I ordered an birthday e gift card on 20 Oct 2016 and have not still received my card as on date. The order status however shows Delivered but no card has been delivered either to my email or shipping address.
I raised several complaints on this issue on snap deal website however just to get no response. I called the customer care today morning who verified the email address and said the card will be sent to email within 3-4 hours but till midnight I have not received.
E gift cards are supposed to be sent instantly but not delivered even after several days.
Unhappy with snap deal for not delivering even after complaining to customer care and marking status as delivered without actual delivery of the product.

    I have ordered a mufti shirt on 5th oct, 2016 from my home pune, and i wait for my product till 2-3 week but i didn`t receive my product. And no one call me from snapdeal to ask weather i want this product or not, atleast someone needed to ask me on my contact number. I really very disappointed for such [censored] behavior of snapdeal, and i am not going to order again form this e-shopping site.
    I ordered 2 products on the same day(5th oct, 2016) and i got only one after a long waiting period around 15-20 days of delivery and another one which is "mufti shirt" i didn`t receive yet and i don`t need it now as well. I need my refund back into my bank account for this shirt any how.

      Snapdeal sent a defected piece watch and when i returned it snapdeal says it is working and a message came that snapdeal is going to send my product back to my original address in 48 hrs but its now 9 days and i havent got my watch or any refund i ordered it as a gift and now my money is wasted and i havent got it again any way if i get it i will repair it on my own pls help me what should i do?

        I ordered a Sony experia z3 bluetooth. BuT when I open this parcel it was rong inside the box and the item is LG tony+ inside. This is my 3rd complain to you. Please refund me.           they didn't deliver the product, & just gives another day & day,
          on the delivery day he call me & says "i just forgot to bring ur product, i will give it on next day"
          on the next day he call & says the same thing.
          & after that, he put his phone on switch off mode.
          snapdeal goes down only for those type of people, i just wanna complain against this courier, & want this product r8 now...

            (My second complaint for refund)

            Canceled the order on 6th Oct (Order ID: [protected]) and as per policy, It should reflect in my account within 4 days but it's been more than 20 days now and the amount has not been credited yet. Snapdeal team had requested several times to solve the refund issue and every time they are giving me false assurance that within 24 hrs the amount will be credited in my account. However till date no update from snap deal side even though repeated reminders in the form of mails & telecom.
            The item was booked through the credit card with 6 months EMI. From day one onwards i am reminding the customer care people that my credit card billing dates is on 24th of every month. But till date they have not initiated the refund eventhough i am reminding them daily in the form of mails and telecoms. However today the credit card bill got generated and bank is charging me the first EMI amount along with six months interest in advance (around rs 700). The same was brought to the knowledge of snapdeal and now also they are taking the matter in a casual way saying that our back end team is being looking in to the matter. The same thing i am hearing from them last 20 days.
            Also i was told by the snapdeal team that the item which i was cancelled is not ordered my any other customer. Hence they are delaying the refund. Kindly note i was cancelled the item (within 1 day) before its reaching to snapdeal hub. That means snapdeal is purposefully delaying the refund to me.
            Because of their casual attitudes and non adherence to the refund policies i am losing my money (Rs 700). Further i had already made a complaint in this forum on 19.10.16 for the same issue and till date there is no update from snap deal side.

            the cancelled refund amount is Rs 17200 and also now i am loosing the EMI interest of Rs 700. So total Rs 17900 is with snapdeal and there is no update from them.

              Had ordered a watch from snapdeal n had cancelled it for personal reason... it was mentioned that if the courier person try to deliver the product Pls refuse it... I had forgotten my phone n had been out n when returned back had notice 5 missed calls in the phone... when I called back immediately the person who picked the call spoke so rude saying that y didn't u pick the call etc.. the courier person is doing a service n getting paid for it but isn't of it he is ordering me spking so rudely... so where do I go complain abt it.. snapdeal has been serving me with amazing products n I'm a regular customer but after this incident I don't feel like shopping there anymore...

