I have ordered a unboxed asus zooad zenfone 2 on 22 sept' 2016 and subsequently made payment via net banking with sbi, the product was delivered on 29th sept. However product was default and date of manufacture was june 2014. Product was not working hence i have returned on 04.10.2016 via dtdc courier voucer no. K92049969 from doomdooma, tinsukia, assam.
However i have no knowledge about the development till date. Snapdeal is happened to be best e. Commerce co in india. We definitely do not expect this
Type of attitude from the snapdeal. I humbly request before stepping up to next course of action from self, my refund or replacement may please be made at an earlier date. My complain no.30948630 and order no.[protected].

    I had ordered a decorative wall show piece from Snapdeal, it had glass parts, when I opened the first packet, the glass parts inside were already broken. So I didn't open the remaining 3 packets, out of the 4 and are in the sealed condition till date. I am attaching herewith the photo of the broken as well as sealed packets.

    Therefore I applied for returning the damaged product immediately.

    Now instead of attempting to pick up the damaged product they sent messages that pickup has failed as no one was available at the location and rescheduled for later. This was repeated by them 3-4 times.
    Each time they kept wrongfully claiming that pick up has failed. After following the matter with them via telephone I was told to wait for 48 hours each time.

    All these attempts they say failed, because no one was there at the location when they came to pick up.
    That's not possible since I'm always at the location provided, which is my home as I'm a homemaker and was busy in Diwali preparations.
    I waited for them to pickup the said damaged product till 27th October .Now they say that its 7 days policy only and their return request is closed from their side and claiming that now they can't do anything.

    Instead they sent me the following message:-

    "Return Request Closed: Manjiri Puranik, we have not received any response from you regarding pickup of your Hosley Set of 2 Wall... It seems that you no longer want to return it. Thus we are closing your request. Come back soon to shop from 30+ million products on the Snapdeal app - http://snpdl.in/"

    So basically they falsely claimed of coming to my residence and not finding anyone multiple times.
    Now I am helpless and forcefully stuck with the damaged product.

        My name is amol desai, i had purchased a philips 40pfl5059/v7 aza 102 cm (40) full hd led television from snapdeal by order no. [protected] on 05th oct 2016 and my mobile number [protected]/[protected]. i received the delivery of the item on 18th oct 2016 late evening around 08.00 pm and when i open the tv to on it and saw that i had received defective tv. there was a big scratch from inside the panel of the tv. i informed snapdeal immediately and filed a replacement option the same day within half an hour so they told me that they will not pick up the tv and that i had to dispatch it to their bhiwandi warehouse so again i had to spend hefty amount on courier and we had sent back the tv on 18th oct 2016 to their bhiwandi warehouse and we got and online update that quality check is in progress and the same day again one more update we received that “replace request is declined”. how can the quality assurance team reject my order by not even checking? from that day onwards i am calling everyday snap deal regarding by complaint but i am not getting any appropriate feedback from their customer care executive. i need my order either to be replaced with new product or they have to refund our money back. i am following up rigorously with snapdeal since last 10 days on calls. i had ordered this tv for inr 26, 990/- which are now stuck due to this and so had to finally register complaint here. please help in sorting out this matter. if i will not get my refund i am really going to file a case against snapdeal and the seller who is sanket enterprise-ahm-chd-voi for sending such defective and faulty tv. request you to please resolve our matter at the earliest.

        I placed an order (Id: [protected]) for the same TV on the 15th Nov 2016 at about 10.30pm and the following morning I read the above review and my heart sank thinking that this seller would send me the same broken/defective TV so I cancelled my order at about 1pm. But since I did not receive refundafter nearly 2 weeks so I called snapdeal yesterday and spoke to an agent named Ishant. Ishant told me that the policy is that if an item is dispatched then no refund is processed until the item is back to the seller. I was assured that the TV wont be delivered broken and if I need to replace/refund then snapdeal will pay for return postage cost. So today the arrived at my place and my brother decided to open the TV in front of courier personal and guess what "THE TV SCREEN IS BROKEN"! This seller decides to shift around a broken TV at buyer's misery hoping some buyer will not have money or could not take the trouble to send back. Here are few of my observations:

        1) How come Snapdeal/Seller could not stop the item from travelling from Ahmedabad to far corner of Assam given that I cancelled on 16th? Even if the item was dispatched on the 16th, at best the item was taken by FedEx from the seller to FedEx depot in Ahmedabad.

        2) The delivery process is all tracked. How complicated it is to have messaging system where the courier is instructed not to deliver the item instead be returned to seller? Snapdeal has such a sophisticated automated phone services for customer services but cannot have such simple process in place?

