paid for. I feel like cheated. They have made many false promises. But nothing has been done yet. I am fedup with them. Wanna sue them for compensation as well for the stress they have given.

                                        I bought asus zenfone max(FOR WHICH I HAD TO SUFFER AND REGISTERED COMPLAINT ABOVE) under an offer which was pinnaclz vr hearset for free. After recieving asus zenfone I had recieved a redemption code so that I can avail offer and I redeemed it before 25th oct 2016. But the courier company failed to deliver it to the address. On asking customer care executive replied that it is far from their office and I tried contacting JV express courier company located in Dwarka which is not so far from the delivery address(cyber city, Gurgaon), I had already recieved many products from snapdeal on the same address. JV express number was always busy, so could never reach them and they never tried calling me up. I was assured by snapdeal customer care that it will be delivered to me on the same address. Inspite of delivering they returned to snapdeal without contacting me. Now snapdeal says the redemption coupon got expired so we can't reissue. But I bought asus zenfone max because i had to avail this product for free.
                                        I want that freebie which costs Rs 500 as its my right. Kindly take a valid action so that I can develop faith here.
