Hello all, i ordered one mobile yu yunique 10 days back and today got the product which is completely different. I got a very simple mobile, used, damaged product, without charger, without battery. The product package was filled with waste papers. How can snapdeal do this? Without checking the actual order, how can the product was dispatched. This is complete fraud. I will avoid and will request everyone to avoid buying anything from snapdeal from today. Complaint registered. Waiting for next call from customer care on how to return /replace product.

Order booked on 18 September was to be delivered on 25 September 2016 which was neither delivered in time nor in time extended twice and no further date was given so the order was cancelled on 11 October and estimated Refund date was given 17 October but till today 26 Oct 2016 refund is not made.       I bought a micro max tv set 43 inches from snapdeal. The delivered item did not contain tv remote, user manual and the warranty card. I called snapdeal about the matter. Instead of providing me with my solution, snapdeal asked me to buy the remote myself from open market separately. I was expecting complete accessories of my tv set. It wasn't mentioned anywhere in the site of snapdeal about the incomplete package of my tv set. This seem to be like a fraud. I feel like i have been cheated. Please help me. I want the complete set at the same price.

        Hi All,

        I ordered "Haier 195 Ltr 5 Star HRD-2157BS-R Single Door Refrigerator" on 7th oct-16 this month and Snapdeal committed final TAT of delivered till 16th of oct-2016 but sadly i would like inform you that i didn't get the delivery till now.

        I am calling snapdeal help line daily but no response some time they say in 24 hrs some time 48 hrs and some time they don't behave good and drop the call. You may check my call logs, i am calling daily to customer care and wasting my money and important time but not good news.

        I request you to please don't loose customer believe and deliver my product as soon as possible. i need to order more but i am ordering from other online sides and getting delivery on or before time but frankly saying your product delivery good and because of bad experience i am not ordering from snapdeal.

        I hope you will not mislead me and take appropriate action regarding my query so that i don't loose my life time faith with snapdeal.

            I order two items from snap deal with same delivery address. One item was received but for other item courier send a message that address is incorrect. Please guide how can an address be correct for one order and wrong for other. Unnecessarily i am being harassed. My valuable time is wasted in unwanted follow-ups. Very pathetic experience. Will never order again from snapdeal.

It got delivered on 21st oct 2016 from courier service dlhvry awb no s[protected], order no 005. As i opened the package there was wrong product in that as attached.

              But in site it shows `in transit` so i`m unable to opt option return/replace

              Instead of several mails/reminder there is no positive response from snapdeal

                Received on 26th oct, the order item received was larger in size and

                  I am place a order for tvs keyboard with the price of 439 shows in the website description and i am pay when i am seen the price of the product on the manufacturing is 418. The diffrence of rs 21, and i am also shocked when i am getting the invoice it should shows that the price is 499, really shameful snapdeal. They always cheat the customers and take more money than. I am also proof with my self that i am attached with this tag. And i am email to mr kunal bahl, and rohit bansal, to solve out this matter but the seven days also go so, i am giving an fir to my area police station and give a legal notice from court to present on the hearing because i will give you a more time but you will not resolve it. I want an immediate action on the snapdeal because i have a proof.

                    I ordered juicer mixer grinder from snapdeal and did a big mistake. The product was not of quality standard and was making a lot of noise. I called them requesting to return the item. They informed that they can't come to collect and i need to courier them and then they would refund the courier amount as well.
                    So, i personally sent the item to them and when it reached, i got one more email that this product did not meet their quality check criteria, refund can't be initiated and item would be shipped back!!! Lol!! (Yes, the item would not meet the standard check as it was of worst quality).
                    And, somehow when i got into a call with one of their customer representative, after so many attempts, he was also not sure that why the quality check was done on the returned item. He told me that i would get a call in 1-2 days to resolve this issue and refund the amount, both for the product and shipping.
                    But, no one called and i am stuck. Tried calling them again several times but not getting any response.

                        After long delay of my shipment snapdeal have shipped wrong product after placing order on 8th oct order for lake complexion care cream it was delivered on 25th oct and when opened i found a nail polish.
                        This is idiotic.
                        I was about to return product but as per their policy i was unable to return product they guys are delivering product after 17 days of purchase
                        O it's my right that i should be able to return the product.

                          I purchased 'redmi note 3' phone from snapdeal website on 6th october, and was sent the phone on october 11. the phone had a scratch on it and i immediately returned the phone through snapdeal website. the phone was picked up from my house and i was sent an sms and e-mail that quality team has rejected my complaint and there is no scratch on the phone and i would be sent the same phone back. either they are blind, or have been instructed by the top management to commit fraud on customers.

