From Snapdeal, I ordered ( Order No. - [protected]) for a sewing machine, model - Usha wonder stitch electric sewing machine, on 26.10.2016, and an amount of Rs. 11, 084/- was debited from my account as the payment for the above mentioned product. Within half an hour I cancelled the order. Immediately, your Snapdeal website showed that the order was cancelled and amount refunded and credited to the same bank account.

But,...

I had ordered this product and I received it, but the product was not satisfied so I returned it . they mailed me and said they have refunded my money, but after a month of time it didn't reach to my account, why is this ? I am gonna file a legal complaint on snap deal through my lawyer . already I had complaint once to snap deal but they act like fools...

Snapdeal is not providing help to customer for replacement of jaipan jumbo roti maker. customer feedback to snapdeal.
1) the defective product received from company. no responce, money wastage
2) no service centre in north.
3) the item purchased 25% heigher of current rate.
Advice to buyers plz do not buy any product jaipan, insensitive company....

I paid rs 7650 on12-10-16 for mobile under offer and recieved a cheap chinese mobile on 16-10-16. It is 28-10-16, snapdeal has not replaced my product i had paid for. I feel like cheated. They have made many false promises. But nothing has been done yet. I am fedup with them. Wanna sue them for compensation as well for the stress they have given.

Cheating the customers by selling not working products, one of the worst customer care people i never saw... i send a mail to kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com but its waste of 10 minutes time in my life, don't buy products from snapdeal, they are just cheating the customers to earn money, don't encourage this type of websites in india.

I have ordered a unboxed asus zooad zenfone 2 on 22 sept' 2016 and subsequently made payment via net banking with sbi, the product was delivered on 29th sept. However product was default and date of manufacture was june 2014. Product was not working hence i have returned on 04.10.2016 via dtdc courier voucer no. K92049969 from doomdooma, tinsukia, assam.

I had ordered a decorative wall show piece from Snapdeal, it had glass parts, when I opened the first packet, the glass parts inside were already broken.