                  I had ordered sennheiser cx275s earphone from snapdeal on 17th of oct, 16 and recived the product on 21st of oct, 2016. When i received the earphone and checked its authentication online from sennheiser website and got to know that its a fake product. I even called sennheiser india and told them about the incident and asked them that do they have qr code on all their product and they said yes they have it on all their product. I asked snapdeal to return the product then they are saying it can only be replaced and they have this policy only. So i request strict action against snapdeal so that they should not cheat anybody on future like this.

Laptop is not in good condition, scratch at the bottom which is seen, function keys are not working, display is shaking at 1080p video quality, THEY ARE NOT LISTENING ABOUT COMPLAINT EVEN I TAKE SNAPDEAL GOLD OFFER.                         Reading this 80+ journalist’s mail can save damge to the fair name of snap deal.

                        A huge defrauding racket is in full swing within your organization defrauding your gullible customers who have recently purchased an item from saap deal.

                        On the heals of the purchase, the customer receives a call on his cell that the caller was speaking from www.shoppingpromotion.com. their company was affiliated to snap deal.com., and my name was selected via a lucky draw for diwali bumper gift out of snapdeal’s recent customers.
                        How can ‘personal details’ of customers leak without connivance of the snapdeal insiders?

                        Juhu police station was receptive to the lodged complaint, assuring their best, the officer incharge felt that the ‘onus’ is that of snap deal to probe instantaneously before millions of rupees can be swindeled by the smart snap deal insiders and assist retrieval of the conned amount.

                        Such rackets need media exposure.

                        Quite a few disgruntled customers feel strongly that it calls for an xposure. But before ‘desasterous exposure’, the ‘operation right under your nose needs instantaneous probing ly by your organisation itself.

                        This 80+ journalist wondered,
                        (I) exposure shall positively damage the ‘name’ of snap deal
                        (Ii) shrink snap deal customer base instantaneously
                        (Iii) some resposible authority @ snap deal might be operating with a conscience.
                        (Iv) appealing once to the sensitivities of the said authority is human, before exposure to the media, to save irreversible damage to snap deal name & business
                        (V) since the ‘onus’ is snap deal’s, allow them to investigate, wean out the ‘errosion’ and asssist you and others gullible customers retrieve the conned amount.

                        Please read the police complaint reproduced below:

                        The juhu police station incharge,
                        Mumbai.
                        A fraud commited after purchase of micromax tablet from snap deal after snap deal purchase: a call from one dev rawat’s delhi (Mobile-[protected]), after buying the micro max tablet from snapdeal, professed;
                        (I) he was speaking from www.shoppingpromotion.com
                        (Ii) their company was affiliated to snap deal.com., and
                        (Iii) my name was selected via lucky draw for a diwali bumper gift out of snapdeal customers.
                        He conveyed that the offer was from snap deal.com. Three lucky draw options were offerd:
                        (1) sony bravia led tv42 inches
                        (2) i phone 6s &
                        (3) dell lap top.
                        To verify with snapdeal.com., i called snap deal customer help line-[protected]. My calls were not taken.
                        Pnb deposit: cosequently, i chose the sony bravia led tv. I was told to deposit rs.3450/= in punjab national bank fgi service account number [protected]. I reluctantly deposited the money and whatsapped the receipt photograph to provided delhi mobile no. [protected].
                        Next day: one mr. Ajay kumar delhi (Mobile-[protected]) called the next day. He smsed the order number [protected] and the courrier numberaramax with awb[protected]. I was told to keep all the reciepts ready against the delivery of the tv.
                        Further deposit of 8800/= he asked me to deposit a further rs.8800/=, towards (I) service tax 1900, (Ii) vat tax 2250, (Iii) sale tax 2300 and (Iv) insurance 2400.
                        Snap deal verification fails again: my snapdeal help line verification calls wre not answered. Reluctantly, i deposited the money in the indicated pnb bank fgi service account and whatsapped the receipt photograph to provided delhi mobile no. [protected].
                        More than 48 hours have passed. No delivery affected. My calls are being taken no more. I am conned for rs.12250/=.
                        Snap deal connection: my cell number appears to have been obtained from snap deal, indicating that some insider is associated.
                        Police action: a deterent action is sought so that others are not conned!
                        Retrieval: i look forward to retrieval of my rs.12250/=.

