I Had received damaged product and I applied for refund & called several times to Snapdeal customer care.But no response
I also mailed to Snapdeal but still no response.
Near about 20-30 days over .today it's 24oct 2016
But till now no calls from Snapdeal
The damaged product is still with me.
I had wasted my Rs.4327/- in buying this worst product from worst online shopping site.

    Sir, i order 2 mobile phones on Snapdeal on 4/10/2016 but on 15/10/2016 I found a parcel from Snapdeal and when I opened it I found bricks and concrete in that parcel.i paid for this rs.11998 to Snapdeal.then I complained to Snapdeal c.c.on 19/10/2016 I found a mail from Snapdeal that refunded my amount and it will show in my bank account within 4 days.but till 24/10/2016 I have not received my refund in my account.after that I am Ansible to speak Snapdeal executive.and after many mail to their help center I got no reply from them.kindlly look after this matter seriously.details here under.

        First and foremost I thank Consumer complaints to take up my earlier complaint. It immediately had an impact and very next day I received sms from Snapdeal that my product is handed over to Courier company for dispatch. Even on their website when I checked for tracking my order I could see the status that product is handed over to Courier company. Since 19th of Oct 2016 There is no change in status. Product is ready to deliver. Starting city Mumbai where as delivery is also in Mumbai. If one has to deliver the product within in Mumbai, forget about truck or tempo or any commercial vehicle.. Even by cart it should reach within a day or two. Well I am sorry to say. but I feel that Snapdeal is bluffing. As far as their helpline, My past experience clearly shows that they are no way capable of providing satisfactory answers. And their responsible ? officers or Authorities never call back.

          Hi team,

          I ordered ray-ban green wayfarer sunglasses rb4194_6019a on 3rd october 2016 from snapdeal, the moment i received the order, i found it was duplicate and without wasting my time i canceled the order. I inquired on rayban and came to know that snapdeal is not authorized to sell rayban sunglasses. They were delaying the pickup, even i got message that pickup was failed and you refund will be cancled in 48hr. They have not contact me anytime. Finally after 3 day they came and pickup the sunglass.
          The pickup man has checked the product and then accepted the item. Today on 23rd i received the message that product has failed the quality check. I have not seen the sunglass for more than 10 min and in that time how can quality of product will reduced.

          If action is not taken i will file police case against snapdea, in consumer court. The dealer. I will send complain to rayban that people are being making fooled about product and duplicate product are being shelled on snapdeal.

          Need to stop snapdeal to do same with other consumers.

              I had ordered LG X screen K500I dual screen(16GB)on (5/10/2016) and had cancelled the order the very next day. I had made the payment using my CITI debit card. I was promised refund by 16th of October 2016. However I have not received my refund. I have dropped multiple emails to snapdeal and tried calling them multiple times but all in vain. No one has ever replied to my email and when ever I tried to call them i stay on IVR for 15- 20 mins and after that the call gets disconnected itself. From 5th October 2016 till date. I am very upset about this.

                Hi, i placed 2 orders through snapdeal. Jeans and shirt. I placed return request fee days back and courier person did not call me to pick both products. After that my return request got closed. I am sending emails to snapdeal for many days and contacted customer care many times. Very poor and cheap customer care i have ever seen in my life. Nobody responds my emails and calls.. plz take some action against snapdeal as it has lost trust and becoming horriable.

                ITs been a long time that nobody calles me up and no response from snapdeal. Totally liar and govt must banned snapdel.com as its illigal.. can u call me and resolve my issue???? I am today submitting another complaint against snapdeal. I ordered a asus zenphone max mobile tempor screen glass under order ID[protected] and it was two product screen protector plus earphone and earphone ia missing.. snapdeal again not able to do anything... what d hell with snapdeal... i called customer care but issue not resolved.. i would request indian govt that take a strict action against snapdeal

                      The goods ordered on Snapdeal site isn't delivered on time causing so much nuisance after ordering and looking for the goods to arrive. The company keeps on prompting with the message saying that the order could not be delivered without any attempt to deliver. The courier partner simply returns the goods without even calling. They have not come for delivery even after charging for the courier charges.

                        I ordered biotique anti acne gel(pack of 2). Amount paid by me is of two but i have recieved only one pack. After that i have placed return request but no one came to pick up. Also from my my snapdeal app i am not able to raise the request, i have to raise the request by calling snapdeal(which cost me charges). Why should i have to pay and bother about the mistake made from your side. And also now it is showing that 7 day return is get over. But i keep trying from the day i recieved the order. I am very unsatisfied by the order and services. I want either my money back or want the complete order. One more thing that i am also not able to talk to customer care executive. There is no such number or option in call for that. Contact me asap on my number for details.

                          this is regarding my order no Order ID: [protected] since 18th Oct i was following up for my order where i got the delivery on 19th but courier company refused to deliver my order due to my staying on 2nd floor. they promised me that the order will deliver on 22nd but till today 23rd no one approach for deliver and we was suck to see the feedback mention on website that delivery failed due to consignee requested. it show that how snap deal has poor and pathetic courier service. they only believe to harsh customer, waste their time & money and create problem. i wanted my money back with interest else i will file complaint against snapdeal in high court.

                            I bought a hindware shower arm in the month Aug/16 by cash on delivery from snapdeal vide order no. [protected]. But the size of the arm was too small. So, i was send back the product by requesting of refund my paid money of 320/- to my freecharge account. But till date I have not got my money back. After sent the product I oftem call snapdeal help center to get status of the same, but always taught me different kinds of issues.
                            Now a days I want to call them for enquiry of my refund request. But no call is connected.

                                I ordered a keyboard from my account. When I got it, it was not working properly (backspace key and A key). I put a return request quickly but it was a delay on their part to pick it up. Again it was a fault on their part that they didn't get it. When they received it, they said that it's up to the mark. I requested to check it again. Then they admitted that yes it's faulty product. But they made a lame excuse that it's dirty. I requested many times but they people are just stubborn. They fail to serve me well as a customer. I was not late to file a request. It was at Snapdeal that the product was lying in the queues of checking and pending requests. There it might have got dirty. And how can I use a product which is not working properly, to such an extent that it got dirty. Also they are not allowing me to exchange it with some other product if I want to cooperate. It clearly appears that they are making lame and illogical excuses. I highly requested them to please return my money back or let me buy some other product.

                                  I have ordered 2 pair of shoes and it bill was coming 682 as shown on website but when they came they charged me about 750 above which was unexpected and these shoes I have to gift it to my friend. Me and my another friend had contributed for this to gift it to my friend .it disturbed our budget and caused problem .please help me .I have ordered many things from snapdeal but it happened for the first time with me .

                                    My order i'd number is [protected] i booked a nike shoe which is deliverd on 27 sep but i have size issue so i returned it .a courier boy pick up my product they match size quality every thing and every company rule first checkit then he can go but they exchange my product . When quality checked was hold my product failed and after 10 days they send me damage and old shoe rgularly i call on snapdeal number regularly one weak they assure me i short out your problem with in 24 hour and your money will be refunded after one weak you company member call me and say that your complain is rejected i want my money if not then they give reason why snapdeal team rejected my order i also mail to founder of snapdeal but they donot response me

                                      I have ordered a product from snapdeal and i paid itself on the time of order but it has been month but still i have not recived my order and they are saying that the order has been delivered. But when i asked them toh whom an thorough which courier partner they are not able to answer . I have complaint manier times but still they dont care.
                                      I am going to file a complaint againt snapdeal for this with all the proof .
