          Hi, I don't know how these people get the fraud IDs, pan card, Adhar card and all these documents.I had got a call on 28th Aug 2020 from Mar Abhishek Mondal that I have won a lucky draw can get a Mahindra car or cash of 1450000/- . First they asked me to pay a charge of 3500 rs as registration after paying that they asked me to pay 14500/-, interstate charge and intercity change, GSt 25200/- and 37800 /- after that I became suspicious and stopped the further payment . They r forcing me to pay further but I told them stop and return all my money they r saying you wll have to wait for 90 days .Please help me to get my money back .

                I have sold more than 150 products on SNAPDEAL and whenever the payment date comes they show some negative figure. its more than a monthi am following up with them but my payment is yet showing negative. I have sold products for more than 43, 000 Rs in a month and they have charged on buyers return which is agreeable, apart from that they have not paid me single penny for sales of Rs. 43000. This is a fraud company. They are just looting sellers with both hands. First of all, they charge heavily for logistics and their logistics partner never delivers the products and then seller bears heavy logistics charges. there are many instances where address is literally bogus and incomplete, this shows they are themselve buying the products as a fake customers and charges logistics cherges to the seller. They havent paid me single penny . Who is responsible. Mr. Bansal the owner is looting sellers in the name of online business.

                So far i have not received any sort of clarification or any details from Snapdeal about my pending payments. I have requested their seller support team as well but no cooperation. I am a small trader, in this lockdown it is so difficult to earn a normal income and in that online selling is happening but all the money is being retained by Snapdeal in the name of hundreds of deduction, this is unfair trade practice. This is to destroy and finish small business owners from the market. I sold 150 products of worth Rs. 43, 000 and have not received any money from Snapdeal. All the more, their portal do not show any clear picture of how much deduction done in how many products. It only shows some cumbersome amount which is so confusing and support team also do not guide or help us. I sell on others ecommerce website, but their account details are so clear and payment date is also mentioned and I received payments exact on defined dates. I heard not only me but there are 1000s of sellers on Snapdeal who have been deceived like me in the name of online business. If my matter is not resolved by Snapdeal then i will definitely knock the court of law to get my hard-earned money. Thanks and regards. S. Gupta

                    I purchased a pair of night suits but u didn't like it, and I opted for returning the product, but the request was closed saying "it was delivered in good condition". I never complained that the product was faulty. I chose the option that I did not like the product, and this option is very much included in the return options. Now I'm stuck with a product I absolutely didn't like and I lost my money as well.
                    For anyone reading this I would caution them to never buy anything from this website.

                          Detail of my orders -
                          Order id's = [protected] and [protected]
                          Suborder id's =[protected] and [protected]
                          Products name = four season white crepe saree and gazal fashions green, orange chiffon saree

                          I ordered the products on 8th august 2020 and received them on 14th and 15th august 2020.

                          The fabric of the products was very poor, rough and thick like a shawl (In the description it was shown as chiffon) and the print was also different from the picture so i didn't like the products.

                          And i requested the return on 16th august in the morning and got the notification of pickup for the same day by courier in the afternoon and then in the evening i got the notification 'return pickup is failed as you asked to reschedule'. I didn't even applied for the reschedule.

                          Next day (17th aug) the courier service called me around 6 to 7 pm without any message or notification of the pickup date or time. I was
                          Not available at that time and i couldn't pickup the call when i called back the number was not valid and i didn't had the courier guy's no. So i was unable to contact him. Then i rescheduled the pickup on 18th aug successfully.

                          Today is 21 aug and the status of the product is shown as 'pickup unsuccessful' and in order tracking it is shown as 'pickup scheduled'. I am still unable to return it.

                          I'm not getting any help from customer care service.

                          Please help me return these products and get my refund as soon as possible.

                            I bought an product Rosette LED tubelight (pack of 5), I ordered 2 of them, but when the product reached it has a big package so i thought it consist of 5x2=10 tubelight as i odered and paid the amount of rs 1614 (i.e 807x2), but it has only one set which is pack of 5, other set was missing.
                            Then i filed complaint for the same and they said you have recieved your one set costing Rs 807 so keep it, we'll refund your remaining amount i.e Rs 807. But there is no any response after that i m continuously raising complained but they initiate pickup service. But my question is you have to refund the amount of the product i havent recieved then why you are initiating pickup for the same.
                            It's being more then a 3 month now please help me for the refund of my product. Details are as follows.

                              I ordered iPhone charger cable (philips) on 7th of Aug by sanpdeal.hence received the product on 13 th Aug.We did check the product and found not working. Immediately raised return request and complained at material supplier ODIO ZONE private LIMITED at Bangalore. Till now I didn't get either refund or replacement. Really pathetic service by sanpdeal should banned this company

                                I've ordered something in Snapdeal.com. But it is taking more days to deliver my package.

                                So I thought to cancel my order. But I can't able to cancel it since it is shipped.

                                In Amazon and flipkart we can be able to cancel our products at any time.