        3) I bought the item from Snapdeal. So my contract is with Snapdeal to deliver me the TV in return for the money I paid, neither with seller or courier service. Snapdeal, seller and courier all three are the family. On the 16th when I cancelled my order the TV was still with/under Snapdeal so why did Snapdeal not refund my Money then or until yesterday? What is the logic of holding my money? After all who does Snapdeal subcontracts its dirty laundry out to is none of my business or I care.

        4) I decided to accept the item because I was repeatedly assured the item wont be defective and if that happens we will give full refund along with all collection.

        5) What do the snapdeal do with such sellers who persistently are dishonest? Its a clear case of this deliberate attempt to commit fraud. The seller is sending the same stock to different buyers within a space of 2 weeks.

        This is atrocious. This is my second attempt to buy a TV online and on both occasions I was delivered broken TV. Modi can demonetise but cant make people honest, it seems like these sellers wake up every morning thinking "who do we [censored] today"!

        Snapdeal, please get this item collected and give me my money back. The courier told that they would collect the item to send back if Snapdeal instructs them.

        Hoping a quick resolution.

            I placed an order (order id: [protected]) on 15/10/2016. deadline for delivery was 25/10/2016. from 24/10/2016 i was continously following up with snapdeal customer service representative every time they gave me the assurance that it will be delivered on that same day. yesterday i talk to their supervisor mr. manish. he confirmed me that it will be delivered by 24 hrs, that mean by today. still it is not delivered, so i talked to bluedart customer service representative, they told me that it will be delivered on friday. today i talked to mr. rajib he has also promised the same. it seems snapdeal actually wants to confuse their customers. if i don't get the product it will be no use for me. i think my big mistake was to make the payment. if it was on cod then snapdeal show interest to it. i'm very disappointed & will not go back to snapdeal again

              I had purchased a product from snapdeal and due to size issue i had returned the product the pickup boy checked the item properly and gave me a signed receipt and picked up the product from me. Now snapdeal has rejected in quality check and giving a fake reason that the product is used one scratched but is it possible as there pickup boy checked the product properly and picked up from me and now they are not refunding my money. So i request you to investigate my case & resolve my problem.

                I ordered Dreamfit Homegym on 2nd Oct worth Rs. 1225/- in the promotional campaign of snapdeal, The order got dispatched on 5th Oct and after that the scheduled delivery date of the same was by 13th Oct. I didnt received it by than, so i drafted a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com as well as raised a point in my orders sectrion of the app.

                I received a mail after 2 Business Days, that the issue is being looked upon and snapdeal will get back to me at the earliest (the courier was at Chandu location). Again i followed up with snapdeal, i got no resonse. After 1 or 2 days i again dropped a mail asking them about the status but was again met by the same fate. The date was revised again to 15th - 19th oct.

                I tried calling on the standard snapdeal #, but there was no option of speaking to the Customer care associates on the IVR, a update was received on the vulcan surface courier part that the courier has reached Bhiwandi, which is hours apart from Mumbai. I was relieved as i knew i will be getting the product in 2-3 days max (17th oct).

                The date this time was changed to 21oct - 25th oct, i was confident by then as it was in Bhiwandi and thought it will take more or less 2-3 days more. I called customer care on 22 night 11:30 PM, they assured me the product will be received that day only, although i didnot believed him but thought whats the harm, i repeatedly asked him on what should i do if i didnot receive the product in next 24 hours, he said you will 100% get the product and was reluctant to share the escalation path.

                Next day i again called as i did not receive it in 24 hours and had a conversation with a guy Deepak Bhagat, he assured me i will get sure shot response from snapdeal in 48 hours (10/27/2016) either via phone/ message/ e-mail, again i asked him the same question what if i did not receive any communication from you guys in the next 48 hours, he said call on the customer care and ask them for his name and they shall transfer the call to him (i knew nothing such existed but for the sake of foolment i accepted that). Luckily the phone got disconnected and i tried customer care again and asked for him, the associate said there is nothing like this on our side and i agreed that Deepak Bhagat has made a fool out of me, the new guy said you will definitely as gain promised will get an response from snapdeal in next 48 hours, but that didnt happen again, although both of them claimed that will personally followup on the issue.

                Since i did not received any call from snapdeal, i called again yesterday night and to my notice i was told the order has been cancelled and that too without notifying me. I wanted to know the reason for this, i also wanted to know the escalation matrix for the same, and a very important message was conveyed to me by your customer care, that you are never going to get any resolution from snapdeal regarding this, you can talk with our seniors and all but you are never going to get any resolution regarding this.

                I wanted the product really hard and hence was patient and was continuously following up from my side, snapdeal though never cared on this. I still want that product and can see available on the snapdeal portal but is not at discounted rates as what i had promised.