                          So called quality team did not care to call me during inspection and are lying that phone is alright. since 5 days i have been trying to reach out to quality team, but i am not being allowed to talk to anyone. nor am i being called back despite promising me a callback again and again. a lot is shady here!

                          I asked customer care to send me close-up images of phone, they declined. i asked what if re-sent phone has a scratch on it? what then they will do? how will they compensate me? looks like they are deliberately frustrating me so that i may finally end up accepting the phone. i have wasted a lot of time and money over this issue.

                          Snapdeal has actually sold me a factory second/refurbished phone at actual mrp (seller - tvs electronics, bangalore. fulfilled by snapdeal) and now they are trying to frustrate me into accepting it. not happening. i will take it to the courts if issue not resolved asap.

                              I have ordered a product from this shopping site by debit card payment then I have cancelled my order due to some reason. My bank account balance debited after that order. After that I got a confirmation that they will refund my money in 3-4 days but I have not recieved my refund money which is already 15 days passed. I got a status that Your refund has been successfully processed to your card but no money credited to my account. I have already uploaded my bank statement and I continuously sent messages for help but they are very rude without helping me. When I call to customer care number. It always says Our customer representatives are busy. Wait for few minutes. Otherwise I have lost lots of talktime balances but they say our number is toll free. I am regular buyer to this site. Don't do this. We are for you.

                                    I ordered puma shoes through snapdeal where the price was 1152.I ordered the shoes in this price.the order was accepted by snapdeal.however after many days they cancelled my order without any reason.the shoes are right now clearly available on their website at a grater price than ordered.so if they are not giving discounts then why post false deals?no one is there to complain in snapdeal.no rply of emails.no customer care representative to talk to.

                                      On 11 october, 2016, i had purchased 5 sarees worth rs 1499 from snapdeal... This cod order (Order id: [protected]) has to be delivered to gonda... And on 16 october, 2016, my old parents in gonda received the order after paying the cod amount...

                                      After opening the packet, they found that there is one single suit piece worth rs 526 or something along with two bills... One bill is of 5 sarees that we haven't received and the other was of that suit that has to delivered to some different location (According to that bill)...

                                      So, i filed a replacement request with snapdeal... And i got a mail from them saying "your item cannot be picked up as as your address lies outside their serviceable area for reverse pickup. Please send it to our warehouse via any national courier. We will reimburse the courier charges to your freecharge account.

                                      So, we couriered the original snapdeal packet (From dtdc) along with suit piece and both the bills to their given address. We have paid rs 165 more as the courier charges... And we have also uploaded the courier receipt on their website as was asked by them...

                                      On 20th october 2016, snapdeal messaged me that"we received your returned item but your item did not meet our quality check criteria, we are unable to generate replacement for it. Your replacement request has now been closed. We will ship back your item to your original delivery address within next 48 hours. Once we ship it, you will receive an email with the awb tracking number and courier details."

                                      So, same day, again i generate a complain (Reference no.[protected] with them regarding this fraud... Their customer executive told me that this is rejected since they haven't received the courier receipt... So, she asked me to mail that receipt again, which i did...

                                      Everyday, i called their customer care regarding this complaint and every time they assured us that this matter was forwarded to their seniors and very soon, we will have our refund...

                                      But yesterday, when i called their customer care regarding this issue, they strictly denied to give our refund saying that we are lying. And if we want the refund then we have to mail the images of invoice of that suit piece along with both the bills to them... Which is not possible for us because we have already couriered them both the bills along with suit piece to them... This they had to ask it before that reverse courier...

                                        I ordered 3necklace set on 16th october 2016. They estimate the delivery date is on or before 24th-26th octobere 2016. One of my product is reached courier in my home town on 23rd october 2016. But the courier person didn't delivered the product to me for past three days. But every morning i got a text from snapdeal tat ur product is out of delivery. But courier person not responding to me. Courier person just give a missed cal to me for one ring and entered the snapdeal feedback as am not in my home, not picking call and etc.
                                        I again called them where is my product but they told tat am not answering his call on tat time with in a ring so he just going to deliver my product on next day. This was the answer i got for three days from three different persons.
                                        How can the courier persons do like this?
                                        Why the snapdeal signing this type o[censored]seless courier company to deliver the product?
                                        This was the worst experience i never had.
