Updated by ManishRawat08 I am really frustrated after order a product from Snapdeal.
I have placed an order [id - [protected]], product [nova 2 slice panni grill maker] on 7th Oct 2016, and after a number of issues and logging a complaints to customer care of Snapdeal and your courier partner GATI [Complaint ID- CS122038, 31255292].
I cancelled the order on 26th Oct 2016 because Snapdeal was not providing a proper information after logging a number of complaints and as per the GATI the product was lost at their end.
But yesterday evening I got a message that your order has been delivered on 1st Nov 2016, while this is the last date of returning my money of this product.
Yesterday, I also logged a complaint on Snapdeal for the same [complaint id[protected]].
Now, the status of the product is also shown as delivered.
1. Is this a right approach to sell your product in the market?
2. Is this the right way to communicate with your customer?
3. Who will pay the interest of the credit card, that I used for the order of product?
4. When I will get my money back?
This is my last product from my side from Snapdeal and in future I will never order anything from Snapdeal.
If I will not get my money within three days then I will flash this matter in all social media like Facebook, twitter etc.
