I received a message on my smartphone from Snapdeal regarding the arrival of my order but no information regarding the time of arrival. ON checking on my order update the ordered arrived at 18:58 today(27/10/2106). NO call regarding when i will b expecting my order from the delivery person. What kind of service is this?

    I have order two watches 10 months ago from snapdeal and its
    Order no.: [protected] and [protected]. Both were delivered after 1week. When i get these first time they were working properly. After 6 months one watch stop working. Again after few days it starts working so i didn't go to service centre that time. Same case happen with another watch that it stop working after 9 months but it does not start working itself. Finally i decided that i will give both watches to service centre. When i go to service centre they refuse to accept my watches to repair it. They are saying that online purchased watches will not repaired here and try another sercice centre. But all the service centre says same thing that online purchased watches will not repaired here.. Then i try to consult to snapdeal customer care of snapdeal. They did not reply my email message.
    Before purchasing these i have consult about watches' warranty that warrant will valid in any service centre or not. Snapdeal customer service says me that watches will get warranty in any service centre of india. But from this talk i have purchased these watches online. That they will give warranty. After such things i have come here to complain about snapdeal's lie. Please do something to handle this case.

            I have placed an order for usha el 2102 teflon 1000w dry iron-orange in snap deal with order id: [protected] placed on 03 oct, 2016. I have paid and amount of inr 891 after a discount of 261 rupees. The original price on site was inr 1, 152. The order is showing it was delivered on 10 oct, 2016 in the shipping address venkat, flat no 201, siriresidency, canara nagar, peerzadiguda (V), ghatkesar (M), rrdist, uppal busdepot, hyderabad telangana - 500098 mobile no: [protected]. But i have not received the product in the address mentioned.

            I have raised the complaint on wed 10/12/2016, remained snap deal customer services couple of time after that. I have not received the product so far neither my amount got refunded back.

            I had bad experience with snapdeal and the customer care did not keep the words they promise. They said in a 2-4 working days the problem will be solved but never kept their words. Please help me in getting my fund reverted back to my account.

              SNAPDEAL have picked product by courier from my home on 21st.oct
              Snapdeal received the product at sandeal wearhouse on 22nd.oct

              snapdeal decline the quality check that product is right so we sending your same product which they received as per mentioned in email and sms.

              I do not understand that what they did check quality match. As I got wrong item n also checked by snapdeal enginier at my home that product is wrong n now they are saying that quality check is not match. How is possible.

              Today also talked with Sanpdeal helpline.
              But still i do not get product.
              Snapdeal is a worst service.

                The model number i ordered was mc2146bl and snapdeal shipped me mc2145bpg.
                Also they send mismatching invoice and i would not be able to claim the warranty.
                Also they are s pathetic that they do not respond to my emails at all.. Almost 20 days and no action or response from snapdeal.
                I requested them a revised correct invoice but they did not respond from the past 15-20 days.

                  I have ordered a product (Vego Grey and White Cotton Solid Short) in Snapdeal, order ID is [protected] but size of the product is not fitting so I raised replacement request. Then they scheduled for pickup the item on today (27th Oct 2016).

                  I got a call from courier person who came to pickup the item but he has not came to the address where I have mentioned for pickup. He was standing 1.5 kms far away and asked me to go there and return the product. He also said "If you want to return the product come here and give it otherwise keep it with you and if you want to send mail to Snapdeal you can send I don't care". He talked like very rude and sarcastic manner, I am very disappointed with his behavior.

                  He simply put the reason for not picking the item as "Customer want to keep the item" If I wanted to keep this product with me why should I raise replacement request?

                  I don't know where is the problem, whether Snapdeal giving worst service like this always or they do partnership with worst courier service in the world.

