I had ordered one item airfryer vide order number [protected]. They sent the product via third grade courier bluedart with awb number [protected]. Now the problem is bluedart doesn't delivered my product in time. I cancelled the product but snapdeal is not refunding my money. I had already raised this issue at facebook, just got a call from them but they are not refunding my money. As the product is prepaid i tried to contact the snapdeal company but their customer care number is so ridiculous that you can only get ivr response there is no human being who is present to assist. After waiting another 4 days i cancelled the order. Now the point is while cancelling i got one message that the refund will take 6 days. Now they don't have the customer care agent so how will i get refund and whom to complain for the same? My 4019 rupees is pending. Please help me to get rid of the cheater company.

    I ordered [id - [protected]] a product [nova 2 slice panni grill maker] on 7-oct-16 from snapdeal but today 25-oct-16 still didn't get the product. I discussed the same to the snapdeal customer care but as per them, they need 48 hrs. From last 3 days i discuss the same thing with them and every time they said they need 48 hrs. Meanwhile i discuss the same thing with courier service of snapdeal (Gati), they are also providing a false information and fake commitments. Yesterday i had a discussion with gati and as per them product has been lost from their end. I update the same to snapdeal yesterday and today but still snapdeal wants another 48 hrs to investigate the same. As per the gati they update the same to snapdeal and as per the snapdeal they don't have any information about the lost of product.
    This is really a worst situation for me.

    I need this product as soon as possible from snapdeal.

    What should i do?

    1. Every time snapdeal providing a fake information and false
    Commitment.
    2. There is no followup process in snapdeal.
    3. Not a single time i got a call or message or email from snapdeal for this
    Issue.

    I am really frustrated after order a product from Snapdeal.

    I have placed an order [id - [protected]], product [nova 2 slice panni grill maker] on 7th Oct 2016, and after a number of issues and logging a complaints to customer care of Snapdeal and your courier partner GATI [Complaint ID- CS122038, 31255292].

    I cancelled the order on 26th Oct 2016 because Snapdeal was not providing a proper information after logging a number of complaints and as per the GATI the product was lost at their end.

    But yesterday evening I got a message that your order has been delivered on 1st Nov 2016, while this is the last date of returning my money of this product.
    Yesterday, I also logged a complaint on Snapdeal for the same [complaint id[protected]].

    Now, the status of the product is also shown as delivered.

    1. Is this a right approach to sell your product in the market?
    2. Is this the right way to communicate with your customer?
    3. Who will pay the interest of the credit card, that I used for the order of product?
    4. When I will get my money back?

    This is my last product from my side from Snapdeal and in future I will never order anything from Snapdeal.

    If I will not get my money within three days then I will flash this matter in all social media like Facebook, twitter etc.

      I'm not able to click the 'submit' button for return/replace of the product i received. the product delivered was defective (order id: [protected]) and i want to place a request for returning the same. whereas, i'm not able to click the submit button and thereby not able to place a request even after filling the required information. called many times 24/7 help centre [protected], put on hold indefinitely.

      after sending mail to [email protected] and posting my issue here yesterday, i was able to submit return request by end of the day and pick up was done the next day that is today by noon, received message from snapdeal by late evening regarding processing of refund, havent checked account yet but im sure it will reflect soon.so im very relieved and happy coz all the negative reviews had me really worried before.

          I bought "maser le-2218 55 cm (22) full hd (Fhd) led television" through snap deal. The product was delivered on 09.10.2016. But service person didnt come for installation after complaining he came after a week. He open the product and informed that accessorizes are missing.

          Missing accessories :

          1. Remote
          2. User manual
          3. Tv stand
          4. Battery

          After few complains, i got call from customer care person he said his signal was not clear will call after 5 mins, still now no one got back. Then i got mail to give feedback mail subject and body message are different the mentioned if you give feedback we give compensation of rs.500/-. I accepted that mail and in trail mail i again send my complain also.

          Now they replied we provide compensation so complaint is closed. Is this remote, tv stand and installation charge cost only rs.500/-? If rs.500/- is of installation compensation then what about missing accessories?

          I excepted person to first to know our problem then i looking for replacement of the product or else kindly refund by total amount.

            Nobody has yet come to pick up for above mentioned order which was cancelled almost 10-12 days before. And today i have received message saying return request closed.How come the return request is closed? and that too reason saying "Tried to contact you since 2 days but were unsuccessful", and that too on office address. Do you think we are playing hide and seek in office and you were unable to reach. And i am getting every other call but not that pick up call. I have been getting so many messages and calls from snapdeal saying today your item will be picked up, but then no show, nobody comes to pick up. Now i don't care if you pick up the item or not, but I want refund of that defective product and you can pick up the item any time.

                            I ordered a bedroom set adking snapdeal ezecutive whether i would get on the specified datr they promised by saying yes which was supposed to be delivered by 19th oct i cancelled the order as snapdeal dint deliver on my time and date where in i had function and dint served the purpose. Now since past one week they are not cancelling the order and refund not initiated
                            Every time i call they say complaint is raised give me 4 working days to refund
                            I don't get any confirmation regarding same

                            Pathetic service will never ever opt for snapdeal

                            If i don't get my refund i will file a legal case against snapdeal

                              I am reporting the same complaint again as i have not recieved any update regarding my order since 10 days. i want refund. i want refund. thats the only option you have. i wont take them back i'm telling you.
                              I have ordered two sarees from snapdeal and i faced issue with both of them.
                              First one khatu green saree its quality was so disguting.. it's cloth ws about to tear off when i put it in my hand.
                              And second one aysha pink saree.. there was clearly written and displayed about the clour of the saree ie pink but what i recieved was a purple one..
                              I gifted that saree to my relative and do you know how insulting it was when they said that honey the saree which you gifted us seems fake and you need to contact snapdeal.. these people dont understand what they are doing to the customers..

