        Actually i paced an order in snapdeal on 17th july 2020. Order status show me it will come till yesterday today it shows as that order is cancelled without any intimation to me and the refund is not done to me

          Snapdeal is not refunding my money back.
          I have ordered redmi note 3 mobile of ₹11, 999 which was defective so i returned it back to them which they received then i asked for refund.
          They just say due to internal problem we can't refund back then i asked which internal problem they say this we don't disclose with our customers.
          But i have paid 11, 999 rupees where are they?

            I've ordered a jeans after delivery i dont like the product then i filed a return request they rescheduled my return 3 times and pickupboy came and he said that he has 3 return request of my product then he cancelled 2 request and approved third one its been 4 days now no reply from careand no reply from pickup boy

                This is the 3rd time i have received a call from a gentle man from snapdeal claiming that i have won cash worth prize of rs.680, 000.00 or tata nixon. I ignored the first two calls entertaining for few minutes but the man i spoke just earlier today about the same bogus crap was very unprofessional he wanted my banking credentials and adhar card number to deposit the money when he knew i was just playing over the phone and refused to share the information he end up abusing and threatening me. They didn't get anything out of me but my concern is how they have my phone number (Snapdeal)? They had my order information which is not even delivered yet. From the very beginning i knew they were not who they say they are but my question is why snapdeal is not taking care of such data breach? Why your security department is not taking strict action against these fraudsters? I went to snapdeal official website to file a complaint but i couldn't find any option where i put down my grievances. I request snapdeal to look into these matters seriously so that we or every customers feel safe and secure purchasing from you. I am attaching the screen shots for the sms and phone number too.                 Today i got a same call and the scamer end up giving me his details...the phone number :- [protected] please take necessary action.

                I had called a helpline number that was supposedly Snapdeal's helpline number, to complain for a fraud call. The helpline staff reconfirmed that I had actually won Rs.8, 20, 000 and asked me to deposit Rs.3550 to start the paperwork procedure for the said amount that I had supposedly won. Upon deposit Rs.3550, they again said that the RBI is asking Rs.19200 to finalize the paperwork, I then realized that they were also fraud people. I did not deposit Rs.19200 but would want to get my Rs.3550.
                I also have his government ID proof and his said Snapdeal ID Card.
                I would request you to kindly look into my matter and refun money, lest I will be complied to file a complaint against Snapdeal, because they said that the former call was a fraud one, but they were actually Snapdeal employees in the consumer court. I also happen to have all his government ID proofs.
                Do look into it as soon as possible.

                  Have ordered for 5 dresses on 29 th july received it on the 2 of aug all clothes were different return was scheduled and the person refused to take it back. Customer care team is no where to be seen and no direct contact is these. Extremely disappointed with the service. And fraud customer service number is given. On the google for the same company. 17000 rs was deducted from my account

                    Dear team I have ordered for 5 dresses on 29th got delivered on 2 Nd aug all of them were different . Requested for a refund the person who came to take the product. Did not accept it because it was different did not match the image and tag was not there . Have paid 2000 rs in total and fraud customer care number was given and 17000 was deducted from my account .kindly look into it .

                      Kindly review the below message which i believe is an act of fraud in the name of snapseal by some miscreant.

                      The sms received today, copy reads as below "congratulation you are 1st prize of snapdeai company online shopping you 1st prize tata nexon car & amount rs 6, 90, 000/- plz you have to pay government service tax rs 6900/-) in date 04/08/2020 deposit details helpline number [protected]"

                            My cousin got a call from snap deal, and they said that he won prize money of rs.15 lakhs, and they ask him to pay amount for pan card link, gst, verification fee, registration fee etc., and he paid nearly 60, 000rs, and they asked for more amount rs of 12000, at that time we got doubt on this, and then we called to snap deal toll free number and snap deal people saying like they are fake (Agent people) and snap deal people started asking to pay 10, 000 rs for prize money and i again called to another toll free number, and they also started asking for amount and some of them spoke rudely to me but when i check in google reviews of snap deal in that it mentioned that snap deal never asks for money then why these people asking for money. I warned them as i given complaint to police about this then also they're asking for payment. Snap deal people don't know how to deal with the customers.

                              I wish to complaint the mobile iPhone 7(128gb black) which I have ordered on snapdeal and i have received silver color. which was not a good quality also not working the headset, the color which I have ordered is not I have received also it has some sounds inside when shaking.
                              Although I was not satisfied with this product
                              I have returned my phone to refund.Last 5 days the status is showing quality checking in progress, i don't know what they are doing these days.Every day i send mail for the updates at [protected]@snapdeal.com, they give the reply next 24-48 hours they will rectify this.I need my money back.Please do the refund as soon as possible
                              I'm looking forward to hearing from you to resolve this problem.

                                    Me and our family are being a valuable customer o[censored]r site for more than a decade now. The trust we had on snap deal is completely shattered. We orderd a product and got it delivered. On the same day of delivery a person claiming that he is from snap deal said that we have won a car on snapdeal lucky draw, he made us pay 12, 800 as initial payment. He gave us the following website as reference

                                    We trusted your brand and we made purchase, it is your responsibility to protect our identity, how did a third party knew that we made a purchase in snapdeal? How did they get our number and name? Its identity theft breach by your company, you have mishandled our information. Your company is the sole responsible for this. I have also made a complaint on cyber crime on the same. I need you to respond to me on the same. Herewith, i have attached the copy of all the payment made, payment account details, the websites they showed us to make us pay, im also mentioning the phone numbers through which they reached us,

                                    Upon calling these people and return the money they use abusive languages, threatening that they will publish my number reffering as prostitue. Is this what you offer to your customers? Is this how you mishandle customers information? I lost my money as well as i loose my identity for making a purchase in snap deal, is this what your company policy? I request a call or response from your end on the same.

                                      Hi i am a seller on snapdeal. I sold many products on snapdeal. But, did not get any payment from snapdeal. I have rasied query but there is no response from them. Snapdeal did not only fooling the buyers, also they are fooling the sellers as well. Snapdeal gets its profit from it. But, as a seller we are not getting paid. Please take a severe action against them. My seller id - s48be3

                                      After this i would definately want to back out from snapdeal as a seller.

                                        I do not responded their sms/whatsapp.