                  Worst service ever I have received from any online purchase. :(

                      Bought a unboxed letv mobile (Leeco 2 x526 - order no [protected]) from snapdeal which was delivered on 16th october 2016. There were some loggin issue with the handset therefore it is not usable. Called up snapdeal customer care on 18th october to take care of the problem. Since then i have called up ccare of snapdeal at least 10 times but it seems this company is deaf and dumb. They make false promises only. This was my first and the last buy from snapdeal. I also advise everyone to stop buying products from a company which treats its customers like piece garbage.
                      I had also tweeted the same to kunal bahl and bansal who are the owners of snapdeal but of no avail.
                      I have already started a campaign against snapdeal in facebook, tweeter, whatsapp and other social platforms.

                        Hi, I have ordered a mobile backcover last week, I got the message that the delivery is missed twice atlast i got the item on the 3rd attempt, the issue is the deivery person never called me, he just came and went, Also on the 3rd attempt he came and gave the parcel to my 5 yr old daughter who was playing outside and went away without evening calling of informing me or taking any signature. This is really pathetic. How can a delivery person come without making a call, this is my second order in snapdeal, i always buy from Flipkart or Amazon, i hope i will never order anything in Snapdeal again, becoz for that i have to sit at home as the delivery person will not call. Is it a rule in Snapdeal that the delivery person will not call or take the signature once we get the parcel. Also haven't received any customer satisfcation mails from snapdeal.

                          My name is sureshkannappan, i purchased a samsung galaxy j3 from snapdeal by order no. [protected], sub order no: [protected] and my mobile number [protected], mobile is faulty and i informed to snapdeal within 7days, and i have made a complaint about 12 times there is no proper response everytime i call snapdeal says they will come and collect in 2 days till now nobody came to pickup the return products so snaptheydeal is selling secondhand products and cheating the customer in all aspects so i couldn't find any other clue how to deal with or should i use the second product or just throw it in the garbage, whenever i call them they say nuvo-chennai courier will pickup. And i didnt even received call from courier for pickup, but after wholeday waiting courier man not came, and these snapdeal customer care says no that yesterday attempt to pick up not succeed so today he will pickup. 20days already passed i have not received any information. This snapdeal customer care even doesn't have toll free number, the worst e-commerce website in india who sells used products and cheating the customer and playing with people's money not responding to the query, i spoke to 12 executives calling in different days some of them are mani supervisor who has given a false commitment he has promised that it will be pickup in 24hours and will get the replacement in 3days, rajadurai, pradeepsingh and other ladies doesn't remember their names, one of the worst and cheater in the e-commerce buissness in india is snapdeal they have tested my patience and ruined my life, this is the most and lost message to snapdeal and people be aware of this kind of people

                              Parts found to be defective as burner brass were found missing and package was also messed and improper.

                              Return/refund request was raised on same day thursday, 6th oct 2016

                              On friday 7th oct 2016, snapdeal email about being unable to pick up the product from address due to area not in pick-up service. requested customer to send the same to their bhiwandi warehouse.

                              Sat, 8th oct 2016 we dispatched the product with package being property packed with having invoice and return slip sent by snap-deal labelled on it. we sent email with pictures of packaging as well as courier invoice receipt.

                              On 10th oct 2016 vichare courier attempted delivery of product to bhiwandi warehouse however package was not accepted by warehouse for no reason. package came returned at my address.

                              On same day, 10th oct 2016, spoke to snapdeal executive about the whole issue and he assured that, snapdeal will contact the courier and will collect the package directly and process the refund.

                              On wednesday, oct 12, we followed up with snapdeal executive, spoke with abhishek dharmet and escalation manager mr. karan anand, who assured to take this matter further to have faster resolution. since our attempt to send the courier was done, we
                              Had informed snapdeal to send person for pickup.

                              On friday, oct 14, again called up for followup and the guy didn't had any information and said it will be taken care soon and issue will be resolved.

                              On saturday, oct 15, again followup up with snapdeal for updates and spoke with a escalation manager yashika, who have again assured to have this issue resolved soon. she assured to respond with timelines by eod which didn't happen.

                              On thursday, 20th oct 2016, spoke with javed and escalation manager prerna and they assured to resolve the matter within 48 hours by arranging a pickup from local courier and they took details of courier service providers.