                          I ordered phone 2 quantity and when parcel arrived i paid for bill which is due, but courier boy did not allow me to open parcel he go away once payment made after opening i got only 1 phone inside and i have open my parcel under cctv, so i have video proof of it i am taking her followup and they agreed that there is mistake from seller side and we will pay u refund i am taking there followup for refund since last month but no proper solution given by them. They send auto reply on twitter facebook also and their phone line is useless.

                            On 14.10.16 we received 2pcs. Cello 1000ml flask from adeshwar marketing inv no.[protected] amt paid 1099.00 on cod. But very unfortunate both the flask were damaged. We ask for replacement and both the flask were taken back on21.10.16. Yesterday we were replaced by only one pc. Vide inv no. Sb43c7/16-17/4362 dt 17.10.16. Amt mention 715.00. Where gone the other piece? Either you send me the other pc. Or refund the balance amount on early basis.

                            As per order we paid Rs 1056.00 for 2pc. flask inv. no. S15F50/15-17/6305 but only 1pc. was inside the packet that too damage one. Pick up done for replacement but no response yet.

                            We received flask from bharat trading inv no. s15f50/16-17/6305 dtb04.10.16. amt paid 1056.00 cod. but we received only 1pc. inside the packet that too damaged one. we ask for replacement, the same company send us again only 1pc. fresh item vide inv no, s15f50/16-17/13630 dtn20.10.16. amt mention 694.00. then where gone the other pc. either you refund the balance money or send the remain one.

                              I am totally frustrated with your service as well nova service, Several times I called to your call center and mailed also, but still I am not even getting any response/call,
                              Yesterday I spoke to Mr.Chetan (CCE), He gave me assurance that I'll surely received call/Email from snapdeal Side within 24 Hours, My complaint NO[protected]. as there is not any NOVA's service center in my area and i want my product replace now.

                              But yet there is no call/ email I got from you.

                              This is my first experience of online shopping through Snapdeal and it is very poor

                                Placed on 02 oct, 2016. Estimated date was 10 oct, but i did not get yet till 25th oct. Already 3 commitment for delivery dates are gone. Still not delivered yet. Try to call your customer care, that automatic voice machine was failed to transfer my call to live person, after calling multiple times i have got respond stating that the order is dispatched but stuck somewhere in process. I never got a firm respond or a mail stating that there is delay in delivery for some reason.                                   I have bought this recliner chair to gift my mother. Febric material was the only choice due to small kids at home. I received this chair on 15th and within 1 hour given request to SNAPDEAL for return because this product metrical is not Febric but Leatherate. Now after 10-12 days of wait for the product to be picked up from my home I got the email that this cannot be returned and there is no reason mentioned I am chasing up with customer care from almost a week but no active response from them. I have bought this product in confidence of 100% safety of my paid amount in case product is not genuine. I am not getting the way out and there is no point of escalation in SNAPDEAL. Such an unprofessional service. I want to file a legal complaint now.

                                    I have made this payment for rs.10094 from my nre account and cancelled the order very same day. I check the tracking andit is refunded successfully.

                                    As of now, i have not received any refund in my bank account. As it is a nre account local funds may not be credited. I wrote to snapdeal couple of times and provided the alternate bank baccount details.

                                    No proper mail reply as i don't have any access to a local telephone number.

                                        I ordered for 2 nos bi tech 100 led 100 w flood light vide order no [protected] (sub order no [protected]) on 05/10/2016. the same was delivered vide invoice number s7048d/16-17/4725 on 10/10/2016. as the delivered 100 led 100 w food light were not of the bi tech make and the specification were different, i placed a request for the replacement. the 2 nos of bi tech 100 led 100 w flood light was picked up vide voucher no awb: snd321566 on 14/10/2016. however vide invoice no s7048d/16-17/6306 dated 15/10/2016 one no of bi tech 100 led 100 w flood light was delivered on 18/10/2016 instead of 2nos. now in the order status it mentioned that both have been delivered.
                                        As i have not received the second one i request you to direct snapdeal to deliver 1 no bi tech 100 led 100 w flood light immediately
