Parts found to be defective as burner brass were found missing and package was also messed and improper.
Return/refund request was raised on same day thursday, 6th oct 2016
On friday 7th oct 2016, snapdeal email about being unable to pick up the product from address due to area not in pick-up service. requested customer to send the same to their bhiwandi warehouse.
Sat, 8th oct 2016 we dispatched the product with package being property packed with having invoice and return slip sent by snap-deal labelled on it. we sent email with pictures of packaging as well as courier invoice receipt.
On 10th oct 2016 vichare courier attempted delivery of product to bhiwandi warehouse however package was not accepted by warehouse for no reason. package came returned at my address.

On same day, 10th oct 2016, spoke to snapdeal executive about the whole issue and he assured that, snapdeal will contact the courier and will collect the package directly and process the refund.
On wednesday, oct 12, we followed up with snapdeal executive, spoke with abhishek dharmet and escalation manager mr. karan anand, who assured to take this matter further to have faster resolution. since our attempt to send the courier was done, we
Had informed snapdeal to send person for pickup.
On friday, oct 14, again called up for followup and the guy didn't had any information and said it will be taken care soon and issue will be resolved.
On saturday, oct 15, again followup up with snapdeal for updates and spoke with a escalation manager yashika, who have again assured to have this issue resolved soon. she assured to respond with timelines by eod which didn't happen.
On thursday, 20th oct 2016, spoke with javed and escalation manager prerna and they assured to resolve the matter within 48 hours by arranging a pickup from local courier and they took details of courier service providers.
Later i received another email to resend it again and this was 4th time i have been asked to to resend.
Consulted vichare courier but they denied accepting the package as they made statement that return packages comes back as it as as snapdeal's bhiwandi warehouse never accept any package.
I am following up rigorously with snapdeal since last 22 days on calls, emails and their facebook page. can refer here. my 3000 rs are stuck due to this and so had to finally register complaint here.
Please help in sorting out this matter. snapdeal is worst in their services as this is not first time but has happened in past as well.

Complaint marked as Resolved finally after a month Snapdeal pickup the faulty product and i received the refund. With such experince i will never buy any stuff from Snapdeal in future.

Updated by rajk1606 There are timelines for everything in this world... So could you please update me when this will be taken into the actions in reality. This is an properly drafted message that is been used for response, which isnt needed at all as i have already lost all my patience.
I have seen people crying and writing complaints. One of the case i just saw and that person is following up since last 4 months. Isn't that Shameful and you are still misguiding and running your online shop.
Let me know the timelines/ETA for resolving this case.

Can i know the pickup schedule details????? It was said to be picked up in 1-2 days a week ago on last Saturday.. Refer to the attachments.
Its very very cheap, ridiculous and disgusting feeling i get while i followup on this.

Updated by rajk1606 Is someone working on this??? Its been over a week no one has communicated about the pickup schedule which was committed on last Saturday. See the attached screenshot. My 3000 Rs are stuck since a month because of Snapdeals BS services. They arent even giving the compensation or either picking up their crap product.
I am fed of it.