                              Later i received another email to resend it again and this was 4th time i have been asked to to resend.

                              Consulted vichare courier but they denied accepting the package as they made statement that return packages comes back as it as as snapdeal's bhiwandi warehouse never accept any package.

                              I am following up rigorously with snapdeal since last 22 days on calls, emails and their facebook page. can refer here. my 3000 rs are stuck due to this and so had to finally register complaint here.

                              Please help in sorting out this matter. snapdeal is worst in their services as this is not first time but has happened in past as well.

                              There are timelines for everything in this world... So could you please update me when this will be taken into the actions in reality. This is an properly drafted message that is been used for response, which isnt needed at all as i have already lost all my patience.

                              I have seen people crying and writing complaints. One of the case i just saw and that person is following up since last 4 months. Isn't that Shameful and you are still misguiding and running your online shop.

                              Let me know the timelines/ETA for resolving this case.

                              Is someone working on this??? Its been over a week no one has communicated about the pickup schedule which was committed on last Saturday. See the attached screenshot. My 3000 Rs are stuck since a month because of Snapdeals BS services. They arent even giving the compensation or either picking up their crap product.

                                I have ordered good 5 tier rack for multi purpose use which looked good in pictures and was with clothing cover but got delivered shoes rack of very low quality, made up of low quality plastic which cannot even withstand the weight of the things I want to put on. It fell off as soon as I started installing my things on it, plastic which was holding the rods bend down. Also it is not same as picture shown while purchasing, in pictures it was a good looking rack with a cover to protect things from dust. I demand my full refund or else I'm going to take complaints forward. I have attached both the pictures what I received and what I ordered. I want my refund ASAP and never going to order from Snapdeal again.

                                      I ordered Tanishka Fabs Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtains from @www.snapdeal.com. when i ordered them when they had offers which says "Tanishka Fabs Buy 1 Get 1 Free (Set of 2) Door Eyelet Curtains (Size (Length): 7 ft)". when i ordered them without the offers i put quantity as "2" and received 4 Curtains (that means 2X set of 2). but when it says Buy 1 Get 1 Free (Set of 2) which means ( 1x set of 2 + 1x set of 2). but still to clear this i called there customer care and asked about the same offer and they conformed me the same Buy 1 Get 1 Free (Set of 2) means ( 1x set of 2 + 1x set of 2) so i should get 4 Curtains. so i ordered as Quantity as 1, but i received only a set of 2 that is 2 Curtains. i i raised a complain the (complain number[protected]. but i did not get any response from them so u called again and they said sir we are sorry it was a mistake but it will be 2 Curtains only, but u can either order a new set or you can cancel the order. So i cancelled the order and the return request was initiated. but there has been no return pickup till date in the mean while i have called them multiple time rescheduled the pickup time but on the very same day of the pickup (at 8 am around ) i received a email and sms stating the pickup is cancelled. the i again called @snapdeal agin rescheduled the pickup time and date and angain on the next pickup (at 8 am around ) i received a email and sms stating the pickup is cancelled. so i called them again and they say we will arrange the pickup but the next day there is no response so i call ed @snapdeal again and now they say sorry sir its past the return date we cannot hep you.

                                        Snapdeal with order id: [protected] delivered a defective samsung mobile when we ask for return they want customer to check that mobile with samsung repair store when samsung store accepted that product has fault and replace the camera - even than sanpdeal refuse to return and claim that this product is working and we have to take this product. Some words i can't eve write here how sanpdeal customer care talked.

                                        Snapdeal is a worst company and it should ban working in india as it cheating customer and violating consumer act. They never mentioned hidden t&c on the product page.

                                        I tried everything to connect but no one can post any comments on company facebook page until they approve, if you try contacting by phone they cut the phone during the conversation, i also even tried to contact company ceo through twitter but these tweeter accounts again managed by pathetic snapdeal customer service team.

                                        This company is worst company and pathetic customer support.