                              I raised a complain and asked them to refund both my sarees and they picked the sarees up from my house and later refused to initiate the refund as according to them my reason didnt reached to their clearence level..
                              Its the dispute between snapdeal and the seller that they write something and deliver something different.
                              Right now they have both the sarees.. they are refusing for the refund and also not sending them back..

                              Most important thing - they are such insensitives.. they dont have the decency to acknowledge the customers problem.
                              I recieved a mail regarding the order that they wont initiate the refund on 16th october.. and since that date i have called them 17 times.. they dont have any toll free number.. i spent around 400rs balance to talk to them and reconsider my case..
                              I used to call daily 4-5 times a day and they usually take 15minutes time to bring the customer executive on line.. balance worth 20rs just to get in touch with one of their adviser.. leave that.. another thing which i am gonna tell will make everyone stunned..
                              I called up on 16th. they said that my complaint has been registered and their team was looking into my case and i will get a response from them within 24 hours either through mail or through call.. but i didnt recieved any calls, messages or mails..
                              On 17th they again said that your complaint has been forwarded to their concerned team and they will look into that i will get a response.. that day also nothing happened.
                              Same happenend on 18th and 19th of october..
                              Loosing my control i called them up yesterday ie 20th october.. i got my call transferred to their senior executive and he told me that no one forwarded my complaint in these couple of days..
                              I mean they were making fool of me since 5 days saying that sir your complaint has been forwarded.. what the hell is this.. snapdeal shame on you!!
                              I asked for the complaint no. every time and they used to say that you will recieve a call within 24 hours but yesterday was the first time when i asked for the complaint no and the senior executive gave me that — 32258232
                              I also have the audio recordings of all the calls i placed to snapdeal and today i went through them i concluded that they are big big liars.. these people think that they are the god over here.. but i am gonna upload all the recorings to youtube so that all the people must know about this fraud company running in india..
                              These people do advertisement campaign and spend a lot of money in that but there is a big difference in the way they treat their customers and the promises they do in their ads. unfortunately people do not know about this fraud company and no matter what i am gonna upload all the audio recordings to youtube..

                                This is in regards with the return order placed for the

                                Pigeon favorite 3 burner glass manual gas stove order id: [protected], placed on 21 sep, 2016, suborder id: [protected], (Ticket id:[protected]

                                Product was already been picked up on 13th oct by vulcan express

                                Awb : r[protected], yet the my orders product page says has not been picked up.

                                Daily i'm receiving text messages stating that "your order will be picked up today".

                                Today i received a message which read pick up was unsuccessful, & should confirm to return the product or else the return will be cancelled.

                                The courier person mr ankit has already picked up the product on 13th october awb : r[protected] still you are sending courier people every single day who says get your product ready, we will come and pick up the product.

                                Please check the attached screen-shot for tracking slip.

                                This is totally unprofessional & i was not expecting this from "snapdeal".

                                  Hi, i have experienced pathetic customer service by snapdeal.com, ordered pair of shoes few days bck, since i was out of the town, i could not check the size of the shoe coz they neva allow the person to open the delivery box and check the delivery, my mistake is to order from this trusted site but this was came up as a mistake, worst experience but yes they are least bothered to provide service, once the amount is paid they dont even care about customer.
                                  I did not demand for product change but size change which is of no use for me,

                                    I ordered micromax canvas fire 4 a107 4inch screensize phone as mentioned your snapdeal.com but i got 4.5 inch screensize cell.i requested for refund so after checking by your quality manager they approved but after pickup item you people declinedwhen i called to cutumer care they said your product not meet as quality we need.and i send that cell as it is that i got.so please help me i want my refund or give me that 4 inch screensize cell.

                                      Im order to snapdael mi note 3 (32gb) on 6th oct'16. (Oder id-[protected]). Snapdeal delivered me on 8th october 2016, i'm open and the box for check the mobile but mobile is not working. Mobile is automatically switch off an on. I'm compliant against this product on 8th october 2016 at near about 8.00 pm. (Ticket id[protected] they will tell me about their quality check process. I'm ok about its process. They will send a courier for send back their product for quality check, after 2 days i'll call to snapdeal what is the progress. They will tell me that after 2 days (I'm calling snapdael not snapdael) imei is mismatch with invoice and mobile. Sir i don't understand that how is the possible that product imei and invoice imei number mismatch. Sir i'm consulty call to snapdael for resolving my problem but they will always say this much time to take. Only one time they will be call me in this regards otherwise i'm calling to them. I already pay to money for this product. I'm already very long wait for this problem solved. I'm may expense to call to their customer care near about 300 to 400. Sir some of their executive misbehav with me. (I don't whant tell their name) i'm always demanding that u will on my phone or replace it. I'm also tell their executive about their head office and gujarat office number but they always tell me that they haven't give me number or address. Please sir look in to the matter and solved my problem. (Sir whant back my money because i'm totally dissatisfaction of snapdael service.

                                      Still their was no respons from snapdeal till date.
                                      Please look in to the matter and oblige me. Sir I'm enquiry to MI customer care for regarding IMEI number but MI customer care telling me that IMEI number was ok. Snapdeal was cheated with me their are telling me that IMEI number was different in product and bill.