                Can you all please take a look at this and get back to me at a time convenient to you all.

                I ordered a product on 2nd october and didn't receive it till today, i repeatedly called customer care and asked for the resolution, they always promised me a call back in a day or two but never really received it. Snapdeal just kept making me fool over and over again, a simple strategy for them existed we will get back to you in 48 hrs. Today since 48hrs got over i called them once again and asked them and they said the order has been returned, delivery attemp was never made for this and suddenly they cancelled the order, strict actions should be taking over with these sellers, amazon offers best customer service and satisfaction. Snapdeal is not making the indian e commerce any good, on the other end it is making it look much smaller

                  I placed ordered on 17th oct but the product is not delivered still. After I writing or mailing that it is not delivered. I'm getting the Revised Delivery Timelines
                  But it continues to changed Revised Delivery Timelines. What is the end to this.
                  Where i have to appeal regarding my problem. As mentioned tomorrow is the last to deliver my order. If it fails means to whom i have to escalate.

                    I ordered v-guard stabilizer on 3rd oct, 2016 (order # [protected] and suborder id: [protected]). i got the product delivered on 14th oct, 2016.
                    After opening the pack, i found that the stabilizer was broken into two pieces.
                    Immediately i called customer care and raised this concern. i returned the product on 15th oct. the product was picked up successfully and was with snapdeal for almost 13 days.
                    I got a mail today morning that the replacement request (ticket id:[protected] is rejected with the "status: replacement request declined" and the reason given is "quality checked failed". and they said that they would send me the same broken product.
                    I am highly disappointed with this action by snapdeal. as soon i got this mail i called customer care and she told me that she can not help me as quality team has not approved the request.

                    My concern is very straight "does snapdeal want me retain the broken product despite i paid full money". what kind of service is this?
                    My product is tagged with their so called "gold service". what is this gold, sorry but snapdeal is not even entertaining my replacement request despite the fact that they delivered broken product.
                    I want a immediate solution to this as this is highly unethical practice. snapdeal representatives here, please look into this and resolve the issue asap. please return my my money or deliver the new product. how can you guys deliver broken product to customer? escalate the issue to higher management and let them know about the was snapdeal is cheating customer. its a sheer cheating.

                      My name is sourab das. My registered mobile number in snapdeal is [protected]. I have ordered a mobile cover it's quality is so poor, so i returned it. But my account is not reflected. They said amount is refunded my freecharge account but amount is not reflecting. I inform them. When they said to giving my bank account details. I sent my sbi account details. They said amount will be refund within 24 hours. But my account is not reflected from 60 days and above. Now when i call them they always dropping my call.

                            My name is Govind shukla i purchased a iPhone 6s 16gb rose gold from snapdeal by sub order no: [protected] and my mobile number [protected], mobile is faulty and i informed to snapdeal within 7days, and i have made a complaint about 12 times there is no proper response everytime i call snapdeal says they will wait for u nobody came to pickup the return products so snaptheydeal is selling secondhand products and cheating the customer in all aspects so i couldn't find any other clue how to deal with or should i use the second product or just throw it in the garbage, whenever i call them they one of the worst and cheater in the e-commerce buissness in india is snapdeal they have tested my patience and ruined my life, this is the most and lost message to snapdeal and people be aware of this kind of people

                              I ordered iPhone 6 on 14th May 2017 and I got message on app i.e. 18thMay 2017 that my product is delivered though it is not delivered to me yet and there is no good customer support of Snapdeal

                              There is no way I can see tracking ID or anything
                              It's just not trustworthy to pay such a huge amount online and than you don't receive product

                              If this issue is not resolved will take this issue social and consumer court mind it to deliver product on time and to concern person only

                                    I have order two watches 10 months ago from snapdeal and its
                                    Order no.: [protected] and [protected]. Both were delivered after 1week. When i get these first time they were working properly. After 6 months one watch stop working. Again after few days it starts working so i didn't go to service centre that time. Same case happen with another watch that it stop working after 9 months but it does not start working itself. Finally i decided that i will give both watches to service centre. When i go to service centre they refuse to accept my watches to repair it. They are saying that online purchased watches will not repaired here and try another sercice centre. But all the service centre says same thing that online purchased watches will not repaired here.. Then i try to consult to snapdeal customer care of snapdeal. They did not reply my email message.
                                    Before purchasing these i have consult about watches' warranty that warrant will valid in any service centre or not. Snapdeal customer service says me that watches will get warranty in any service centre of india. But from this talk i have purchased these watches online. That they will give warranty. After such things i have come here to complain about snapdeal's lie. Please do something to handle this case.
